I am writing this in regards to OnePlus 10T 16gb ram latest launch phone, which i bought on launch date 09/05/2022.

Exactly after completing 19 days of regular use. Phone turned dead.
Very less use and unkownly it turned dead.
I went in service station I thought I should get replacement then an there however got to know it's out of 15days replacement warranty. Which I was not informed at the time of purchase.br...

Firstly I have brought OnePlus earphone wireless bullets z2 on 6 August, after 20 days it's not working. Then, i have registered a service.

Then, after repaired i have received old or bad earphone or it's not working.

So, i have again registered service. Now my complaint is cancelled.

Because of physical demage but it's not my fault.

Very poor service of OnePlus. Two months after giving a complaint, the screen of the TV got damaged but there was no response from the OnePlus company....

From 6th August 2022 i have not been using the phone. Its been more than 30 days. The phone getting issues & serviced. And since 25th august it is with customer service centre.

Taking into aspect of 1 year warranty of a phone - 365 days divided by 72000/- wherein per day phone warranty cost is - 197.25 /-

Taking into consideration with defects & service ( not able to use the phone ) 197.25*30 days = 5917.50 warranty...

My phone was working really fine, not fell down, not fell on water. It was completely in good condition. Suddenly a green vertical line appeared on my phone screen and found that it was due to software updation from OS 11 to OS 12.1. Since it was not my fault requesting oneplus support to resolve my issue as soon as possible without any service change.

The screen has been showing a green line on my OnePlus 8T. I haven't done anything which has damaged my phone, i.e has not been fallen on ground or not pressure has been applied on screen. I am facing the lining problem on my phone. There has been problem in this series of phone Please make sure my problem has been solved ASAP. I am facing issue the after OS12 Update on screen suddenly green line...so many people facing this issue and i take my one plus 8T device in Thane service center.. and they said for diagnosis timing is 2 weeks... seriously? From last two months i am raising complaints through your consumer service (call) in order to get my television repaired as the display has stopped working within the warranty period itself. Then an executive visited and said that the part needs to change which they will place an order for once it is delivered then they will visit again and get the tv repaired. I have claim oneplus warrenty in erode center, but its not delivery replacement product.
Service center get my product but not give new product...

I have purchased oneplus nord 2 during october 2021 but in september one day screen of phone getting pink patch later on it covered whole screen without any physical damage, when visited to service center they told me that its not covered under one year warranty, hence have to pay charges to get it repaired accordingly i have deposited my handset to Authorised center muzaffarpur, Bihar on[protected] and they told me that phone will be repaired...
