I Purchased One plus 10T (16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage) in One Plus store website on 28th of September 2022. Received the product on 01 OCT 2022 thro courier. When I started to transfer the data the phone started to heat up abnormally. There was even more heat dissipated while charging as well. I spoke with Customer Care on 3rd october and submitted it to the Velachery customer service center in Phoenix market city, Velachery, Tamilnadu as per the advice from the customer care executive. Customer care confirmed that since the issues are there, the phone will be replaced since there is a 14 days replacement warranty. But the service person was not ready to accept the heating issue and confirmed that it is perfectly alright for the phone to heat up to 45 degrees. We had a minimum of 4 to 5 conversations with the customer care executives, who just mimic the service person. Both the customer care executives and the service persons confirm that it is very natural for a oneplus phone to heat up. This is really a bad experience and very bad service has been provided by the one plus team. Even the service person agrees that the phone is heated more than 43 degrees and the charger to a temperature of 48 degrees(Attaching the evidence and the service report). I bought this phone after verifying the phone specifications and the performance level. As per the oneplus site, 10T gets heated up to +/- 25 degrees. But this phone does not live upto the mark. This could be a manufacturing defect . Kindly do the needful for the refund as I was denied replacement of the phone by oneplus service.

      I have purchased OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass earphone last year where as one year warranty. But after 4 months earphones unable to turn on. Even one day one magnet of earphone came out and I fixed with glue. I am working in private sector and work suffered lot of due to such inferior product. I even not got any reply from Amazon after updating complaint. After using another option for earphone I visited OnePlus service Centre for replacement of earphone under one year warranty period, they out rightly refused for replacement. Requested you intervene and help to get it replace.

          It's been more than a month, my one plus TV not working due to technical reason, which were reported to one plus company on 8 Sept 2022 but still the problem is not resolved.

          Every time we call to customer care they used to say it will be done in 2-3 days and a month completed yet the problem is not resolved.

          Worst service I have experienced in my life. Will not recommend anyone about any product of one plus.

              I have purchased the tv from one plus website on dated[protected] and they are delivered that on date[protected],
              After this they have installation process for that they send there engineer to our add and install the tv with help of there technician in next 2-3 working days,
              So i have submit the installation id on date[protected] and there service engineer call me back on[protected] and told me that he will send technician on same day evening but he didn’t come so i call engineer but he is put my number on block lost and after that he text me that he will not come you have to call company for new engineer,
              I had again submit new request on[protected] and again done same things with me now after that again on[protected] they generate new request and told me that technician will come same day but they didn’t come and now oneplus support team was not responding on any platform.

              Please help me for the refund and take there product from my home

                  Oneplus service center has cheated with me and they misbehave with me nsp one plus ESC service center near them display folder change from them.
                  I had changed the folder from oneplus desk itself, I told them my registered, even after that they told me the details are not there And hurt me mentally and abused me.
                  My request to ONEPLUS is to take strict action, stop their service center authority, in this way they want to spoil the brand name of ONEPLUS.

                    It's been two months now since I complained to one plus about my tv is not working engineer visited and said pictures tube is defected. Than no response till one month. After one month engineer visit again and said mother board is defected.from than to now no response. Whenever I am trying to connect via mail same mail they are forwarding to me next 7-8 working days will issue will fix. But issue is still there... It's been two months now and counting going on... So pathetic brand and management I ever seen..

                      I have bought tv from one plus six month ago now it was showing black in display so we called customer care after some day technition came and told us that display need to be exchanged so he have order display will come after 10 days we are waiting for now one and half month still display not came when asking the customer care they will tel not available .will doliver in 2 days etc and still waiting..so fedup with this now customer care is always buy ..im regreting to buy tv ..will never buy someting again from this company ...please repair my tv or replace

                        I had a panel issue for my oneplus TV(U1S series-55") which was purchased from Flipkart on 27/06/2021. I registered the complaint on 7th of August 2022. A service engineer had visited and put up a request for panel replacement since the product is still under warranty(panel warranty-2 years).
                        It has been almost 2 months now and I've not got my product repaired. While I contacted the service agent, they have no information regarding when the replacement product will arrive. And I had been repeatedly contacting the customer care number and that was of no use, since everytime they say that the product repair will happen within a maximum 5 working days but that never happened. Now I'm totally dissatisfied with how oneplus takes care of their customers. The product repair turnaround time (currently 2 months and still counting)is not at all acceptable and is way beyond the industry standards.

                          Dear OnePlus,

                          The Curious Case of Oneplus Phones!!

                          In the year 2014 a company launched its phone and the reaction everywhere was "Wow" and then I became fan of OnePlus mobiles. The reason for such huge success was reliability & customer centricity.

                          Over a period of last 10 years the company lost its path. It is no longer fair to customers. They now call themselves flagship brand but with inferior products, they are going nowhere. Being a OnePlus fan two years back I upgraded my earlier OnePlus to OnePlus 8Pro which was their flagship mobile. I hoped it will be near to my experience of Samsung Galaxy or Iphone but it is no where near in terms o[censored]sability. The oxygen OS which was the best few years back now has lot of bugs and lags. Now reliability was shuttered when suddenly the phone screen turned green and then gone black. I paid a visit to the customer service centre and was surprised to see a crowd lined up with similar screen issue. The issue is so evident, the phones with green line issue, the service centre is replacing screen even if the phone is out of warranty. Now for me they gave excuse that for green screen issue they don't have instructions of free replacement and will cost me around 17k. But I didn't dare to replace the screen after watching so many mobiles suffering screen related issues. Hence I decided to go back to Samsung Galaxy along with Apple iPhone. Astonishingly the iphone is 4 year old and yet I am not feeling any challenge to go for new model. It doesn't lag, it doesn't fail and it survived a whole night under water!!

                          The most frustrating thing is that I lost all my data. Even if OnePlus agreed to replace my screen I had to wipe my data because of security and safety reasons. Hence keeping a faith over these brands could be so expensive in our life. The phone cost could be measured but the value of data & memories lost couldn't be calculated. If you're a OnePlus user keep your data backed up. You never know when it will ditch you.

                          I bid adieu to OnePlus!!! These Long queue in your customer care center reflects that you are going Backward & downward only.

                          You're not a flagship brand nor a flagship killer. You have become disgustful OnePlus!!!

                            On Dtd 28/08/2022 i visited Oneplus Authorized service center Address:-Madubani Commercial Complex Near Vishal Mega Mart Kanth Road Moradabad-244001 phone no:- +91-[protected] for the repair of my mobile phone Oneplus 8pro to change my back glass and battery,
                            On that day they said that they currently don't have parts right now so they ask time for 1 week time and ask me to deposit 4000INR so i deposited money.
                            Till today they have not provided me parts that i requested him many times but every time they ask for more time
                            i don't know what to do so i requested you to help me

                              The name is to big for know the brand. That's why I chose the product. But I'm never expected there service was so pathetic, so much misguiding by there executive, I'm frustrated with trying to contact with my problem but still I'm not getting any response from OnePlus till now. No one will reply after putting my complaint to different platforms like .                                 It is informed to you that I was purchased one plus led TV by using one plus mobile application I have confirm order with completely full payment prepaid when TV was delivered by Blue dart courier so I have called to one plus customer care for installation of led TV after submitted the request about installation they have provide me ticket ID 2G29-44255 with the reference I'd technician visit for installation of LED TV after unboxing LED TV by technician they have observed that TV display found in damage condition so same time they have submitted the report to one plus for dad arrived of product and same time I have inform to one plus customer care they are saying that they will be replace the product because it was dad arrived product I am daily called to one plus customer care they are saying that wait for 7-10 days replacement will be process but still my LED TV not replaced I am request to you please take this matter on top most priority basis and provide me replacement on urgent basis because two month already completed but still my TV not replaced

                                  I place request to fix my in-warranty mobile phone nord 2 . Today on 30th, sep, 2022, I got call from servify, they asked me to pay 8300 approximately by saying the phone is damaged, However, I gave the intact phone . Either their courier partner or they themselves might have caused the damage to the phone .

                                  Now, they are denying to fix the in warranty phone without the money .

                                  Their onsite warranty policy is worst and I lost my hard earned 28 k by buy this phone .

                                  Update : I called the one plus care after trying to call their toll free number, After trying to call them 28 times, finally on 29th attempt the call got connected . Now, their executive saying that it's your fault you should record the video before sending us .
                                  ---- I had not bought your phone, if I had knew that to fix my in warranty phone, i will have to do so much formalities .

                                  To Conclude, Because of their delivery partner or their service partner mistake, I would have to bear the cost of the damage of my mobile .
