We are complaining about display related issues of tv from 10 days to the customer service but the procedure is very slow and we have to complaint everyone which is very frustrating

    And due to the problem I visited to OnePlus Authorized service center in Bengaluru actually i am from Andhra Pradesh but i am studying in Bengaluru that's why i went to this service center then they repaired it after few days and then they said from now onwards you would not face any problem by this mobile it's absolutely fine now. then after 10 days i am facing the same problem but due to completion of my exam i went back to my home town then i went to Vijayawada OnePlus exclusive service center they said we can repair it but it takes Atleast week then i said please complete it as soon as possible because my college is going to be start soon then they assured me that they will repair this mobile within a week and then week became 3 weeks i have been calling them frequently for every two days they're saying that we've ordered mother board it is in transit it will take some time its's been 3 weeks i went back to that service center and i got my mobile back and then i submitted my mobile in Bengaluru in the same service center that I've visited previously on July 14th. i submitted my mobile on 02/09/2022 (September 2nd) till now they haven't repaired my mobile i am a student mobile is necessary for me and its been from the month of July I haven't used my mobile I am suffering alot by this oneplus service centers I am 720km far away from my home and parents I've call my parents everyday but i didn't have a mobile because of them. please help with this issue

      I have reported an issue tv not working on 10 sept and a technician was booked same-day, where it was found out that panel had to be replaced. Since the tv was under warranty the pannel request was approved on 12 sept and a TAT was provided as 5 to 7 working days.
      Firstly unhappy with the customer service staff as I have made more tha 8 plus calls and each time incorrect or different information had been provided
      Secondary unhappy with tv as the issue occurred within 4 months of tv being purchased and lastly it's 28th sept and the issue is still not fixed not anyone is able to confirm anything
      Extremely pathetic service and had never expected this from OnePlus
      I think the last option is for me to tag the OnePlus heads on the social edia platform to notify them how the service is gone bad to worst

        I file a complaint regarding repair service of my oneplus u1s 50" on 6 September 2022.
        I bought this tv on jan 22.
        And it broke just after 8 months.
        Next day engineer came and said motherboard is not working
        Thankfully my tv is in warranty, otherwise they charge me 7k ruppees.
        Now its 25 day of complain there is not any kind of support from oneplus india.
        When i call to customer care they keep saying that your complaint will be resolved tommorow.
        But no one came.
        So i unplug my tv and keet it aside on my sofa.
        Now if someone can help pleasecontact [protected].

          I am using OnePlus 8t mobile. I faced display screen issue and visited nearest service center of one plus (seawood, grand Central, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra).
          The members in the service center said I have to submit my mobile phone for display changing and it will take 20 to 25 days to resolve my issue as the stock of display screens are not available.
          I can understand if they don't have stock but they said the stock will come only if I submit my mobile. So now how am I able to do my office work or contact anyone If I don't have mobile for 25 days.
          These is a very serious issue it made my mind from next time I will not buy one plus phone as the service provided by them are worst I ever faced in my life.

            I, anushree, submitted my phone(OnePlus 8T) to authorized one plus service centre at VR MALL, ANNA NAGAR for some display issues( single green line on screen). They said me to submit the phone and promised me that they will repair and return it in 7 days. On enquiring after 7 days they replied me that they dint recieve the new stock yet and it may take another 1 week. On calling them after 2 weeks they are now telling to wait till next month because they dint recieve the stock yet. I'm in urgent requirement of my phone now, how do they expect me to be without phone for another month? When i asked them on 16 sep, if my phone will result be ready in 7 days they should have clearly said me then that they won't get stock for 1 month. This is not the right way, them telling me that repair will be delayed after they have my phone with them. Worst service ever.

              I am writing this in regards to OnePlus 10T 16gb ram latest launch phone, which i bought on launch date 09/05/2022.

              Exactly after completing 19 days of regular use. Phone turned dead.
              Very less use and unkownly it turned dead.
              I went in service station I thought I should get replacement then an there however got to know it's out of 15days replacement warranty. Which I was not informed at the time of purchase.

              Now my brand new phone which I paid upfront and didn't do any Emi purchase.

              I got to know further procedure about fixing the issue. Now they have to open my brand new phone and have to reuse the same phone after fixing the problem. I feel all due to manufacturer fault, onepluse could not make long-lasting quality phone, and I have to suffer inconvenience.

              I am very disappointed with OnePlus 15 day replacement policy.

              I feel very sad, now I have to use repaired phone. As authenticity of band new will be void.

              If it would have been my fault turning the phone dead. I would have accepted it. But it's more painful to disgust fact that, I paid upfront to choose to go with onleplus brand and got disappointment in 19days o[censored]se.

              If you can unchanged your so called policy and make one OnePlus customer happy again. Then I believe sky is the only limit. Else I can say down fall is inevitable if this is how OnePlus going to treat loyal customer.

                Dear sir,

                I have booked complaint one plus tv not powering on on may 2021. one of Technician from jeeves came and checked tv and asked rs. 200/- for service charge i had given. After one month he came back and changed pc board, at that time tv powered on but wifi not connected, that technician said, again you book complaint for this wifi problem then only this problem will rectified. Then he asked rs. 200/- for service charge, i had given. Again i booked complaint again one technician come and again he changed new pc board, i asked him why did you change again and again pc board i complained only about wifi problem know. He replied me he dont know what is the exact problem, from jeeves he received message and attend at customer point and they given the pc board, so that he thought it pc board was problem thats why he changed the pc board. I said, dont change the pc board again, only it is wifi issue, you repair the wifi issue. He said, he is new to one plus tv tecnician, you give rs. 800/- for this he will repair the wifi issue otherwise it will dealy to repair from their end. He told me five or six times to give Rs. 800/- he will repair within one day. I said it is under warranty why shoud i pay rs. 800/- for this. Then he left my house. Then i complained in customer care on 01/08/2022 about this wifi problem they said, dont pay a single pie to technician it is comes under wanrranty. My complaint no: 2G31-44168NESCMG-6680691 but no one attend this issue, later i got the message from jeevs, they completed the service for this ticket id on 19/08/2022. Why did they sent the message like this, no one attend the issue but resolved message received from jeevs. I never had this type of worst customer service experience. Kindly attend and resolve my wifi problem.

                Sir, Till now am not getting solutions from one plus tv service centre for my previous complaint, already 7 months over without repair my Oneplus TV. yesterday I got sms from one plus ie. ([OnePlus]Dear Customer, Your request IN02059TV[protected] has been cancelled on[protected]. Kindly contact to OnePlus Customer Care for further assistance.) Why did they cancel my complaints again and again without resolve. Again I called customer care number they told me, defective parts not available their end so he send one executive he come take my TV after 48 hours he will send a voucher to my mail id, using it for purchase one plus TV from one plus website. How can i trust them to give my TV to service technician without they give any proper letter. They had given me defective one plus TV. I don't want purchase again this TV. Kindly arrange for refund for already purchased oneplus TV.

Without repair oneplus tv wifi issue and no one technician attended my complaint at my residence how will you send the message like your complaint resolved. It is my one of the very very bad experience I had in oneplus customer care service and also jeeves service center in tirupati, who is very worst follow up. They taking all the information through mobile they didnt come at customer place and they simply closed my complaint ticket. How should you replied customer complaint resolved. No one technician come and attended my complaint at my residence. I want to my tv to work with wifi connection. Past one and half year am giving complaint through customer care service but no one executive attended my complaint at my residence. Don't close again this complaint without attended my complaint at customer place.
                Note: For the past one and half year ii have been complained so many times through customer care service and through mail, through consumer complaints forum but still not resolved my complaint.

                    Firstly I have brought OnePlus earphone wireless bullets z2 on 6 August, after 20 days it's not working. Then, i have registered a service.

                    Then, after repaired i have received old or bad earphone or it's not working.

                    So, i have again registered service. Now my complaint is cancelled.

                    Because of physical demage but it's not my fault.

                    It's happened from OnePlus service centre.
                    Please return new product. Because I'm frustrated August to September.

                      Product Failure, Mobiles is not working since it has been purchased, have been visiting service centers since 5 months no phone was rectified not even addressed . worst condition of customers services and nord series . it was clearly mention to till GM level in the company via mail and call session as the phone is in warranty period . but no phone has been rectified and even misbehaved by the customer service people.
                      i have purchased nord 2 in last November 2021.
                      cost was 30, 000
                      its still in warranty period .

                        Hi Team,
                        I Purchased a One Plus Nord CE 128GB 8 GB in April but after one month its switched off Automatically, i tried to switch on the phone but all in vain, so contacted to Service center situated at MGF Mega mall, MG Road, Gurgaon, after few days they called me and told that your phone Mother Board and Screen is dead and the phone is not repairable. Also firstly they told me that phone Screen is dead, then after few days they called me and told me that the Phone got moisture (Water) in it and all mother board damaged.
                        all the times they called me changed the statement and now when finally i went to take my phone back they told me that the phone is not repairable and is is dead.

                        i am very much depressed as big company like One Plus service centre having this kind of behaviour and no solution to my issues.

                        Team Requesting you to please take proper action on this to get my phone repaired or replaced as it is under warranty period and i have spent 25000 from my hard earnest money.

                              From 6th August 2022 i have not been using the phone. Its been more than 30 days. The phone getting issues & serviced. And since 25th august it is with customer service centre.

                              Taking into aspect of 1 year warranty of a phone - 365 days divided by 72000/- wherein per day phone warranty cost is - 197.25 /-

                              Taking into consideration with defects & service ( not able to use the phone ) 197.25*30 days = 5917.50 warranty value of my phone is lapsed.
                              Which is a LOSS to me. ( without taking into consideration my time & mental agony)

                              This is a serious concern and i need compensation and also proper explanation from ONE PLUS company.

                                My phone was working really fine, not fell down, not fell on water. It was completely in good condition. Suddenly a green vertical line appeared on my phone screen and found that it was due to software updation from OS 11 to OS 12.1. Since it was not my fault requesting oneplus support to resolve my issue as soon as possible without any service change.

                                If i go any service center they are asking for display replacement and it is costing around 10000 Rs, which is not possible.

                                Please take effective action.

                                  Purchased a TV from OnePlus on[protected] Now after 3 months of purchase the panel got lines and damaged it was manufacturing defect so asked customer care to replace it they took almost 15-20 days to replace that in around December 2021. Now again getting the same problem since 2 days again panel is damaged it is again a manufacturing defect don't know which parts company is using inside it. Now TV warranty is 1 year and panel warranty is 2 years so they are ready to replace the panel but Asking to pay amount for service charge and logistics of the panel from there warehouse to my home location. Already suffered twice in 13 months if I changed it again and it got damaged again than who will be responsible there is no testing for the product. It has caused so much to the mental health as the TV was launched at the price of 50K(half lakh) just to see that falling panel twice in 13 months which is definitely a manufacturing defect and many people are suffering due to that. What is the probability it will not fail again in next 8-10 months if I pay the price and change the panel. That is why seeking help from consumer forum to ask the company to give the justification and also compensate the cost of TV and mental health cause due to there product.

                                    The screen has been showing a green line on my OnePlus 8T. I haven't done anything which has damaged my phone, i.e has not been fallen on ground or not pressure has been applied on screen. I am facing the lining problem on my phone. There has been problem in this series of phone Please make sure my problem has been solved ASAP. My phone is not in warranty and with the problem in current 8 plus series problem should be solved with replacement of screen with no cost.

                                      I am ranvir.I filed complaint on 22nd Aug that my TV (32Y1) is not working. Next day engineer visited and told that its a panel problem. We will replace it in 7-10 days. Now its more than 25 days and nothing has been done. I have called one plus, they only have the solution that they have escalated it thrice. I can't wait anymore. I need my whole tv to be replaced or upgraded
