Hi Team,
I Purchased a One Plus Nord CE 128GB 8 GB in April but after one month its switched off Automatically, i tried to switch on the phone but all in vain, so contacted to Service center situated at MGF Mega mall, MG Road, Gurgaon, after few days they called me and told that your phone Mother Board and Screen is dead and the phone is not repairable. Also firstly they told me that phone Screen is dead, then after few days they called me and told me that the Phone got moisture (Water) in it and all mother board damaged.
all the times they called me changed the statement and now when finally i went to take my phone back they told me that the phone is not repairable and is is dead.
i am very much depressed as big company like One Plus service centre having this kind of behaviour and no solution to my issues.
Team Requesting you to please take proper action on this to get my phone repaired or replaced as it is under warranty period and i have spent 25000 from my hard earnest money.
