Product Failure, Mobiles is not working since it has been purchased, have been visiting service centers since 5 months no phone was rectified not even addressed . worst condition of customers services and nord series . it was clearly mention to till GM level in the company via mail and call session as the phone is in warranty period . but no phone has been rectified and even misbehaved by the customer service people.
i have purchased nord 2 in last November 2021.
cost was 30, 000
its still in warranty period .

    Hi Team,
    I Purchased a One Plus Nord CE 128GB 8 GB in April but after one month its switched off Automatically, i tried to switch on the phone but all in vain, so contacted to Service center situated at MGF Mega mall, MG Road, Gurgaon, after few days they called me and told that your phone Mother Board and Screen is dead and the phone is not repairable. Also firstly they told me that phone Screen is dead, then after few days they called me and told me that the Phone got moisture (Water) in it and all mother board damaged.
    all the times they called me changed the statement and now when finally i went to take my phone back they told me that the phone is not repairable and is is dead.

    i am very much depressed as big company like One Plus service centre having this kind of behaviour and no solution to my issues.

    Team Requesting you to please take proper action on this to get my phone repaired or replaced as it is under warranty period and i have spent 25000 from my hard earnest money.

          From 6th August 2022 i have not been using the phone. Its been more than 30 days. The phone getting issues & serviced. And since 25th august it is with customer service centre.

          Taking into aspect of 1 year warranty of a phone - 365 days divided by 72000/- wherein per day phone warranty cost is - 197.25 /-

          Taking into consideration with defects & service ( not able to use the phone ) 197.25*30 days = 5917.50 warranty value of my phone is lapsed.
          Which is a LOSS to me. ( without taking into consideration my time & mental agony)

          This is a serious concern and i need compensation and also proper explanation from ONE PLUS company.

            My phone was working really fine, not fell down, not fell on water. It was completely in good condition. Suddenly a green vertical line appeared on my phone screen and found that it was due to software updation from OS 11 to OS 12.1. Since it was not my fault requesting oneplus support to resolve my issue as soon as possible without any service change.

            If i go any service center they are asking for display replacement and it is costing around 10000 Rs, which is not possible.

            Please take effective action.

              Purchased a TV from OnePlus on[protected] Now after 3 months of purchase the panel got lines and damaged it was manufacturing defect so asked customer care to replace it they took almost 15-20 days to replace that in around December 2021. Now again getting the same problem since 2 days again panel is damaged it is again a manufacturing defect don't know which parts company is using inside it. Now TV warranty is 1 year and panel warranty is 2 years so they are ready to replace the panel but Asking to pay amount for service charge and logistics of the panel from there warehouse to my home location. Already suffered twice in 13 months if I changed it again and it got damaged again than who will be responsible there is no testing for the product. It has caused so much to the mental health as the TV was launched at the price of 50K(half lakh) just to see that falling panel twice in 13 months which is definitely a manufacturing defect and many people are suffering due to that. What is the probability it will not fail again in next 8-10 months if I pay the price and change the panel. That is why seeking help from consumer forum to ask the company to give the justification and also compensate the cost of TV and mental health cause due to there product.

                Dear sir,
                The screen has been showing a green line on my OnePlus 8T. I haven't done anything which has damaged my phone, i.e has not been fallen on ground or not pressure has been applied on screen. I am facing the lining problem on my phone. There has been problem in this series of phone Please make sure my problem has been solved ASAP. My phone is not in warranty and with the problem in current 8 plus series problem should be solved with replacement of screen with no cost.

                  I am ranvir.I filed complaint on 22nd Aug that my TV (32Y1) is not working. Next day engineer visited and told that its a panel problem. We will replace it in 7-10 days. Now its more than 25 days and nothing has been done. I have called one plus, they only have the solution that they have escalated it thrice. I can't wait anymore. I need my whole tv to be replaced or upgraded

                    I am facing issue the after OS12 Update on screen suddenly green line...so many people facing this issue and i take my one plus 8T device in Thane service center.. and they said for diagnosis timing is 2 weeks... seriously? I am already bearing this green line issue from your side soo why me waiting such that time and advisor not clearly saying the solution..he said after 2 weeks in diagnosis he inform me for what the next step..i am not paying for this single rupees because your software bugs damage my device and not any service center that much time to get repair soo please take this matter seriously because your executive very lightly getting this matter...and clearly seen in device not a single scratch on my device..i hope one plus user not regret to buy your device and your services.

                      From last two months i am raising complaints through your consumer service (call) in order to get my television repaired as the display has stopped working within the warranty period itself. Then an executive visited and said that the part needs to change which they will place an order for once it is delivered then they will visit again and get the tv repaired. But the process has not been completed also i was been provided false assurance multiple times and also the associates were transferring my call to IVR for survey without providing any resolution. At last today one of the associate informed me that the email id linked with the complaint was wrong and she has updated the actual email id and highlighted the same to the senior team. Last but not the least in order to reolve my issue i request you'll to kindly look into the matter and help me get the tv repaired or else provide me a replacement instead of harrassing me any further. FROM ONE OF YOUR MOST FUSTRATED CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT AT ALL THANKFUL AND HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE

                            I have purchased oneplus nord 2 during october 2021 but in september one day screen of phone getting pink patch later on it covered whole screen without any physical damage, when visited to service center they told me that its not covered under one year warranty, hence have to pay charges to get it repaired accordingly i have deposited my handset to Authorised center muzaffarpur, Bihar on[protected] and they told me that phone will be repaired in 15 days but till today they are saying that screen is not available at center to repair, If there is such problem then why you sell product to market and why consumer will suffer??

                                      my tv panel got damaged on[protected] and it is under warrenty and not yet replaced.
                                      but after replacement i want the warrenty for only tv panel for 2 years from the date of repair because tv panel will get damaged after 1 year from the time on replacement.

                                        Case ID[protected] This is a ridiculous and cheap trick from the oneplus support team. We logged complaint on 9th July as the 32inch Oneplus TV we have is taking more than a minute time to turn ON and when the TV is running the TV screen turns Black abruptly for a few seconds and display comes to normal automatically. These are the two issues we had and there was no physical damage and the TV is under WARRANTY

                                        After your Engineer visited my home during 2nd week of July, he confirmed that the motherboard has an issue. After a week another engineer came (Name is Sagar) with a motherboard and opened the TV to fix the new motherboard. He found that the motherboard is not suitable for the TV we have, and he left my place by leaving the TV open (not even fixed the old motherboard) by giving the reason that he will come up with a suitable or right motherboard. Rest is history... I had to take all the pain to follow up with pathetic oneplus support team (20 calls to customer care, 15 emails to this oneplus care email ID and 30+ WhatsApp chats with oneplus support) and waited for a total of 55 days. Finally, the same worst engineer Sagar came on 29th August, and he noticed that there is a physical damage

                                        Who the hell touched my TV besides him? how dare to throw blame on customer that TV is physically damaged? Is Oneplus playing a cheap trick to blame the damage on customers? Why Oneplus is blindly going by the words of stupid engineers? Really, they are stupid. They don't even respond to my calls. You have the world's worst support team.

                                        If there is a damage to TV, why the hell the so-called engineers not found in the first 2 visits???? If there was a physical damage to TV how come it worked till 9th July? There was no physical damage to my TV till 9th July? but now we have physical damage to the panel. So, who is responsible for the damage? No one touched my TV besides the so-called engineers who visited my home in July and on 30th August. Why oneplus does not consider all these facts? INITIATE THE REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT RIGHT NOW. I have contacted 7 times since 30th August and Oneplus is not even providing response on this issue. They simply say we are investing and need 4-5 business days. Even Murder case also would not take more than 2 months. Oneplus is 100% fake and cheap company. We must Ban OnePlus products . REALLY I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH MENTAL TORTURE FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS DUE TO THE FRUSTATION CAUSED BY FAKE PROMOISES, IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR FROM THIER SUPPORT TEAM. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH STUPID COMPAINES AND THIS IS NOT ONLY MY PAIN, THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS (TWITTER IS THE EVIDENCE FOR ALL THESE ONEPLUS CUSTOMER PAINS) WHO HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH THIS PAIN AFTER PURCHASING ONEPLUS TVS AND WAITING FOR MORE THAN 50 DAYS YET NO RESOLUTION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH WORST SUPPORT TEAM IN MY LIFE.
