I bought my oneplus from Amazon in May month.. I experienced an auto shut down problem and had to give my fone in service.I requested d oneplus company to replace d device and give but they refused.I had to change my motherboard.After d service d fone was working fine but now I m facing d face problem.I want to file a complaint for this matter.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had gave my Phone to your Coimbatore Service center (Celtronix) on MAY 5, 2015. They had send the same to your Chennai Service center as the spare were unavailable with them. But till day i had received any information from them even i continously contacted them. My Job sheet no: JS[protected] & Serial Number [protected]. Their promised return date as per Job sheet was MAY 13, 2015.

    Requesting you to update the present status and reason for delay of more than 40 days in servicing the product.

      I raised complaint with Oneplus regarding my Oneplus One mobile. The issue with my phone is that its MIC is not working. I raised complaint/ticket with the company on 24th March and till now I've not received my phone, today is 27th April. Oneplus has outsourced Fourtech computers for their service centers. When I call Fourtech people, they report that required part is not yet received. When I write email to Oneplus support team they give extremely vague answers and same answer every single time. If I call their phone support team, they say they've no clue what email support team does. The receipt given by Fourtech computers has delivery date of 23rd April. Sad part is I'm not getting a proper reply by anyone involved in this case, I've asked everyone to escalate the case but no one answers. Everyone be warned, this is the first time I'm coming across such pathetic service after buying a flagship device from a company that makes massive claims.
      The same here ... The microphone is not working. It just stopped from one moment to the next. And since then I raised two tickets and jumped through all the stupid hoops the have thrown at me (they want a video of a not working microphone - are you kidding me?)

      So although I sent them a video, all i get are standardized responses saying that I need to send a video or a picture of the problem - and 2 days later the ticket is closed and marked as solved and the next day an email arrives, asking me to evaluate their customer service?
      This is a joke and I cannot express how annoyed I am with this company by now! They are clearly denying customer support and I guess trying to make time until my warranty has expired !

      I have found several stated problems with the Microphone of the one plus one, so this can't be a new or unknown issue to the customer support - And still they play dumb!
      Ankit, what did they tell you regarding your mic Problem? They admitted a hardware fault and promised to repair it? How did you get a response in the first place? Would like to get as much info about this as you can share, highly appreciated.

        my jobsheet no. js [protected]. name: Nomaan Chamadia mobile no.: +91 [protected] order no. #[protected] imei no. [protected] Respected Authority, at 9th February 2015 my oneplus one phone was hanged and Suddenly black screen appeared. I took my phone to service center of surat city and they don't know the problem. They (surat team) sent it to service center center of ahmedabad city for repair, and they found it something as pcb board not working or dead. They told that it will take a week or two. Whole month passed away i got no information from any source. I also called oneplus india customer support number [protected], they always commit me to give my mobile within 3 to 4 days, but they fail each and every time to fulfill their commitment. I emailed to oneplus global and indian support team, they gave request reference number as are 245388(global), 9382(india), 9975(india). From last two weeks they are saying us that spare parts has been recieved and you will get it within few days. After two months on Friday 10/04/2015, I talk with Ahmedabad service center executive named vikas, his mobile number is +91 [protected], he asked me Rupees 9, 000 to pay him cash privately, otherwise he would purposely create a fault that my phone was damaged due to water and will cost around rupees 12, 500. He was explaining me that i will save rupees 3, 500 if i bribe him. There is no such water problem, how can anyone find water problem after 2 months? surat technical team has assured us that problem is not due to water at the time of depositing mobile for service in february, and indian customer support center does not know anything about water, they only know that pcb is dead. The water problem is artificially created by mr. vikas of ahmedabad service center to take a bribe for the problem that does not exist in real. This is free warranty by oneplus company. Please help what to do and to get my phone back, its hard in today life without smartphone and i am not a rich person who buys again a costly phone. I had attached document regarding my service.             Dear Sir, I have procured a OneplusOne Mobile sold by Amazon India in December, 2014. Its screen got broken due to physical damages, and i have enquirer for a replacement. Surprisingly the cost on the new screen for the mobile is above 55% of the NEW Mobile Value. Secondly, i have given it for service on 6th March, 2015 and since then i am following for the mobile. No proper response from the service centre i have submitted, and the oneplus service support and tollfree is very pathetic. Neither of the stakeholders has given any commitment towards to the resolutions. Jobsheet : JS[protected] eXPECTED RETURN : 17TH MARCH 2015. By not having a smart phone, all my productivity has gone, also many top brand smart phone of 2014 / 15 does not cost more than 20% of its device value. means i felt the price of the replacement is very high. Finally i am loosing the days of its warranty without using for a month by now. I wished to charged Oneplus 50000/- for all my damages, and not promising to its service and integrity.
            Amazon & oneplus please stop creating monopoly in Indian market..

              i got the phone form Amazon through invites .. as i started using the phone i come to know there is some software problem with the phone, like music player use to play song automatically, torch light use to get turned on automatically even i have not touched the phone. But i was not complained to any concern dept. but after some time the problem gone in worst conditions .sound problems started suddenly like whenever if anybody is calling either i can listen sound or they can listen the sounds . In order to solve this issue i have to restart my phone time to time and also phone use to get stuck while surfing browsers. When i talked with Amazon guys they said only one plus one people will take care .According to them i have to make a DAC certificate from one plus one plus then they can proceed the refund .after that i called to one plus one, first they did not talk right manner and they said directly that the refund will not be initiate .However this phone is quite new it just complete one and half months.i paid 22, 000 for this phone..

                Hi,

                I gave my OnePlus One charger (which is covered under warranty) for replacement at the OnePlus Pune service center on 7th Feb 2015. The job sheet No. of the same is: JS[protected].
                Its been more than 6 weeks now. I have called the local service center and Customer care No's. many times. Only assurances are given of replacing the charger by next week, but, no concrete date is given.
                They are not taking any action to replace the charger. One guy committed to give the charger in 2 days, and then I didn't get it!
                Please take the appropriate action. Also attached job sheet copy.

                There is no update since then. Its been more than 3 weeks now.
                I am not getting any satisfactory reply from either the Pune service center nor the main
                customer care helpline.
                This is not correct. Please provide me a concrete timeline by which I can collect the charger.
                I will track this on high priority and will take legal actions if required.

                  Hi,

                  I gave my OnePlus One charger (which is covered under warranty) for replacement at the OnePlus Pune service center on 7th Feb 2015. The job sheet No. of the same is: JS[protected].
                  Its been more than 5 weeks now. I have called the local service center and Customer care No's. many times. Only assurances are given of replacing the charger by next week, but, no concrete date is given.
                  They are not taking any action to replace the charger. One guy committed to give the charger in 2 days, and then I didn't get it!
                  Please take the appropriate action. Also attached job sheet copy.

                  I am not getting any satisfactory reply from either the Pune service center nor the main
                  customer care helpline.
                  This is not correct. Please provide me a concrete timeline by which I can collect the charger.
                  I will track this on high priority and will take legal actions if required.

                  Hi, I gave my OnePlus One charger (which is covered under warranty) for replacement at the OnePlus Pune service center on 7th Feb 2015. The job sheet No. of the same is: JS[protected]. Its been more than 5 weeks now. I have called the local service center and Customer care No's. many times. Only assurances are given of replacing the charger by next week, but, no concrete date is given. They are not taking any action to replace the charger. One guy committed to give the charger in 2 days, and then I didn't get it! Please take the appropriate action. Also attached job sheet copy.                     I had bought a new Oneplus One device on 19th December 2014 via amaon.in. My phone screen started behaving weirdly and went in an infinite loop after a month o[censored]se. I somehow managed to switch off my phone. I went to the service center and gave them my phone for repairing on 29th January 2015. After a week I asked for the progress in the matter and the service personal told me that you will be given a new phone as your device is faulty. Since then I have been making endless calls to the OnePlus One service center at HCL Tower, Ground Floor, Plot no. 360, Marol Military Road, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400059. They Service call centres fools me every week saying that I will receive a call in a week and says our shipments are delayed and so new phones and parts are not available.I find this reason absurd as amazon carries on flash sales every week to sell new phones . The company is thus cheating the current customers by not addressing their complaints and service issues. I would urge a competent authority to take action in this regard.

                      With reference to my Phone OnePlusOne Model No:A00001 Purchased on 16/December/2014 has gone through a series o[censored]nexpected malfunctions as below: The phone had problems out of the Box. Battery was getting drained very fast, sometime it gets switched off at 30% battery level. After having a 3GB RAM my phone was lagging and sometimes back button doesn't work. I thought its a software malfunction which could be resolved by a software update, factory reset or something. I searched online for this issue and I got different solutions to resolve this problem. I tried all of them and it didn't work for me, so I thought of calling Onplusone customer care and after referring to my problems the lady told me to give it to service centre. First of all it took me a while to get this information for Oneplusone service centre in Mumbai as this information is not there on Amazon.com neither on Oneplusone.net website, somehow I managed to get this info. At My first unexpected visit to the service centre for the reported problem on 24/January/2015 though the service centre was a common service center for Lenevo, HCL and other products it didn't made a difference to me as I was looking for my resolution. Service Centre Address : 360, Marol Military Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400059 Phone[protected],[protected] The lady(Priyanka) at the service centre checked my phone and said that its a hardware problem and you have to submit the phone and it will take 15 to 20 days maximum to repair. I was like its not even 1 month I bought the phone why to repair instead you can give me the replacement. Answering to my question she said If you would have given this phone within 7 days than you could get replacement, I never thought to test the phone after buying a new phone. So at last I was without mobile phone for 15 days. However the agony does not end here once 15 days was over I called the service centre to know what is the status. They said it will be done next week. I called again the other week they said it will be done next week and by the time its already a month and keep telling me that oneplusone is not sending the parts. I don't know does it really takes 1 month to send parts to anywhere in the world in this era. I called oneplusone service centre and they told me that next week i.e - 24/02/2015 you will get the phone. As per the commitment I called the service centre and they told the same thing that they didn't receive the consignment and by next week it will be done. I was infuriated after hearing this and lost my faith in the product and tweeted on twitter https://twitter.com/Aliasgar_raj/status/[protected], https://twitter.com/Aliasgar_raj/status/[protected] but I didn't get a reply from oneplusone instead Amazon replied me. Honestly speaking I did not expect this value for my hard earned money & losing my trust in the product & the company Oneplusone, I would call it a never ending nightmare. I have been without a proper working phone since last 1 month I am very sorry to share my grievances for a brand & product I have always loved. To get the invite for this product I did several posts on twitter, facebook and other pages. After watching the review on youtube I was very excited to buy this phone since August 2014. On 2nd December this phone was officially launched in India and I struggled to get the invite but I never knew that this could happen with me as I never had any issues with other phone that I used in my past, HTC One, Samsung Note, Sony Experia etc.I think it was a mistake buying this phone after having so many well reputed companies on the plate, trusting the reviews on different website and not checking the bad marketing that you have done. I have also referred this phone to many of my friends and on my words they bought this phone, but to my dismay I was the only one to face such inconvenience. Request you to please look into the same at your best & do the needful so that I can use my phone as expected or it would be great if you can refund the money.

                          I received Oneplus One with box on 12th Jan, 2015 which i orderred from amazon.in website Within 7 days of delivery my handset mic and network issue started, On 19th Jan, 2015 I visited customer service centre, Add: HCL Tower, Ground Floor, Plot no. 360, Marol. Military Road, Marol, Andheri(E), Mumbai, Maharashtra, When I told them regarding this problem and told to replace as it will make an issue later in future then they said that before delivery when I booked for Oneplus one on amazon.in on 10th Jan, 2015 is gone. but debate is when I received my handset from that day onwards 7 days must count, when I warned to service centre regarding this issue to complaint on consumer forum, they said whatever you do that is not their concerned. I appeal for the justice to customer who is facing problem, I spent my whole saving for this mobile. P.s.
