This is regarding repair reference id number : CMTAHEOEWWGI.
My headset stopped working after 1 year and when i contacted the customer care the agent was very rude and he said they cannot anything on damaged device and just need to throw it away.

Is this is the way how one plus treat their customers?

i need clarification on this matter or am moving this issue to the consumer court.

    I have a oneplus U series TV and it has got display issues since Oct 20 and i have raised this with one plus support and a tech visited my place on Oct 26 after multiple followups and informed its a manufacturing defect with most of the one plus U series TV and we need to replace display panel, and one 27th oct when i called i was informed Part isnt in stock since March 2022 and a supervisor will email me a resolution in 48 hours however no email received. Waited for 4 days and called one plus again on 4th Nov and was informed the email was sent to wrong emai ID asking me to wait for 7-10 days and i again waited and was infromed on 8th Nov that part is in stock and will be replaced by 12th Nov and when i contaced on 12th i was informed i was given false informATION and no part is available. I was so disappointed, I was told to wait till 16th and tv wil be replaced. However on 16th Nov another technician visited my place for a recheck and was infromed in 48 hours tv will be replaced and then i was asked to wait till 21st Nov and i will surely be provided with a resolution. Again no luck, no resolution provided and i was also told that no replacement request was raised and again was asked to wait for the supoevisor to email me and i get the same email stating to wait for 7-10 days again . I m very disappointed as i m without a working tv for 32 days now and one plus is not helping me out and always giving false infromation and assurance and being rude over call. i will never recommend one plus to anyone in my life aftr the worst service I have received.

      Issue Description: The display is not working correctly. There is a colour glitch in the display panel.

      Today's date is 21st November 2022 and till now my service request is still open. When I contacted the service centre they told me that it will take 10 to 15 more days to solve my problem.

      Now it's been approx. 1 month my TV got damaged, now you tell me how a person can manage without TV for 1 month in today's era. I have never seen such poor service in any other company. I should have been given another TV by the company during this interval as the company fails to provide me with timely service.

      Looking forward to your speedy co-operation to solve my issue.

        #OnePlus #oneplustv My television is not working and I’ve lodged my 1st complaint with OnePlus Customer care on 17/5/22 .Till date the issue has not been resolved ( its more 5 months) till now, I’ve been calling the customer care every time they say 7-10 days more, not getting updates.
        I’ve been sending e-mails to follow-up, but in vain.

        It’s been embarrassing to me in front of my family members & many guests & neighbors who visit my house to sit in front of this blank television. It is also very disheartening for my family members to spend their lonely time without any entertainment from this television which was the subject matter in buying the same.

        So i request for refund my amount of Rs 46999/-and directed the company physical and mental harassment charges Rs 20000 plus interest 18% from the date of complain

          I have purchased Mob on 19 Oct 2022 on EXchanging my OnePlus 5 T.as I was really satisfied with this Mob.
          But unfortunately after 14 days 10T purchase, mob started hanging up, vdo stopped, mob restarted automatically n number of times. I thought there may be a prob of software update..but prob.exists..ultimately I have visited one plus show room from where i have purchase mob.i.e HARIOM COMMUNICATION AHMEDABAD.and reported this matter. On 16 th they have reload entire software loosing my all data and photos and told me to check for day..I was back and loaded all needed app..morning 17 th Mob start giving same problem..so pathetic condition ..after spending inr 56000/- also this mob is worse.again I have gone to showroom..they told me to deposit mob.for their observation and consultation with technical team. I NEED IMMEDIATE EXCHANGE OF PHONE WITH DIFFERENT MODEL. THIS IS SO PATHETIC ABOUT SUCH A NICE COMPANY..I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS PHONE AFTER ANY REPAIR WITHIN 20 DAYS PURCHASE..PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER ON SERIOUS NOTE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REPLACE WITH DEFFERENT STABLE MODEL.

              I have purchased a OnePlus TV Y1S Edge 32HD2A01 Black IN on 15/10/2022 online from official website. The TV got delivered on 20/10/2022 and the technician came on 22/10/2022 for demo/installation. During Demo the technician found out that the TV is Defective and have some pairing problem. So the technician filed a request to replace the TV to the company and request reference ID IN02159TV[protected]. After that i am calling costumer care to take the update on request but the customer service always give me different answers. In last call they said it will take 15 days to replace the TV but its been more than 15 days since the request raised and there is no update and action taken from their side. So now i am very frustrated and i want my money back

                  I purchased my oneplus nord 2 on 19 jan 2022.it is under warranty. 2 months ago suddenly the screen comes out from from the phone then next day i went to service center they said the screen has been degum so will repair it .then after repairing after few days I found some dust particles inside the lens of front camera, then again i went to service center they appolized and they repaired it for me . after few weeks my back panel automatic started coming out because the engineer does not packed the mobile properly. then i went to service center they said we are not filing a complaint for this we repair it without filing complaint. after few hours when i went to pickup the phone from service center.now its little bit interesting, I found some dust particles inside the lens of back camera, i told them that is this your service they said give us the phone we will remove it, after removing dust particles now my whole is seen blury as there scratches inside the camera

                      and i sent for repair but didnt get repaired now both are useless

                      buy any oneplus products its oppo products not oneplus its worst quality of all products i prefer to buy samsumg and apple products

                          I need immediate action about it
                          I purchased a OnePlus tv and it got delivered on 3 days back.
                          But installation not yet done and they are saying it can't be done and saying choose someone.

                          So it's irritating me please take action on it and resolve my issue immediately.

                            I send my phone that was in complementary extended warranty given by red cable I send my phone by their pickup service and after 15 days service center call me and they told me that my extended warranty is not show in there software and they told me to wait for sometime but after one month they told me same that my phone warranty is not there software and they told me that we don't know how much time it will take so we will send it back and u will b updated with your warranty will b updated we will call u and now the care center is not picking my phone

                                I had purchased OnePlus TV Y1S pro50 wide bill no MHEC[protected] bill dated 26 aug 2022 from the OnePlus site. Demo was given and the product was fine. I installed the the Tv on 8th Oct on the eve of my house warming. It worked fine for 10 days and suddenly one day the screen started flickering and after 2 days the screen was blank. I registered a complaint IN02018TV[protected] on 24th oct and after multiple followups, an exe from service centre visited my place on 30th Oct and declared it cannot ve repaired by him and will update the service centre. Since then iam clueless on my company l complaint...i called multiple times to know the status but was asked to wait for 24-48 good for a callback which I yet to receive...i want the TV to be replaced and nothing less than that..(not interested in part replacement).if that is not possible..pls refund my money... expecting a prompt and favorible response.

                                  I had ordered the one plus 10pro 12GB from their site. But I had declined the courier and it reached back to their warehouse in 10th Oct 2022. Till date they refund my money and I everytime they give silly excuse that they are working on my refund. There escalation hierarchy is really bad. It is 45000 rupees.

                                    Sir I am prashant a OnePlus user i ragister a repair complaint of my tv on 27 sept but they cancel it and again ragister in 6 oct till now they didn't provide me any service now I want my full ammount of product which i pay. The said that they will contact me with in 48 to 72 hours but I didn't get any call .
                                    So that's why I want my full ammount of product which i pay back..
