    I ordered a phone NORD CE 2(8-128) at discounted price of ₹19000 using my icici credit(actual value-₹25000)...the customer care of OnePlus confirmed twice that order will be given to me...i have proff for the same...but now they are not keeping on their words . they cancelled my order and giving me refund...but now i can not order the phone at same price..so i want compensation for the same gap amount of ₹6000..       I purchased OnePlus Buds Pro from your official website but now when I opened the box I seen seen the serial no of product and serial no of packaging box is different, When I was use it first time on call I feel my voice is other side person not getting properly and same I tried 2-3 call other days also same problem appears. Then I checked box and packaging and seen full different product I received. I received wrong damage product and please take necessary action on this matter.

        I have bought one plus nord 2 12 & 256 gb within 10 days a phone would be started a problem with ringtone then after some time a heating issues will be arise I have raised complaint about this issue to their service center and in emails also but not replying properly. A service center man says it was normal. I say heating issue is not normal but he has not agree with my complaints. Thereafter I have wrote too many mails to one plus but they did not reply to my emails I have also send me a proof of heating but still not replying. I request you please resolve my issue other wise refund my money.

          I have purchased a ONE Plus Band W101IN, six months ago.
          Now the Band display is not working properly, it has some display issue.
          On going to the service center, they refuse to repair it under warranty as they say it cannot be repaired under warranty and you will have to pay for the repair.

              I have lost my data all by itself. I have not updated or downloaded any application. All of a sudden in a no network area my data have been erased.complete camera folder and 90% of my other files. Poor security. No one responds properly as well. No other forum to complain. Pathetic using one plus and Android. I will never ever buy this phone or never suggest anyone to go with one plus ever.

                My device oneplus 8t suddenly has pink vertical line even though there is no any damage done from my side clearly its oneplus software issue, when visited service centre folks simply said replace screen with 14000 with 3 month warranty after testing why shold customer pay for your faulty doings ? alot of customers are facing same issue after not doing anything

                never buy one plus product as i update my one plus 8t and green line feature on screen why should we pay for company fault they should replace the screen at no cost APPLE is far better in handling this kind of issue really i urge people not to buy one plus product

                  I bought my Oneplus Nord mobile in August 2020. On June 2022, my phone randomly switched off while using gallery. When i tried to switch on, it displayed "QUALCOMM CRASHDUMP MODE". I took my phone to Oneplus service centre in CP, Delhi. They could not give me any genuine reason for this to happen but the only wY out they suggested was to get my mother board changed, whose cost was 26, 000 which is more than market value of the phone at present time. This system failure is absolutely Oneplus's fault. I did not expect such issue from a reputed brand. I bought my mobile phone for 28000 and now it is dead within 2 years.

                    Hello Sir/Mam, I bought a OnePlus 8 device.
                    It has network issues from the very first day. I was told by a notification from the phone that the issue is a software issue and it will get resolved in the next software update. But it didn't get resolved.
                    I gave the phone to the service center for repair.
                    They gave the phone back after changing the motherboard and told me that the issue is resolved.
                    Then after that service, my phone started giving me more problems like heating issue, speed issue, network issue, volume rocker button issue.
                    I raised the service request again and they took the phone for more than 10 days and returned my phone. I was told that the issue is resolved . But the issue is still there.
                    Then I gave the phone to service center again, this time also they changed the motherboard, but the issue isn't resolved.
                    I gave the phone to service center again and the issue still persisted even after repair.

                    I'm so frustrated right now. I gave 41, 999 and what they gave me is a faulty product. Requesting you to please go through my complaint and do the needful.

                      By going with oneplus good reputation and good reviews about the brand I decided to purchase the newly launched model Oneplus Nord CE2 5G in March-2022. I didn’t know that this would turn out to be a nightmare for me.
                      The problems started just after one month and I started having difficulty in making and receiving calls (The most basic feature of a cell phone). The ongoing call would blank (stopped hearing voice) for 20-30 seconds and it call would get disconnected automatically. Initially, I thought it must be due to a network issue in some areas and not due to the phone so didn’t pay much attention but then it started happening everywhere and wherever I go. Then I started paying attention to it. Then a new problem started related to the internet. In my cousin’s home, I observed that my cousin’s old Samsung phone was having good connectivity and speed and on my phone, I wasn’t even able to open the browser and let me tell you both the phone were having sim cards from the same network provider(Jio). Just to be sure that there is no problem with the sim card itself I exchanged sims in both the mobiles and yet the same issue.
                      Then I visited the authorized oneplus service center in my city Belgaum. They 1st said it must be due to a software update issue and updated software and gave it back to me. I used it for 4-5 days and observed the same problems so again I decided to visit the service center. This time they told me I will have to leave my mobile with them for 2-3 days for observation so I said fine and gave my mobile to them. They used my mobile for 3-4 days and gave it back to me by saying they didn’t observe any problems and suggested I change the simcard just to be sure. So I did that too and replaced my old sincard with the new one. Still, no use and the same problems persisted. So I thought to make service center people better understand the problem I decided to make a video related to internet connectivity I kept my mobile and my cousin’s mobile side by side and took a video of opening the browser and checking net speed by using another 3rd mobile. After I showed this video to the service center they told me that they would replace the motherboard (Heart of the mobile) of mobile.
                      Now starts my journey of real agony. On 25th may the service center ordered the part. After a week they receive the motherboard and after trying to calibrate it for a day they come to know that they have received a motherboard of 6gb ram version and my mobile version is 8gb. They reorder the part and told me that the part will arrive just within 4 days. No starts the real game 4 days turn into 7 days and so on. They told me I can contact the helpline. I did that and they told it will be resolved as fast as possible by the 13th or 14th. In the meantime, just to check with the service center when I call them I was extremely shocked as they gave the part arrival date as 27th June(almost one month after the part was ordered). Then After 2-3 calls to the helpline, people told me they will escalate the issue with higher-ups. The higher-up person wrote me a mail that he will get back to me within 4-5 business days. After I ping over mail to ask for the status update no response. Again I call the helpline and get the response that they will arrange a call back from an assigned higher-up from the escalation team. Doesn’t happen. Then again, I call the helpline after a day. They are saying they need 24-48 hrs for a response after they get the status from the service center. 1st of all I am not able to understand what they will achieve by talking with the service center as the part is pending from the warehouse. And during one call with the helpline, the helpline executive just kept his microphone idle for 3-4 mins and I could hear background noise after trying to speak with him for 3-4 mins I only hung up the call.If this is the level of service for newly launched mobile then I can imagine what would be the level for mobile launched 2-3 years ago.

                      Right now I am beyond disappointed and I have decided that this would be my last oneplus product ever. I thought it would have been better If I had sold of my 3 months old oneplus mobile at a loss instead of this mental agony.

                          Hi ! OnePlus I'm very much worried about you because of your work .
                          Because I bought OnePlus nord Mobile before 1 year when it was launched .
                          Their was a huge hike for this and I'm also so much excited to buy this .
                          The query for me this Mobile cost around 30k
                          I'm very disappointed after buying this
                          I have a Problem on this OnePlus display that was a "purple tint" spreading in my display i thought 🤔
                          That the issue is only for me but most of the OnePlus users has this problem.
                          So please take an action against this because we are not rich enough to buy another mobile for again 30000 or replace the display.
                          This is a problem by your side you should rectify it.
                          Otherwise I'm sorry to say this i will not be a customer of OnePlus if you don't take action against this.Thank you

                              I bought my One Plus 9R mobile on 29.12.2021 and it is within warranty.

                              From the First Month itself I started having multiple issues with my mobile. Authorised One plus service centre team updated my mobile's software multiple times. Still issues are recurring and they are in multiple. Whenever I approach Service Centre, they ask to call Customer Service Call Centre, Whenever I call Customer Service Call centre they ask me to reach service centre.

                              The following are the listed issues :

                              - Mobile is getting hanged.
                              - Whenever I use search bar to open apps, it is re-routing me to home screen and is getting hanged for a while.
                              - Apps are always getting crashed. Everytime, I have to unstall and re-install the app.
                              - Though the mobile scrolling smoothness kept in 120hz, still the scrolling is hard and it is not like other One Plus phones.
                              - Most of the times, I have to restart my Mobile to get the signals in my mobile.

                                I purchased OnePlus 8T in Feb'2021 through Amazon. Recently the phone just switched off while I was about to call someone. I reported the issue at the nearest Oneplus service center in Brodipet, Guntur on 6 Jun 2022. I understand that the motherboard is dead and since the product is out of warranty, the new motherboard replacement cost is almost equal to a new Oneplus 8T mobile.

                                I feel cheated by the company due to the poor build quality and exorbitant pricing for repairs and replacement.

                                I would like Oneplus to provide me with a free replacement for the motherboard and ensure my phone functions as usual.

                                  Hello,
                                  I ordered a OnePlus 10R Mobile phone and made payment by Credit Card and it is not delivered to me on 27th May 2022 because delivery person of BLUEDART told me that your device not acceptable for exchange.
                                  After it, OnePlus Cancelled my order and it returned to OnePlus Warehouse on 31st May 2022 but OnePlus India didn't initiated my refund so far.

                                  I called more than 5 times to OnePlus Support but they also don't have not update for my refund amount. Whenever I call to OnePlus Voice support, they ask me to wait for 24-48hrs.

                                  It has been more than 10 days, I didn't get my refund amount.

From last 3-months before my tv display side corner having red light.I register a complaint in customer care but no one can attend .after complaining the mail came that service engineer attended but no-one came to attend that. I'm feeling so worried that may be I done mistake to buy one plus TV .
                                      So right now I file a complaint and want my TV replacement.

                                        I bought the product one year back and send it for repair on 30th april 2022 via OnePlus care app, still under warranty. They picked up from my house and showed it was delivered to service centre after 2 days. After a few days, I got a call from [protected], stating they're from the service centre, they can't do the repair as the production of this item has stopped and they will refund my money. They also asked me to send my bank account details so that they could refund my money. I sent it yo them and they acknowledged the receipt. I waited for few days for my refund and nothing came through. I called back to the above number and they never picked up the call till now. They are intentionally avoiding my calls. I then called to their helpline several times but no help yet. Whenever I call them, they respond as they will soon look into it. Even they told me they'll provide me a voucher code so that I could buy a new product, but that also didn't happen. No response yet. Its a month already. No product or refund I received. I want your help getting my money or product back.
