This email is regarding my defective OnePlus earbuds pro which I had submitted to the OnePlus service center at Phoenix Market City Mall, Kurla on the 7th of July 2022. My device is within warranty period. The customer care representative at the center promised me to call with an update on the service on Monday, which was on 9th July 2022. I am yet to hear back from her. Additionally, I have been calling them in their provided contact number ([protected]) multiple times, but i have not received any response from them. They had received my call only yesterday, where they mentioned that they would get back to me in sometime, but it has been more than 24 hours and still no response. Also, my contact number is clearly mentioned to them, but i have not recieved a single call from them. Also they have not replied to my queries in WhatsApp.
This is a completely unacceptable behaviour from the customer service. Since the mall location is far away from my residence, I cannot afford to visit the mall multiple times to check on the service update. I do not understand why is it taking so long to come up with a resolution? This is my worst experience from OnePlus customer service and would like to escalate this issue to the higher authorities in the department. Request you to take suitable actions on the same and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
