Hello there ..🙋‍♂

I've order 2oneplus bass edition Bluetooth from my brother account number [protected]... My 1 Bluetooth were not working I complain oneplus company received my product but not resolved my problem and sended me damage problem ..second time I've complained but they are saying this is damaged we unable to touch unable to repair ur product cuz it's damage.. Although they sended me damage and not repairing my product... And my product is in under warranty... They are not helping they're wasted my time my money they are not solving my problem regarding Bluetooth not charging and sound stuck battery draining problem..

First date which I complained they picked my product date is... 28/6/22

Again not solved Second date is.. 6/7/22...

    Model - Nord CE 2
    On Purchase within 10 days the phone memory of 128 GB got auto full.
    On visiting the service centre (First of all it was pathetic to visit the service centre for a newly purchased phone) the mobile was reset and the issue was resolved temporarily.
    Post that the issue continued again after 8 days. Again I visited the service centre and the software was updated informing me that the issue was resolved. On 6th July again the memory got auto full and I visited the service centre to inform the same.
    It was asked to submit the handset. I submitted it on 8th Jul and informed that I need the replacement URGENTLY or refund of my money paid.
    On 11th It was informed that the issue is resolved.
    But i didnt want the repaired phone by paying Rs 25K.
    Hence again asked for refund or relacement. It was communicated that I shall get the refund by 14th Jul. Its 14th today and I am still awaiting the replacement. I have lost faith on the branch. Have wasted my time and energy and have been harrassed by Oneplus. Need compensation and refund / replacemet on TOP PRIORITY

      This email is regarding my defective OnePlus earbuds pro which I had submitted to the OnePlus service center at Phoenix Market City Mall, Kurla on the 7th of July 2022. My device is within warranty period. The customer care representative at the center promised me to call with an update on the service on Monday, which was on 9th July 2022. I am yet to hear back from her. Additionally, I have been calling them in their provided contact number ([protected]) multiple times, but i have not received any response from them. They had received my call only yesterday, where they mentioned that they would get back to me in sometime, but it has been more than 24 hours and still no response. Also, my contact number is clearly mentioned to them, but i have not recieved a single call from them. Also they have not replied to my queries in WhatsApp.

      This is a completely unacceptable behaviour from the customer service. Since the mall location is far away from my residence, I cannot afford to visit the mall multiple times to check on the service update. I do not understand why is it taking so long to come up with a resolution? This is my worst experience from OnePlus customer service and would like to escalate this issue to the higher authorities in the department. Request you to take suitable actions on the same and provide me with a resolution at the earliest.

        My phone has got green vertical line on middle of the screen. It happened right after the update of os 12.1 stable version.

          I am very fed-up this mobile due to every time network issue in mobile and i have second phone infinix hot 8, and same sim(Airtel) use in both mobile infinix network is stable but my nord ce 2 lite netowk is not stable.

          i request to you please replace the mobile asap.

            I recently bought a OnePlus c-type charger cable in the OnePlus online store. Unfortunately I wrongly ordered Type-C to Type-C instead of Type-A and I reached out to customer support for an exchange. They said they can't exchange and I can reach out to OnePlus experience offline stores for the same. When I reached out to Tnagar OnePlus experience store, they said they can't do and customer support is just deviating. However, it's not mentioned anywhere in the OnePlus online store that the product are not returnable and this is day light robbery. I've been using OnePlus phone for 8 years and this is Pathetic

              I have a oneplus 9. Bought it in april 2022 and since then I am facing an issue with the slide button to put the phone on ring, vibration and silent. It often gets stuck, then I have push it really hard. So, it got stuck just as everytime but it's not moving now, I tried alot. So I went to customer care centre. First of all, the nearest centre is half an hour away from my place and when I reached there, there was a waiting for 2 hours and on the top of that I had to deliver my phone. This is heights of inconvenience. It is unacceptable and I am not going to recommend oneplus to anyone. I also have been facing issues like not receiving gmail notifications even after enabling all notification settings. I called customer care, they told me to wait then cut the call.
              Do something about it or else I'll start writing bad reviews everywhere.

                I have brought OnePlus buds z in the year 2020 December now it's not working well the buds can't even hold the battery for more than 10 minutes of playing facing this problem for 3-4 months . I contacted the customer care and went directly to them but they refused to repair even am ready to pay for the repair but they refused.
                They saying that only if the buds is below the warranty period they will replace it no repair direct replacement.so it's clear that's they can't repair the buds z then why should they sell such products which can't repairable after 365 days there is no support and they are telling that it's your problem if it's out of warranty no company should say like this atleast there should be a paid service for that it's totally wrong.am totally upset on there service 🥲 I can't even buy another one also .. first why I buyed this OnePlus buds z for 3000rs is I thought for that much expensive they would work for atleast 3-4 years but after a year it's waste now the company should do something about this and I need a replacement or atleast a repair am totally serious about this issue it's a big scam they doing selling undurable product without any support after one year I need response as replacement or else I will file a case against them

                  Hi Team,
                  Bought new mobile phone OnePlus 9RT 5G on 17/Feb/2022 and facing sensor problem right after 15 days. Went to service center (VR Mall), they said problem is fixed and it'll not happen again and if its still persists - will deliver a new phone and replace it via doorstep delivery.
                  After 5 days, it started having same problems again. Reached the customer support guy and they have stopped picking up phone. Reached out to Customer Support two times (ticket id[protected] and they have not reverted till date.
                  My phone is just 3 months old and well within warranty period.
                  Would appreciate if authorities can take strict actions such lethargic and cheat corporates.

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I wanted to purchase Type C to USB cable for my charger. I mistakenly placed order wrong cable with both side Type C. When the product delivered to me. I noticed and called to One Plus customer care and they denied it to return or replace with new order, which I want to purchase actually.
                    I accepted that I ordered wrong product but I don't even use this product and inform them immediately to return or get it change by new order of different cable that I need. But They are strict to their policies and not even caring about their valuable customers. I lost my money (1100/-) and there is no use of this product to me. This is totally garbage for me. I can't use it.

                    I would request One Plus to get this product return. I have just kept this product as it is not opening the box.

                    If they can allow me to purchase new cable on their store with same money. This will be more enough for me. Nothing else.

                      I have ordered ONEPLUS 9RT 5G HACKER BLACK 12GB RAM +256GB STORAGE with an exchange offer of my old phone Oneplus-6 6gb ram and 64gb storage on 1st of July 2022 and after that i get estimated delivery date 4th of July 2022. i have paid Rs28000 through axis bank credit card on oneplus.in . today is 7th of July 2022 i have not received my order. whenever i called to Oneplus customer care number they said there is an issue from their end and my order got returned back to shipper and I was informed to reorder again after that no updated from their end. so they are not delivering my order nor they are not helping me in this . As a customer i feel i am cheated by oneplus india so kindly help me either delivery my product as soon as possible or refund my full amount which i paid. please help me

                      And When I am trying to order it again I don't see the offer now and which is costing more 6000 for me now to reorder.

                          I ordered a phone NORD CE 2(8-128) at discounted price of ₹19000 using my icici credit(actual value-₹25000)...the customer care of OnePlus confirmed twice that order will be given to me...i have proff for the same...but now they are not keeping on their words . they cancelled my order and giving me refund...but now i can not order the phone at same price..so i want compensation for the same gap amount of ₹6000..                             I purchased OnePlus Buds Pro from your official website but now when I opened the box I seen seen the serial no of product and serial no of packaging box is different, When I was use it first time on call I feel my voice is other side person not getting properly and same I tried 2-3 call other days also same problem appears. Then I checked box and packaging and seen full different product I received. I received wrong damage product and please take necessary action on this matter.

                              I have bought one plus nord 2 12 & 256 gb within 10 days a phone would be started a problem with ringtone then after some time a heating issues will be arise I have raised complaint about this issue to their service center and in emails also but not replying properly. A service center man says it was normal. I say heating issue is not normal but he has not agree with my complaints. Thereafter I have wrote too many mails to one plus but they did not reply to my emails I have also send me a proof of heating but still not replying. I request you please resolve my issue other wise refund my money.

                                I have purchased a ONE Plus Band W101IN, six months ago.
                                Now the Band display is not working properly, it has some display issue.
                                On going to the service center, they refuse to repair it under warranty as they say it cannot be repaired under warranty and you will have to pay for the repair.

                                    I have lost my data all by itself. I have not updated or downloaded any application. All of a sudden in a no network area my data have been erased.complete camera folder and 90% of my other files. Poor security. No one responds properly as well. No other forum to complain. Pathetic using one plus and Android. I will never ever buy this phone or never suggest anyone to go with one plus ever.

                                      My device oneplus 8t suddenly has pink vertical line even though there is no any damage done from my side clearly its oneplus software issue, when visited service centre folks simply said replace screen with 14000 with 3 month warranty after testing why shold customer pay for your faulty doings ? alot of customers are facing same issue after not doing anything

                                      never buy one plus product as i update my one plus 8t and green line feature on screen why should we pay for company fault they should replace the screen at no cost APPLE is far better in handling this kind of issue really i urge people not to buy one plus product

                                        I bought my Oneplus Nord mobile in August 2020. On June 2022, my phone randomly switched off while using gallery. When i tried to switch on, it displayed "QUALCOMM CRASHDUMP MODE". I took my phone to Oneplus service centre in CP, Delhi. They could not give me any genuine reason for this to happen but the only wY out they suggested was to get my mother board changed, whose cost was 26, 000 which is more than market value of the phone at present time. This system failure is absolutely Oneplus's fault. I did not expect such issue from a reputed brand. I bought my mobile phone for 28000 and now it is dead within 2 years.
