I have one oneplus mobile on 24.05.2021 and on 21.04.2022 it was out of order . I immediately visted service center as it comes under warranty peiod of one year, but the service center peole has `cheated me and not ready to repair my expensive mobile.
Kindly help me to repair my mobile

    I have given oneplus buds for replacement/repair as its left bud was not working on 21 march 2022 and it is now 2 months that they not have not even provided me with any replacement or any voucher as they were saying to give.
    I am tired of calling and requesting them.
    please help me, I am attaching the details and documents.

      I purchased a One Plus 8T model smartphone in Dec 2020. My phone stopped working on 19 March 2022 and I took it to the OnePlus store in JM Road, Pune, Maharashtra. The store says that the motherboard has to be replaced at a huge cost. It is not understood as to how the motherboard can become faulty within 15 months of purchase. It is evident that the phone has either not passed the Quality test or I have been sold a phone with a faulty motherboard, it being the heart of the phone.

      I am a keen enthusiast of OnePlus, however the current situation has put me in a fix.
      The store tells me that since I do not have an extended warranty, I should now shell out Rs 30, 000 for motherboard replacement . My contention is that a faulty motherboard is beyond the scope of a phone user.

      In view off the above, you are requested to either replace the faulty motherboard without charges or furnish a replacement of the same model.

      I have decided to approach your good office to mutually resolve the issue before approaching the Consumer Forum.
      Anticipating an early and favorable reply from your end.

        I have purchased one plus 9 pro mobile in one plus store at prozone mall coimbatore, while opening itself the mobile doesn't have battery charged, then sales person convinced me, then quick charged, then switch on mobile.
        The issue is battery draining rabidly, even not using, its not withstand battery for a single day...

          On 1st May 2022, I ordered OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite. The phone was ordered from their Official Website. The dispatch date shown on app was 2nd May but product was not dispatched till 5th May. Finally after literally scolding them they finally dispatched product on 6th. Estimate Delivery date was 6th May. Which was supposed to be the final and last day but I got Delivery on 7th.

          As of my phone condition, I ticked on app but Without any Exchange Policy, OnePlus cancels my exchange and delivery boy takes the new phone with him. I was ready to pay difference but they didn't accepted.

          On 7th Delivery boy took phone return with him was going to ship to OnePlus warehouse for refund.
          1) On 11th May, I called and they said that product is received and they will initiate refund today. In evening, when i call they said that product isn't received.
          2) On 12th same happen of 11th. First they said yes received and in the Evening they said product is not received.

          They aren't able to give single correct information. I asked for email id as i was having all recorded calls of their calls, they said they don't have Email support.

          They say only one thing "wait"

            3 month ago, i buyed oneplus nord ce 2 .
            the phone was perfect for 15 days after that it get some glitches, lag, heat problem, etc.
            i am iphone user but i switch to oneplus as i thought its better than apple, but now i know oneplus is very bad.
            i should get my money

                    The issue that I have experienced was: i purchased oneplus bullets wireless z bass edition and i was having problems with them so i got them replaced by a new pair but now in the new pair im again facing problems and my warranty just expired 3 days ago.

                    so yesterday when i was charging my earphones the battery indicator was not showing light and it was having trouble with charging and im pretty sure that in a few days the condition would not be any good and charging just a pair of headphones would not be less than a task.

                    so as due to defective product i had to get a replacement which(replaced unit) again is having some problems even in a short span which for a new product is not expected. I would like to get them replaced.

                      My TV suddenly got turned off on 24 March. So I request for service. A technician came and check on TV. He said motherboard has failed. It will take 7 days to get motherboard from company and after tv will repaired.

                      After 2-3 days company send me email that due to shortage of parts your service put into hold. After 7 days I called company so they said please wait 7 days. your service will be done.But My service not resolved and also they did not give me any update about it.So I again called customer care. They give me same answer that please wait for more 7-10 days. Today is 5 the day, there is no call or updation from company.

                      It's been nearly 1 month that I am trying to resolve my issue but everytime customer care says that please wait for 7 days. Product has 1 year warranty but they are not providing.My warranty is about to expire. If my query not resolved in 1 week than I have to pay for service.

                      I have also tried to contact them through mail but they just want me to wait for some days.

                      If they don't have spare parts of TV and can not able to provide service then they should replace my TV or refund my money because it's been 1 month that my TV is off.

                            I had purchased Accidental Plan with my OnePlus 10 pro Mobile on Apr 6 but accidental plan was not activated i am following up since 15 days . Initially they said will get activated in 24-48 hour's then they said 4-5 days not 5-7 days they are increasing timeline but no resolution . They have missed timeline of activating accidental plan within 15 days of Mobile purchase

                                    Sir I had complaint OnePlus India in warranty time about earphones are not working on their mail and by calling them and also on their WhatsApp agent but they didn't reply me in time after warranty lapsed they told me that here the warranty get lapsed so we can't do anything and sorry for that

                                      I have told to OnePlus on 27th Feb 2022 about the Damaged TV Screen. In fact i have updated the technician on same day when he assembled(17th Feb 2022) but he left the home by the time i found damage.

                                      Since then i have been chasing OnePlus via Customer Care Number[protected] But i do not have any luck, One Plus was telling always that it will be replaced in 24 - 48 hrs. But its been 40 days almost but not replaced yet.
                                      When i called today and asked for status they said 7 - 10 days it will be replaced.

                                      This is not acceptable from OnePlus, So could you please take action on this. whole family is suffering is suffering due to this damaged TV and eyes are impacted.

                                      This issue has not been resolved yet. I have been told that TV has been sent to Service Center and gave Contact number to contact. When i contact Service Center I was asked to come to Service Center and Collect the TV. Why would i go to Service Center and Collect?

                                      20 days back Same Service Center brought the replacement TV to my home but Box was completely opened, So i rejected the TV. Why would i accept opened Box? It can be used and it can be defective piece, It can be returned piece. So i simply rejected.

                                      Service Center Guys are taking advantage of this replacement.
                                      1 instance: They called and said TV panel has arrived and they are going to come and replace the Panel. I rejected as i am expecting Full TV replacement.
                                      2nd instance: after 20 days, They brought TV with completely opened box, Again i rejected.

                                      It looks like, They are trying to send defective and used piece again.

                                        I had ordered OnePlus phone under exchange program. But at the time of delivery, delivery boy refused to give me exchange. He put wrong feedback to app. He had not diagnosis my old phone. He just put camera not working on the exchange phone. OnePlus doesn't verified that, cancel my order as per the delivery boy statement.
