I bought my One Plus 9R mobile on 29.12.2021 and it is within warranty.

From the First Month itself I started having multiple issues with my mobile. Authorised One plus service centre team updated my mobile's software multiple times. Still issues are recurring and they are in multiple. Whenever I approach Service Centre, they ask to call Customer Service Call Centre, Whenever I call Customer Service Call centre they ask me to reach service centre.

The following are the listed issues :

- Mobile is getting hanged.
- Whenever I use search bar to open apps, it is re-routing me to home screen and is getting hanged for a while.
- Apps are always getting crashed. Everytime, I have to unstall and re-install the app.
- Though the mobile scrolling smoothness kept in 120hz, still the scrolling is hard and it is not like other One Plus phones.
- Most of the times, I have to restart my Mobile to get the signals in my mobile.

    I purchased OnePlus 8T in Feb'2021 through Amazon. Recently the phone just switched off while I was about to call someone. I reported the issue at the nearest Oneplus service center in Brodipet, Guntur on 6 Jun 2022. I understand that the motherboard is dead and since the product is out of warranty, the new motherboard replacement cost is almost equal to a new Oneplus 8T mobile.

    I feel cheated by the company due to the poor build quality and exorbitant pricing for repairs and replacement.

    I would like Oneplus to provide me with a free replacement for the motherboard and ensure my phone functions as usual.

    Same thing happened with my Oneplus8t. I bought this phone after years of good reviews from my friends about performance and durability. I guess after years of success the company has lost its way in pursuit of profits.

      Hello,
      I ordered a OnePlus 10R Mobile phone and made payment by Credit Card and it is not delivered to me on 27th May 2022 because delivery person of BLUEDART told me that your device not acceptable for exchange.
      After it, OnePlus Cancelled my order and it returned to OnePlus Warehouse on 31st May 2022 but OnePlus India didn't initiated my refund so far.

      I called more than 5 times to OnePlus Support but they also don't have not update for my refund amount. Whenever I call to OnePlus Voice support, they ask me to wait for 24-48hrs.

      It has been more than 10 days, I didn't get my refund amount.

      Please take legal against them and provide my refund.
      I will be thankful.

          I purchased my one plus tv last year July 2021. From last 3-months before my tv display side corner having red light.I register a complaint in customer care but no one can attend .after complaining the mail came that service engineer attended but no-one came to attend that. I'm feeling so worried that may be I done mistake to buy one plus TV .
          So right now I file a complaint and want my TV replacement.

            I bought the product one year back and send it for repair on 30th april 2022 via OnePlus care app, still under warranty. They picked up from my house and showed it was delivered to service centre after 2 days. After a few days, I got a call from [protected], stating they're from the service centre, they can't do the repair as the production of this item has stopped and they will refund my money. They also asked me to send my bank account details so that they could refund my money. I sent it yo them and they acknowledged the receipt. I waited for few days for my refund and nothing came through. I called back to the above number and they never picked up the call till now. They are intentionally avoiding my calls. I then called to their helpline several times but no help yet. Whenever I call them, they respond as they will soon look into it. Even they told me they'll provide me a voucher code so that I could buy a new product, but that also didn't happen. No response yet. Its a month already. No product or refund I received. I want your help getting my money or product back.

              I have update my Nord to os 12 but many problems have getting like most important decrease camera quality, not showing charging animation antil full charge and increase battery consumption, heating problem, time showing change like hours, minutes, seconds also in status bar please solved this problem quickly..

                I came back from Srinagar and here temperature changes and when I take out my phone a problem is started in my screen called flickering and In this my phone's screen turns fully black during operation .It is under warranty and service centre denied to fix the problem as they said it have slight moisture and even haven't tell the truth and just refused to take phone and resolve my problem I havent contacted my phone with any liquid

                    Dear Concern,

                    I am writing this mail because I am very disappointed with the customer service of your OnePlus (Saket).

                    Your engineers are disobeying the company's 15 days exchange policy (DOA).

                    I, Gulzar Ahmad purchased first time your OnePlus Nord 2 5g on 13th may 2022 from Amazone.
                    Before Oneplus I used Vivo mobiles but I decided to change and purchased Oneplus.

                    After 10 days suddenly some blue and black spots have covered all the screen.

                    I visited your Service Center (Saket). There, they opened a job card and asked me to wait for two days.
                    After 1 day they called me and said that their engineer has checked the phone and it can not be replaced
                    because it happend due to pressure on screen.

                    however, the phone was neither pressurized nor falled down and there was not a single scretch or dent on the phone,
                    The phone is in new condition.(photos atached).
                    The engineer was denied to give me in writted that the phone was physically damaged.
                    Is it the quality of your phones ?
                    I have been using vivo s1 pro for 2 years and still its working properly.

                    Please do not made me feel repentance.

                    If I am not wrong according to your 15 days exchange, the phone must be replaced if any kind of default in it
                    with in 15 days.

                    I want replacment because the phone was already defaulted, there was not a single scretch or dent on the screen.

                    I did not see any kind of scretch or dent on the screen and the engineer was forcing me to accept the same.

                    I would not take my phone back without replacement.

                    Please find the attachments for your references.

                    I Request you to please do the needful as earlier as possible.

                          Hello Sir, Madam,

                          This is to bring in your kind attention that one plus company is making fake commitments with costumers . I have very saddened and feeling cheated after having an encounter with One Plus customer care .

                          Its not even an year since I bought one plus 9R also added additional warranty till August 2023 on top of it .
                          I have been noticing a point appearing on my touch screen from last week .

                          Also my phone hungs every now and then for which I requested OS reimaging.

                          It was indeed shocking to receive a phone call from their arrogant engineer who bluntly asked me to deposit money for this under warranty issue .

                          When I told that my product is under and should be repaired without cost he disconnected the line .

                          Also indicated that there is physical damage on my screen and same was verified while handling my phone to courier agent .

                          It was of no avail and hence I requested him to drop me an email to specify under what circumstances they are not intending to fix this simple issue .

                          But since they know its purely forging with customers he simply initiated dispatch for my cell .

                          I need your intervention as mine is not the only case they are kind of habitual offenders making profits with such malpractices .

                            After 4 months of buying the phone giving problem started phone touch hang & phone over heat. Is showed this phone I carried to the one plus service centre NETAJI SUBHASH PALACE. He said sir is it no problem in this software issue. We will update the software then it will be fine. This phone ran fine. For a few day's then again the problem started coming in it, then it is hanging & heating up. A few days' later, the one plus service centre again went to Connaught place. He also said the same thing that sir it's software issue we have to update.

                            Phone worked fine 1 month. But after few days again the same problem will start in it that the phone is hanging, the touch is not working & phone over heat. I pick up the phone again NETAJI SUBHASH PALACE went to the service centre of one plus again he update the same software update & told me that your phone will be fine.

                            22/05/2022 evening I was working in my office suddenly the phone started to heat and phone touch not working. After some time the phone turn off by it self. Phone was hot at that time. After while when I turned it on the phone display was completely blank. There was some lining inside the display. The phone was ringing but nothing was visible in the display.

                            Next day 24/05/2022 took 1 plus service centre conaught place to show the phone he said that sir your phone's touch has broken, it will not covered under warranty, so you will have to replace on payment basis.

                            I told him that sir, while working on the customer's the phone started heating up and then it was switched off automatically after some time when it turned on it's display was blank and cracked so what's wrong with the customer? Due to being hit, then the phone can blast and some one can die.

                            My point is the phone display is broken due to manufacturing diffect so why should I pay for it ? I am still waiting for your Reply ?

                              I have purchased a product (Supervooc Type C to Type-C cable) from one plus online store. Now by mistake I have ordered Type C to Type C cable instaed of ordering Type A to type C & that was a very genuine mistake that I commit due to the following reasons:-
                              1) They both cost the same @ INR 849. (I have visited the saket service centre two days back & they informed me that your USB cable is damaged & it will costs Rs. 849 that's why I ordered it)
                              2) They both are quite similar in colour, shape & design, so I got confused.

                              Now I have just got my order at 10:00 am on 25th May, 2022 & as soon as I realise my mistake I call the helpline no. I have explained my circumstances very clearly to them but instead of listening to my requests they are keep calming that as per the customer policy they can't exchange the product from Type C to type C to Type A to Type C cable. In the end they remain silent & ignore my voice deliberately & I had to cut my call. This is very very bad policy & try to looting the customers. Every body does that mistake in life & I also request them for the sake of customer relationship & one time request kindly exchange my product. But they simply just doesn't listen my voice. I request you to please jump into this matter & help me in resolving my issues.

                                I have one oneplus mobile on 24.05.2021 and on 21.04.2022 it was out of order . I immediately visted service center as it comes under warranty peiod of one year, but the service center peole has `cheated me and not ready to repair my expensive mobile.

                                    I purchased a One Plus 8T model smartphone in Dec 2020. My phone stopped working on 19 March 2022 and I took it to the OnePlus store in JM Road, Pune, Maharashtra. The store says that the motherboard has to be replaced at a huge cost. It is not understood as to how the motherboard can become faulty within 15 months of purchase. It is evident that the phone has either not passed the Quality test or I have been sold a phone with a faulty motherboard, it being the heart of the phone.

                                    I am a keen enthusiast of OnePlus, however the current situation has put me in a fix.
                                    The store tells me that since I do not have an extended warranty, I should now shell out Rs 30, 000 for motherboard replacement . My contention is that a faulty motherboard is beyond the scope of a phone user.

                                    In view off the above, you are requested to either replace the faulty motherboard without charges or furnish a replacement of the same model.

                                    I have decided to approach your good office to mutually resolve the issue before approaching the Consumer Forum.
                                    Anticipating an early and favorable reply from your end.

                                      I have purchased one plus 9 pro mobile in one plus store at prozone mall coimbatore, while opening itself the mobile doesn't have battery charged, then sales person convinced me, then quick charged, then switch on mobile.
                                      The issue is battery draining rabidly, even not using, its not withstand battery for a single day...

                                        On 1st May 2022, I ordered OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite. The phone was ordered from their Official Website. The dispatch date shown on app was 2nd May but product was not dispatched till 5th May. Finally after literally scolding them they finally dispatched product on 6th. Estimate Delivery date was 6th May. Which was supposed to be the final and last day but I got Delivery on 7th.

                                        As of my phone condition, I ticked on app but Without any Exchange Policy, OnePlus cancels my exchange and delivery boy takes the new phone with him. I was ready to pay difference but they didn't accepted.

                                        On 7th Delivery boy took phone return with him was going to ship to OnePlus warehouse for refund.
                                        1) On 11th May, I called and they said that product is received and they will initiate refund today. In evening, when i call they said that product isn't received.
                                        2) On 12th same happen of 11th. First they said yes received and in the Evening they said product is not received.

                                        They aren't able to give single correct information. I asked for email id as i was having all recorded calls of their calls, they said they don't have Email support.

                                        They say only one thing "wait"
