Raised an issue for oneplus tv mother board replacement on 11.03.2022. Even though it was approved it wil be taking 10-15 working days for bangalore location. Then what about other location? Can u make it early as possible.

    The phone camera is very pathetic. Before this I was using oppo the camera quality was awesome and I was fully satisfied with the phone. But then I thought buying a reputed brand phone and one plus is a big brand name nowadays.
    I purchased one plus Nord in November, I heard from my friends and colleagues that one plus and even Nord is a very good phone and camera quality and pictures are very awesome. But let me tell you it's pathetic, never thought of this that one plus phone can click such bad pictures.

    I think my phone is not original. There is some issue with my product because I heard from others who are using one plus Nord, they are not facing any issue. So request you to change it.

      Sir, I am big fan of one plus mobile. I am using one plus 6 and one plus 7 Two days before I have updated ios, after that my one plus 7 is not working. Now touch screen is also giving problem like some corner working and in the bottom some places are not working. Finger print sensor also not working, so went to the service centre No: 204, Thanisandra Main Road Bangalore-560077. Technician checked and told me to leave the phone he need to check wether the problem in hard ware or soft ware accordingly I have to pay the money. So I want to know how this kind of problems are happening. Pl suggest me what to do. I hope this problem may resolve at the earliest.

        Hi i have ordered Oneplus Nord 2 and i found that there is a issue in the device (display issue, app error, phone is slow and hanging) i have taken video for proof. i have visited VR Mall Oneplus service center to show my issue and they said issue will be fixed in 1 month without seeing my problem. i was not happy with the solution what they have given and again i said give the written commitments that if issue is not fixed we will take the product like this then store IN charge told me i will arrange call back and give you the mail commitments that device will be replaced. its been 5 days now no one has called or received mail for further communication. i have received defective product i need replacement for my device. i feel like i have received used product i need this issue to be fixed at the earliest i couldn't use my phone now. one of the worst service i seen.

        i have more proof which i'm unable to add in this due to file size issue.

          I had ordered one plus via one plus website in exchange of my old phone.. but my old phone was rejected and my ordered phone was taken back and order cancelled .. now even after 13 days I have not got the refund for my order . After talking several times to customer care.. they are saying it will some more days.. refund is initiated as said by them but still not credited to my account.. Really bad service and pissed off with the delay in refund they are doing.. compared to other apps they are very very slow.

              I have bought OnePlus 9R mobile which shows blurring screen dots on screen . Camera quality which although poor. I had paid 40000₹ Which I had work day night it doesn't worth me . OnePlus has provided very worst product.I have gone OnePlus service centre the people over there don't how to treat customer very bad customer service.I need help Please I have done lot's of hard work to make this money and buy mobile. See

                I got an automatic update in Dec -21 for my one plus 6 phone, unfortunately after update the phone slow down in process. But to my surprise i got display message
                " crashdump mode" in last week of
                February-22

                The same problem was faced by my friend with one plus 7 ( I have come to know today).

                This seems it is a virus by one plus company.

                The service centre estates it costs around[protected]/-

                Very big fraud by company.

                  I purchased OnePlus Nord ce in July 2021.since i am facing problems like it's muted automatically on goes on hold automatically, or in speaker automatically.when i picked a call firstly it's gone on muted every time.i mam very much fed up with this phone.finallyphone was picked on 3rd March through logistic.and i recieved this phone on 11th March 2022, what I saw that parcel was teared, tempered even inside packaging was also teared.when...

                  I have recently bought one plus Nord 2 mobile phone and everyday I'm facing a repeating issue on playing video on any apps even in gallery.

                  I have contacted the one plus helpdesk twice and they suggested to reset and the settings and factory reset of mobile which was also not helping.

                  I would need a fix for this software error or a replacement to this failure device

                    We purchased one plus tv through amazon in february 2022, it display is not working from the mid of feb 2022, screen have full of lines, no picture coming. Immediately we call amazon and informed them, they told they will raise complaint with one plus and we will be getting call for that . After a couple of days, we call amazon again and they were asking me to call one plus and they were telling that they are not responsible for that.

                    nxt day we call one plus team, they were telling taht they will be replacing the panel but not TV and they are telling that its been 30 days so there is no replacement. we have logged compalint with amazon within 20 days of purchase and one plus team are not considering that date. they were telling continously that there is no replacement and even they cant escalate the issue nor tranfer the call to higher management.

                    They sent technician to home and he also suggested us to take new tv or ask for refund. same has been informed but of no use.

                    Within a month it is damaged then how can we trust that it will come for long duration, we trust the brand and brought it. But after purchase no one is giving correct reply.

                    We want refund the money or replace the TV with new one. We spend 26K for this and this not a small amount for us.

                      Hello,
                      I am just fed up with Oneplus customer care. They are not at all helping me out. I am facing issues with my OnePlus buds pro for almost a month now. I sent it for a repair twice and they send it back saying that the issue is fixed but it isn't. The charging case of One plus buds pro is continuously making beep sounds after the firmware update. I mentioned them regarding the same. I have sent emails including the attachment as part of a proof. But the never replied to me. I am just waiting for their email.
                      When I talk to their customer service they all keep on saying nthe same thing that I have stopped believing them. Now when I get frustrated and angry on them they put me on the hold while asking permission from me and after a while disconnect the call. Then I have to call them again and and start over. I am now tired and I think that I wasted ₹10000 for a useless & defective product & nobody from Oneplus seems to help me. If you cannot help me here please atleast give me the information so that I can complain about OnePlus.

                        I was getting problem that I am not able to get Audio from left side of my earphone, and I sent my earphone to service through OnePlus care, they returned my earphone saying that it has physical damage since it is not,
                        When earphone returned now I am not able to get audio from both side, when asked abot it to servise Center they said go to another service center,
                        And contacted through email, whatsup i am not getting any solution.
                        I hope u understood my problem
                        And having trust on one plus I hope u will resolve my problem

                          I had bought bluetooth earphones from amazon for one plus then after a few months there were some problems in it, then I sent it to their service center for repair, then when I got it replaced then the box of the product I didn't have the device inside, So I contacted their customer service many times but no resolution came from their side and no refund this thing is going to be 7 months but my problem is not solved by this company till now.

                                I have purchased RCB plan for extended warranty after confirmation by OnePlus support team but later they confirmed you are not eligible for extended warranty as your device is in not applicable for this. So I have asked for refund to their support team through chat where they have provided resolution that they are going to refund in 5-7 working days. But now they are saying that as per their policy the refund is impossible which is not at all fare. This will definitely ruin the reputation of OnePlus and even lose customers faith and good will also get impacted.

                                  Money has already been deducted and I have been calling your customer services for the same from the past a month now. Reference ID[protected], case already escalated on priority now multiple times. No conclusive responses.
                                  It's extremely humiliating and inconvenient.

                                    I bought Oneplus 9R on October it's been only 6 months and my cell phone has caused alot of trouble. It broke down twice and caused a lot of trouble to me. I am doctor by profession and my all the valuable data is constraint to my phone itself. In its absentia i had to face a lot of trouble and the loss is irreparable.

                                      It's 25 days today. And no call from your AUTHORISED service centre. I feel like you have cheated us. Firstly mobile got damaged within 15 days of purchase as it fell from bed while charging. What kind of quality it is? You should have repaired it without any charge.
                                      Now you are charging us Rs 8500/- and not able to repair mobile in 25 days also.

                                      Thanks for such disaster service. Atleast return back my mobile or refund my whole amount.
