Hanging and laging issue crash

Very hight loading in some features example when open file manager very high loading to show files

I am using my oneplus nord device. There is a lot of heating issue in this device and the device hangs a lot when it gets hot. Please solve this problem

On Feb month 2022 I bought oneplus tv U series 50 inch. I was impressed by the product quality. But barely after one month's usage the TV started showing straight lines, so as I trusted the brand I raised a complaint expecting for the best service. But their engineer arrived and declared that the TV is damaged.And then that same night onwards the TV started working fine. But again after few days it started to show its true colors by showing the staright lines. Upon researching about the same TV, came to know that this particular TV has this sought of issues. Lots of customers have been cheated for the same. And the worst part is there's no customer service type of thing. Total ignorance. Below are the reviews from Amazon.

Please take action against this company so that customers may not get cheated.

I purchased a Oneplus 8t on Dec'25th, 2020. It has just been over an year and the handset is facing issues with its motherboard. The handset did not experience any accidental damage/water spillage/software issue. It is clearly a MANUFACTURING ISSUE. People at the service center have acknowledged this. I tried visiting the service center many times. I even contacted the support team through email. I am asked to pay 26000/- as replacements charges of the motherboard. Why should I pay for a manufacturing issue on their end? I asked the company to fix the issue free of cost. I did not get any response. It has become really difficult for me to carry on with my daily activities without my mobile phone. It has also tainted my image in my organization as I am not able to contact my co-workers when needed. I have been dealing with severe emotional distress due to this.

Hey, I have OnePlus 9 5G( this is what the company named it, It is one of the worst mobile I ever had, It's not even 6 months that I bought this phone it is continuously hanging. everything is working in the background except the display something is there and I'm sure display is still there, It's the fault in Something else. This is a manufacturing defect piece which I have got.
We as a customer spends 50k for a non performing low standard phone. Thank God I'm aware about the scam this company is doing. They are fooling all of the customers.
They aren't even replying to the messages,
Super disappointed with this company.

I purchased android tv of 40" inches at 18600 on 20 oct but its display was broken accidently. i called customer care for support but they ask 20000 for screen replacement of my tv how its possible that 18600 rs tv screen cost is 20000 and main thing same model 32 inch tv screen cost is 8000 and same model 43 inch screen cost is 14000 i had screenshots of them. i will agree to pay charges but between 8k to 12k...

My one plus buds z product defective and the product is in warranty period so I can send the product to service center from 1 and half month but they didnt do anything ..they call me and told mi that white earbud not available in stock ..so they generate a coupon instead of one plus bud z then i call 4 to 5 times to the one plus toll free number that generate a coupon as early as possible then they forward a complaint to the escalation team and they said your coupon will be generated in 24 hour but no coupon generated in my mail I'd ...it's 1.5month so please my compaint will be solved in as early as possible

Raised an issue for oneplus tv mother board replacement on 11.03.2022. Even though it was approved it wil be taking 10-15 working days for bangalore location. Then what about other location? Can u make it early as possible.

The phone camera is very pathetic. Before this I was using oppo the camera quality was awesome and I was fully satisfied with the phone. But then I thought buying a reputed brand phone and one plus is a big brand name nowadays.
I purchased one plus Nord in November, I heard from my friends and colleagues that one plus and even Nord is a very good phone and camera quality and pictures are very awesome. But let me tell you it's pathetic, never thought of this that one plus phone can click such bad pictures.

I think my phone is not original. There is some issue with my product because I heard from others who are using one plus Nord, they are not facing any issue. So request you to change it.

Sir, I am big fan of one plus mobile. I am using one plus 6 and one plus 7 Two days before I have updated ios, after that my one plus 7 is not working. Now touch screen is also giving problem like some corner working and in the bottom some places are not working. Finger print sensor also not working, so went to the service centre No: 204, Thanisandra Main Road Bangalore-560077. Technician checked and told me to leave the phone he need to check wether the problem in hard ware or soft ware accordingly I have to pay the money. So I want to know how this kind of problems are happening. Pl suggest me what to do. I hope this problem may resolve at the earliest.

Hi i have ordered Oneplus Nord 2 and i found that there is a issue in the device (display issue, app error, phone is slow and hanging) i have taken video for proof. i have visited VR Mall Oneplus service center to show my issue and they said issue will be fixed in 1 month without seeing my problem. i was not happy with the solution what they have given and again i said give the written commitments that if issue is not fixed we will take the product like this then store IN charge told me i will arrange call back and give you the mail commitments that device will be replaced. its been 5 days now no one has called or received mail for further communication. i have received defective product i need replacement for my device. i feel like i have received used product i need this issue to be fixed at the earliest i couldn't use my phone now. one of the worst service i seen.

i have more proof which i'm unable to add in this due to file size issue.

I had ordered one plus via one plus website in exchange of my old phone.. but my old phone was rejected and my ordered phone was taken back and order cancelled .. now even after 13 days I have not got the refund for my order . After talking several times to customer care.. they are saying it will some more days.. refund is initiated as said by them but still not credited to my account.. Really bad service and pissed off with the delay in refund they are doing.. compared to other apps they are very very slow.

I have bought OnePlus 9R mobile which shows blurring screen dots on screen . Camera quality which although poor. I had paid 40000₹ Which I had work day night it doesn't worth me . OnePlus has provided very worst product.I have gone OnePlus service centre the people over there don't how to treat customer very bad customer service.I need help Please I have done lot's of hard work to make this money and buy mobile. I got an automatic update in Dec -21 for my one plus 6 phone, unfortunately after update the phone slow down in process. But to my surprise i got display message
" crashdump mode" in last week of
February-22

The same problem was faced by my friend with one plus 7 ( I have come to know today).

This seems it is a virus by one plus company.
