I had placed an order for screen protection cover on 01/02/22 but have not received any confirmation yet
Money has already been deducted and I have been calling your customer services for the same from the past a month now. Reference ID[protected], case already escalated on priority now multiple times. No conclusive responses.
It's extremely humiliating and inconvenient.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No reply yet even after multiple calls and follow up done on CS number
No revert for consumer complaint made either

    I bought Oneplus 9R on October it's been only 6 months and my cell phone has caused alot of trouble. It broke down twice and caused a lot of trouble to me. I am doctor by profession and my all the valuable data is constraint to my phone itself. In its absentia i had to face a lot of trouble and the loss is irreparable.
    I humbly request you to replace my cell phone and revert asap .
    Your quick action will be appreciated .

      It's 25 days today. And no call from your AUTHORISED service centre. I feel like you have cheated us. Firstly mobile got damaged within 15 days of purchase as it fell from bed while charging. What kind of quality it is? You should have repaired it without any charge.
      Now you are charging us Rs 8500/- and not able to repair mobile in 25 days also.

      Thanks for such disaster service. Atleast return back my mobile or refund my whole amount.

        Mobile started flickering suddenly. that is also exactly one month after Warranty. Service center people tells its a problem of mother board which will cost 42k. really they are using marketing strategy to get business. & only customer service person will talk to us. really heart breaking.

          My Back Glass Broke their is no damage to the device and it never fall it is broken and when I go to the service Center of Noida in Garden Galleria said your body is bend their is no bend and said if We broke the screen on apply you have to pay for it as we are not responsible as one plus is a big company and I have paid for the phone when why this type of issue is coming please help we Oneplus India or Provide me a New one also on Twitter I will provide the video

            I Tejashwini from Gulbarga Karnataka have purchased OnePlus y series 40 inch tv from poorvika Pvt limited Gulbarga. The show room people came to install the tv .when tv was installed there have been lines on the tv panel . There was a problem in the software of the tv. We purchased tv on 31 January 2022, To process the complaint to replacement of the Tv they dragged till 11 th February 2022 . And today being 25 th February 2022 . There is no improvement in my case. The customer support people only lie saying your case is escalated . Your case is at high concern and I have tagged your email and your case will be solved at the earliest . But bloody no body either the store where I brought the tv nor the OnePlus customer support nobody is able to tell me where is the tv and when it is going to reach me .My registered mobile number [protected] .My email id [protected]@gmail.com

              Phone had hanging issue from the buying date.
              I visited the service center they told me not to update the phone. my question is that why I will not update it. I[censored]pdate had come then phone should respond properly after that update.

              If your phone had issue even if from beginning then why will I accept repair everytime. I want a replacement . Every tym I visited there they do software update and then again same problem started after some time.

                Purchased one plus Tv Y Series 43y1 on 5th nov 2021, Everytime Switch on the TV we having lot of issues hotspot, screen mirroring not working, very poor picture quality colourful display showing, we Raised first complaint on 08/02/2021 three times I raised a complaint and still now they keep on saying that issue with Service team and escalation. Repair technician visited home and he said issue with Product and you will get a replacement TV, whenever i called to customercare they will keep on extend the resolution date by every 7-10 days and the deadline is keep on going to almost 1 month.again I raised a complaint to customercare he said, some technician came to ur home and u told ur issues, customercare services and answer very poor. And totally this tv waste of money..

                    I purchased this a while ago but this oneplus airpodes are worst they dont even work properly i purchased it for 5000 but it was totally waste as it doesnt work properly sound quality is very low and still no service and also no customer care address your problem . boat is must a better company as music products and they are worst my 5000 waste will not be purchasing anything from oneplus

                      Even though My mobile is on unable to receive messages and calls so they have done a PUD service and I am facing the same issue.
                      Customer care is making me wait inspite of so many calls.
                      My issue is not yet resolved

                        I had bought the OnePlus 8T mobile about 1 year ago.. initially i have not found any lagging problem in it..but, from last 1 month, after being updated to the new software, now my phone is too much lagging.. i can't even scroll nicely and sometimes it get hanged..my security pattern is also not working for which now i have to remove the pattern from the apps..
                        Please consider this matter and resolve it quickly..i am getting frustrated now

                          I was using a 3-month old OnePlus 9R mobile which started hanging, restarting, getting black screen since last month. It was updated & factory reset by the OP Center at Faridabad 15 days back after which it again started having same set of issues.

                          I contacted OP customer care on 14th Feb 2022 & they told me to send the device to OP New Delhi Center for detailed inspection. The phone was picked up on 15th Feb 2022 around 1PM.

                          But it was only on 18th Feb 2022 around 6PM that i got an update that it has been delivered to the said service center in Delhi. That was after i had been calling OP people every day, following up over chats & after an escalation was raised.

                          Being from a logistics bakground, I fail to understand that how does it takes almost 4 days (all working days btw) for a cell picked up from Faridabad to get deliveredin New Delhi.

                          I am sure there was some fishy business going on since the servie is being provided by a third-party vendor 'Servify'. The level of trust and reliability on OP has completely shattered despite this being 5th OP in my family.

                            Within a year one Plus tv display problem. 24jan complained about it. They initially told we will request for product replacement. It will take 15 days. So first fifteen days gone. Again' called a customer care and they said request has been raised only on 10th Feb. Not sure what the OnePlus was plucking inbetween days. Again called a customer care. I have been told that another 15 days. So i assume OnePlus is not a brand anymore. OnePlus is pathetic. Very very cheap customer services. Written out of full frustration

                              I bought one plus bullet wireless z bass edition and after a few days o[censored]sing it i started getting a distorted sound whenever I am on call. I tried replacing the same and they replaced it too but the problem remains, so i started searching for other users experience and come to the conclusion that they have been also facing the same issue and being a very reputed company they have managed to evade the problem by selling an entire lot of defective products.

                                I have purchased a new tv and display was having problem i have registered complaint on 25 th of nov ID = [protected] and complaint was cancelled automatically again i complain raised on[protected] again cancelled again raised on[protected] ID= [protected] And oneplus has promised for tv replacement still they are fooling whenever i am calling custmr care they are fooling

                                  I have bought OnePlus tv on October 2021. Within two months faced display issue. Raised complaint on Dec 11 2021. Service engineer visited and raised for replacement on Dec 20 2021. It is been more than 2months, no update from them. The tv is in one year warranty period. Still they are not resolving.

                                    I bought OnePlus Wireless Earphones Worth (2000) On
                                    [protected] But . After 3 Months it was no working properly.
                                    It was in Warranty. So I requested a repair Service To OnePlus They Took My Product On 3rd September 2021. But Till Now They are Not Giving my Product back They Are Not taking any action. it has been more than 5 Months. I have talked more than 100 times to Customer care to Give My Product Back.
                                    They Only Say Wait. They say your product has received to us but we don't have update on it. Case No Provided by Them[protected]

                                      I bought OnePlus Y series television on July 2021, got screen problem on September 2021, raised a complaint on October 2021, this got closed without any resolution, following up on the same complaint since October, till date (Feb 2022). Just for sake, some technician visited and they changed the status saying once parts is available, it will be repaired. I am not sure how long i have to wait to get my television repaired. It's been over 4 months already
