I have bought OnePlus tv on October 2021. Within two months faced display issue. Raised complaint on Dec 11 2021. Service engineer visited and raised for replacement on Dec 20 2021. It is been more than 2months, no update from them. The tv is in one year warranty period. Still they are not resolving.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I bought OnePlus Wireless Earphones Worth (2000) On
    [protected] But . After 3 Months it was no working properly.
    It was in Warranty. So I requested a repair Service To OnePlus They Took My Product On 3rd September 2021. But Till Now They are Not Giving my Product back They Are Not taking any action. it has been more than 5 Months. I have talked more than 100 times to Customer care to Give My Product Back.
    They Only Say Wait. They say your product has received to us but we don't have update on it. Case No Provided by Them[protected]

      I bought OnePlus Y series television on July 2021, got screen problem on September 2021, raised a complaint on October 2021, this got closed without any resolution, following up on the same complaint since October, till date (Feb 2022). Just for sake, some technician visited and they changed the status saying once parts is available, it will be repaired. I am not sure how long i have to wait to get my television repaired. It's been over 4 months already

        I ordered a red wire earphone, after some times i started face some issue in voice so i sent to this service center, but they did not solve problem and send in black wire that i dont like, i want a red wire earphone in good condition

          Hi,
          I bought oneplus 9RT with oneplus care plan on 23rd January from their website, the display unfortunately was broken when received, I gave it to the service center on 29th, care plan wasnt activated.
          Now since then I have called atleast 50 times to the customer care, they keep saying someone will call me, yet I have not received an call or email. I donot know the satus and it has been more than a week now.
          I am being haraased by oneplus, made to wait on call for more than 15 mins without anyone coming back .
          Please help me

            I am using oneplus 6, on 3-feb-22 i have updated the security patch. After the update i am locked out of my phone. unable to unlock whichever the password i am giving it is not taking. Because of this i am about to lose very important data for which i am not ready.

            I have contacted customer care/center they mentioned i have do hard reset and make work but i will loose all my data.

            I want my phone to be unlocked without losing the data, or else get the data out of the phone and will do anything after that.

            I think such a big companies not giving any importance to the people's emotions.

            I dont know why having such big companies are unable to perform this small unlocking or getting the data out.

            With all the trust people are using your brand, We believe that any problem occurs it will get resolve.

            I kindly appeal please get me te solution.

                I have ordered ONEPLUS 9RT 5G HACKER BLACK 12GB RAM +256GB STORAGE with an exchange offer of my old phone Oneplus 6t 8gb ram and 128gb storage on 17 January 2022 and after that i get estimated delivery date 21 January 2022. i have paid Rs35609 through my axis bank debit card on oneplus.in . today is 31 January 2022 i have not received my order or any tracking ID for my product. whenever i called to Oneplus customer care number [protected] they said that after 24 to 48 hrs. you will get an update but after that nothing happens from 18 January 2022 till today i daily call to them they say same like this . so they are not delivery my order nor they are not helping me in this . As a customer i feel i am cheated by oneplus india so kindly help me either delivery my product as soon as possible or refund my full amount which i paid i.e Rs35609 . please help me

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones & Accessories

                  The issue that I have experienced was: Worst technical and repaire service. Submitted the device on 13th October and till 1st february it is still pending acceptance by the technician to diagnose and then repair.keeping the device in the Service Centre for an uncounted days for the repair. Escallated, Complains everything is done many times but the issue is not resolved, don't know when I will be getting my device back from service centre. Cust. service no & mail id is just to fool cust.

                  It occurred on: 14/10/2021

                  Please give me my headphone back😭

                    I purchased one plus Tv on 01-Oct-21 and it is having issue with Date & Time.

                    Everytime we Switchon the TV we need to manually setup the data & Time.

                    Raised first complaint on 07-Oct-21 and still now they keep on saying that issue with Service team and escalation. Repair analyst visited home and said issue with Product and you will get a replacement TV as the issue in defective in Tv.

                    Whenever i called & send email to ciustomercare they will keep on extend the resolution date by every 7-10 days and the deadline is keep on going to 4 months..

                      I purchased the phone on 27 nov 22. It had some issues of network and no voice during call from the beginning. The phone body was fine. I didn't check phone internally for damages ( no one does). On 9 Jan 22 the phone stopped working while I was watching a Instagram video. The phone never fell down. There r no physical damages on the phone. Now the service centre is saying that the phone has internal damage and it is not covered in warranty. But the one plus call center people say that it is covered in warranty if there is no external physical damage on the phone. But ilon calling the customer care on call they do not acknowledge the complaint on mail or something. Whom to ask for help. Why should I pay more 12-13000 rupees on a 40000 phone just within 1.5 month of purchase.

                        OnePlus Buds repair

                        I bought the OnePlus Buds in 2020 despite issues from friends regarding it's build quality and durability. Now the right bud has stopped functioning and when I went to the service center, they said that since the product is out of warranty, they won't do anything. I called the customer service helpline (on 28/01/2022) and the representative also told me that since the product is out of warranty, which is only one year, they won't do anything...

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am Zabira, i bought one plus TV and i played TV with my brand new sound bar but it is disturbing a lot. I can not hear songs also. And i connected differennt sound bar also by using BT but i got same result.

                          So i made a complaint against it, and service personal visited my home and informed mother board is a problem we can change TV. Then later week another service personal came and informed there is no problem with TV.

                          If there is no problem pls run BLUE tooth without any disturbance. I want refund for my TV.

                          Pls change my TV.

                            I have issued for a repair service for my one plus 43 inch hd android TV and a part was meant to be replaced but it's been almost 3 months and there has been no action from them . Whenever I call them they are telling me to wait for a few more days and now it has been 3 months since I registered the complaint. I believe that you will take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                              I have raised the complaint for my oneplus Y1 43 tv on Nov 7, 2020, till now no one has visited my home to rectify the issue. I have called multiple time in 3 months only information they are saying we have escalated the issue.
                              Its almost 3 months my parents struggling without tv in this pandemic situation.
                              Need compensation and replacement of TV.

                                The issue that I have experienced was: TV screen issue before 1 year only...i am.complaining from last 2 months...no option available in portal for TV service request, only reflecting mobile and accesories, how can we raise complaints online?? We dont have time to waste on doing follow ups, doing calls ans ect, after many days finally recived comolaint number, after receiving number technician visited 3rd days and he took some pic of sercute board ect, its almost more than 1 week ago still no reaponse, he told within 2 days will come back to fix this, still mot visited and no response...

                                Is this customer service?? Even i am from customer service end, this kind of service not at all acceptable, 1st give proper service, if service centre not available pz don't sale ..

                                Belgaum is a big city of karnatala and there ia no proper service here, really not happy at all one plus...

                                    We have purchased OnePlus TV 7th Jan 2021 in Amazon. It's not working form 25Nov2021. We have raised issue many times with OnePlus support team and Amazon. From the 25thNov2021 every week we are doing followup and every time support team is tell with in 5 to 7 working days engineer will come and issues will get resolved. But nobody called me and I don't know what is the status. Finally I need to know the issue will get resolved or not.

                                      I bought one plus triggers for my one plus 9 device from one plus store app. They had sensitivity issues at the beginning so I contacted nearest (60kms from my place) service center for which I got a replacement. But now the replaced product is also showing same problems. I cannot visit service center every week for this product.

                                      I no longer want this product please refund the amount for this product. It's useless.
