I was requesting a bad earphone last month. I complain from OnePlus application. I complained on the 8th of September of the previous month. I haven't received it yet....

I have purchased on 7th October, and i did not used for single time, given it to service center
they are claiming product not in stock, its been 12 days since i have raised ticket in service center.
they also claims it might take another 10-15 days for replacement.
