I purchased a new one plus nord ce in month of September.
from the very beginning of purchase .I am continuously getting the hang of it and a lag in every video i play whether i am playing it online or it is downloaded already. I went to service center as well but after upgrading from one plus authorized service Center. They told me i will be not getting these issues again, but problem remains the same also sometimes i am not receiving incoming calls voice Try to fix this asap or replace my phone .I can not use that phone after spending a huge amount and getting this error in a new phone.

I have submit my phone to customer care delivery boy on 26.10.2021 but not received any update till now.

Experience to talk with customer care is pathetic and horrible

continuously following through mail from 14.10.2021 but not get a single revert till now.
really shameful experience from one of reputed brand.

never recommend to any one .

    After taking daily follow up, no progress yet. It has been 25days. I am paying emi for a damaged product. Is it justified?

      I am having a worst experience while claiming warranty of my device(REF ID: WEOSDTBX5XKU). It was picked up on 13 oct 2021 for repair, after pursuing for about a month i have still not recieved it. Even customer care people have no information. They just keep on asking for more time from me. Their application shows that device is under repair, but how come it is taking a month to get repaired. I had to buy new handsfree because of this. I do not know whether i will get my device back ot not.i felt cheated.

        I purchased my TV with the below details for which the panel and motherboard is not working and technician visit stated it to be replaced. I’ve been waiting for 2+ months and panel didn’t arrive yet and now the motherboard as well. I’ve been trying to contact OnePlus but didn’t get any response. I don’t need repair now and want to get the complete TV replacement.

          I have purchased a oneplus y series 43inches tv online through flipkart app on 15 th august 2021. It came with a warranty period of one year. My tv stopped working and went dead in october 2021. I registered a complaint regarding this in oneplus care app on october 13 th. Without even visiting my place the complaint was closed stated resolved. Then again i registered a complaint by calling their customer care number on 19 th october. Even after calling them multiple times they refuse to give me a repair service and keep delaying the process which is getting me frustrated kindly help me

            When I will get my payment refund for order no. M[protected] order has been 5 days ago still hasn't initiated payment yet

            when it going to be initiated my payment how long i have to wait for the refund the product that you already received at your end but i haven't received the refund yet

                  Respected Sir,
                  I had Schedule a repair of OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z on 17 September 2021 with Reference ID PDVF8PKGMZF.
                  The issue with headset is Mic was not not working and sound was low.
                  Due to some unknown reason service was cancelled and the Product was not delivered yet.
                  I think the device was missing from there side. I want my device back with in a stipulated time
                  I had called a coustmer car several times, every time they have new technical excuse about the transit shipment and the response is null from the OnePlus Coustmer care service.

                    I was purchased one LED oneplus production from reliance digital. Some issue was in that LED and I was lodged the complain with customer care on 23rd September 21. Complaint id is S20210923. On 29 engineer called me over my mobile and ask the screen shot and I was provided to him. He told me that panel issue and LED is under warranty. He has send the indent to company for replace the panel . Almost 50 days over but my complain not resolve. I was 8-10 times called on customer service no. & everytime they replied that it will take 3-4 days. I also visited reliance digital hub and they also send the mail to concern executives.They provided the mobile numbers of oneplus area manager. I was try to contact them over mobile but everytime they not received my phone. I request to lodge my complain against the company as well as concern executive for not resolved the same .

                          I got my one plus U1S 55 TV ON Aug 28th . Circuit of the tv got damaged the very next day and I raised a complaint for tv service . After serval follow up(after 2 weeks), service guy came to our house and checked everything .He said since it is a new tv we will place tv replacement request . After that there was no update and I had to regularly followup with customer care and they used to tell that new tv replacement request has been approved, but some parts are missing (I don't know what that means parts missing) . This went on for more than 45 days .
                          2 weeks back customer care was telling that they are changing the service center team of my city . So whole process has to done from beginning .
                          They have now raised a new request for service team to visit my house for checking the tv and they haven't visited my house yet and my follow up still continues...
                          This is really frustrating having my damaged tv in house for more than 2 Months . There has not been proper communication what so ever .

                              I bought the OnePlus Nord 2 in August. The next month I got an update and it started having problems. Camera clarity changed, it looks like a poor camera & the phone is hang. I gone to the service center and they update the phone again.
                              Then the next problem started. It is that battery drained issue. Battery charge decreased In the night time around 20% and also the hanging issue continued.

                              Again I visit service center. They will said that the phone will keep & cross check the phone. In 2 months 4 times I go to the service center.

                                  Received a damaged panel product on 20th Oct, after informing BlueDart, I have informed oneplus on the same date via chat & email. after taking daily follow-ups from chat support, getting the same replies each time that their team is working. after passing 14days they don't have any updates what's their team is doing. Today my first EMI has been deducted but neither i have the proper product nor oneplus team is helping. am i suppose to pay emi for a defective product? is it justified? why i am suppose to pay for a damaged product? oneplus chat service is continuously making false promise since 20th Oct. Till now they don't have any progress report from their relevant team. They are harassing me since it delivered. Kindly help. Getting frustrated for their such worst service.
                                  I have paid the first EMI today for such a damaged product.
