I am Shanmugam Bought a OnePlus Y Series 80 cm (32 inches) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV 32Y1 (Black) (2020 Model) | B08B42LWKN (
B08B42LWKN ) in April 2021. From the time i bought i had issues with the display and many other problems, On 29 October i had made a complaint to customer care number[protected]Complaint Number -[protected] )regarding this, They told me a tat time of 48 hours and promised me that the issue will be solved in 48 hours. Every once in 86 hours i will call the customer care and ask for the status. They would promise me 48 hours tat, Like this i have been following them past 60 days but nothing happened.

I dont understand why they are not solving my issue because of this we were not watching TV for 60 days . I am psychologically depressed and upset of ONE PLUS COMPANY.

Kindly request to solve the problem ASAP, I had good hope with the ONE PLUS brand but all in vain.

    One Plus Band Strap has not been available since 20th October 2021. If you cannot keep a stock of the strap then what is the point of launching the band?
    The band strap broke.
    I ordered the band on Jan 12, 2021. The order number was: M[protected]Ordered from the app:OnePlus store). I have been checking for strap availability on the website on since 20th October 2021. It's been two months since then. I have not been able to use the band because of this. Either provide a strap or replace my band as the device is of no use to me without a strap.

      I brought the earphones 11 months ago and it stopped working all of the sudden I went to service center there gave me a new one again it was a deafult piece where it made all cracking sounds and created headache and again I went to service center there gave me new one again and you know what again it made those sounds total 3 times I have went still now I didn't get a earphones without deafult piece there even call there said there will come up with a solution .such a worst experience and worst quality

        Television keeps on restarting while using, we are not able to watch anything without problems. Software has been updated twice, motherboard has been changed and now technician has asked for panel replacement. Seeing such quality of a newly bought TV is raising concerns for long term use. We have raised multiple complaints either to fix this issue or replace this unit with a new one, since the technician is unable to fix the issue from almost last 2 months, we are requesting to replace this unit with a new one. We are not certain that TV will work as it should in long term as its major parts i.e., Motherboard and panel are to be changed within one month o[censored]sage. Major disappointment for us is that technician always closes the request without even fixing the issue and we have to again raise the complaint to customer support. We have been raising multiple complaints since November first week and no resolution is provided, complaints can be tracked via customer id - C118853

          This product is not proper work and battery discharge before 24hrs so kinldy look into this and replace product

            One plus 40 inch TV was purchased from Croma Chennai anna nagar on 29th October, delivered on 30th October and installation was done in week. After few days o[censored]sage there was a display issue, complaint was registered with croma as. One plus technician came over to check on 8th Dec 2021 and confirmed replacement will be done in a week. It's been 3 weeks and no replacement was done. Also no proper response from one plus and croma. Phone calls are being ignored. Highly disappointed. Need replacement asap.

              I am having a worst experience while claiming warranty of my device(REF ID: OF6DDCNDBW2U). It was picked up on 13 oct 2021 for repair, after pursuing for more than two months, I have still not received it.Customer care people keep on saying that my case is escalated for about 1 and half month. They just keep on asking for more time from me. Their application shows that device shipped until now(18 December 2021), but how come it is taking more than two month to get repaired. I had to buy new handsfree because of this. I do not know whether I will get my device back or not .I am feeling cheated.

                My phone has a manufacturing defects but service center employees says we can do anything you have to pay for it.
                It's had not even a month my screen is completely gone black because of defects on screen with no external damages.
                I have not faith in service center employees as they have talk rudely with me and have no sense how to talk to customer absolute pathetic service.
                I have faith in OnePlus higher authority who can resolve my queries with no fault of mine.

                  I raised a repair issue on 2 /12/2021 i have submitted device bill on one plus care . I talked to customer care they say to me due to some technical glitch i get notification of repair cancelled.please solve my issues and i have try many times in your customer care number there is no any positive response my registered mobile number is [protected] and refrence id is 9M8AX5RZ6R0Z . I have call from unknown number from your side today but when i call back no one answer my call i tried at least 10 times.please solve my issue as soon as possible

                      On March 2021 i purchased a One Plus Tv from a OnePLus Store and it was working absolutely fine till August 2021 and after that my Tv got blackout screen and it is not working till now. I raised a complain from September and then till now i still rasing a complain almost 15 time in this 3months but they keep giving me fake promises to resolve my problem. After having one wait wait on November they gave me a complain number which is[protected] on 09th November 2021 and they told me that it will resolve by 5 business days then after that i called them at every 5 business days to know the status of my issue but they giving me time and now on 2nd of December2021 when i called them, they told them a new request number which is C114836 and said it will resolve my issue within 48hours because my tv parts and technician both are allotted and ready to visit your place. Unfortunately i have recorded all the calls which i did to One Plus Customer Care but this time also they did repaired my Tv and today i spoke again with the same issue and they have taken it lightly by saying that it will take time no matter how much raised a complain if you want to take action against this issue we will not help you anymore. SO is this fair to customer to handle such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior. and then finally they told me it may take 15business days more to resolve since to threaten as to complain on consumer care.

                            I bought One Plus LED TV this 20th October 2021 through amazon. The worked properly only for 7 days.

                            then display stopped working only audio is coming. Since then I am contacting customer care regularly everytime they say within next 36 to 48 hours technician will contact me. But no one contacted me. I asked phone number of technician but they say they don't have. For past one and half month I am contacting customer care for more than 8 times still same reply but nothing was done. my location is urban area only. selling very poor quality TV is one thing. They can't even provide repair services in urban area. Please take necessary steps to repair my tv

                              The oneplus budz was purachsed and already replaced once as I got a defective piece. After 6 months the replacement item also showed up. Repair was created on Oct 19th and picked up on 21st October 2021. I have not yet received the product back. The application still shows requested for parts. It's been 40 days.

                                Dear Oneplus, its been 32 days that i gave you my phone for a battery related issue. I live in Faridabad from where the phone was picked and you shipped my phone Bangalore. After waiting for 10 days for the repair to be initiated I cancelled the repair request in order to get back my phone as one has a lot of important tasks related to work. Now its been 22 days after that and you Bangalore service centre is yet to dispatch the phone. Please help out getting my phone back and provide compensation for these 32 days wasted for nothing!!!

                                  Got installed on 15th November. First time after installation when I tried opening the TV, it didn't work. I complained to the CC the same day who took the complain as DOA and told me that the issue will get resolved in 5-7 working days. Since, then I am calling CC and everybody is saying the same thing that the issue will get resolved in 5-7 days, though I have not received any call from oneplus's side

                                    I had purchased oneplus wireless bullets z headphones from SS communications kolhapur.After using them for 6 month my left side headphone stopped working so i had given it for replace to ss communications latur as it was in warranty period. So its been 2 and half month now but i havent recieved my headphones back.The executives just keep saying that there is a problem from companies end. It is very bad experience i have viaited the store many times but they keep saying the same thing again and agin. Please do something about it.I am really tired visiting the store and asking for my headphones back.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Defect OnePlus 8T

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a new OnePlus 8T 5G . the phone lags, freezes & half of it's text aren't displayed. The phone is under manufacture warranty.
                                      This issue is from the beginning,
                                      1. Phone hangs.
                                      2. Display of half texts in many apps
                                      3. Sound doesn't come sometimes when someone calls
                                      4. Shows system UI is not responding

                                      It occurred on: 16/01/2021

                                      I would need them to do repairs and the duration under which my phone is repaired I want a replacement / spare phone for that time. Or I want a permanent replacement to the phone.

                                      The whole purpose of buying a new phone is because My previous phone is damaged. If I buy OnePlus 8T, and if it is a defect phone, then OnePlus should Send a replacement phone while it is being sent to repairs.

                                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                        I have brought a tv y series 43inch. On 18 October i raised a compliant in OnePlus web page and I got the no. EGMIFI0NPMGX, MRPBTGHADIH3, but i thought it would be resolved. Unfortunately they deleted the requested by not resolving. Again I called on 20th of October to cc no and raised a ticket no.[protected]. Till date no one visited the location.. and even I'm ready to take the tv to thier store in t.nagar or Vrmall waiting still no one have a courtesy to check what issue has the tv have...

                                        Request to resolve the same as soon possible.
