I have purchased OnePlus bluetooth wireless z headphones for me and my family members and friends nearly 5 headphones in last year ..they were working well at start but after one year all the earphones stopped working at one side and all earphone have connecting issues now ..for a company like OnePlus they prepared headphones which work in warranty period only after that they will stop working this is worst I have seen in electronic goods category .. if one headphone has problem it would be forgiveable but when it comes to 4to5 earphones there is something in it. Please solve this issue ..

    In oneplus wireless Bluetooth headset bass edition which is not working with proper sound in left side pad which is so irritating

      Hi,

      I accidently purchased Type C to Type C cable from OnePlus website but I needed USB to Type C cable. Now, I talked to OnePlus customer care executive for the exchange but to my surprise they mentioned that it is not a part of their policy and they cannot exchange the product. This was no where mentioned at the time of purchasing the product, if it is a part of their policy then they should have specifically mentioned "No Exchange" or "No Return" at the time of purchasing the product just like Amazon or Flipkart does.
      This is a scam against a customer as the customer only comes to know about their policy once they have purchased the product. I checked OnePlus website and USB to Type C cable also costs the same i.e. Rs:849/-.
      Can someone please help me as this is a hard earned money and all I want is a exchange as I have no use of Type C to Type C cable.

        Purchased OnePlus 42" TV in Amazon still under warranty I have raised complaint on 17tj august but those service people have no response properly waiting on parts from last 2 months, I am constanting advocate to file complaint in consumer court.i recommend all not to buy one plus tv their services r bad when they can't provide service they should not sell there products

          I bought a oneplus tv from flipkart 3 months ago..now the tv is showing display problems and the tv has warranty...its about 15days i registered the complaint and about 4times i contacted the customer services..no one is responding or follow up my complaint

            I have purchased One plus nord 2 5G Mobile on 09.10.21 and till now i have nt started using it much. The battery having fully charged drains down so badly n rapidly even when it is untouched which is a huge disappointment for the penny invested in it. Requesting to kindly address the issue please.

              Product: OnePlus Nord
              Issue: The phone has a screen repair issue. The screen just dislodged from the body of the phone. As the phone was under Warranty send the phone via pick up repair service from OnePlus. Reference ID: 9QUNDPSP8G7M

              The phone was shipped on 18th September via BlueDarr and received on 20th September. OnePlus acknowledged that it received the phone on 28th September.

              After that, there is no update on the repair in the portal nor there is any way to escalate. Calling up the customer care just give the basic generic answer that they are working on it.

                    On September 21 I was facing some issues with connecting my earphones to my mobile so to check whether the issue was with my earphone or mobile I tried to connect it with my laptop, but it still didn't work, so I registered the replacement or repair, the next day the earphones were collected from my house and were transported to the Chandigarh service center and from that day I have contacted the customer care number multiple times but have gotten the same response of waiting a few days as if I already haven't waited enough for a product I paid for and the product that is in warranty. I didn't expected this type of third class service from a brand like OnePlus, but I was wrong. I would also like anyone in my country to have a pleasant after sales experience to stay a few miles away from OnePlus. As regarding the complaint, if I don't get my product replaced or a refund from your pathetic brand, I would very willingly lodge a complaint against you in the consumer court.

                            Recently I've ordered the earphone but after using it for 3days the voice was cracking and lagging.. after requesting for a replacement in my near service center (which is in Prayagraj, Civil lines) they said that it will take 1month to replace.. what kind of service is this that CUSTOMER has to wait for a whole 1month.. after 1month a call from Lucknow OnePlus service center CUSTOMER called me and said your earphone has arrived here and will be replaced from here. 1week also gone and I didn't get my earphone whenever I called them the phone is always busy they also don't reply on WhatsApp.. what kind of service is this from a well known company like OnePlus.. worst experience pathetic, never gonna buy item from this ### OnePlus.

                              Hi,

                              One plus Bluetooth headphones are not clear during phone calls and during media it is being taking a pause for few seconds. I have already sent to service centre twice but the same headphones is again and again sent back to me without repairing. I would need this rectified or replaced or refund immediately as it's being 2 months I am trying to solve this issue but headphones are returning back to me without repairing. I would need to close this ASAP or else I will take next step which you guys will have to face the consequences.

                                I had bought One Plus TV 32Y1 on 28th Dec, 2020 from Reliance Digital. For few months TV worked flawlessly, later on after 6 months it started giving issues. Initially TV was hanging a lot and hence I had raised complaint for the same, but no one turned up, but issue was marked resolved automatically. Later TV started flickering and also started auto navigation without remote operation. Hence, again raised service request. This time they didn't turn up for atleast 1 month even after repeated escalations. Later they replaced motherboard, after which the TV was working fine for few days. Now, again TV is not starting up at all. It has been more than 15 days, no one is responding. I cannot bear this much delay. I would request you to resolve my issue by helping me to get this TV replaced with new one which shouldn't be defective again.

                                  I sent my oneplus buds for a repair as they were not giving proper sound and are still under warranty, its been more than 20 days and I don't know what repair is being done as I only get one response from customer care that engineer is not yet assigned.
                                  Does it take this long to assign an engineer, if yes how are you guys running a company.
                                  I have been a oneplus users from years now but had come in contact with customer support the first time and can't imagine it is so DAMN POOR.
                                  If you can't repair the buds then replace it, every other company does that.
                                  Seeing such customer service now I would definitely have to switch to some other brand
                                  It is Very DISAPPOINTING to see such response from oneplus.
