    Gave for replacement to one plus service centre Guwahati on 16 of August and by today its 8th of Oct and still now I haven't recieved my product..they don't response to calls and whenever I go to their centre they keep extending date and they themselves is not sure when and where my product is now it's going to be almost 2 months just to replace an earpiece they give all kinds of excuses and would never call also very irresponsible and worst service I want my product

        Recently I've ordered the earphone but after using it for 3days the voice was cracking and lagging.. after requesting for a replacement in my near service center (which is in Prayagraj, Civil lines) they said that it will take 1month to replace.. what kind of service is this that CUSTOMER has to wait for a whole 1month.. after 1month a call from Lucknow OnePlus service center CUSTOMER called me and said your earphone has arrived here and will be replaced from here. 1week also gone and I didn't get my earphone whenever I called them the phone is always busy they also don't reply on WhatsApp.. what kind of service is this from a well known company like OnePlus.. worst experience pathetic, never gonna buy item from this ### OnePlus.

          Hi,

          One plus Bluetooth headphones are not clear during phone calls and during media it is being taking a pause for few seconds. I have already sent to service centre twice but the same headphones is again and again sent back to me without repairing. I would need this rectified or replaced or refund immediately as it's being 2 months I am trying to solve this issue but headphones are returning back to me without repairing. I would need to close this ASAP or else I will take next step which you guys will have to face the consequences.

            I had bought One Plus TV 32Y1 on 28th Dec, 2020 from Reliance Digital. For few months TV worked flawlessly, later on after 6 months it started giving issues. Initially TV was hanging a lot and hence I had raised complaint for the same, but no one turned up, but issue was marked resolved automatically. Later TV started flickering and also started auto navigation without remote operation. Hence, again raised service request. This time they didn't turn up for atleast 1 month even after repeated escalations. Later they replaced motherboard, after which the TV was working fine for few days. Now, again TV is not starting up at all. It has been more than 15 days, no one is responding. I cannot bear this much delay. I would request you to resolve my issue by helping me to get this TV replaced with new one which shouldn't be defective again.

              I sent my oneplus buds for a repair as they were not giving proper sound and are still under warranty, its been more than 20 days and I don't know what repair is being done as I only get one response from customer care that engineer is not yet assigned.
              Does it take this long to assign an engineer, if yes how are you guys running a company.
              I have been a oneplus users from years now but had come in contact with customer support the first time and can't imagine it is so DAMN POOR.
              If you can't repair the buds then replace it, every other company does that.
              Seeing such customer service now I would definitely have to switch to some other brand
              It is Very DISAPPOINTING to see such response from oneplus.

                I sent my OnePlus bullets wireless bass edition for repare about 3months ago but they cancelled my repair request the day my device reached their service center
                Now they are not giving back my device
                I've called them so meny times it all seems to be a waste of time and energy
                These people at OnePlus are not listening at all
                Please help me with this

                      This is regarding the phone I recently bought. I bought my one plus Nord 2 the previous month. Since the first day, I am facing issues with its camera in all video calling apps. The camera gets switched off or gets hanged on its own on every app using the camera. I have talked to customer care and even visited the service station in Chandigarh but the issue still persists. They resolve the problem but it works only temporarily. It is costing me my time, money for visiting the service station again and again, and also my efforts. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                        This is to bring into your notice that i had bought one plus 9 pro on 2-july-2021 from an authorised dealer. But for my surprise its software got corrupted on 19-sept-2021. Hence, i got it fixed from one of your service centre located in Shipra mall, Ghaziabad. But again today i.e. on 29-sept-2021, software has again gone corrupted.
                        This was my first experience that a phone belonging to such reputed brand has shown up this way. I do not trust this product anymore and want a compensation against this. Please replace this product as soon as possible because many of my important commitments are stuck due to this problem.
                        I’m attaching the phone’s bill along. I need revert on an urgent basis pls.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones

                              The issue that I have experienced was: I (My son's-Poovanna mobile ) have given Oneplus Nord mobile for display screen gap on the top left-hand side (you can see the images in Service Record Reference No, LQMTLY9MGHAA, Mobile Number-[protected], dated[protected], from all the angles photos taken) for rectification, next day service team called us and told that they cannot fix the issue, so when to reached to the service center, we could not believe the mobile which I have given for minor work, completely damaged, display screen opened and backside also opened but also bent the mobile. And asked me to take back the mobile or asked me to pay Rs 8000 for display change.

                              I did not agree because the mobile was in good condition, that too under in warranty[protected] Purchased from Amazon), even in Service record not mentioned for any physical damages(there were no damages) while receiving the mobile from service center executives.

                              Now the service center executive claiming that the current damages will not come under warranty. So I have asked them to fix the mobile back to its original condition they did not agree with that. Now my question is why did they open the mobile from both the direction if they cannot resolve the issue? I have given the mobile which never had single scratches, properly covered with one plus case and screen guard.

                              Once again I am reminding you to please go through the service record and go through the photos which were taken before handing over the mobile(do not consider the damaged photos), and please consider my request.

                              It occurred on: 30/08/2021

                              Please kindly do the needful as per the One Plus In Warranty procedure.

                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                  One plus service center has lost my device during the transport it's picked on 22nd July since then they service center team is not responding to query and there is not update on the issue . we had been getting same update since last 2 months with progress, it been night mare with one plus service center team, if any help on issue can provided .

                                      Myself Aravind and I'm using OnePlus 6T and reason I bought OnePlus 6t is their services and build quality is good and after one-year the company stopped manufacturing tempered glass for OnePlus 6t and now I'm suffering without a proper. Tempered glass and this makes me get frustrated because when I'm using a premium phone and I expect a premium tempered glass but stopping that tempered glass from sales is totally unprofessional and makes feel low and I want OnePlus to provide me with the immediate resolution and I want OnePlus to provide me with the OnePlus 6T tempered glass at the earliest without any delays

                                        Given the device on 6th September and it's 23rd September I still not recived my device as I have been told it will take 7 to 10 working days even I called the customer support many times but they are fooling me whenever I called that u will recive ur phone within 3 days or 4 days from 14 th September they told u ll get back till 18 or 19 September so I want u to help me to get my phone back within 2 days as I am facing so much of problems..
