Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones
The issue that I have experienced was: I (My son's-Poovanna mobile ) have given Oneplus Nord mobile for display screen gap on the top left-hand side (you can see the images in Service Record Reference No, LQMTLY9MGHAA, Mobile Number-[protected], dated[protected], from all the angles photos taken) for rectification, next day service team called us and told that they cannot fix the issue, so when to reached to the service center, we could not believe the mobile which I have given for minor work, completely damaged, display screen opened and backside also opened but also bent the mobile. And asked me to take back the mobile or asked me to pay Rs 8000 for display change.
I did not agree because the mobile was in good condition, that too under in warranty[protected] Purchased from Amazon), even in Service record not mentioned for any physical damages(there were no damages) while receiving the mobile from service center executives.
Now the service center executive claiming that the current damages will not come under warranty. So I have asked them to fix the mobile back to its original condition they did not agree with that. Now my question is why did they open the mobile from both the direction if they cannot resolve the issue? I have given the mobile which never had single scratches, properly covered with one plus case and screen guard.
Once again I am reminding you to please go through the service record and go through the photos which were taken before handing over the mobile(do not consider the damaged photos), and please consider my request.

Please kindly do the needful as per the One Plus In Warranty procedure.
