I bought OnePlus 11r and it's defective piece I have visited several times in there service centre but issue is still there.
Battery Drained fast, back gesture doesn't work properly, picture downloading issue from Google photos, heating of device is also there and so on...
Please take proper action and replace this device. I am tired of visiting service centre

      Oxygen OS is crashing

      Recently I bought one plus CE3 lite 8/128 variant, with Android version 13 and Oxygen OS 13.1. Now I set up a work profile in it and when I am trying to open my work profile app / official apps for my work it keeps crashing and not solving any way I have restarted my phone still it's not solving. I am traveling and have no other device to connect to office mail or something. Now It's hampering my job. OnePlus is the worst and most pathetic...

      TV replacement pickup after 5month waiting but not received voucher code

      Dear Sir/Madam
      Request was given for my TV replecement which was given during warrenty then the TV was picked up by oneplus team on 3rd Jan and told by oneplus team that voucher code or another new TV will be given to you will be given . January to May is the month. But tv no voucher code not received. Oneplus is requested to solve our problem soon.

      I have been a fool to invest a big amount to buy OnePlus 8 Pro so called premium phone.
      My phone is just 14 months old and after the update i started facing issue with the green colour screen. What a cheap quality display they use. They are the worst to provide the service. Can't believe more than 50k just vanished in 14 months now the phone is useless just flash the green light everytime i use the phone.

        I had faced the similar issue with mobile display which most of the ppl are facing today, which seems to be a know and wantedly released by OnePlus. I have been chasing them for a replacement and there is no stock available. It's more than 3 months and I get the same response. This ia going to be the last device im gonna use from OnePlus and i strongly don't recommend anyone to buy l/not even think of buying a OnePlus device due to the cheap service they provide.

          Firstly the screen was fluctuating and then after some days, when I cleaned the screen with cloth then after switching on the TV, the lines appeared and nothing is working. The TV is shut down and only 5, 6 months had been passed since the bought. I have contacted the service man and he is asking for 18000 to change the screen and making excuses. My TV is in warranty period plus I have also extended it's warranty for 3 years at 1699 at the time of purchasing. I want my TV to be repaired in 2, 3 working Days.

            On March 9, I complained online that my TV screen wasn't working, but for some reason, my complaint was initially denied. I resubmitted my complaint on March 18 and ever since, I've been in touch with customer service at [protected] and [protected]@oneplus.com. Every time I call, I'm told to wait 24 hours, one of our seniors will get in touch with me to fix the problem.
            I am still awaiting for my Tv to get repair and for their call and email response as well.

                  I have raised a request with Request Number IN02300TV[protected] on 13th February, which was closed without a satisfactory resolution on 12th April 2023.
                  As a concerned customer, I am requesting an update on the reported issue.

                  Furthermore, I would like to suggest the following options to resolve the matter at the earliest:

                  - Replace the TV with the same model.
                  - Considering the depreciation of 30%, I request a refund of the amount paid for the TV, and I would like to keep the TV with me.
                  - Refund the purchase price of 62k and take back the TV

                  I would appreciate it if you could consider my request on priority and provide me with a prompt resolution.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have been discovered with green line display issue. I have contacted one of the one plus support team and it was mentioned that it will be fixed if you were able to send the phone to the service center. As I'm residing outside the country now and I'm not able to send this one to service center. Now I have given this to one of my friend to send this to the service center, But I couldn't even book a slot to pick and delivery option and also no service centers are near by too. There is no action been taken till now. I'm not able to use the phone properly for past one month. I request a replacement phone immediately.

                      I am GSN MURTHY from the country INDIA. I am most oneplus trusted customer. I have been using mobiles oneplus brand only.

                      Earlier I have purchased oneplus 5T and after using a couple of years, later on purchased oneplus 8T.

                      I have very confidence on the performance of oneplus mobiles.

                      Whereas recently I have received software update in the first week of March'23. After update my mobile screen showing green vertical line. This very much disturbed me mentally. When I contacted the nearby service centre this simply saying reasons to not resolve the issue. They are not at all taking any replacement of display and searching reasons to avoid the replacement.

                      I think you people know how this green lines are coming, due to software update or because of handling damage you people know clearly. But saying silly reasons like scratch and denting and may be you are handling phone in better way like that.

                      This is not at all fair. For a common man buying smart phone with minimum Rs. 50, 000/-is very high. Just you people sending useless updates without any R&D and conducting experiments on customer mobiles.

                      I will go to consumer court on this issue if you not resolved this problem to me. I mentally depressed because of this issue. Myself I am photography freak. That's why I purchased Oneplus and now I am sad to say that these high knowledge people like you are spoiling the dreams of common people like me.

                      Very sad and shame of Oneplus.
                      Because of this, oneplus may faith & credibility.

                        My phone started displaying green line after and over the air software update. I took the phone to one plus service center the agent agreed that one plus is responsible for destroying my phone. But they won't fix my phone because there is crack on the rear glass. Which has nothing to do with the software update. Imagine you driving in car a bike hit you and says he will not pay to fix the damage cause your seat cover is torn. Why can't phone companies understand they don't own my phone. I was using the phone perfectly fine till they break my phone screen. Why can't you just fix that.

                          I have been using OnePlus from the last five year, I purchased a phone OnePlus8t in Oct 2020. It was working fine for the last two and half years . Just two month ago There was an update on the operating system and after updating software my phone screen appeared with 1 green line in the center and later it turned into two lines in the middle of the screen vertically.

                          I went to the Authorised service center Bhilwara to get this fixed(Request Id IN08152x[protected], He rejected my request for free replacement of this green line issue by saying that your device is physically damaged and he was not agree that issue came after OS update only(my device has minor dent at upper side edge but it was too old even before 1 year, the phone was working perfectly with some minor dents which are not even noticeable at first look) .

                          He just kept me busy contacting customer care to get approval for free replacement. I tried a couple of methods to communicate but nobody gave me a proper answer and just said that only technical engineers(service center guys can help me on that). Service center guy kept my device for more than 5 days without any update.
                          After getting negligence in the service I took my phone back and went to. Exclusive service center, Pink Square Mall Raja Park jaipur. They also demanded money(approx Rs.14500) to get that fixed and even did not consider that this screen bug appeared due to software update.They believe that the issue came from physical damage not due to OS update. they were asking me to prove that the issue came from an OS update(that was not possible to demonstrate).
                          Here I also tried contact over social media(twitter) but they are not helping me and just repeating fixed defined text that only Technicians can decide on replacement. Here the actual pain comes: Service centers are only willing to make money by setting screens without providing any service.
                          This is a complete loss of Rs15000 due to operating system update. I would request to help me get this sort

                              I bought 1+ TV in March'22 and problem started in August and for some reason I could not complain before and I complained in October but response was not proper from there (full details will give you in mail) and 1+ did nothing and TV warranty time is over but I was bought TV from Reliance and at the same time I took 2 years extra warranty, then I complained to Reliance and even no progress from there also, now I want to take action on both companies.

                                I purchase my ONE PLUS 8T mobile in 2021. But there had no issued in my mobile but. Now time Due to Company Bug, in my Mobile screen a long green line occurred suddenly when I was using. I had to take my mobile in Authorized service center. They awarded me this type of Bug problem and suggest changing my Mobile touch screen because of out of warranty. but My concern was that My mobile had not disturbed by Me., so I am not responsible for this. this is responsible for Company. they are also accepted even that was not helping me for solving this problem. I also complaint in ONE PLUS Mobile (Complaint num[protected].

                                  Hi I bought oneplus 6T mobile in the year of 2018 in Brigade road, Bangalore. I paid 42, 000 for the mobile and bought the phone in pop up event. I am using this without any issue and recently i was facing issues with the display so i contacted oneplus service centre to change my display but they are telling display manufacturing has been stopped and telling my phone as value less old phone in a very unprofessional way.
                                  i want them to replace my phone display or pay the money of the phone i have paid.

                                  This is the real face of oneplus never ever buy any phone from them.

                                    My OnePlus 5T’s battery is not working properly and upon several follow ups I was told up to send the device to OnePlus service centre and they would get it replaced. Once the device reached your representative called me and said that my device is at end of life and hence battery cannot be replaced and accordingly the same is being sent back to me. To my surprise your app notification contradicted from what l was told over the phone. It showed that my device has been repaired and dispatched. What a waste, is this how you cheat on Indians? You say something else to the customer and put on record something else. # cheat.
                                    If as an organisation, cannot make available a battery at your Services Centre how on earth we cam get in the market?
