Device was picked up on 16th Dec 2022, Received by OnePlus service center on 19th Dec 2022. From then to now no updates. Whenever I call they say the issue has been escalated. But no updates on my phone yet. This issue of green line started after Android 12 update. Very poor management by OnePlus.

    I am using my phone, but it automatically switched off. When i switched on again now it is lije new phone . Phone got factory reset automatically. My all data like pictures, videos, music, all applications gone .
    What i do now !!!

        After a recent sw update received on OnePlus 7 phone on 30 dec 2022, the screen is totally blank with just vertical continuous colour lines .

        OnePlus service center says they don't support with this issue for OnePlus 7 and the screen replacement to be done by self payment .

        This is very poor r&d of OnePlus who haven't tested recent releases and issued any notification. This updates should have been blocked in OnePlus but not.

        Now just ignoring this mass issue by OnePlus will totally spoil the brand reputation.

        Very very disappointed with OnePlus

            I have a OnePlus 8 Pro device and it had green line issue on the display after a major update from OnePlus. I contacted the OnePlus Customer Care on 21.12.2022 and they said that I can claim a free of cost display repair if there are no physical damage. So, I booked a repair on the OnePlus Care app and they picked up the device on 22.12.2022. Today, 30.12.2022, the OnePlus Service Center called me and asked for a total amount of Rs. 17, 000 for the display repair because my device is out of warranty. Then, I enquired this to the OnePlus Customer Care and they are now saying that the free display service is only for the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8T, and not available for my device (OnePlus 8 Pro). I have the three call recordings and I need a free of cost display repair because the green line issue is caused by the update provided by OnePlus.

              I have the OnePlus 8 Pro (12/256 GB). After a software update, green lines started appearing on my display and there are 3 of them on my display due to which it's unusable at the moment. I visited the nearest service center to me in Rourkela where they said the phone has no physical damage and they could repair it for free if authorised by an exclusive service center. So, when I visited Delhi for work, I got the chance to visit the Connaught Palace Service center. There they said, even if the phone has 0 physical damage, they won't repair it for free( free repair is only for 8T and 9R). They even said free service was there before but has been discontinued and that the charges will be 16.7k. I am not willing to pay anything for an issue caused due to a software updation problem. Looking for a swift resolution into the matter.

                I Dr. Mahesh Chaudhary Goverdhan Market Jattari Aligarh, 202137 Uttar Pradesh our problem is such that we bought 43 inch LED TV from your from OnePlus in India, the problem is that when we turn on TV it is not coming clear as for simple language not clear the picture (JHIL -MIL) and this problem regarding complaints and also talk customer care service but they did not give any solution. He is told that he will come after 3 days. it is been more than a month. after 3 days if still not come, then our problem should be resolved.

                  Did a phone update on 17/11/2022. The device was picked up the next day for repair. Reached the service centre at 21st and ever since there are no updates. I kept contacting the customer service line 29th, 1st Dec, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 20th and 23rd dec and narrate the whole story to at least 10 different agents and they say the matter is escalated. I do have the recordings of all conversations and the email the so called escalation team sent me for the sake to whoch i did send 2 follow up emails but no reply. These dates i have rang the customer service line are different deadlines that i have been promised and i have been following up exactly on the same dates. But alas I did not even receive even a courtesy call. The device screen was damaged after the company update. I would have not bothered the customer service if the fault was my end. This is totally disappointing service and would never recommend one plus to anyone.

All of the sudden a pink vertical line appear on my screen after some research I came to know that I am not the only one who is facing this issue. And Also I came to know that it's a software glitch.                       Hi Sir/Madam,

                      My OnePlus 8 Pro display got damaged due to the last software patch update given by OnePlus. Due to which the display got 4 vertical lines. i went to the nearest service centre in tnagar branch (chennai). I had booked the complaint there on 21.10.2022. They told me they will get provide spare from shipment and replace it. I went there several times there. they are saying the same lame excuse, that the display is still in shipment but its being 2 months. There is no proper support from them so far .they doesn’t care about anything. even Phone display is in perfect condition without scratches. This is my primary device. Please do the needful.

                        My OnePlus 9R display was damaged due to the last software update give by OnePlus. Due to the display non availability in the nearest service center, I had booked the device service through OnePlus Care application and they had picked up my phone on 27.10.2022 and received by the Bangalore service center on 29.10.2022. Before sending the device, I had contacted the customer care through helpline number and they told me that the Bangalore service center have display in stock, so it will be serviced within 10 days. and after that the OnePlus care app shows an update on 06.11.2022 that Parts request accepted. Then I had contacted the customer care several times, they told me that wait for 3 days 7 days etc. Till now my issue is not solved. The customer care executives are not aware about the estimated service time for the display. Now they are telling that the Bangalore service center also don't have the display in stock. So either you should give a standby device or repair and return my actual device. That was my primary device. So I'm facing several issues for not having my phone. Please do the needful.

                          I have opened a repairer request IN02019TV[protected] on 19th Sep 22. . After follow-up On 21st nov they opened new case[protected] and after multiple follow-up on 12th dec they replaced panel and due to power outage we couldn't check that time. later when i checked the panel was bulge out from the plastic outbar and TV is configured with some one else profile . then i realized this is not new they replace it with someone rejected parts. I need all new. .[protected] is the latest request for old parts replacement.

                                I have ordered one plus TV on Flipkart and received on 18th oct. Display got damaged on 18th Nov. Executive came for inspection on 19th post complaint registration. Till now I didn't get it replaced.

                                      I have complain regarding TV more than month ago, after being complain register the engineer visited and check the issue. The problem he detected was motherboard was not working and need to change it. It's been more than a month for the last visit but the has not been resolve. They make excuse of non availability of required part. I have called and texted multiple times in a month but no satisfactory response I am getting and no resolution of my problem. Also I am loosing the period of warranty. The TV stop working after a month of purchase so I also not have trust on this piece, so I also requested from them to change the piece if problem is not solving. But the company also rejected the request. I am requesting you please help me, this daily thing also deteriorating my mental piece. Thank you

                                        I bought my tv on 25th sept. Before even 1 month the usb stopped working and apparently oneplus policy says after 15 days they wont replace...
                                        I asked for repair and its been more then a month its still not repaired... As always am getting 1 reply spare part is still not available...
                                        Dont recommend anyone to buy thiw chinese company products now... Though i used oneplus for 4 years but really sad that this is how they handle customer service.
