I submitted my Oneplus Buds Pro 2R E507B Obsidian Black IN at oneplus service center (Gulshan Tower Atghara, Rajarhat Road, Chinar Park 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700136 - Service number IN16037X[protected] on 14th December 2024 which by purchased by me on 26th September 2024. Just in 1 month the device stopped working from both sides and had connection issues. No matter how much i tried to charge it it didnt worked.

Oneplus service center team said that they will get back to me by 16th December 2024. When i called them on that day due to no response from their end they said that they have ordered parts for repair which will take 7 to 12 days.

To my surprise every week after that i called them they said me same thing and its been more than a month now and they are telling me same thing. I cant believe i purchased a 10000 rupee worth headphones and within 2 months this is the condition and after sale service which i get.

After waiting for more than a month, i raised several complaints at the oneplus team but everytime they said that the complaint has been escalated to concerned team which will connect with me and which never happens.

Finally on 21st January 2025 i asked them to replace the headphones with a new one if they cant repair it because they said that they ordered the parts and the parts are itself faulty and they will order it again and no surprise that would take another month because time is a joke for these people.

Today on 23rd January 2025 i tried calling them from my number and after multiple attempts I understood that they have blocked me and I called them from another number but still same excuses even after more than a month now its going to be like one ans half a month.

I want a replacement for my product as soon as possible and this will be last time in my life that i have purchased a oneplus product and will never recommend it to anyone ever in life.

    I bought OnePlus Nord Buds 2 few months ago. As they were not working properly, I sent them to the service centre. I chose Pick up for the service. I submitted my product and received the message that my product has been successfully picked up. But later after a week got to know that a different product has been submitted at the service centre. That might have been exchanged by the delivery guy or anyone during the process. Now they're ignoring my complaint and saying as the product doesn't match they can't help me. Why was there this loophole that this wasn't match during the submission of product and how the delivery team was able to exploit this loophole. Why should I bear the loss even after submitting the right product

      I visited One plus store for Display issue which is universal now and been informed on One plus 11R mobile exchange in lieu of Display change and registered my number for the same. Sunday i got an appointment for mobile exchange and the staff denied on mobile exchange for me across the counter and i asked for the reason. My mobile had an motherboard issue during my warranty period which got repaired in one plus authorized service center located in Brigade Road, Bangalore. Now the staff is denying me for the mobile exchange (One plus 11R) offer for the same reason, also the motherboard repair job description is not reflecting/updated in One plus server/system.
      1.mother board repair during warranty period was not my issue.
      2.mother board repair Job description not updated in the One plus server was not my issue.
      3.Mobile exchange offer due to display issue is not eligible for me just for the above reason is not at all my concern.
      I would like to file case against One plus if my issue is not resolved. I have legal notice ready with me and waiting for your response.

        I have purchased one plus tv last year. Now i am facing issue in tv display. There are two spots on led display. And the warranty period of led panel is 2 years. My tv led panel is in warranty period. So i raised a complaint to oneplus about this spot. They said they will replace led panel with new one once the led panel dispatched from their warehouse. I contacted them after 15 days. They said they are out of stock of led panel.
        I contact them after 1 month and they still saying that they will update about it. But i haven't received any updates.

        Plz help me out sir to replace my TV's led panel or to replace my tv unit to new one.

          Hi Team,

          Thank you for sharing misleading information of my repair request to be completed. ( Concern Ticket C/IN[protected])

          Today I wasted about 1.5 hrs. of my working time to hail cab to and fro just to gather the information that One Plus VR Mall Service Center is closed.

          This information could have been shared with correct center where I could receive my device given for repair.
          Also please note your service support has no information on where my phone is, what is the current status of my phone.
          And the worse thing they asked me to go and check a week later if VR Center is open. Really???

          Why have customer support if customer must resolve their issue by their own?

          Oh, since I am escalating this I will describe my reasons for frustration:
          • Submitted my device on 17th of August 2024
          • The device got submitted in system on 28th August. Kudos to team for delay.
          • After almost one month I receive my phone is repaired,
          • Went to service center got to know from other shop vendor the shop is closed off since a week. Again, kudos to OnePlus Team for sharing misleading information
          • Connected with support, who have no idea why store is close. Where I can receive my phone. Also, they asked me to try next week with no actual information if store will function next week.
          • Requested for delivery of my device at my home because your support doesn’t know when store will open. Request denied.
          Please share me information which actually help the customer. Also, I cannot waste so much of time/ money and effort to chase a closed store. I requested for delivery on my address because it’s been a month now without my phone. This is too much of harassment on customer for a faulty issue in your product.

            So, for context, I had my OnePlus Nord 2 %G repaired back in 2021 after the screen spillage had become an issue after the display got cracked. I repaired it and paid around INR 8k for the new display.

            So, after 3 years o[censored]se, that is today (15.08.2024), the screen has started Leaking again, however this time there is no sign of cracks or external damage. In summary, OnePlus are absolute garbage that are built to last for 3 years and has a horrible repair job that doesn't value long term service and their AMOLED display sections are absolute garbage.

              I have submitted oneplus 9 mobile in Ahmedabad service center on 04.07.2024
              For Green line issue in Display

              Oneplus service centre committeed to me a 32000 voucher giving me in 15 day for green line issue resolved, I agree to continue go with 32000 voucher
              After 15 days follow up from oneplus but didn't response from oneplus service and call centre I have wrote a mail to customer care but didn't response
              I have call atleast 43 time to customer care for requesting issue my voucher but every time customer giving me time for waiting for another day
              1 month past but didn't response from oneplus service centre or call centre
              Lot of complaints generate against OnePlus technical team but didn't receive any phon or mail from service centre or call centre that's why I m generate a complaints against of OnePlus service centre

                Im purchased oneplus z2 earbuds
                Feb-5th -2023
                Its hardly use 3 to 4moths unfortunately warranty over
                I agree Bt I'm expected repair
                That's not available they saying

                OnePlus product y should I buy because
                Branded trusted product
                At list it's comes 2years are 3 yeara work
                4600 spend amount
                At list we expect

                  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received for my OnePlus TV Y 43 Y1S Pro E6230074D5NX00527, which is still under warranty. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issues, the problems persist, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

                  I have also written an email to OnePlus to inform them about the rude behavior of the customer service representative and the engineer. However, they failed to address this issue. The engineer, who answers the call, states that he cannot speak to the customer directly. He instructs us to inform the customer service about our TV issues. Moreover, he considers himself too high-class to visit my location. Instead, he hires another repair person and only communicates with them over the phone. It's hard to imagine the type of service we are receiving from OnePlus.

                  **Details of the Complaints:**

                  1. **First Complaint (INSI[protected]**: Filed on 18/05/2024 regarding a TV malfunction. The complaint was unjustly canceled due to an unfounded allegation of external repair.
                  2. **Second Complaint (INSI[protected]**: Filed on 19/05/2024 due to persistent malfunction. The complaint was again canceled based on the same incorrect allegation of external repair.
                  3. **Third Complaint (INSI[protected]**: Filed on 22/05/2024. An engineer visit was arranged, but the technician was not an official OnePlus representative. The local technician identified a possible PCB issue and ordered a replacement. However, the actual problem appears to be with the panel. After receiving the part five days later, the local repair person assigned by the OnePlus engineer figured out that the problem was related to the panel. He carried the PCB with him and placed an order for the newly diagnosed issue related to the panel. Since then, we have called the customer representative several times. They always say it will take 10 to 15 days to solve the problem. This means that from the day I call them, it will take 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue. If I call them today, it will take another 10 to 15 days from today.

                  **Concerns:**

                  - **Incorrect Allegations**: I have been repeatedly and falsely accused of hiring an external repair person.
                  - **Unqualified Technicians**: The technicians sent were local repair personnel, not certified OnePlus engineers, leading to an incorrect diagnosis and unresolved issues.
                  - **Delays**: There have been significant delays in ordering parts and attempting repairs, and the problem still persists.
                  - **Customer Service**: I have received rude and unhelpful responses from customer service representatives. The engineers have been unwilling to communicate effectively.

                  I kindly request that my complaint be addressed promptly and my TV be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms. I look forward to a swift resolution to these issues.

                    On May 10, 2024, I raised a ticket (IN05403TV[protected] for repairing of my TV, which is not powering on and having no LED indication. On May 11, 2024, OnePlus executive contacted me and explained me that my TV is out of warranty, so there would be some visiting charges + procurement charges (if required to procure any spare parts).
                    During the visit, he explained that the TV's MAN board was corrupted and needed replacement, which would cost 5000 INR, excluding visiting charges, and he replaced the board, but the TV still did not function. He said he will bring a new board which would cost 7000/- and need to pay at the store counter. As I was not ready to pay Full amount before the work, I paid him partial amount of 2850/- for new procurement of board. He took the both the MAN boards with him and didn't show up again, and I have not received any updates despite repeated calls. Furthermore, on May 12, 2024, my service request was canceled, stating the TV is out of warranty.

                    I request:
                    - Immediate return of my original faulty MAN board.
                    - A full refund of the 2850 INR paid for the procurement of a new board.
                    - Proper resolution of my initial issue or an explanation of why it cannot be resolved.

                    I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved within seven days, I will be forced to escalate my complaint to higher authorities and consider legal action through consumer protection channels.
                    Executive left the TV with all screw's of TV opened and still now its kept idle on sofa with all parts opened.

                        I am facing issue with my profile in mobile unable to register my num it says the num is set as emergency number its not set not sure why due to this i am unable to register my number in app store and unable to buy anything i have voucher of 800rs off which is valid for only 30 days now i am losing the number of days due to this issue now they have also blocked my account due to violation not sure what i did all i did is to just tried to sort this but i am not getting any help from support team i am getting mentally disturbed due to this wasting my time energy and efforts. i have sent so many email and so many msg still no response i have got this new phone and still no support from them at all. I have the list of email which i have sent to them they are nor bother every day i call cust care and they say they will let the team know and ask me to wait its been more than 5 days and i am still awaiting a call back from them i have all the proofs with me i have also attached the SS of the issues which i have faced and its bene 5 days still no response.

                          I have give my OnePlus bullet wireless Z2 Bluetooth which is under warranty but right side speaker is not working at all so i have sent you my Bluetooth for replacement but no response from your side i need confirmation of replacement delivery.

                            I bought One Plus Nord CE 3 Lite in December 2023, the phone did not work properly even for a day, the phone gets switched off every 2 hours. I complained several times to the service center but there was no response from them. I have already taken the phone to the service center twice, but my phone was not fixed, the problem is the same. This time I have given the phone to the service center. It has been 13 days since I gave the phone, but it has not been fixed yet and when I call, they do not respond properly. Please I request you to do something. Either replace my phone or get it repaired properly.

                                After few days in phone display black patche n line are coming. I m going oneplus care service center approx time 12.30pm they check my phone properly. No damage n good condition phone. tell me we call u after 5-6 hours. approx 5.30pm I received service center call he tell me your phone display is damage, next day I m going service center n check my phone. in my phone display 4spot on display outer side
                                I tell this is not my fault when I submit my phone condition is good not spot in display outer side. after my debate he accept mistake n tell me give 2-3 days
                                We sending your issu to higher authority

                                  Dear One Plus team,

                                  This is completely unacceptable where you cancelled my service requests assigned to customers care where I paid money in advance to your assigned engineer. My TV part in UW which still not received even after 1.5 month cross and warranty will expire on Feb-23. Services Engg not receiving call now and customer care every time given one week time for part delivery.

                                        I have purchased a OnePlus TV and after 1.5 yrs it start showing linings on the screen. When I contacted them they were asking for service and logistic charges approx Rs. 4000. This is very disappointed for me since this is issue from their side.
