OnePlus buds pro

I bought OnePlus buds pro on Amazon by April 2022. Recently my buds pro right ear piece not working properly. Battery drained soon and mic not working.
I went to authorised service centre Madurai today. They received my product. Later they told warranty replacement not available due minior scratches. There is no visible dent or scratches.
I am really disappointed with the after sales service and customer support.

I First complaint in Dec 28th but cancelled in our one plus team and I second time complaint raised January 1st & my TV is picked up in January 7th TV replacement coupon is not received my complaint is not completed oneplus tv company is already past 21 day please resolve my shortly

    I bought the OnePlus Buds Z and after one year it's totally non repairable and when asked to got it repair they ask to throw the product away. It's totally unacceptable.

      Bought oneplus 10R mobile at sangeetha mobiles on 07/01/2023. After a day o[censored]se the mobile restarts automatically. hand overded at oneplus store on 10/01/2023. They said this mobile has an issue at the time of manufacture we will replace it with in 3 days. upto now i.e., 10/01/2023 they didint replace it. please slove my problem as early as possible.

        30000 Rs phone one handed any very less use still phone display has been stopped working diagnosis done told that it has happened due to liquid damage and because of pressure on phone I would like to know what kind of pressure first time I thought might be something has happened same I thought to change display many of my colleague suggested to change from local market but I have changed it from authorised service centre after paying huge amount 10563 Rs but after just 3.5 months same issue with phone and same answer no cracks on display even not even single scratch on phone body and answer given by technician that phone has been dropped with very huge pressure how practically that can possible without even single scratch on both display, no hard scratch even on screen guard it's phone Nord series issue but they didn't want to accept as I am OnePlus user from last 7 years with OnePlus 3 then OnePlus 5 and currently OnePlus 8 no issues with these phone but I buyied Nord for wife and worst service and performance in life henceforth I will never buy any OnePlus device nor I will suggest anyone for the same prior to OnePlus 3 I was iPhone user and stopped with iPhone 4S but I think that was my huge mistake henceforth I will continue with iPhone series Now I understand what is premium and I have very good experience with iPhone Aftersales service, they don't treat and misbehave people like OnePlus.

        Now My harden 40000 Rs money today are worthless with a zero value.

          In the month of October 2022, I received a notification regarding system update on my phone which is very usual.
          Therefore I updated my phone on that day like I always did assuming that the phone will get optimized thereafter. But surprisingly, as soon as I switched on my mobile phone after the update was done successfully, there was a vertical green ledger line visible on the screen of my phone which never appeared before, except for this time after the update.
          I tried to resolve the issue by restarting/rebooting the phone several times but the issue didn’t resolve. Furthermore, when I researched about the issue I came to know that the android cell phones of your company are facing the same trouble because of the update.
          I later approached your service center located at LG-S-40/41/42/43 & 44, Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Plot bearing No. R-1 in Sector 40 Node Nerul, Seawoods Railway Station, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706, to state my grievance regarding the mobile phone, where I narrated everything to claim the service as the trouble/issue arisen was companies default. But the service center was extremely non-reciprocal towards me and denied to repair the defect that occurred in the mobile phone by stating the reason that the service center doesn’t have the policy to repair the product i.e. mobile phone model name 1+ 7 pro and that the service center had never received any complaint related to the said mobile phone model name 1+ 7 pro ever from any client in or across the area, therefore the service center won’t offer any service to me as per the terms and policies of the service center.

                My OnePlus 8T is having green and pink line issues after upgradation to oxygen OS 12. There is no physical damage as per service center in Navi Mumbai still I was asked to pay hefty amount to change the display. My question is when we buy such an expensive phone why would we use it carelessly?! It is not under warranty but problem arised only after upgrading. OnePlus is a good brand and they should look into this matter properly. I would personally never recommend or buy myself from OnePlus again.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  I am Raj Sanghvi, i am the very early buyer of Oneplus 8T and had bought the phone during its launch in October 2020.
                  But suddenly after new firmware upgrade there is 1 vertical green line which has started appearing on the display. On complaining it to customer care, i have been told the this issue have been been by many users and free replacement of display will be provided but here in Mumbai Service center is demanding charges amounting to 14300 for the same.
                  Please help..

                    I purchased a oneplus TV 32Y1 on 2 january 2022 after 10 month on 16 october 2022 TV was unable to ON then i lodged a complain to oneplus after 48 hour a service engineer came and checked the TV he said to me that TV's mother board is damage when motherboard is available i replaced it. then it take 2 month inspite of demage part is not available. so we decided to replace TV from The voucher. On 14 December 2022 TV was picked up and till now i did not get any voucher everyday i call to service centre they always told me that your complain will resolve in 24-48 hour.

                      Oneplus devices are getting affected by the green line issue and the company had provided guidelines to the service center to replace screens within 2 Years of age. Those exceeding this guideline have to pay a hectic fee to replace screens.

                      The green line issue in Oneplus is a common issue and a large number o[censored]sers are getting affected by it. Still, the company asks users to pay and replace the screen. It's a kind of scam that Oneplus is doing now.

                        I am using one plus 8T from past 2.3 years. I am seeing vertical green line issue from 07/01/2023. My mobile is not dropped not fell in water and no physical damage as such. I have contacted customer care but they are not helping. This is the issue because of their update of OS 13. Though this is their fault, one plus team is asking us to pay 14000 for changing the display. If it is my fault I should bare that. If it because of their issue why should I pay so much from my pocket.

                          Hi, This complaint is for the Denial of free service to fix the green line in OnePlus 8t display.

                          Company told my mobile should be within 2 years old to fix it free of cost.

                          Why i should pay money for the issue caused by your company software which is intentionally sent to customer even though company aware there are issues in software which cause hardware failure?

                          Many customers mobile got display issue after software update sent by OnePlus.

                          I request consumer complaint team to take this seriously and action against them for scamming.

                          Their update to my mobile caused the display failure and they are scamming.

                            Display issue on OnePlus 8T mobile

                            After latest update from OnePlus most of the OnePlus 8 users facing the green line on display and OnePlus is not ready to screen replacement for free of cost since the Device is out of warranty but almost all the OnePlus 8 series users facing the same issue after the latest update and OnePlus should take care this issue.

                              I gave my OnePlus 9R phone to service on 8th dec 2022 . now 30 days passed still I didn't received my phone.

                              Every time I complaining to the customer care they will tell " we will escalate the complaint and within 24 hours the engineer will call you". Still now no calls from there side and they are not even replaying my mail also.

                              Such a bad experience from the company like OnePlus

                                We have a faulty one plus tv which was requested for repair with faulty tv panel one month back with repair service no IN02046TV[protected] which was registered on 1st of December and then one 1st of January the request was cancelled without any proper reason provided, company claims the service vendor closed it and service vendor claims the company closed it due to ageing request, when contacted customer care they gave a new case id but still to my pain the same process started again of tv repair technician being assigned again and he looked the the fault and ordered the parts, when the parts were not given the first time will i get them this time. In one months time when company doesn't repair its products then why is it even selling them to the consumers.

                                  Myself Sam Reni Philips . I am a one plus 8 pro customer and I have bought my phone 2 and half years ago, recently there was due to technical glitches gree line occurred in my one plus phone. I have contacted one plus customer care regarding the same issue and they have asked me to avail pick up and drop service of one plus, then they mentioned the service will be free even after I stressed the point that the phone is 2 and half years old.On[protected] Arun from Bangalore service center called and said the phone is not under warranty so you have to pay or call one plus customer service again. Then I called the customer care again and raised my query then they said the one plus phone is not under warranty and you have to pay the amount. Now I am living without a phone for past few days because it is with one plus.

                                  Dear one plus the green line appearing one your customers phone is your update issue or bug problems why customers have to bear it even if the phone is 4 or 5 yrs old. While buying a premium phone like one plus they are bound to give us good updates and services rather than putting your customers in a situation that they have to update to a new phone.

                                  Anyway as a hardcore fan of one plus I have been using one plus from One plus 2 to one plus 8 pro and this is the customer experience that I am getting. Remember one thing I am definitely not paying for the mistake that you have done and I am in a decision that I will fight for my right and what is correct. While dealing with customers there are things called just, right and service which customer hope from a company and if they are not getting that basic things, why clinging on the same company.

                                  Anyway decision is totally your and let me know about the same, so that I can move to my next step.
