As i'm still facing hanging & network issue in OnePlus 3 mobile and i sent email to customer care visited Chennai service center yesterday (17-Sep-2016). They told me that mother board issue and need to replace the mother board.

As i purchased OnePlus 3 mobile on 22-Aug-2016 and within month they are asking me change my mother board and use the defective device which is very painful and it hard to acceptable.

And OnePlus customer care told me that this is not defective device. I don't know how dare they are mentioned that.

So could you please help me to refund my amount as i don't want to use OnePlus 3 device.

I recently updated my One Plus Two and now its taking around 9 hours to fully charge, cant afford that much time and seriously pissed off. Hope u people find the heat of the situation of the situation and come up with something.

    Oneplus mobile which selling their low quality product should be banned to enter India.
    Reasons are as follows,
    (Low quality product)
    1. As even on small fall to the floor surface the mobile display getting crack.

    (pathetic service centres)
    2. Contacting their service centres is again a nightmare they dont attend your call, you have to go in person after travelling 40 or 50 kms.

    (no stock)
    3. As you know, NO stock reply.

    (delay)
    4. delay to get the product.

    (cost)
    5. Cost, again you have to burn your pocket to use this cramp service.

    This is again to own a Oneplus X.

    Experience furnished here is for chennai location.

      I am writing this after undergoing lots of pain whole day today and all the trouble is caused by Amazon.
      These companies rain all goodies initially to capture market, once they overcome competition they begin to flex
      their muscles! This is my last transaction at Amazon and will never visit this website. Also I am absolutely unhappy
      with One plus 3 mobile. After 2 month long research and going through the ratings I ordered One plus 3 mobile[protected])
      last week and it arrived today when I was about to step out of my home to office. Then I remained at home to open the pack. As soon
      as I powered on, unusually color grain appeared on the screen to my disappointment. Yet it started asking me to enter
      inputs such as Wifi network password, google details. I entered google credentials and it starts downloading apps.
      It went on few minutes and I could notice lot of heat at the back of the phone and the screen suddenly disappeared. I
      thougtt it is rebooting and then it started with the logo and android at the bottom of the screen & two
      to three lines of colored grains appeared. After some time the screen went blank. I called up One plus 3 service center
      twice and they told to wipe cache (by holding power and down arrow volume button) and reboot. But again the same logo
      and 'android' was displayed at the bottom of the screen, after a while it again went blank! Service center told it is
      defective product and told to replace the phone with Amazon. It did upset me quite a lot as I could not join office
      meetings. I called up Amazon and this where all the junk responses from Amazon came. They told to go to service center
      and they asked me to get DoA-Service denial certificate from the service center. I shot back saying why should I waste
      my time going to service center when amazon and the seller sent me the defective phone. Again and again they insisted
      that I need to go to service center and get the certificate from the service centre.

      I went to B2X service centre (which is authorized by One plus 3) at Malleswaram in Bangalore. The person said there is
      no such certificate that they have ever issued. He told to leave the mobile and he can create job sheet only if I agree
      to leave the mobile and get it serviced.Called up several times Amazon and even requested service center person to talk
      to Amazon customer service person. After over 2 long hour wait, Amazon agreed to replace the mobile without any
      certificate from the service center. By this time it is evening and I have lost my precious time. Even One plus 3 customer
      care person told me not to go to service centre and asked me to return to Amazon for shipping such defective product.
      But arrogant Amazon customer care people hell bent on getting me to service center. It is only after the service center
      person spoke to them, this Amazon agree to process replacement without this certificate! Don't Amazon have common sense
      that why any authorized One plus 3 service center give Denial of Service certificate!!! Amazon have put in such
      arrogant policies in place. I heard through my friends that during initial time of Amazon launch, they used to quietly
      take away the product from the customer if the customer does not like the
      product. Now that these folks have captured the market, they begin to flex their muscles and showing the real face! After
      wasting whole of my day due to erroneous service and ill informed customer service agents of Amazon I told them that
      I don't want the replacement product and asked to refund the money. But Amazon refused that they won't refund the money
      but only give replacement.They say it is not their policy to refund the money for mobiles. All of you be very aware and
      study thoroughly the return policy and just don't blindly trust the brand Amazon as now they captured the market, they
      begin to show theie real color. I am seriously considering legal option to get the refund of money after consultation
      with legal expert. Any suggestions to file a case in consumer court is welcome.

Look how clever these Amazon and One plus 3 to fool the people. It is obvious that One plus 3 is sold only through Amazon and why at all this return policy printed in One plus 3 user guide!? All of you be very aware and
      study thoroughly the return policy and just don't blindly trust the brand Amazon as now they captured the market, they
      begin to show their real color. I am seriously considering legal option to get the refund of money after consultation
      with legal expert. Any suggestions to file a case in consumer court is welcome.And last but not least, I never transact
      again at Amazon!

        Never ever try a chinese mobile in life. I saw most of the customer are facing and complaining about Hanging issue in One Plus X. It automatically reboot most of the time. I showed it twice in customer service center and what they did only FACTORY RESET. Called twice customer care and they cut the phone. This is how a chinese company treating people in india. Looting the hard earned money.
        Never ever try this BOGUS ONE PLUS company.

          I have been using One-plus two mobile from past one year, from the day one i am facing echo issuer and oneplus support team is not cosidering my complaint and denying support and my handset is under warranty.           they are denying support as it involves 10000 rupees worth of LCD replaceent.
          OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have Purchased one plus 3 as they showed in their add that it gets 60% charged in just 30 minutes and does not hang..

          But this is not true. please help me to get my money back and take a strict action against them.

            I have bought oneplus x (onyx, 16gb) on 20th april 2016 from amazon.in. it was sold by cloudtail. this phone is getting heated up very soon. from very first day i am facing this problem. but now this problem has increased. i am not able to use my phone as in few minutes o[censored]sing it got heated. i fear it would blast one day. it is very difficult for me to use this phone.

              Its being 8 months I have bought ONE PLUS 2 from amazon.
              its home button has stopped working completely. its finger print failed.
              moreover, its battery is just working for 1 hour inspite of charging it for a long.
              the usb charger is taking 10 hours to charge a battery.

              how can the company say that it has damaged because of water.?
              if it would have damaged with water I would have told everything before hand.
              the buttons just stopped working itself.
              phone is still under the warranty, still I will have to pay Rs.9500 for the unexpected damage which has no role to play.

              the company is authorized for this thing and should help it out.

                I broke my new phone few days back, damage to the phone was major as phone's display and the back panel both were badly damaged but i was not so much worry as i knew my phone is insured with accidental damage protection by the oneplus itself but when i took my phone to the nearest service center they refused to cover the body under the damage protection Policy, they said they'll only cover display under the policy. so tell me is this the definition of damage protection policy ? or are they just manipulating people by advertising accidental damage protection policy. physical damage means physical damage, whether it is display, body, camera etc. all these things should be covered under insurance. 
                I have all the proves againt the company that can help me fighting a case against them. I'm begging you to help me out as I can't afford to spend 10000 on my phone's damage.

                  I would like to mention a concern with One Plus one phones. They have a small size litmus paper on top of the phone which is highly prone to get expose to humidity/moisture.

                  Company has not clear notifications mentioned on any website or warranty booklet about it.

                  No technical diagnostics are done on the device to confirm problems, only visual check that too only looking at the color of litmus paper turned to red is considered and relied upon.

                  Service centers asks for high price than what One Plus mentions the cost of the repairs on the website.

                  This is inappropriate and an action should be taken to hide information and false commitments to customer.

                    I have bought this device against my parents wishes by spending 28K(Half of My Monthly Salary). From Last month i am running from piller to post, calling again and again to Customer Care to Solve the problem which i am facing but i am sorry to say I was wrong that i have not listen to my parents to not to buy ONE PLUS 3.

                    I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as i am facing very embarrasing situation in my home becoz of this.

                      my oneplus 2 fingerprint sensor come home button not working.. and they are asking for Rs 9500... though the mistake may be mine fingerprint sensor cost around Rs.2000 only.. they are asking me to pay for whole set.

                      And this also uncovers under warranty. Service centers asks for high price than what One Plus mentions the cost of the repairs on the website.

                        I have purchased a handset oneplus two handset from amazon.com on 24 sep2015 and from last 6 months i have been visiting the service centre due to different issues in the handset.
                        Earlier the entire mother board was replaced in april-2016 but problem remained the same.The phone suffers the " hang " problem after every 15 days.
                        I requested the company to provide a permanent solution by replacing the handset as it is not possible for me to visit the company after every 15 days for the same problem.

                          So fake company very poor service really they are fraud.
                          I am suffering with one plus three slider problem i have talked so many time customer support and visited in many time at one plus service centre they people have not any sense how to talk with customer and survice centre ia running already other three companies service centres they don't care one plus customer.and one plus support is too poor.i am talking from last 20 days they have note any solutions for me

                            I bought one plus 2 phone and it is not even been a year and this is the second time that its fingerprint censor button which is also the home screen touch button stopped working automatically.
                            I have already got it repair once and again its the same issue.
                            This is a problem, phone is such an important device now a days and this just cannot stop giving trouble.
                            They say they will repair it and not replace it, however they should replace the phone now. Not recommending this phone to anyone anymore, such a pain to buy this. Either I want my money now or the product replaced!
                            Definitely not happy with the product.

                              Just 15 days before I got one plus 3 from Amazon India. . And today I found that WiFi Hotspot starting automatically and gets off automatically.. Secondly phone overheats frequently...I had called amazon service number but they refused to replace and told to contact service center... I don't know if on 15 days this is the problem than what problems I may face in future.. I need replacement of the phone

                                My C type cable is not working and I contacted customer care of one plus. I was advised to buy from Amazon. I bought it and it turned out to be fake one, I returned. I again contacted OnePlus customer care and they advised 12 sellers on Amazon who are selling genuine one plus cables. I again went to Amazon and none of these sellers are selling cables. I again contacted OnePlus customer care and they advised currently cables are not available in the market. What should I do now without charging cable? Should they not be making enough cables when they are selling phones. Why can't they arrange the cable from their own when I am ready to pay for it. All this development happened in last week if Jul 2016.

                                  I have one plus one phone and still have the warranty . It's been more than a month now since i have this problem and it hasn't been resolved yet by the service centre at Ludhiana.

                                  Earlier I had to get screen and speakers replaced due to dysfunctioning. I guess my phone set is a faulty one. I don't expect a phone to have so many issues within a year. Seriously disappointed

                                    After one recent system update, my phone has started having problems :
                                    1. Frequent battery discharge (Wifi / 3g)
                                    2. Even after putting on charging, battery only discharge instead of charging.
                                    3. Phone gets hang sometimes.

                                    I am very much fed up with these major problems, after this recent update only i am facing issues with my phone, i want one plus one to repair the problem as it is software related issue & can be resolved with some new update (I guess).

                                    My current android version : 6.0.1
                                    Cyanogen os version : 13.1

                                      I bought oneplus 3 phone 10 days back and 2 times i have taken this to service center. One of the worst phone i have ever seen/used.
                                      You give notification to update the software and after updating volume of phone dies.
                                      You give 6gb ram, after every 15 min it hangs and gives notification oneplus launcher isn't responding.
                                      While i am working on phone something important, suddenly the phone switches off and doesn't respond till 5 min, it goes black out.
                                      This phone isn't worth 28 thousand. Again this is the worst phone ever.

                                        I'm writing this thread with great regret. Firstly i really love my oneplus one. Have been using it since a long time. Don't fine any mobile better for me till date.In between i tried switching to note 4, oneplus 2, s5 mini, iphone 6 plus. & redmi note 3 32gb. I couldn't find any device better. Now i need to come to the point of writing this thread. I want to make people aware regarding the terrible service provided by oneplus.
                                        So, after more than a year's usage of opo, it started giving battery trouble. I did not wanted to switch the phone so, had to replace the battery out of warranty at the authorised andheri service center thinking that official service is the best option. But i was wrong. So, the battery was replaced, and obviously i was charged being out of warranty, inr 1800.
                                        Everything fine until now. After around 40 days, the battery started draining as hell. Worse than my previous battery. I thought there might be a software issue. I never wanted to go to the service center in any case. So here's a short list of what all i tried:
                                        1. Factory reset
                                        2. Wipe dalvik cache
                                        3. Tried lollipop 5.1.1 official
                                        4. Tried erasing battery stats
                                        5. Emptied the battery, charged it to full and checked
                                        6. Tried using the phone with only one or two apps
                                        7.Installed wakelock detector to check for any unnecessary wakelocks
                                        8. Tried marshmallow official
                                        9. Rooted the device.Installed greenify, amplify etc etc.
                                        10. Removed the bloatware
                                        11. Used the phone with minimal brightness
                                        12.Installed different kernel
                                        & multiple other things which i can't even remember.
                                        Nothing helped, so, i had to quit. Everything just wasted my time, & nothing saved my problem.
                                        So i thought i should go to the service center, and get myself some temporary device, till my battery gets replaced. I starting browsing the internet for the best service centers in mumbai. I read various posts in order to go to the best service center possible to get the quickest service. I downloaded the service centers in india pdf from the internet, which had the list of all the oneplus service centers in india.
                                        While googling i found out oneplus has released exclusive service centers in various cities. It guaranteed 1-hour service. Yes!! One hour service guarantee. I was excited & forgot all the oneplus after sales service horror stories for a while. I thought really, op is doing too good to improve it's after sales service. I thought no tech company (Samsung, apple) has ever guaranteed a service within an hour, and oneplus has taken a big step for its customers. But, not everything on the internet is true. I went to the exclusive service center thinking i'll just have to wait for an hour to get my phone repaired.
                                        I reached at phoenix mall, kurla, where the exclusive service center is. I mentioned my problem to the guy over there, he did not know how much warranty is there for the replaced battery. This was my first shock, it being an exclusive service center. I told him it's for 3 months as i had already confirmed with the oneplus care multiple times. He did not listen to me. He called some bangalore office and told me that the replaced battery warranty is only for 1 month (Yes!!! Only a months warranty on a battery worth inr 1800, they are really doubtful about their own products quality i assume) so, i called to the toll free number of oneplus (From where i was told warranty is for 3 months multiple time) so that they can explain this service center guy about the actual warranty period of the battery. I was pretty sure hat atleast 3 months warranty is there. Before going to the service center, i was told multiple times by different executives of oneplus.
                                        So, i called the customer care number, and explained the guy my situation, he confirmed again that battery warranty is for 3 months, (I began thinking something phishy might happen, so i enabled call recording app immediately. Attachment of the call recording is uploaded). That customer support guy told me to give the phone to the service center assistant. They both had a talk, the service center guy trying to convince the guy about the warranty period being only one month. So, after they were done talking, i was given the phone and the customer guy told the policy has changed (Yes, policy changed few mins ago). I told policy changed later on, before i was promised 3 months warranty, you have to give me 3 months warranty. He tried to convince me, but i did not agree on anything, after a long talk, the guy transferred the call to the senior guy. He tried to explain me, but i said i was promised 3 months warranty, and you have to give it to me. He placed my call on hold, and after sometime, told me that they'll consider my case as an exception, and i would be provided support, but not the same day, and would be given an update about the further procedure within 24 hours. I was kind off relaxed thinking i'll at-least get warranty, after wasting so many hours (Yes, 2-3 hours were wasted in the so called "exclusive service center"). So, i left that place. Also note: there were other people in the service center too who were waiting for more than an hour (Or maybe 2) for their phone repair. None of them got service under an hour, atleast from the people i saw, no one got any 1 hour service nor was anyone looking happy at the service center. Also the service assistant wasn't really helpful. He was kinda rude. He didn't know how to talk to customers.
                                        Now moving to the next part, i was waiting for the customer support to contact me. They finally sent me an e-mail. This was what they sent me. They told the same old thing.

                                        Now, i called them again and spoke to the same guy, told him i have the proof, that i was promised 3 months warranty, so he told me to send it to him.. I forwarded it to him. Next day i got an email saying they didn't get the file. I forwarded it to them again. Now, the guy called me up saying that i need to send the file in mp3 format as they don't support. Amr files, and i need to convert it into mp3 and send it. So i did that also. Now, he asked for one more day saying he'll forward it to the escalation team and all. I gave him last chance. Because i couldn't wait everyday. So, finally today i got his call saying they can't do anything, battery warranty is of one month (Again the same thing).

                                        I wanted to make everyone aware about the after sales service of oneplus one. Also, i don't know what am i supposed to do.
                                        I've also tweeted to carl pei, oneplus in & oneplus support about it. I don't think i'll get any help.
                                        I'll update the thread if i get any update. Thanks guys! Spread the word & beware. Don't ever think that the oneplus officials know the policies of their company. Keep a proof of everything they say. Thank you!
