Dear Officer,

I bought one plus two mobile instrument on 24 November 2015, with extended warranty. (XOOOEPWDFT - IEMI: [protected]).
Recently while I was talking on phone the power went off i.e. the phone switched off automatically. We contacted the service center located in Nehru Place, New Delhi. According to them there is a mother board problem which needs to be changed and they said it is not covered under warranty as the damage is caused due to some liquid inside the phone.

To my great surprise, the power of the phone went off while I was talking and there cannot be any chance of liquid getting inside it, however they have refused to address our problem and demanding a repair charge of over Rs. 17, 000/- to change the mother board. This seems to be cheating on me without taking ownership of fault in the mobile instrument.

Recently bought One plus 2 mobile through online cost around 23000 rs, after 2 to 4 months, it got repaired, then I went to some customer service company of one plus, said mother board repair cost around 17, 800, is this the way to get service details, this is the worthy of the product.

    Hon'ble sir,
    I have bought a one plus 3 handset paying rs. 27999 in the month of august, 2016. it had accidental insurance cover for one year under third party scheme of servify pvt. ltd.
    In the month of september my phone had an accidental liquid spill and got damaged. as per policy, i claimed for the damage repair. the servify team gave me a mail to provide all details in a document provided by them. i filled up all documents and paid rs. 1000 as asked by them.

    Their policy was to repair the phone in 20 days. i have to call them again and again to repair it. they gave me a message in the android app on 23rd september that your device inspection is complete and repair will take 5-6 days. its more than one and a half month till today, they havent given my phone. when i call them they give excuses everytime, they promise to call me but never call me back. i am tired of this harrasment. kindly take nescessary action.

      I wanted to replace the screen display of my phone. For that, I had called two one plus service centres located in Chandigarh and panchkula. When asked about the cost, I was told 7070 rs by the center in panchkula whereas 8500 rs by the center in chandigarh. When I asked about the reason for the difference in rates by the chandigarh center, they refused to state any reason and gave rude reply that get it done from panchkula then.

      When the service centers are of One plus india, then why there is discrepancy in the rates.?

        I had given my charger for replacement and it has been over 20 days and they have not yet replaced it. I was told that it would be taking only 7 business days at max, this is a big issue as none of the call centre agents are responding clearly on this matter..

          Hi,

          I bought one plus x mobile phone few months back for INR 17, 000
          All of the sudden it stopped working.
          .

          I showed my phone at service center. They say its a liquid damage and asking for INR 14, 450 to repair when the new one costs 15000 now. I told them it never went into water.
          They say it might have been due to moisture and I have to bear the charges.
          It is under warranty
          Why should I bear the charges if the phone got damaged due to its own(through moisture). They should not sell it in a country or city where there is moisture and should sell it only in cold countries if the device is so delicate.
          After a month of complaining and follow ups, they are still telling me to bear the repair charges(which is equal to the cost of a new oneplus x phone). The phone got damaged on its own probably due to moisture, I need my money back.

          They are neither refunding nor repairing for free.

          I want my hard earned money back. Please help.

            I bought One plus One Sandstone black, 64 GB IMEI No. is [protected] through Amazon in starting of this year in January, regarding complaint, in a span of just one month phone's headphone jack stopped working i tried many earphones of different companies none of them worked but anyhow i was adjusting because the staff of one plus don't know how they are trained they don't even know how to talk to customers i was literally ignored not even entertained, i got seriously irritated and left, from second month a line started coming in side of the screen don't have any idea how it started, i took it to the service center now they say its water inside my handset and we cant help its out of guarantee now. within a year i got frustrated using this phone, spent 18000 and it feels all drained, why we will trust these companies if neither they are giving good handsets just providing attractive specs nor a good service.i want a settlement with this either give me a new handset and repair it under warranty.

              My charging cable was damaged and visited the service center as the device is under warranty, service center dint have spares. And the spares should be shipped from bangalore. From past 15 days same status part is not shipped to hyderabad.

              My device is under warranty and cable was damaged. Ideally it should get replace immediately, store dint have stock and they should get shipped from bangalore.

              Its been 15 days still part did not arrive.

                One plus one or x is very fraud company they are not taking care of customers even their mobile phones are very poor. We can get the better mobile phones or better service in 4000 but they have charged more than 15000 but they are not giving any service.
                Once i purchased the mobile its facing the problems from day first so i will not recommend to purchase this phone it is totally wastage of money.
                Now my mobile is totally dead because of one plus customer support and they are not taking care of that.

                They are cheaters dont buy the one plus mobile phones

                  I purchased a oneplus 3 two months ago
                  While using the mobile phone the internal display got broken automatically touch is fine not a single scratch on the phone.
                  Next day visited oneplus authorised service center (70 kms. Far from my residence) they said we will contact with oneplus if it is covered under warranty or not, on next day i called them they said oneplus denied the warranty, then i contacted oneplus support they asked pictures of my phone and i send them all and now they are saying service center technician denied the warranty what is this am'i some kind of toy that played here and there.

                    Finger print sensor not working, service people saying that litmus paper turns red and uncovered under warranty. So they are not considering about my complaint. But diagnose it under the payment procedure. Finger print sensor rate is around rs 2000. Why they are asking for rs 9500. Spare cost price list they had enclosed in their website also.

                    Silly technical reason that litmus paper changes red, that may change because of moisture also. This one changes entire red. Actually blue litmus only changes red, but they are saying that initially white litmus inside the earphone jack.

                    It must be production and design defect placing the hole at the top without the lid.

                      I purchased my mobile and it frequently reboot after 5 minute every time, I have called and visited most of your Service center, they always said to reset and backup with factory settings since this is regular problem of One Plus 2 without repair note or undertaking it . But I fail to understand that rather than using my phone every 3 days shall I install latest Oxygen and reset cache? I need Immediate solution since my phone is under warranty period. & I am using that phone in Nepal Now, please take appropriate step. I am really frustrated a lot with this product. Request for replacement or permanent solution.I will take it to highest level if you wont stop harassing customer.

                        As i'm still facing hanging & network issue in OnePlus 3 mobile and i sent email to customer care visited Chennai service center yesterday (17-Sep-2016). They told me that mother board issue and need to replace the mother board.

                        As i purchased OnePlus 3 mobile on 22-Aug-2016 and within month they are asking me change my mother board and use the defective device which is very painful and it hard to acceptable.

                        And OnePlus customer care told me that this is not defective device. I don't know how dare they are mentioned that.

                        So could you please help me to refund my amount as i don't want to use OnePlus 3 device.

                          Oneplus mobile which selling their low quality product should be banned to enter India.
                          Reasons are as follows,
                          (Low quality product)
                          1. As even on small fall to the floor surface the mobile display getting crack.

                          (pathetic service centres)
                          2. Contacting their service centres is again a nightmare they dont attend your call, you have to go in person after travelling 40 or 50 kms.

                          (no stock)
                          3. As you know, NO stock reply.

                          (delay)
                          4. delay to get the product.

                          (cost)
                          5. Cost, again you have to burn your pocket to use this cramp service.

                          This is again to own a Oneplus X.

                            I am writing this after undergoing lots of pain whole day today and all the trouble is caused by Amazon.
                            These companies rain all goodies initially to capture market, once they overcome competition they begin to flex
                            their muscles! This is my last transaction at Amazon and will never visit this website. Also I am absolutely unhappy
                            with One plus 3 mobile. After 2 month long research and going through the ratings I ordered One plus 3 mobile[protected])
                            last week and it arrived today when I was about to step out of my home to office. Then I remained at home to open the pack. As soon
                            as I powered on, unusually color grain appeared on the screen to my disappointment. Yet it started asking me to enter
                            inputs such as Wifi network password, google details. I entered google credentials and it starts downloading apps.
                            It went on few minutes and I could notice lot of heat at the back of the phone and the screen suddenly disappeared. I
                            thougtt it is rebooting and then it started with the logo and android at the bottom of the screen & two
                            to three lines of colored grains appeared. After some time the screen went blank. I called up One plus 3 service center
                            twice and they told to wipe cache (by holding power and down arrow volume button) and reboot. But again the same logo
                            and 'android' was displayed at the bottom of the screen, after a while it again went blank! Service center told it is
                            defective product and told to replace the phone with Amazon. It did upset me quite a lot as I could not join office
                            meetings. I called up Amazon and this where all the junk responses from Amazon came. They told to go to service center
                            and they asked me to get DoA-Service denial certificate from the service center. I shot back saying why should I waste
                            my time going to service center when amazon and the seller sent me the defective phone. Again and again they insisted
                            that I need to go to service center and get the certificate from the service centre.

                            I went to B2X service centre (which is authorized by One plus 3) at Malleswaram in Bangalore. The person said there is
                            no such certificate that they have ever issued. He told to leave the mobile and he can create job sheet only if I agree
                            to leave the mobile and get it serviced.Called up several times Amazon and even requested service center person to talk
                            to Amazon customer service person. After over 2 long hour wait, Amazon agreed to replace the mobile without any
                            certificate from the service center. By this time it is evening and I have lost my precious time. Even One plus 3 customer
                            care person told me not to go to service centre and asked me to return to Amazon for shipping such defective product.
                            But arrogant Amazon customer care people hell bent on getting me to service center. It is only after the service center
                            person spoke to them, this Amazon agree to process replacement without this certificate! Don't Amazon have common sense
                            that why any authorized One plus 3 service center give Denial of Service certificate!!! Amazon have put in such
                            arrogant policies in place. I heard through my friends that during initial time of Amazon launch, they used to quietly
                            take away the product from the customer if the customer does not like the
                            product. Now that these folks have captured the market, they begin to flex their muscles and showing the real face! After
                            wasting whole of my day due to erroneous service and ill informed customer service agents of Amazon I told them that
                            I don't want the replacement product and asked to refund the money. But Amazon refused that they won't refund the money
                            but only give replacement.They say it is not their policy to refund the money for mobiles. All of you be very aware and
                            study thoroughly the return policy and just don't blindly trust the brand Amazon as now they captured the market, they
                            begin to show theie real color. I am seriously considering legal option to get the refund of money after consultation
                            with legal expert. Any suggestions to file a case in consumer court is welcome.

It is obvious that One plus 3 is sold only through Amazon and why at all this return policy printed in One plus 3 user guide!? All of you be very aware and
                            study thoroughly the return policy and just don't blindly trust the brand Amazon as now they captured the market, they
                            begin to show their real color. I am seriously considering legal option to get the refund of money after consultation

                            again at Amazon!

                              Never ever try a chinese mobile in life. I saw most of the customer are facing and complaining about Hanging issue in One Plus X. It automatically reboot most of the time. I showed it twice in customer service center and what they did only FACTORY RESET. Called twice customer care and they cut the phone. This is how a chinese company treating people in india. Looting the hard earned money.
                              Never ever try this BOGUS ONE PLUS company.

                                I have been using One-plus two mobile from past one year, from the day one i am facing echo issuer and oneplus support team is not cosidering my complaint and denying support and my handset is under warranty.                                 they are denying support as it involves 10000 rupees worth of LCD replaceent.

                                I have Purchased one plus 3 as they showed in their add that it gets 60% charged in just 30 minutes and does not hang..

                                But this is not true. please help me to get my money back and take a strict action against them.

                                  I have bought oneplus x (onyx, 16gb) on 20th april 2016 from amazon.in. it was sold by cloudtail. this phone is getting heated up very soon. from very first day i am facing this problem. but now this problem has increased. i am not able to use my phone as in few minutes o[censored]sing it got heated. i fear it would blast one day. it is very difficult for me to use this phone.

                                    Its being 8 months I have bought ONE PLUS 2 from amazon.
                                    its home button has stopped working completely. its finger print failed.
                                    moreover, its battery is just working for 1 hour inspite of charging it for a long.
                                    the usb charger is taking 10 hours to charge a battery.

                                    how can the company say that it has damaged because of water.?
                                    if it would have damaged with water I would have told everything before hand.
                                    the buttons just stopped working itself.
                                    phone is still under the warranty, still I will have to pay Rs.9500 for the unexpected damage which has no role to play.

                                    the company is authorized for this thing and should help it out.

                                      I broke my new phone few days back, damage to the phone was major as phone's display and the back panel both were badly damaged but i was not so much worry as i knew my phone is insured with accidental damage protection by the oneplus itself but when i took my phone to the nearest service center they refused to cover the body under the damage protection Policy, they said they'll only cover display under the policy. so tell me is this the definition of damage protection policy ? or are they just manipulating people by advertising accidental damage protection policy. physical damage means physical damage, whether it is display, body, camera etc. all these things should be covered under insurance. 
                                      I have all the proves againt the company that can help me fighting a case against them. I'm begging you to help me out as I can't afford to spend 10000 on my phone's damage.

                                        I would like to mention a concern with One Plus one phones. They have a small size litmus paper on top of the phone which is highly prone to get expose to humidity/moisture.

                                        Company has not clear notifications mentioned on any website or warranty booklet about it.

                                        No technical diagnostics are done on the device to confirm problems, only visual check that too only looking at the color of litmus paper turned to red is considered and relied upon.

                                        Service centers asks for high price than what One Plus mentions the cost of the repairs on the website.

                                        This is inappropriate and an action should be taken to hide information and false commitments to customer.
