Sir i have purchased one plus2 phone on 18august2016 its was my biggest mistake of my life that i purchased that product. Since the product i have received that contains some dust particles so i visited service centre in jaipur which is in front of rajmandir so they just clean only the dust i have told him that what is the reason so they told me it is due to jack dust came from this. After some time same problem occurs this is my 3rd time i have visited the service centre they told me that these are common issue so what to do please tell me the solution or either i will sew in you consumer court regarding faulty product .

Their escalation team and warranty is a joke with OnePlus... Happened with me as well. When I asked for escalation matrix of their company... they mentioned they can not provide it !!! and the team calls and tell that what ever the service center has done is final and no further support can be provided !!! They sound also very stern and rude !!!

    My device is not working properly last 6 days . It got stuck while using apps .and reboot option iz not visible the device crashes the app some times .it just gets switched off nytym and the main thing iz while using apps like hike n snapchat it really works the worst now a days .. it give lots of problem i reqst to get a better solution or to replace the device

      To whomsoever it may concern,
      this is with regard to when the new update was launched, oxygen os, first after installing the new update and rebooting the phone, password asked for fifty times and in the process of your so called "decryptying" all my data has vanished, all the photos i had saved or clicked, all the music that i had, everything has been wiped from my phone, without any warning or any sort of detail.

      I wish to know what has gone wrong with it or i shall sue you for the same, and i have no problems appearing in court of law, i will come time and again and if this harrasment of yours continues, i shall sue you innumerable times.

      I'm using one plus three.. I face a lot of problem with the camera. The camera pictures are being blurred n doesnr focus also.. even after factory reset of device . I have 3 one plus at home n all three are having the problems of photos.. even after all lastest update.. kindly fix this problem.
      I get da 1+3t last month & day by day it's getting heated automatically & battery charging gives too much problem

        i had given my phone to repir and it was under warranty but today is 12th day and customer care telling parts r not available ...my work is stuck i ask to refund or get me new phone but there answer is (I have tracked the details of the device with the Jobsheet number, as per that currently, the spare parts are in country stock. However, I suggest you to please be rest assured as the spare parts are available, hope the device will get repaired soon.)

          Never purchase oneplus product.
          I purchase oneplus 3T on 18.12.2016 and arise network problem after one month.
          I sent it to servify and that said motherboard will be change.
          I approach customer care oneplus but instantly they reject my request but again approach to customer care and they refer to escalation team.
          I again contacted them via chat room and they assured that I will call back within 10 Minutes.
          A call is received from escalation team and they denied for replacement of handset instantly. They have no care about their customer and customer service as their cutomer service center are in only metro cities.
          OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Their escalation team and warranty is a joke with OnePlus... Happened with me as well.           Sent my device 20days back, and there is no update from servify. when I call they agree the delay and escalated 4times. nothing happen. When I asked them have you people sold my device. they say, we will check and tell Sir :)

          One of the major mistake in my life sending the device to them. No update no curtsy of service. very cheap Shop not company.

            Hello,
            I have oneplus3, Recently my phone had an issue that it went dead suddenly. I visited the Exclusive Customer care located at Kurla west in Mumbai (Token No:8 on 06.02.2017). They bluntly told me that all your data will be lost and I have to sign that declaration. I denied and insisted that they must try to recover data at any cost, I also mentioned that they can charge me for data recovery if they want. Then after 30 min. I got my phone and they even did not told me that My phone was reset, all data lost also I got some Nougat update. I asked them to justify why they could not recover the data, and I asked them to produce the detail resolution analysis by the technician. and the comment from technician was "Problem in Motherboard, it was replaced"

            I lost all the data, There is no external storage in this phone so I lost it all. I got some backup from Google but still a major loss in many contacts and other details from my recent Travel.

            this is very disappointing, also they did not consulted me before changing the motherboard, They were only suggesting replacing the parts to other people who had some issue, and oneplus team simply repaces the part, not even trying to repair it. This means that after warranty expires, having oneplus is an expensive and costly matter. This must be changed and also data recovery practice must be introduced.

            The service center in surat is not receiving the call and i went there 4 times but my complaint remained unsolved. Every time i go there the executive is unavailable. He doesn't even receives my call. The center is 20 kms far from my home. This is very problematic for me.
            I have my OnePlus2 model. It had battery issue. battery was not get charge, discharge very fast, battery getting hit. I give it to service center one time. but the issue is still remains. My battery is getting so hit. So please I need solution. I called on customer care and ask to replace the peace but the reject my request.

              This is in regard to my visit to service centre in bora service, guwahati named- "delight support solutions"
              i had given my one plus 2 handset as it wasnt turining on, so the concerned person over there in the recpetion told me that it would take three days for diagnsis and further 4-5 days for repairing, then i left my phone over there and return, after 40-45 minutes they informed me that they found liquid content in my phone so told me that warranty cannot be availed for that and after sometime they estimated that water has gone all over in motherboard so the estimated cost for repairing would be 15000/-, I went there and took my phone back as i was not ready to pay for that, but I did asked for the snapshots and data of the phone, the engineer who diagonised my phone ensured that it will be sent in my mail id, but till date havent received any reply from their end, in the mean time i did sent mail to them regarding the same, and told them if no action taken then will write to the company directly. so here I m breifing you my problem so that appropriate action could be taken to solve it.
              Diagonosis has been done on 19th jan 2017 and today is 7th feb 2017, still no response conveyed from service centre end.

              Hope you would consider the grievance and provide appropriate solution for the same in priority basis

                I am regular customer of oneplus store. First of all i want to make it clear that, i have installed several tempered screen protectors before also.
                This time i bought tempered glass for my oneplus 3t on 6 jan and received it on 10 jan. After installation on yesterday i. E. On 10/01/2017 i have noticed that there uplifting of tempered protective glass egde from one side (Left) and near edge of finger print sensor. Which is not getting fix after applying pressure. Oneplus store sent me defective screen protector, which they are not willing to replace. I have sent them all information and pictures to explain how it's a defective piece but they are not replacing it. They charged me tons of money for it and gave me really cheap product.
                Plz help me this issue

                  I want to replace the display of my OnePlus X device (Black) and on calling the customer care they told me that the sticker was on available and will be available by 28th Dec 2016. I patiently waited for 15 days and when I called today (29th Dec 2016) they told me that the part is still not available and they cannot give me any confirmation by when they will have the part. Also they told me that the part is not available in entire mumbai region so I cannt go to any other Customer care center as well. To get the confirmation by when the part will be available they told me to call the Toll Free number. On calling the toll free number they are telling me even they dnt know by when the part will be available and also they can't give me anything in written
                  The complain number is 501817. The only think they are telling me is that they have taken my feedback but can't give me anything in written. Prior to this also I had some issue with my phone and that time also they took around more than a month to get the part and I was left with no option then to wait.

                    My one plus 3 stopped working in 5 months of purchase and i have a guarantee on purchase. The phone was picked up by one agency for repairs but are asking 25000/- for repair as they said the main board is faulty due to some liquid gone inside which is totally false as the phone stopped working while i called someone while it was charging. I lodged the complaint complaint id 1470000 and after lot of follow up was asked to handover the phone to another repair agency at nehru place in delhi and it will be done. However after calling them today i was asked to deposit 18000/- to get the same repaired as this will not be approved. I have big doubts on the credibility of the repair centres as i am cheated twice
                    I am really fed up with this company as there is very poor service and even doubt the product quality a big question mark

                        I was using vodafone sim card in my phone. It worked fine. Earlier there used to be problem of replacing it with other company sim cards, but I did not pay much attention due to busy life.

                        Yesterday, I changed sim card to Airtel and it worked fine but once I replaced it with my vodafone sim card again, it is not getting detected by the phone. Airtel still works fine.

                        The mobile network in settings screen gets frozen as shown in the attachment once vodafone sim is added.

                        I have tried numerous solutions available online including Factory data reset but problem still persists. Airtel works fine and Vodafone does not work.
                        (Vodafone sim card works fine on other phones.)

                          I am an one plus 3 owner. Not even six months since i purchased the phone. The product quality is so poor that it made me visit the service center 3 times, those are as follows:-
                          7/10/16:-b2x newtown kolkata. My device was going into fast boot mode in its own and volume buttons was behaving abnormally.
                          Os was reinstalled.
                          14/10/16:-b2x newtown kolkata. My device was going into fast boot mode in its own and volume buttons was behaving abnormally.

                          2/12/16:-b2x newtown kolkata. My device is presently with them and them with the same issue and they are clamming that there is a liquid damage, in spite of any contact of liquid with my phone. And the are even clamming that the so called aluminum back panel is rusting, as far my knowledge goes i don't think aluminium rusts. B2x newtown kolkata service center engineers are clamming it to be so.
                          I am fed-up with this company and there service centers and i am afraid that by making products of this standards, how many days they will be surviving in the market. Worst product experience i had ever had. The company made me compel to make a complain against them to the consumer court. I will definitely be doing so.

                            Last months the dash cable and charger rates on PnePlus Store are around 800.00 INR . Before that when Oneplus store for India is not available they supply these accessories via eCommerce sites (Amazon and Flipkart) through different distributors and the cost is around 800.00 INR. Now today the cost is around 1900.00 INR. This is insane. This is a new way of earning Black Money. What are the reasons behind that to double the rates suddenly. Even the other accessories are also at the higher side. Tempered glass of any mobile is hardly coming in 80-100 INR but they are providing in 1499.00 INR. Please take the appropriate action against the company.This chinese company want to loot common Indian citizen by charging double prices. This is LOOT

                              I had purchased One Plus 3 via Amazon. The handset stopped working within a month's time and is in repair since last 1 month. I requested the company for the replacement but they are not replacing the phone
                              I had bought the handset for Rs. 28 K and it went off within a months time.
                              Company is not ready to replace the phone neither is giving any solution.
                              I dont have my phone since last 1 month and still there is no revert from them

                                I purchased one plus on september, 01. My phone 's gorilla glass is broken what we can see from physical appearance of display. We had written mails, gave you reminders but sorry, we haven't received any positive response. I called your toll free no 10-15 times, only getting assurance that we will get the verification call than only we can do something. But no call has been received by me. I also visited your service center at chandigarh but the response is same that a verification call is required.in this age we have to wait for 15 days to get a verification call and a phone to get repaired.

                                Today again i called ad assured by mr mehaboob having employee code 36 that it will be resolved by 5 pm today.

                                I hope it will be done otherwise i will be forced to write a complaint in consumer court

                                  This mail is in regards to the delivery sent to me by 'amazon india' today i:e 28/10/2016 in evening of one plus 3 (order #[protected].

                                  If this mail is not related to yo then i would request you to forward this mail to concerned department so that of one plus team comes to know about my complaint: -

                                  When i unboxed the product (this evening i:e 28/10/2016) and started the set up i found that i could not set up the finger print sensor lock hence i skipped the fingerprint lock and thought of doing it from settings options.
                                  But from settings - security options also i was unable to set up the fingerprint sensor. i made sure that push the home button hard and some times pushed lightly, some times just put the finger on the sensor but it just did not work.
                                  I followed few instructions given on one plus site to resolve this issue and my hands were completely washed, the phone was updated completely but the home button just could not sense when i was using it.
                                  Later i realized that the home button was not responding even when i was trying to to go to home page from options screen. i tried many times, with hard press and many times with soft press but the home button was not working.

                                  Hence after struggling for around 1 hour i registered the complaint with amazon india and i requested for replacement with in 24-48 hours, but amazon customer care requested me to go for refund instead of replacement as the seller did not have any other product available. hence i went for refund.

                                  Also, the packaging in which this product came that was not up to the standard. one plus phone box was only covered with one single piece of bubble wrap and nothing else.

                                  - i would want to know is there any body in one plus team who could answer on this complaint of mine. do one plus team really listen and are they aware that defective pieces are also being sent to consumers.
                                  - i wanted to buys his phone and was so excited to receive it just before diwali but everything got spoiled because of this defective piece.

                                  Now i have to go through the hassle of my credit card emi's refund and talks with bank and all them.

                                  Is there a possibility of sending me a non-defective one plus 3 phone by the one plus team, would you look in to this matter?

                                      This is my review for One Plus one, it’s still under warranty and going through my worst experience with my smartphone. I bought One plus One Sandstone black, 64 GB IMEI No. is [protected] through Amazon in starting of this year in January, regarding complaint, in a span of just one month phone's headphone jack stopped working I tried many earphones of different companies none of them worked but anyhow I was adjusting because the staff of one plus don't know how they are trained they don't even know how to talk to customers i was literally ignored not even entertained, i got seriously irritated and left, from second month a line started coming in side of the screen don't have any idea how it started, my phone auto restores itself and I lose my data every time, i took it to the service center now they say its water inside my handset and we can’t help, it’s out of guarantee now. Within a year i got frustrated using this phone, spent 18000 and it feels all drained, why we will trust these companies if neither they are giving good handsets just providing attractive specs nor a good service. I want a settlement with this either give me a new handset and repair it under warranty.

                                        Dear Officer,

                                        I bought one plus two mobile instrument on 24 November 2015, with extended warranty. (XOOOEPWDFT - IEMI: [protected]).
                                        Recently while I was talking on phone the power went off i.e. the phone switched off automatically. We contacted the service center located in Nehru Place, New Delhi. According to them there is a mother board problem which needs to be changed and they said it is not covered under warranty as the damage is caused due to some liquid inside the phone.

                                        To my great surprise, the power of the phone went off while I was talking and there cannot be any chance of liquid getting inside it, however they have refused to address our problem and demanding a repair charge of over Rs. 17, 000/- to change the mother board. This seems to be cheating on me without taking ownership of fault in the mobile instrument.

                                        Recently bought One plus 2 mobile through online cost around 23000 rs, after 2 to 4 months, it got repaired, then I went to some customer service company of one plus, said mother board repair cost around 17, 800, is this the way to get service details, this is the worthy of the product.
