This is in regard to my visit to service centre in bora service, guwahati named- "delight support solutions"
i had given my one plus 2 handset as it wasnt turining on, so the concerned person over there in the recpetion told me that it would take three days for diagnsis and further 4-5 days for repairing, then i left my phone over there and return, after 40-45 minutes they informed me that they found liquid content in my phone so told me that warranty cannot be availed for that and after sometime they estimated that water has gone all over in motherboard so the estimated cost for repairing would be 15000/-, I went there and took my phone back as i was not ready to pay for that, but I did asked for the snapshots and data of the phone, the engineer who diagonised my phone ensured that it will be sent in my mail id, but till date havent received any reply from their end, in the mean time i did sent mail to them regarding the same, and told them if no action taken then will write to the company directly. so here I m breifing you my problem so that appropriate action could be taken to solve it.
Diagonosis has been done on 19th jan 2017 and today is 7th feb 2017, still no response conveyed from service centre end.
Hope you would consider the grievance and provide appropriate solution for the same in priority basis
