I put the phone in charging today and i just handle it for some work, to my real shock i felt the current on my hands this is really not accepted from this phone... Can't out my life on risk. Me being a real fan of the handset i never accepted this from oneplus handset. I definitely need a return or exchange with a new one. It's just being 2 months i bought through phone yet

    My one plus 3 is automatically switched off and on till battery level nil. After that phone is not taking charging and hence phone is dead. Already complained with one plus customer care and they said that contact to service centre. When deliver the phone to service centre at seasons mall pune they abruptly said that phone is damaged due to liquid. I said that phone is only used by me and phone never in contact with any type of liquid. But they don't want to listen. I tried everything but fail. They said that screen have to replace and cost is approx rs 9000/-. Phone is only 9 months old. How such thing possible in such a high cost phone. I have lost trust in this brand. Please resolve the issue.

      I went to service centers and i called customer support and they are saying one plus one battery are not getting manufactured and there is no specific date to get it. The service center guy was telling me that "sir i don't know, you see what you can do". If this is the case, where you are just interested in sales and not after sale service then you should have mentioned it in your terms. Do you suppose a customer should wait with a 23k phone when you leave them with no other option.

        Purchased oneplus 3t model no a3003
        Imei no [protected], invoice dated 16/03/2017. On 20.07.17 phone got switched off while talking with my friend. Taken to kurla service centre. They gave job report stating mother board has been damaged due to moisture.. Have to spent 20k for the same.. Unable to understand how the motherboard got moisturised when phone was used indoors only.. Not happy with the services.. Within span of 4months phone is damaged.. And company is asking 20000 to replace motherboard.. Look into the matter please.

          I am complete on 16/07/2017 in morning but till now. And not any person contact me i am again compant yesterday and today but again no body contact me plz tell me. What my mistake?
          Apki koi responsible person nhi hai joeri problem ka solution kar sir bina phone k kya hote hai aap sab ko pta hai mere phne to last week se broken hai.

            I had purchased cell phone one plus with model no oneplusa3003, (This comes in warranty period)
            I was facing some issue with my cell that it was getting hang frequently, hence i had raised a complaint to the service center ‘servify’; they picked my phone up by the date 7th july, and committed that they will repair it till next week and i would get it delivered.
            I was following them up but they were not picking up the calls neither replying to my mails. After a week i got reply from them that ‘my phone is beyond economic repair’ and i have to pay the repairing cost. I do not understand if my phone comes under the insurance and warranty then why should i have to pay the repairing cost; on that they are saying my documents are not clear to claim the insurances. I refused to repair and asked them to return my phone.
            Yesterday delivery boy handed me the phone, but there was missing of my sim card slot,
            And continuously i am calling them but no one is there to pick up calls, saying that your number has been registered and you will receive the call... But still no revert. The pickup boy had clicked photographs of my cell phone before accepting it, you can check with those photos showing the sim card slot.
            It’s very bad experience i had ever faced in my life. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy your product as your service is no satisfactory.

            My experience with oneplus so far has been very negative.
            Very poor phone quality and no warranty.

            My far worst experience with customer services. They simply don't care and send standard replies. Please never use one plus its my review

              My phone was under the servify claim and was picked up for a repair on 5th july. For days i received no update about the status and finally when i received a mail, it said my phone is beyond economic repair and that i will have to pay a certain share of the repairing costs. Ever since i have been trying to contact servify to inquire about the further steps of the process and have received no response. The service center refuses to answer to me since the issue falls under servify while servify conveniently chooses to ignore me. It's been 8 days and the repair process has not even started let alone me getting my phone back.

              This is my new phone ...the problem is that the phone vibrate mode does not change into ringing mode ... I've tried everything what I Know but fail...no option is coming...and key does not react ...so what to do

                I just gave my one plus 3 for repair on 10th july through your the one plus care app by servify here at hyderabad b2x for a camera issue. After inspection now the service centre guys are saying that my phone's not under warranty even though it is till 15 september 2017, something with the seal being broken. The last time i got it repaired was through servify's accidental damage protection plan at indore b2x for a broken screen. I don't know what the problem is because it was not me who repaired the phone the last time, it was one of one plus care and servify's so called "brand authorized service center", so if now they say that the warranty seal is broken it's not on me, it's on them. I want my phone repaired and delivered to me as soon as possible. While trying to contact servify's customer care centre, they are not reachable on their support line as well as they have not replied to my mails.

                  I recently bought a one plus5 phone from amazon.in, having trouble in making a clear call. the voice drops in every call that i make. The other user is unable to hear me in between the calls.

                    They deleverd same product again and again, once i returned it, they deleverd that product (One plus 3t). Order #[protected] (Estimated dispatch date jun 19, 2017) transaction #ops[protected]Placed on june 18, 2017 4:57:32 am bst) it's all going on from almost one month.
                    They (Ujwal singh) have told me return the product in blue dart ware house and i have returned. And i did not open oneplus box i have check the product because some another product was in blu dart. I did not received my refund till now,
                    I do call everyday the told me get back soon and no updated.
                    I have been lost hope for my money (29999 rs), it is my humble request to you please help to resolve my problem and refund my money (29999 rs).

                    OnePlus has refunded my money and it's showing that money is been refunded and will be reflected in 3 to 5 days time is over and I didn't got my money give me my money back I'd 3577710 refunded it or I will file a case against you in high court

                    It's very pathetic service they don't want to refund money to customers, I constantly following my case again and again, it's going on almost one month but they are not refunding my money back. that's why we need to file complaint against Oneplus.

                      Worst service provider i ever faced.. I bought one plus 3 on oct, 2016 and after using this for 7 months facing serious issues like heating, hanging & automatic switching off. I had to visit 3 times withing 1 month for the repair, but service provide could not even identifying the problem. And most interesting part they telling to visit again as if i dont have any other work to do.. Only visiting the service centre.. What will be the last solution even after 4th visit. Will i get replaced one???

                        We purchased warranty extension in nov'15 from b2x service solutions india pvt ltd. For our one plus 2 handset via order id no.[protected] and order item id - [protected]. We are currently facing display issue in our handset due to which we cannot view the display screen of our mobile and can neither operate mobile in any way.

                        We contacted at various email ids of b2x and after quite a long span, finally received a response that our product is not covered under warranty as the same was not registered within a specific time after purchase of warranty.

                        At the time of warranty purchase, we didn't received any such intimation for registration. We duly paid amount of rs. 1049 for this extended warranty service, however b2x refused to entertain our complain due to non-registeration.

                        Kindly provide us with some sort of solution and get our handset repaired.

                          Dear Team @ OnePlus India,
                          I am a patron of OnePlus and have been using OnePlus 2, OnePlus 3 and now OnePlus 5. I have never faced any problem all these years. I even purchased extended warranty for OnePlus 2 and OnePlus 3 and now for OnePlus 5. However, recently I found that when I tried to put the phone (OnePlus 3) on silent mode, it wasn't working. I took my phone to Servify Service Center (B2X), at North-Ex Mall, Prashant Vihar, and showed it to them. I had also shown how well kept my mobile was and immaculately scratch less. They (Pinky) acknowledged and asked me to wait meanwhile they would resolve the issue. They took my mobile and returned it to me after about an hour stating that the issue was resolved. However when I saw my mobile it had scratches around the button used for turning the phone silent as well as scratches on the screen. It was immediately pointed out to the same employee, Pinky. However they tried to instead play blame game and became rude and said that if I or any client ever want our phones to be set right by the company then we should be ready to accept the scratches on our phones and the phones will get scratched as they get repaired and it is a miniscule thing to raise objection upon. They have even put scratches all over the screen probably by rubbing it keeping the screen upside down. The same has been given in my comments on the bill that I had submitted with the service centre and a copy of the same is sent real time on Twitter and is also attached with this complaint. This is so annoying for a person like me who ensures that his belongings are kept immaculate and the same can be seen the way I have my other mobile phones from Samsung Note 4&5, S7 edge, S8+, iPhone 6, iPhone7 etc. Being a patron, I am astonished at the callous conduct the service centre and the owner Mr. Ashwani, whom when I bought this manhandling of the handset in notice, told me that I must have told Pinky in English to take notice of my phone’s immaculate condition, a language which she could not understand.

                          Hence, in view of above, I appreciate an action and a suitable compensation against the harassment I have faced. Frankly, looking at the handset condition now, I don’t feel like holding it in my hand, It’s made that worst and scratched.

                            I purchased one plus 5 handset from Amazon on 27th of June which was delivered to me on 29th. Though I am happy with the handset, there seems to be a major problem with the handset.                               I have placed an order of OnePlus 5 on 22 june at midnight after 10 minutes i saw an add of amazon mentioned in that add is 1500rs cashback if i buy frm amazon thn instantly i canceled it after 10 minutes of placing that order thn next day in 'my order'' section it was mentioned REFUNDED, so started waiting for my refund thn its been 7 days from thatd ay i called thm and said my money is not refunded yet thn they provided me a a transaction ID and ARN number and told me to contact your bank i went to the bank contacted to my branch manager i told him abt the issue and thn my branch manager said how can we track this transaction ID it is not credited to your account yet thn i called the customer care and told him abt that thn a call from RMA team called me and sait write an application that you have not got the refund and make a sbi stamp and branch manager sign on it thn i went again to my branch manager he replied me we are not allowed to approve any non official application if you had a transaction physically to any other bank or any kind of bank related work not online we can approve that but not online he said give them your bank account's statement i will make it a sbi stamp on it this is the way of doing things well not as writing an application, thn he also said do one thing give OnePlus India my official Email id- SBI.[protected]@SBI.CO.IN and tell him to contact me directly whatever the info they as just contact directly by my official email thn i provided OnePlus India abt this email now i called after 2 days and ask where is my refund money, same reply as always we have sent you it will be back to ur account 3-4 days i replied did u mailed this querry to my branch manager 's which i gave u the email id before he replied no, so basically they are doing crime here if you suppose to order it and then cancel then after they will not going to give your money back to your account they provide fake transaction ID with fake ARN number, my 33000 rs is not with me its my hard earn money and they just stole it and i am not able to do anyhting because there is no office here in my state I am from lucknow, if anyone can help me i will be very greatful to you plus do teach oneplus a lesson they do crime business here of money laundering
                              i dont know what will happen if i file FIR from my city and action which i write in my FIr wud be of money laundring here in India i have all the proof

                                I have purchased my one plus 2 on 17th August 2016 and there is minor dust in the back camera and I visited the service centre they have just cleaned the dust and said there is no problem later on the same problem arises again again I visited the service centre they have cleaned. One day I forced the service centre there is hardware problem they don't respond me with a satisfactory answer I have submitted my phone on 12 June 2017 they told me that they are going to change the back panel and know the owner of service centre is telling me that there is no part available in the warehouse. I have already complaint on the customer care of one plus they are also not helping me

                                  I have oneplus 3 purchased 5 months before. My display cracked because of mishandling. Customer care people are asking to change motherboard which is worth of 19000 and display of 8600. Total 27600. New phone is cost for 27999. My motherboard is perfect and nothing happened except display. So why should i change motherboard? Service center people forcing to change motherboard. This is how this chinese company is making fool to indian peoples. Suggest don't buy this company product. Better go for nokia, samsung apple... If you don believe you can call to any service center in india and check motherboard price. You will shocked.

                                    Last week, i noticed my one plus 3's display is coming out without dropping or falling. It is coming out from upright corner. This is one plus display's material quality issue. But the service centre is not ready for giving service. They denied by saying this doesn't come in warranty. Then what's the benefit of buying 28k phone. I just want one plus to resolve my problem asap.

                                      Highly unsatisfied with one plus as a company and with the customer support as well:
                                      1. My complaint being gorilla glass 4 on my one plus 3, i am still getting scratches on my phone with normal usage.
                                      2. I repeatedly called customer care regarding my issue, they told me my phone should not get scratches with normal usage, i sent them photos. After verification they told me to visit the nearest store for the same, and assured me this job will be done. On reaching store they tell me, they understand that its gorilla glass 4, but its scratch resistant and not scratch proof and hence and i quote

                                      "next time please get a screen guard on your device."

                                      Wow. They think i have never used a phone.

                                      Mind you guys i had a blackberry before this, and i use an iphone as well, their "scratch resistant" screens are patchless without even the screen guards. Please don't fool customers with "false advertising" that your phone has gorilla glass 4, and please never waste your customer's time, by telling him to go to the store, because i took a leave for the same from my office after being assured that it will be covered under warranty.

                                        The camera of my one plus-3 has not been properly working; snaps/photograph are coming clearly.in this connection, i visited yr. Customer service centre in guwahati at nilgiri mansion, opp namecare hospital, gr. Floor, bhangagarh ghy, pin 781006. However, the service centre informed that they did not do service of one plus 3.

                                        Therefore, you are requested to give address & contact no. Of your service centre in guwahati.

                                        And you may kindly inform the probable cause of camera problem of my mobile set.
