The phone is great and works perfectly.Bit the phone reboots frequently while performing important tasks.My phone is just 3 months old and I am already facing this problem.I have the complete bill and the box.

    I am a crazy OnePlus fan before it enters in Indian market but I realised it a . They don't have a toll-free or any contact number on their Indian sites. I got a faulty device which is not charging correctly. and I walked in service centre and mailed to customer support and to GM OnePlus. no one solved my issue and finally warranty has ended. don't expert any service support from them. both HCL touch solutions and B2X service centres that I went are worst one.

        I bought OnePlus two from Amazon.in on the 9th November and faced a problem of "NO DISPLAY". I submitted my phone to the" OnePlus Service center" in Sec-14 Gurgaon. Now, its been over 14 days and my phone is still with the center for repair. The Customer Support team says that the Parts are not available till now. I'm tired of following up and getting the same response. I wish to get my phone repaired/exchanged at it's earliest. Also, I wish to complaint against One Plus India for causing inconvenience and providing pathetic customer service ever!!

          Its been almost 20 days now my new phone hardly a month used is lying with service Center at karve Road. The time I call they extend three days and still its not repaired. Need help to claim the compensation.

          The service Center people are very rude and dont even bother speak properly. Its like they are doing a favor on us by keeping ourr phone and attending us. Warranty customers are not looked after properly. Pathetic experience and stupid company OnePlus with a pathetic and disgusting service Center.

            I had recently purchased a OnePlus X phone from Amazon. The screen broke and now no one from the OnePlus customer care is responding even though I am ready to pay for the screen replacement cost. It has been 1 month though the SLA was of just 2 days. The customer care people are very rude and they do not have the spare parts. They are just routing me from one center to another. I want to lodge a complaint against OnePlus for the pathetic service.

                    Microphone not working. They simply reset the phone to factory setting and said that upgraded software has bugs !! really !! do they not check the software before sending an upgrade ! they think consumers are fools. Help us by taking an action.

                      I have the below mentioned email to support.[protected]@oneplus.net twice but have not yet received any response. Dear team, This email is after a lot of frustration and waiting for the return of my handset from your distinguished service center. It is very disappointing for such an innovative company like yours to provide such unpleasant after sales service. The first and foremost impression of your walk in service center would be : shabby, unprofessional and not friendly. I was very much worried about giving the device for repairs looking at the state of the place. The handset had some network issues, which I think might be related to the network cable as it was dropping again and again. This was the second time I went to the same service center in a single day for the same issue. First time I sent someone from my office who went to the center where the technician did a hard reset and sent the device back. The problem was not solved. Being a working professional it is very hard for me to go personally to the service center as the timings are not very affable. I still reached their 15 minutes before the closing time, the first thing the person sitting behind the desk did was do a factory reset, which I think any Oneplus owner would have already done. He said the problem is solved. I sat there for 10 minutes and the network started dropping again. He gave it a second look and said there seems to be a problem in the device. After a bit of probing from my end, the executive says, it’s a motherboard problem and will take about 10-12 days as the company isn’t providing enough motherboards for replacement. It came as a shocker & was unanticipated. I still gave the phone as my wife is very much fond of the handset and wanted to get it repaired. I also made a special plea as my wife who was 8 months pregnant then needed the handset back asap. The executives seemed uninterested what I was saying and nodded in affirmation. Now the worst part is, after taking the possession of my handset, I was given a delivery challan instead of a job sheet. Who does that, seriously??. The person said we will give you call once the device is repaired and it is 14th day today and no one has even bothered to contact me. Attaching the photo of the delivery challan which contains my handsets IMEI for your reference, the date of submission and DC NO. I am not comparing your services with someone else but you guys really need to step up a bit. I have a Xiaomi Mi 4i as well which needed repairs, and when I contacted the customer care, I was surprised to know that they provide a free pickup and drop service from your doorstep at a very minimal logistic cost. My phone was picked up, repaired and sent back to me in matter of 8 days. I do not wish to bother you or threaten you with claims of going to consumer court or filing a consumer complaint and I also do not intend to do so as I am a huge fan of the company and love the phones. Please get the device back to me at the earliest as I am in urgent need of it. I wouldn’t want to escalate this issue any further and hope this is my first and last email to you guys.

                        I'm using oneplus one for last couple of months. Now i'm facing audio problem in oneplus one mobile. When playing music in music player or video player, audio is not working.                           I have been complaining that my fone is not woking fine from the day i have bought the fone. service center and oneplus is been telling me that the motherboard will be arriving their service center for more then 20days now. the have yet not given me any conformation about it. i called them more then 5 times but have got no call back. in oneplus india there a person named Mr.Shabbaz khan who kept telling me ill surely solve the issue, but i see nothing like that happening. they are not replying to the mails nor calling back nor they are providing me the contact number of the all India service manager. what can i do now? how do i fight for my rights? my contact details are mentioned below: E-mail:[protected]@gmail.com Ph no:+91 [protected]

                            i have rooted my mobile and now i am using cm12 as os and i lost my 100%battery in less than 2 hrs. i hv 3100 mah battery and it dies in less than 2 hrs. what a is this. i want to know what should i do to improve battery efficiency. i m very in need please replyASAP.

                                I had gave my Phone to your Coimbatore Service center (Celtronix) on MAY 5, 2015. They had send the same to your Chennai Service center as the spare were unavailable with them. But till day i had received any information from them even i continously contacted them. My Job sheet no: JS[protected] & Serial Number [protected]. Their promised return date as per Job sheet was MAY 13, 2015.

                                Requesting you to update the present status and reason for delay of more than 40 days in servicing the product.

                                  I raised complaint with Oneplus regarding my Oneplus One mobile. The issue with my phone is that its MIC is not working. I raised complaint/ticket with the company on 24th March and till now I've not received my phone, today is 27th April. Oneplus has outsourced Fourtech computers for their service centers. When I call Fourtech people, they report that required part is not yet received. When I write email to Oneplus support team they give extremely vague answers and same answer every single time. If I call their phone support team, they say they've no clue what email support team does. The receipt given by Fourtech computers has delivery date of 23rd April. Sad part is I'm not getting a proper reply by anyone involved in this case, I've asked everyone to escalate the case but no one answers. Everyone be warned, this is the first time I'm coming across such pathetic service after buying a flagship device from a company that makes massive claims.
                                  The same here ... The microphone is not working. It just stopped from one moment to the next. And since then I raised two tickets and jumped through all the stupid hoops the have thrown at me (they want a video of a not working microphone - are you kidding me?)

                                  So although I sent them a video, all i get are standardized responses saying that I need to send a video or a picture of the problem - and 2 days later the ticket is closed and marked as solved and the next day an email arrives, asking me to evaluate their customer service?
                                  This is a joke and I cannot express how annoyed I am with this company by now! They are clearly denying customer support and I guess trying to make time until my warranty has expired !

                                  I have found several stated problems with the Microphone of the one plus one, so this can't be a new or unknown issue to the customer support - And still they play dumb!
                                  Ankit, what did they tell you regarding your mic Problem? They admitted a hardware fault and promised to repair it? How did you get a response in the first place? Would like to get as much info about this as you can share, highly appreciated.

[protected] Respected Authority, at 9th February 2015 my oneplus one phone was hanged and Suddenly black screen appeared. I took my phone to service center of surat city and they don't know the problem. They (surat team) sent it to service center center of ahmedabad city for repair, and they found it something as pcb board not working or dead. They told that it will take a week or two. Whole month passed away i got no information from any source. I also called oneplus india customer support number [protected], they always commit me to give my mobile within 3 to 4 days, but they fail each and every time to fulfill their commitment. I emailed to oneplus global and indian support team, they gave request reference number as are 245388(global), 9382(india), 9975(india). From last two weeks they are saying us that spare parts has been recieved and you will get it within few days. After two months on Friday 10/04/2015, I talk with Ahmedabad service center executive named vikas, his mobile number is +91 [protected], he asked me Rupees 9, 000 to pay him cash privately, otherwise he would purposely create a fault that my phone was damaged due to water and will cost around rupees 12, 500. He was explaining me that i will save rupees 3, 500 if i bribe him. There is no such water problem, how can anyone find water problem after 2 months? surat technical team has assured us that problem is not due to water at the time of depositing mobile for service in february, and indian customer support center does not know anything about water, they only know that pcb is dead. The water problem is artificially created by mr. vikas of ahmedabad service center to take a bribe for the problem that does not exist in real. This is free warranty by oneplus company. Please help what to do and to get my phone back, its hard in today life without smartphone and i am not a rich person who buys again a costly phone. I had attached document regarding my service.                                         Dear Sir, I have procured a OneplusOne Mobile sold by Amazon India in December, 2014. Its screen got broken due to physical damages, and i have enquirer for a replacement. Surprisingly the cost on the new screen for the mobile is above 55% of the NEW Mobile Value. Secondly, i have given it for service on 6th March, 2015 and since then i am following for the mobile. No proper response from the service centre i have submitted, and the oneplus service support and tollfree is very pathetic. Neither of the stakeholders has given any commitment towards to the resolutions. Jobsheet : JS[protected] eXPECTED RETURN : 17TH MARCH 2015. By not having a smart phone, all my productivity has gone, also many top brand smart phone of 2014 / 15 does not cost more than 20% of its device value. means i felt the price of the replacement is very high. Finally i am loosing the days of its warranty without using for a month by now. I wished to charged Oneplus 50000/- for all my damages, and not promising to its service and integrity.
                                        Amazon & oneplus please stop creating monopoly in Indian market..
