Dear Team,

I bought your company's washing machine on 14/11/2018 which caused trouble due to some reason to go under control due to which my complaint which I registered on 8/2/19, in which your engineer had to send the Wash Motor, which is now I have not come to Today, you can think of what day is the date, and my compliant has been closed from your service center on 15/02/2016 in which I asked if you have a different kind of excuse, if you have a customer executive, you do not know how to They have no knowledge of any Complaint put on the knockery, see, I do not want this machine, I should return my money or not, even if you do not even guess it।

    I had an issue with my onida tv remote control, so regarding for remote i had complaint over the phone on onida customer care on 21/01/2019 and here is given complaint ref. Number (1901h[protected]. Which is resolved on 30th jan 2019 and they have exchanged my remote with other remote but somehow that other remote which is given to me, that is also not working properly, therefore i had complaint again on same day 30/01/2019 and here is given complaint number (1901h[protected] and since last complaint i am been chasing on onida customer care several times over the phone since that day but i am not getting any kind satisfied answers from their side so kindly please take my this complaint on priority basis and do the needful as soon as possible.

      Purchased onida smart tv in july 2017. The remote was not charging properly and had to be charged multiple times. Suddenly one day remote was only able to turn the tv on and off and no other functions were happening by remote. Service centre people came and said there's an issue with mother board and it will have to be repaired or replaced with approx cost of 5-10k. There was never any problems with tv before and suddenly onida service personnel detected that motherboard is not working.

      This happened in less than 2 yrs. Tv remote was not even checked.

      Disappointing quality of tv and service from onida. This is pure loot.

        We have purchased onida tv 43 inches on 09.07.18. Last week while on the tv figure is not coming properly and showing some damage on screen. We have complaint to onida service center. One of the onida service engineer came told it is physically damaged. We didn't harm to tv and also not felt. How it is possible physically damaged. Our invoice no. Fabokh[protected]l on the name of b. N. Charan mobile no.[protected], as per service engineer we have bare display change with out own cost around 20, 000.

        Bought it in 2012, hardly used 4-5 times since then, called sum1 from onida he said the ic is destroyed and the whole pcb needs to be changed, kindly advice where can i find or who can fix it

              There was an unwanted noise sound issue with the onida tv, i called to onida customer care and registered a complaint 5months back and i got a call from onida serviceman and he asked me about the issues but he have not visited my home and he closed my complaint without my knowledge.

              I have called to customer care and registered a complaint again and one serviceman visited my home and checked the issues then he said there is an issue in woofer board we will replace this within 7days but one month crossed and i didn't get any response from them.

              I called to that service company and they said we don't have that spare parts so we are waiting for that parts from mumbai, after one month i have called to that service company they said we have raised your complaint and we are not responsible for that then disconnected my call.

              I called to customer care 4 times and i got the same answer all the 4 times like we have raised your complaint in high priority and you will get a call as soon as possible but till date i have not received any response from onida service.

                    There was an issue with the onida tv bought from flipkart. Called the customer care and they sent for repair. Repairing people said it will cost 8500 as there is some tube issue. We rejected and later they said they can get it done for 6500 and took tv with them. Returned the tv in around 7 hrs. We paid 6500+350 (Visiting charges). The tv worked for only 1 day. Next day again same issue. I called the customer care and they lodged a complaint n said it will be looked into. But the next day the request is cancelled! Again called many times, always the line is busy n they say they will call later n no response at all. It's been a month now and am tired with the way onida customer service works. I want my money back, as they said it for 6500 i will get 1 year warranty n it didn't work for 1 day also.

                      I have purchased an onida 55 inch android so called tv with totally 50500rs
                      I have taken on 23 july till now my tv change 1 time and remote almost 5 times but still even single solution. I have got when ever i used to call service team is not perfidious enough to sort as they are saying keep informing to onida... Head.
                      Its completely not a single respond i m getting from onida to solve my issue as i followed many times.
                      Still i m following with mr. Prassanna head of onida bangalore region he is very negligent person not show any way of courtesy to satisfy the customer.
                      Very poor service as u keeping this useless people in organisation.

                          I believe, i am communicating with the concerned person with my below reported problem as i am willing to escalate the issue to the top management with respect to your technical team who are misleading your customers.

                          I am owning an onida led 43fis serial no: 43fis#17104#010847 and i have logged a complaint vide ticket id# 1812b[protected].

                          The problem reported was, post doing factory reset the applications are not getting loaded for which i need your technical teams assistance to upload the software.

                          In return the team is asking us to change the motherboard / logicboard which is not acceptable technically. Although my led tv is out of warranty and the call should be attended on chargeable basis.

                          I am ready to bear the cost to upload the software, but not for the entire motherboard. Looking for a positive feedback justifying on your technical teams comment.

                            Hi,

                            I had bought onida 43" smart led tv from flipkart (Invoice bill of which is attached; please check it) on 08/03/2018.

                            My tv had a problem with its main board and it stopped working within 8 months of purchase. So i called up the customer care for the repairs at onida vasai service centre on 13/11/2018 after which the person from that service centre came to my home and checked the tv and said that you guys will replace the main board in the tv and get it fixed in warranty. It has been 41 days since i had placed the complaint, still yet i have not got any solution for my tv and it still remains unrepaired. The technician had come to my house two times and tried replacing the main board 2 times but my tv still remains the same - non working condition and said that my complaint id forwarded and put for tv replacement. It has been 6 days after the commitment of replacement still there is no replacement and problem being not solved.
                            I request onida to please replace the full tv set against the non-working one as soon as possible and solve my problem.

                            There no anybody to resolve the complaint please donot buy any onida product just they r fooling i had purchase onida washing machine in 2017 but from day one its not working properly even for demo many times reminders were given please ------ dont buy this product lodged complaint on 06/12/18 but till today 17/12/18 its not resolved
                            Worst installation team, they don't know how to behave with customers. I purchased led tv 2 days back but still installation support team is not came. 3 to 4 times they called me and asking same thing tell me your address but still no one came. This issue i faced in bangalore. Useless people

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I, mahesh chandra tiwari, residing on 24, model town, near idgah bus stand, idgah, agra-282001 (Up) purchased a 43 inch android smart led on 16.10.16 from united traders, sadar bazar, agra vide sale invoice book no. 11 serial no. 525 dated 16.10.16 for rs. 39, 000 (Copy attached). On the time of purchase united traders assured me for tv and ondia, s customer care service.

                              On 04th october 2018 above led not started, so on 05th october 2018 i register a complaint on onida customer care no.[protected] vide complaint no. 1810h[protected]. After that onida's engineer name mr. Rajvir came and declared that panel is defective and assured that same will be changed in 10 to 15 days.

                              Again on 22nd oct 2018, 24th oct 2018 and 30th oct 2018 i call on above customer care no. But every time answer is same that "sir, please wait for two days it will be tackled in time".

                              Then on 02nd november 2018 i contacted to united traders, they call some mr. Ravi, where again a assurance given that "we will try". After that on 04th oct 2018 mr. Sawan, asm onida service called me and told that "it will take another seven days because deepawali holidays are coming". After one week duration on 13th october again i called to mr sawan, he replied me that i am out of station please call to service centre and given no. [protected] of ms. Bhalla. On calling ms. Bhalla, she replied "i can't give you any assurance mr. Sawan is my senior & he will give you proper reply".

                              I feel very sorry to say that this is the standard of onida's customer service in which they serve their customers.

                              Onida's tag line is:-
                              Neighbours envy, owners pride but it should be
                              Customers envy, owners shame.

                              In future, i am not going to buy any of onida product and also try it should not to be purchased by my near & dears.

                              You just think, customers buy tv or led for their entertainment and at the same time they are paying for it and in the meantime any inconvenience faced by customer it is the duty of company to provide the best customer service to its customer.

                              I also emailed the complained on onida's customer care e-mail
                              Id at customer. [protected]@onida.com. But sorry to say that nothing reverted back from them till todate. Now it is almost 2 months passed but neither company nor their service center is bother about it.

                              It is therefore requested that please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  With due respect to onida tv organization, i am compelled to express my agony in purchasing a onida 43" smart tv from array of products.
                                  I have purchased it on 10-feb-2018 (Imei/serial no: 43fis#17k04#015919).
                                  There was some technical problem, power led was not working hence i registered complaint on 12th oct'18 (1810a[protected].
                                  Technician had attended the call and informed me about replacement of the board.
                                  Surprisingly new products parts are not available. Free replacement might be the reason.

                                  After 28 days battle, i received board without any mfg or qc tag as replacement from onida service team.
                                  It was a dead board. There were black spots on board. It seems to be burnt earlier..
                                  How can you send burnt board as replacement for product under warranty. It should be new part.
                                  I personally believe i have been deceived by onida. It was a wrong decision.
                                  Cant trust onida anymore. Pathetic service..

                                  Darshan, ashley, macchindra, sunil were instrumental in giving false commitment.

                                  I preferred now refund or replacement of the tv only.

                                    This is in reference to the onida led (43 inch) got purchased last year and the same is in warranty.

                                    Mira cast and on-off switch is not working since long and i have raised numerous of complaints on your customer service number however no action has been initiated in order to get the issue resolved and help the customer out.

                                    Every time while raising a complaint to your customer service executives, i have been told that your complaint has been closed on your own and no action has been taken.

                                    You are requested to look into this long pending issue as the company like onida should not cheat their customer and should not ruin the brand name.

                                      We purchased onida 40inch tv last week and received on 10th november that's last friday, we were being said that installation guy will visit us on mon but no one visited yet, we did informed about this to customer care and they arranged one person today for same. We spoke with the person twice trice to confirm about his visit. He was suppose to come today till 4:30pm, but no one visited yet.
                                      We were proud to buy onida brand as it our indian company but we are very disappointed with your such bad unprofessional service, we are in plan of returning your tv. We expect you to look in to the matter and take strict action on this.

                                      Till onida, TV installation person not came at the moment, so many remaining / call center person, very very bad service...20/11/18...
                                      Even after registering complaint no one is bothered to solve the issue... Really bad n unprofessional service onida has..don't fell like giving even 1 star to the service..

                                        We have buyed the machine 11 monts ago abd we r facing too much of problems in operating it. Almost after every 20 days and when we request to repair it the person who comes for it. Never repairs it properly neither listen to our problem. His name is sunny. I request u make replacement or either make it repair properly, rather we have to make complaint in consumer court towards ur agency in bathinda. Plz make it fast...
