Very poor customer service is being provided by you people. I have lodged a complaint wide ref no. 1806i[protected] using mobile no.[protected] and [protected] on 11 june 2018 for 1.5 ton split ac not working. Till date nothing has been done from your side. Still saying part (Pcb) is not available. Toll free number is just providing new phone numbers to contact. When contacting these numbers they are saying this part is not available in stock.
If you can not arrange a part even after 25 days then you should shut your company. I am going to file suite against your company for bad service and customer harrasment.

Even your technician is not sure whether it's problem with your pcb part or compressor. Actually you people are waiting for 10 july 2018 when warranty will expire and you can charge the customer.

Very bad experience with your company. I will suggest people never buy any product from you. You are asking your customers to wait one or two months in summar and repair the ac in winters.

Worst service center ever seen dont buy any product of this brand they will never come to repair or will replace any part. Even regional manager don't take action against service center.

    I had own onida 43 inch tv in february i had complianing since last three month for the tv is on safe mode volume is automatically off i have complaning since last three month but not get any solution... Now i had to go to consumers court for further... My latest complain no is 6/356 on 17.06.2018. I had been complaning since last three months now i will go to consumer care for the same..

      I complaint first time on 10th june 2018and resolved on 12th june and same problem again exist on 14th june and again complaint on 15th june. Problem again exist on 20th june and they change the part on 23rd june and again the 4th July the same problem is exist. Kindly look into the matter to resolve. Either they change indoor and outdoor unit or Refund my money
      I have made 3 complaints in 2 months ago... But still my tv is not repaired... One person came to check the TV and then they didn't came to repair it even after calling 20-30 times since 1 month
      Sir please available the IC for inona ky oxygen thunder woofer bcz woofer is not working due to corrupt of IC Chip. Please do available i pay extra amount for this.

        It's been 25 days that i hav given my tv for repair work. They didn't even know what the problem is..
        The person who is in charge of that centre is worthless. He doesn't know how to behave with his customers.
        I asked him what is the problem with the tv. He said we don't know we have to test the tv by putting board, and the board has to come from manglore, before this i had a display problem with my tv, at that time i received tv after 50 days. What kind of service is this? Better you have to handle yourself, if not you are the responsible for the consequences.

          Hi, I am Rahul Agarwal and my father have purchased a Onida TV in Oct
          2016 worth Rs 52000 with Extended 2 years warranty in Agra, UP. Since
          then my TV get out of order and when I bring it to the service center at Kamla Nagar, Agra then he told me that he will charge 3000 rs to get it repaired.

          Please help, I am attaching herewith the TV bill and Warranty card for
          your reference.

            I registered a service complaint on 25/06/2018 with customer care centre vide comp. No.1806g[protected] and followed the same on daily basis with them but of no avail no service mechanic have visited till now
            is it not the height of their irresonsibilty towrads consumer of onida products
            i have been a fan of onida tv till now but henceforth i will advise all my firends/relatives to desisit from buying any onida product because of poor after sales serice

              4 months back i had purchased onida 50 uis led tv.. From the day of purchase one or other the problem.. I have consulted service men.. He was also unable to solve the problem... Now they have taken my tv 10 days back for repair... Now they are giving useless answers nor they are repairing tv... Plz help us to provide replacement immediately... Thank

                We have purchased this tv of onida 43inch smart tv worth 35000/- its been 2 years and sudden of time there's been some display issues, we called the customer service and told a technician to come and check it and it was done after 2 days once again the same thing happened we contacted the customer service and to arrange for technician and they gave us a number of technician when i called him on monday morning he told its raining so wont be able to come and on tuesday morning we called and provided him the address and told to visit after that he stopped picking calls and replying messages.

                What kind of service is it kindly look into this case and try to help us.

                  I bought onida smart led 32' dated[protected] with 3years warrenty and i registered a complaint which number is 1806c[protected] dt.4-6-2018 in service center
                  Fault is auto switch of any times and hanging problem servic engineer said card not working it will be replace between 1week but till date it is not replaced by the company
                  Whenever call in service center executive says card is not available in company jab aajayega to badal denge i ask when will be avail this card they not replied satishfactory answer

                      Hi,

                      Complaint has been raised as ac got switched off suddenly. Service man came and said as indoor unit board got repaired. Order has been raised for indoor unit board on may 29th by the service provider. But still we didnt get any reply. Even if we contact the customer care their reply is part is not available. Its almost 20days and we didnt get any rwply so far. Please consider our complaint in priority and help to resolve the problem.

I followed up every day but only assurance was given. Again i lodged a fresh complaint on 14th june. Complaint number being 1806d[protected] and was informed to follow-up with mr.                             I have complained 4-5 times to onida service centre toll free no. Initially they didn't provide technician for repairing. Then after a week they provided a technician who even don't know how to open onida ac.. How can be so much careless about providing valuable service to the customer.. Although we pay the visiting charge for technician, they provided worst technicians who don't even know how to open their company's ac. I have tired after complaints so much times. The worst service i have ever since in my life.. Please tell the related india agencies to provide good engineer who knows about ac.. Please. As apps as possible.

                              The product of microwave oven from onida has been occurred with a defect.                                 I have to say your after sales service is worst.

                                I purchased a tv of your company on sunday 10/06/2018 and i was promised to complete installation by monday 11/06/2018. It's tuesday today and my tv is not yet installed.

                                Installation mechanic _ mr. Prajapati_ review

                                I would like to give him rating in minus because of below
                                1) hewas not at all aware about the location
                                2) he was rude over the phone
                                3) he didnt have any sense of time or any service manners
                                4) he argued with me while providing address
                                5) i called him couple of times but he didn't answer my phone

                                Customer service agent 1 _ review

                                He was nice while on the call but didn't help me at all as he said. After frustrating from mechanic when i asked service agent 1 to organize some other mechanic he said he will arrange appointment by 3 pm on 11/06/2018 but i didn't receive any call and any service till now.

                                In addition to this i received call from mr. Prajapati mechanic at 4 and he was asking me to pick him up from where he is standing, now he didn't make any efforts to find the location. He is not my son in law or my guest that i have to be this gentle with me. He again argued with me and i ended up saying him not to come.

                                Worst guy ever
                                He didn't let me speak with manager or team leader and didn't help me with my problem.
                                He promised to give me call back with his manager or team leader by today at 10 but no call till now.

                                As of now my number is blocked because i tried reaching customer care twice this morning but it's automatically getting disconnected feels like service agent number two blocked me.

                                My question

                                Will i be able to get my tv installed before 12? If it won't be done by then then i will straight away return this tv to the dealership from where i brought and i will also file suit against you for this kind of mental harrasment and unsatisfied service.

                                      My tv onida led 43fie was just 5 months old when the picture /black screen first complaint was registered on 4th april 2018. This unprofessional company took almost 45 days to repair this fault. But the quack technicians sent back the tv with many more faults. The manual buttons were not functioning and the smart tv mode not functioning as they had removed the memory card too. It's been three months now and no one is come to replace the tv as promised to me by their area manager anurag sharma his phone no. And details are sent below in the innumerable emails i sent to onida. Action needs to be taken against rahul yadav the first area manager who ruined my tv and over delayed the complaint.. I have the call recordings of the calls i made during these 3months and can be provided if required.

                                      I feel disgusted at how your company's customer service attends to complaints of genuine customers i was a proud owner of onida ky thunder 29 inches with thunder blasters and at that time the customer service was so prompt and fast that it was an ace for onida but since i have purchased the led smart tv42 fie i had registered a complaint of the tv not working on 9th april 2018 vide complaint no: 1804h[protected] it is 26th april today no
                                      Concrete action has been taken by the in charge mr. Rahul yadav asm mobile no: [protected] whose number was given to me by mr. Faisal no; [protected] who came to check the tv who himself was a total novice and did not know how to open the tv even and broke the sensor wire while opening. Sir i have the video recording of what havoc was done to my tv by these quack engineers. Now this person told me that the panel needed to be replace and said the panel would come in 2 to 3 days and he will come again and change it. It was great feeling for me that within three days tv would be working again. But after 4 days even i received nothing from onida side. And i again called mr faisal who shifted the blame on asm rahul yadav and asked me to contact him but the most pathetic part is that your asm one rahul yadav whose number was given to me by mr. Faisal despite of being called daily since that day and umpteen times a day did not pick up even a single call till today may be my harsh sms woke him from his lethargic and utterly unprofessional slumber. The reply your totally unacceptable as he said he was on leave and that is the reason he didnt pickup the phone. Sir hasnt you asm not the least idea to maintain the onidas image as this man could easily have picked up the phone and told me that he was on leave and had given me an alternative number., today when this rahul yadav picked up the phone he despite of apologizing for not answering my call for several days just bluntly disconnected the call, when i call up again he told me to give him the complaint number to which i got very upset as i had already sms ed him the complaint id earlier. Any way i gave him the number again to which in just seconds he said that panel needed to be replaced and the tv needed to be picked as this process was to be done at the factory premises. This is just ridiculous on the part of this rahul yadav as he knew everything but was deliberately delaying it. Couldn't the pickup been done earlier why was i told that the panel replacement would be done in three days and at my home only. This clearly shows that onida has lost its pride and engaged a bunch of shameless disorganized lethargic liars in its customer service herd.
                                      I request that urgent action may be taken to see that my led tv complaint is resolve by this week as it has already been 17 days and nothing done. I also demand the administrative staff to sack such in competent workers who are a blemish on the companys goodwill. I also have all the call recordings of all the call since 9th april when the complaint was lodged and till today when this asm rahul yadav showed his utterly unprofessional self.

                                      This is just an unbeatable example of the most utterly unprofessional company onida. Still no response. I think that i have to write to consumer affairs / court is still you don't respond. Your officials lethargy is quite obvious from the fact that despite my emails have reached you 3 days back but no reply received till date. It seems that not only the staff but even the officers at onida are in their sweet slumber...!! Kindly let me know what action have you taken against this rahul yadav your utterly incompetent and irresponsible asm. To further prove your company's carelessness i am to state after huge unnecessary waste of two weeks time finally my tv was picked up by a person named anil kumar who this asm yadav sent. It is yet again an pathetic example o[censored]nprofessionalism as this man was already informed to bring a protective box in order to carry the tv but as usual this careless staff came without a box. My tv is just 6months old and the screen is scratchless and almost brand new. This anil kumar picked up the tv without any protection... Further we never saw any tempo or other carrier outside our house. On being questioned anil kumar said that his vehicle is outside... Where outside no reply was given by this man. We saw him walking outside carrying the unboxed tv. Plz be informed that i would not accept the tv if it bears any sort of scratches. Plz take urgent action to see there is no further delay in my tv repairs and take strict action against the defaulters and prove onida 's worth.

                                      Again a very much expected shabby poor and unprofessional performance of the onida service staff. Almost after one month my led was sent to me with the earlier fault repaired but not the manual buttons not working. My onida tv is just six months old but it's become almost as if 6years old because of the callous and careless repairs done at the onida service center. Now i am waiting for almost 4days to see the manual buttons repaired but no action taken up by onida service. Plz be informed that all buttons were perfectly working before but as anyone can understand that their working was ruined by the unprofessionall and under qualified technicians engaged by onida.
                                      My tv is totally ruined by these people. I request or in fact demand a totally new led replacement by onida for the unnecessary delay and further damage done to my led.
                                      Shameless onida closed the earlier complaint without completing the first complaint lodged 2 months back in which the manual buttons wew yet to be repaired as mentioned in the trailing mail below. I again lodged another complaint vide no: [protected] on 13th may 2018 in response of which i received a very buttery call from one anurag (Genpact) mobile no: [protected] on 14th may 2018. This anurag was no less than the useless rahul yadav no: [protected]. Who took one and a half months to repair the panel and ruin the manual buttons which were working properly earlier but either by the unprofessionall technicians of onida or deliberately done just to harass us. My tv is just 6months old but it has been brought to a state of a 10year old tv by the unprofessional and lethargic staff at onida customer service center. This anurag from genpact mobile no: [protected] called me on 14th may 2018 at 11:26am i have the recordings of this call and will be provided if required. This anurag again like the useless rahul yadav buttered me, promised and assured me that he would get my tv replaced by a new one immediately to free me of the frustration and unnecessary deliberate damage done to my tv. But since 14th till date ie 28th may 2018 almost two weeks no one cared to call me even. Shameless onida staff and officers drawings fat salaries for doing nothing except harassing genuine people and old faithful customers like us. Anurag wakeup and do the replacement immediately as promised and prove your company's worth.
                                      Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Baught a new onida ac. there is a problem of water dripping from pipe from the day i bought it.
                                      despite several complaints, it has been more than 30 days, the problem is unresolved.

                                        Am bought[protected] one LED Tv at ONIDA am using 3 months only tv is not working( Voice only came visual not come this is Issue). 1 month before i called service center 1 week no response to me, then i shout that service people after few days two staffs came my home and took our tv to service center( technician say 3 days only taken to service). still i didn't get any reply. am highly disappointed with your service. next am raise complaint to consumer court.                                         Here i attached bill & Onida Service Center bill.

                                        I have similar experience in Thrissur Kerala. TV purchased on 10-Feb-2018 thru Flipkart Inv#: FABBNR[protected]. This TV is out of order since 27-May-18.

                                        Issue: Display not coming since 27-May-18.

                                        Complaint lodged with complaint#: 1805A[protected]. Engineer checked and found power box to be defective. Replacement was to happen within 5 days. But it is over 20 days and part replacement hasn't happened. My father has done multiple follow-ups but with no progress.
                                        On internet I see other people also complaining about this model. I would expect Onida to proactively address this. Find the service from Onida extremely poor with no clear feedback.
