Complaint has been raised as ac got switched off suddenly. Service man came and said as indoor unit board got repaired. Order has been raised for indoor unit board on may 29th by the service provider. But still we didnt get any reply. Even if we contact the customer care their reply is part is not available. The product of microwave oven from onida has been occurred with a defect. The complaint is with the company who hesitate in repairing the product and no response comes from them.
