Dear sir,
I was complaint to onida service center on dated[protected] but not response till date. My complain no. Is 1809e[protected]. My led tv is under warranty.
Please do something about my matter. I call to the toll free no. 4 or 5 time every time officer says to me that company will call you in 48 hour but 48 hour is not end. I am very disturb about this matter.

    Hello,
    I am sarvendra verma. I bought my 32" onida led tv on 30th of october, 2016.
    Its display is not working at it should do work. I filed the complain on 26th of september, 2018.
    The mechanic came to check the television and registered the complain but no action was taken by the company.
    I think if my tv is in warranty range i must get a quick service isint it.
    So i kindly would like you to take some appropriate action against my complain.

      My onida 55inch tv remote was defective since we bought the tv from vijay sales goregaon west. It was replaced by another defective remote by onida andheri office after a complaint was registered.
      Since then the remote has not yet been replaced and the office people have been procrastinating it since a month now. Only talks no action by the company! We as consumers are being harassed unnecessarily. So much so that we are contemplating filing a case against onida in consumer court.

        Hello Sir / Madam,

        I would like to bring to your notice that my complaint ( 1807H[protected] / 1808H[protected] registered on 31 July 2018 is still pending.
        Onida technician visited 3 times but failed to fix our 8 months old new 43" Onida LED TV.

        In spite of several calls to onida customer care and local onida technician they have not yet taken any appropriate action.

        I believe that this complaint is dealt on high priority to either replace with new TV or with new motherboard, as my family has missed watching TV for more than 1.5 months.

          Said led tv is not performing it's basic need from last 3 months, and now it's stopped working, very late response and slow response are getting from dealer and onida service agent, as onida service agent only visited one time that too 45 days before, we are not finding satisfactory even after registering complaint to dealer

          Complaint required resolution by customer:- need replacement as onida don't have any solution from last 3 days
          Reason :- fishing or defective tv, can't trust on tv and customer service for the defected model

          No contact from service team, our money is wasted behind the company LED TV, neither dealer had any answer for service nor service team from Onida is replying, need urgent customer support regarding my concern.
          Customer harrassment is happening at Onida TV.
          Government should have norms for this kind of malfunctioning and zero customer service facility.
          Yet no help from Onida company, last 2 Month LED TV is not working anf neither dealer not company service team is bothered,
          Seriously speaking company's brand image is zero.
          Need support regarding my concern

                Bought a onida 1.5 ton ac after long delivery time (Almost 10 days time) from vasant and co. Finally product installed on 9th sep. Technician said there is no gas in outdoor unit and asked to get it replaced from vasant and co as it as a defect. It is almost 10 days now, still not yet replaced. Fed up following with vasant and co every day. Service guy called today and says he is asked to check gas leakage and seal it. When spoken to service team for replacement, i was cheated that ac comes without gas and will be filled at home. However technical guys says this is defective product from company as gas has leaked and company usually forces technician to seal and give.

                Please be aware of this and don’t get cheated.

                Please dont buy onida ac.

                My issue is still not resolved. It is almost close to a month. Request all consumers not to buy any product from Vasant and co and Onida. You will suffer every day and night for this

                Product replaced yesterday. But was again a used one. Had fitment marks, paints was removed, stain marks, broken thermocole, open and torn packages. Onida and Vasant and co is cheating company. Please don’t buy any product from both of them. I struggled for 45 days and of no use. No one is picking the phone. Humble request, please don’t buy any product from these unethical company

                AC service guy checked the replaces unit and found there is no gas in this unit also. This one is also defective sent without gas.

                Complete cheating by Onida.

                Replaced AC didn’t have gas. Filled from my pocket for Rs. 1800. Ac worked for a day and no cooling. Understand gas is leaking. Clearly says replaced one is also a defective one.

                  I have bought a 43"LED TV through flifkart.on 14th September 18 was delivered and 15th September 18 installed.but Demonstrate very poor .I have called up customer service [protected].till today nobody came it shows your service is very poor Onda doesn't even care for customer service..even now same number no one picks up phone. please do the needful else I will have to write consumer forum

                    I have purchased onida 1.0ton inverter 3star ac on apr19 2018.
                    On 31 july2018, ac stopped working suddenly.
                    I registered a complaint immediately. I was given complant number
                    [protected]. But no service was provided and on 22august 2018,
                    I came to know that my complaint was closed on 21august 2018 without providing service. Then they asked me to registered a new complant. As per their instruction i complaint again on 22 august2018 and i was given a new complaint number [protected].
                    From 31 july to till date company did not provide any service and not responding to my phone calls. It hase been 48days i am wating for responce and service.
                    These 48 days were very difficult for my family due to extreme hot and humid weather. The money i spent on purchaising the ac from the company was made a big wast by the onida company itself.

                      My friend one u. Sivakumar has purchased onida 32 inch led tv from sathya agencies, villupram branch, villupuram district tamilnadu on 14.04.2017 for a sum of rs.15, 000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). Suddenly the said tv had not worked on 13.2018 and the same was intimated to one repair center namely srr enterprises at cuddalore, tamil nadu. The said repair centre had taken tv to the centre on 14.02.2018. As on today the said tv not repaired and has not return to my friend namely u. Sivakumar. The reason stated that the defects not yet solved due to onida company has not approved. Both the company and repair center adopting delayed tactics and intention to cheating, criminal breach of trust. Kindly solve this issue.

                        I bought onida tv one year back and in one year tv gave problem for 2 times and both time technician said need to change motherboard.

                        I bought tv with trust on brand and with those multiple issues in one year i am totally upset with the same. Brand what you maintained from long time and because of that impression, i had bought onida tv.

                        From last 15 years i am using onida brand because of trust and i felt like a family. But this time i am totally unsatisfied and unhappy with the service and product.

                        You can get details with above number in your database. I registered this complaint on 31st aug, 2018 and still i havent received any update from technician.

                        Hopefully you will maintained trust and brand in near future because like this i personally think you will be loosing your valuable customers.

                          We have lodged complaint bearing No. 1806B[protected] dated 15/06/2018 regarding our Split AC not working due to compressor not working and their technician has visited and reported that, compressor will be replaced as it is in warranty period. We have contacted customer care of M/s Onida/Mirc Electronics at least 25 times but we are not getting any response. No one is interested in rectifying our problem.

                          Please treat it urgent. We are a central govt. firm called CDAC situated in Kharghar.

                            Sir, my self sanjit from indian army, now i am in lucknow. Sir i have purchased a microwave oven, 20 ltr solo, model - mo20smp11b, on 14 sep 2017. I called customer service to install product then. After visiting they told that a main parts, called magnetron etc. Is not fitted inside, that's why the product is dead. And they click photo of machine. And gone. Next day i was shifted from lucknow station for my army temporary duty. So i was not able to call back again the customer service to solve problems. Now i reached lucknow station, and i have registered complaints again and again to solve my products under warranty period. But technician asking for money for the product which is not installed inside the microwave oven. Technician told without money it is not possible to repair. Told also what were you doing?

                                For my service request no. 1807h[protected], there has been no update or information passed on to me yet, instead i kept reaching out to the customer care or service center with no specific answer.

                                The service technician number published goes to a tech who left ondia service a year back.

                                Both my tv and remote were reported with complaints; it is very disappointing to know that ondia does not even let the customers know about the service status. The tv issue was reported within 30 days of purchase and the technician suggested for a change of motherboard. Today is the 55th day and no sign of technician?.

                                I need a replacement of my tv and not a change in the board having waited for 55 days for getting this repaired.

                                My 55 days of tv time lost due to non response from onida service team.

                                  Dear anyone who is reading this post..
                                  (Not sure how many read and decide to take action, but as its our duty to report these, i am penning it here)
                                  I have a onida top load, fully automatic washing machine, which had developed a problem, with it not beng able to
                                  Wash clothes properly and give some errors e-1/e-2. I reside in hyderabad.

                                  I called up onida customer care[protected], and registered a complaint nearly two months ago about this,
                                  Complaint number being [protected].
                                  They say the technician will call you in 24-48 hours. But i did not recieve any call for atleast 1 week or 10 days.
                                  And when i got the call, it was from some ashok, who enquired about the whole problem, asked the address and said
                                  He will come to our house tommorow, though there were many tommorow's that went by and this person did not turn up
                                  Even after repeatedly following up.

                                  This conplaint was then transferred to someone other person, who repated the same exercise, and did not turn up.
                                  The irony is they said they will definetely come, but we know they are lying and will not show up, but still we try!

                                  Since the error was not coming too often, i stopped following up after a while, then once or twicw i recieved calls
                                  From the customer care whether the problem was resolved or not, to which i clearly informed it was not, but i don't
                                  Think they took any action in this regard.

                                  Now recently, the washing machine stopped functioning entirely, when i had to raise another complaint : 1808j[protected]
                                  On 8/29/18.
                                  The same thing repeated this time also, with the call coming after 3-4 days of registering the complaint.
                                  Some guy ashok ([protected]) (Not sure if it was the same guy who answered before) called on sat 1st sep, asked the
                                  Details and said he will come on 2nd sep (Sun). When he did not, i gave him a call, and he said sir i did not say,
                                  I will come, but some one else will call you and come. He gave me some other number of anjanyelu ([protected]) who was
                                  Not answering any calls.

                                  One thing that i want to highlight was, this ashok was speaking to someone and saying in telugu, hey charge
                                  Rs500, rob the customer as much you can an make money. (Possibly, he was taking to his fellow companion and talking
                                  About some other customer).

                                  Onida, i hope you are reading this...
                                  Just to let you know, i had told your customer care professional, on 3rd sep (Mon) that i will go to consumer court,
                                  If you don't escalate this and get me a technician, but nothing was done.
                                  I anyways have got my washing machine repaired by local technician, so no need to do anything for me, but if you want to
                                  Retain your customer base, you brand image, high time you do something about your system.

                                  Your customer care professional, does not know how much amount the technician will charge, if he visits home? (Ridiculous)
                                  The technician's are money looting people and not professionals (As far as i get it, based on my experience)

                                  With no thanks and utmost frustration and anger towards onida,
                                  Requesting the consumer court to take action here.

                                    One of the worst customer care centre is Onida customer care. When we purchase a new TV.. there will be a good response but if problem persist in TV, No response and very poor response from Onida. My TV sticked to wall without switch ON. Warranty is there for burnt parts but they do not have parts to repair the TV. What dabba company is Onida. I hope No one will buy this in future.

                                      I have purchased onida led 50inch led smart tv with lots of false promised this company is gangs of frauds for name shake they having a customer care centre which a use less. onida products are totally of low quality for simple loss connection onida service centre will charges Rs 5000 without giving any bill which they never have to issue to customer. So, I recommend every man not to purchase any of onida products.

                                        Service not provided under warranty period and deliberately ignored my earlier complaint no. 1808d[protected].
                                        Again complained with no. 1808d[protected] but just got fake assurance. Am staying with a disfunctional tv for about three weeks now. Youre service provider assigned was of too pathetic as he either made excuses or deliberately not picking up calls causing me high distrust to your company. This kind of treatment shows how much value a customer is of for you. Am condemned to not use properly what i paid for.
                                        Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Flipkart order id no. OD[protected] dated 22AUG.2018 Receiving Rs.29458.00 by flipkart delivered ONIDA LIVE GENIUS105.66CM led tv Having with broken panel on 23Aug.2018. Till no action was taken by flipkart regarding refund of money. Tv purchased in the name of Ashish Basu of 97.Italgacha Road. Kolkata-700079.India.
