I am Gaurang Shah from Kandivali-West, Mumbai - 400067.

I had purchased Onida LED 43' TV during September 2017. It stopped working before 20 days and I registered complaint with Onida customer care (complaint number shared by service center is 1807A[protected].

After wait of almost 4 weeks, technician changed the main board after which all switches of TV stopped working. Almost after a week, they updated the software post which TV started working and remote stopped working. They
changed remote as well, but still the problem persists. Once again, technician visited today and tried to change main board. According to technician, there is an issue with the main board. The issue is still unresolved.

    I bought a electronic product i. E onida 50 inch t. V from metro cash & carry india pvt. Ltd. That is on dattapada road, village magathane, borivali (East), mumbai 66. The product is still under warranty provided, the warranty period is from 15/10/2015 to 15/10/2018 of which i have original doucumets i. E t. V purchase bill & customers warranty card, still the concerned authority is making delay its been a long time i’m getting no proper reply, inspite of filings complaints & even after visiting onida authorised service centre, worst service ever faced & poor technicians, no proper way how to communicate & no reply. What should i do? Its been over 3 months.

      I have purchased an onida led on 29th october 2017 from usha agencies, sikar. The led worked till april and stopped working. I registered a complain on 6th april regarding it but i have got no response. Again i complained after 15 days and gave my tv for work. But i got it back after 1 month for that i faced many problems. Again it worked for some days and shut down in the same month of june. They again took it and returned me after 20 days. Then it worked and now again it have stopped working. I don't know what type of company is this. There is no standard, no time limitation. My bill number is 34608 and last complaint number is 1806h[protected]. Now i want you to please change this box.

          This is with respect to complaint 1806h[protected] filed with onida on june 20. After 4 months of purchase the inverter ac went down and on the complaint, there were techinicians who arrived to test. They went up and down and told that sensor was faulty, which they did not technically test but made it up from the error code displayed. Spare order was placed and i had to wait for 23 days to get the spare arrive after multiple follow ups.
          After all this, the spare arrived and there is now an another error message displayed. Now they told me may be the compressor board is gone and we have to replace it. I didnt have any hope now, they if they are technicians should troubleshoot and find the correct fault. Now i am again following up every week with no success for another 3 weeks now.
          It is a total of 6 weeks and will be 2 months in a weeks time. This is the situation for an ac which was bought on jan 26 and been just 4 months when it went down.

          The frustrating part here is that the so called customer service has absolutely no clue what they are working for. They either shout at the customer or say their system is rebooting or server is down or they will tell me to contact the same person whom i have been tired of calling repeatedly.

          Sent an email to [protected]@onida.com with absolutely no response.

          So in short, there is nothing called a after sales service once the product is sold by onida. This is a crime and punishable for not providing on time service for items in warranty. I want to either solve it here or through the court and want to teach them some abc of customer servicing.

Service engineer came to home with out checking any thing he conforming panel broken as really there is no physical damage on tv. For this i approached to call center they are aslo not responding simply put call on hold and so many times disconnected call. Worst onida service

              Almost 2 months, this issue isn't solved yet. Every time service executives giving false hope of parts not received. Not sure what's going on. Have called the service center almost 100 times. Not greeting any input from them. Very worst service of onida. My personal opinions of not opt for any of its products.

              Kindly investigate on this.. Otherwise will take legal action on onida
              Please cooperate.

                  I bought a onida tv [model: leo32hin] on 15/nov/2015 with extended warranty..

                  Last two month my tv panel not working so i can't view my tv and it's pending in onida customer service without any bother as mention they don't have in warranty but if i am paying cash 6k so they can change even though it's in warranty.. But if i am not paying then i need to wait till panel come..

                    I dont know what kind of onida service center.. They charge me 350 and they did not do anything.. I dont know why onida making tv.. And the onida service center they dont do work and they chargers.. If i call the agent of onida they answer me fake answers..in 2 day i came.. I dont know when 2days comes. They dont do proper work i dont know what kind of onida tv are making.. Plz dont make tv onida they dont work

                      The ac was installed by onida authorized service center. The ac is not performing since its installtion. It has been attended by their service team number of times and detail data recorded.

                      The matter is brought to this forum because onida airconditioning technical expert mr. Rakesh darak analyzed all data (Recorded by your service team) in depth and found that the ac is not performing. The ac is not giving desired out put and is not able to cool the office even upto 27°/28 ° c, the compressor runs continuously without any cut off for all set temperture 27°/28 ° c or less consuming unnecessary power, rather wasting power, without giving required comfort.

                      Onida airconditioning technical expert mr. Rakesh darak had put his recommendtion as under:

                      Unfortuntely onida business head mr. Sunil shankar has not approved the recommendtion of mr. Rakesh darak for taking back the ac as his first proposal yet and i am in mental agony for the last over 4-1/2 months. The very purpose of my purchasing the ac is defeted and i faced very uncomfortble opertion of my small office in the extreme heat of delhi ncr.

                      The second proposal of mr. Rakesh darak is technically not acceptable as 1.5 ton ac is not required for an office of size less than 55 sq. Ft. Located at the most ideal position. 0.8 ton ac is supposed to cool at leat 80 sq. Ft. Office space and achieve at least 22/23 ° c.

                      Request to kindly take necessary action so that i am relieved of mental agony and the recommendtion of mr. Rakesh darak for taking back the ac as his first proposal towards the solution to problem is implemented.

                      Office size and its location detail:

                      Office length = 10’8”, width = 5’ total area = 53.33 sq. Ft., height 9’8” false ceiling. Located on lower ground floor of 5 floor building (Basement + ground + 3 floors) with walls on three sides (Internal glass partition in between two walls of larger office). There are other offices on all three sides.

                      6’ wide portico on front. Further 16 feet high wall beyond 5 feet of portico. No direct sun light.

                        There is only a very minor problem in the washing machine which is of power switch and the person who was visit to check, said that it will available with in 2-3 days but till now one month is ends i am not getting any response from that side and when ever i called to customer care they give excuse and said that we solve your problem till this evening but no action is take place... Even i called to the senior executive on muzaffarnagar he was also hold my call and not giving any solution...

                        I think the customer care employees thought once customer bought the products they are slaves to them.if you are calling customer care for issues they were thought slaves DOGS are calling don't do anything for them.

                          I bought a onida tv [model: xaria lite] on 25/08/2009 from m/s sree arrasu tv centre & hom e appliances, tirupattur - 635601. Since last 5 years a problem persists in my above referred tv which was reported to my supplier. The service engineers, who visited my home several times could not find a proper solution for the problem.

                          Problem:- the remote sensor in the tv is not responding. Hence, the required functions were done manually. But, since the recent past, the manual function also could not be done, as there is a key lock.

                          Hence, i request to do the needful to clear the above referred problem at the earliest.

                            I have registered a complaint against onida 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Wo65tspldd1) which falls under 2 years warranty period. I had complaint them on 28 june 2018 and my complaint no. Is 1806i[protected]. There was a problem in the motor for which they said they will have to replace and they would get it.

                            It's been a month today and with rigorous follow up every day from my end the customer service executive just tells "we will follow up with the service center and would update you by eod, but no one was even bothered to update.

                            The service center also doesn't update the status. I want them to repair it as soon as possible as for a month we are spending on laundry.

                              This is with reference to complaint number 1803h[protected] registered on 19th june 2018
                              Kindly note that we are suffering for almost a month from now without ac with bedridden parents. The service center of onida nungumbakkam has been so lethargic despite our sincere attempts to contact them to sort this.
                              In my deep agony i wish to remove the ondia ac from my house. Please find the detailed history of the affliction i faced due to your customer support team.

                              Error message: p4
                              Which the technician himself was not aware of the error code since he contacted another technician over mobile to know more details on p4 but unable to get more clarity on error code p4. The technician despite solving that problem he has collected rs.700/- on 21st june 2018 without resolving the problem and as mentioned he said another technician.
                              Though they promised me to send senior technician after collecting rs.700/- they failed to send the senior technician.
                              We again happened to escalate this to nungumbakkam service center at the following number[protected]/[protected] on 23rd june 2018 and as per my discussion had with mr. Barath – manager mobile :[protected] on 25th june 2018. Mr. Bharath’s advice over the phone that he will make arrangements to remove the inverter board from the outdoor unit for the error message p4. Despite his promise no one attended tunred on 26th june 2018.
                              Upon our call again on 27th june 2018, mr. Thavasi again reported to duty and removed two boards (1 indoor & 1 outdoor)
                              As per my conversation had with service center on 29th june 2018 to 2nd july 2018 asking for update they replied me that they are working on my current board and trying to resolve the board.
                              Again on 4th july 2018 they requested that they will need to further invsitigate my motor for p4 error message and removed both motors from my indoor and outdoor unit.
                              On 6th july 2018 i spoke to customer care on requesting on my update there was no response till 11th july 2018.
                              On 12th july 2018 after my repeated calls the customer care intimated me that they have ordered a new board for replacing my old board without my consent.
                              Till now they customer care has never reached me to update me on the status of my board or motor.
                              I am a fitter from and i have suffered exasperating sleepless nights because of your customer care center.
                              I would request you to please remove the indoor and outdoor units from my home and repay the entire amount.

                                Please dont buy #onida product from #tatacliq

                                I had purchased onida split inverter ac from tatacliq on 20th april, it took 12 days for product installation.
                                On 12 june (Within 2 months) it had stopped working due to some error code. I had called the onida nashik concerned person he came for troubleshoot told me that i will order the spare part and get it done within 1 week.
                                He was not answering my calls forn consecutive 2 weeks. After 2 weeks he is calling me and telling to raise the complaint on onida tollfree number as he is not getting the part from onida.
                                I officially made complaint on 29th june on onida, till today (23rd july) no one has turned up from onida to solve my complaint.
                                Now kindly provide me indoor unit in replacement i waited for the part for quite a long time, i dont want to waste my time & hard earned money behind onida.
                                Its very upsetting buying such an expensive product and getting unadequate service. Please help me at the earliest.

                                Sir no complen attanden collcentar and one pirsion coming but not solution why open the TV and screen damage. My problem only scrin and your pirsion open TV and damage my scrin TV

                                  I have given my onida TV to service but still I am not getting proper response from any one, local service dealer, customer care Tamil Nadu any one not giving proper response, I am thinking I have choosed wrong brand the name ONIDA it's almost 2 months from the date given to service. Local dealer is telling the spare part manufacturing is stoped for LED TVs I don't know how and he is asking me to put local spare parts I don't know how the stooped that for current trending TVs.

                                      Sir, I have purchased Onida 1.5 Ton 2 Star BEE Rating 2018 Split AC bearing Sr. No. SA182GDR-T#18AG3#002452 on 26.03.2018 through online at Flipkart.com (copy of Invoice attached). Sir, the Dust Guard provided with the AC are damaged/cutted. Please provide me the new dust guard for the same as soon as possible.

                                        We purchased split ac from ludhian . dealer dee kay, model town, ludhiana vide bill no 791 on 9-6-17
                                        this year we lodged complaint because ac was not giving cool air. The complaint made was with in warranty period.
                                        We were told that your warranty card is not clear and the problem is that gas has been leaked due to looseconnection.
                                        They said that they will charge rs 2500/-
                                        This is surprising as the default has occured with in warranty period
