Dear sir / madam

I have purchased onida live genius smart series led tv, model code leo50fain from anupa trade links pvt limited (Usha stores), margao goa on date 29/12/2015 which has 1+2 years extended warranty period. Few months later display is stopped working, i have complained regarding to the dealer they replaced tv after few months. They given new tv in the previous (Old) box. Last few days back again same problem occurred to new tv and they refused to repair free of cost which is under warranty period and taken 1200 rs charges to repair. After repair few days later again same problem happened and they are not ready to service it. The product is under warranty period so they are not responding properly to customer.

Last 2 weeks back i complained against this issue to dealer and service provider but still they are not given any response to this. We are not satisfied with their service and their way of response.

I have attached copy of purchased details and warranty details along with this. Please have a look at it and do the needful at earliest.

I have been calling customer care from last 6 days and they say I have 5 years of warranty for motor and can be rpelaced with no cost but everytime engineer say i have to pay for that it is not warranty. I am getitng fed pu with company and engineer who are connected together. Such poor customer support from Onida, fully frustrated situation

    I purchased onida leo50kyfin model in oct 2016 from vijay sales pune with 2yrs warranty for rs.48k. On 27/09/2018 it developed a snag with no picture but only audio. (This looks to be common problem with onida tv). I filed a complaint 1809h[protected] with vijay sales and then forwarded to the local onida service center. The technician visited next day and informed me that they have to change tv panel and will get back to me. They took bar code snap along with invoice and warranty card. Next day same guy called me and asked me to resend the doc over whatsapp. I did and confirmed with him if those pics were clear. Then i started following up wit onida+vijay sales customer care. No one from onida service center called me and updated. On 11/10/2018 again i called and asked for status. I said unless i get any update i am not going to hung up the phone. They called service center and service center guy again requested for doc to be resend again. After 2 weeks? They also confirmed that they are checking for panel if not i will get replacement tv in a week. Again i called on 18/10/2018 to check status but no progress. I escalated case wit vijay sales and they escalated to onida senior team. My lalit from onida called me and he said that its their internal process which is taking time and request for replacement is not approved from onida. And evening he informed that they approved the request. They offered me 2 replacement option a. 50fiab2/3 b. 50uir 4k tv by paying rs. 8k extra.
    When i did some analysis i found that the tv model they were offering has less features than the current defective tv. The 2nd option was to pay extra rs. 8k with no warranty. I ready on this same compliant forum that the replacement tv also stopped working after few months for one of the customer. Mr. Lalit also informed me that it will take 2 more weeks once i decide with any option.
    I said i am not ok with 1st option as replace tv wit lesser features is not acceptable. Also market value of this model is less than mine.
    For 2nd option i said i will not pay rs 8k extra with no warranty as tomorrow if new model also stop working i will lose my hard earned money of rs.48k+8k.
    I took a back step and asked them to reduce some amount from rs. 8k (Ideally they should give it for no charge) and i will buy warranty from outside but they are very adamant and says that ho will decide. No reply or update from onida.
    The tv is not working from last 1+ month and i am daily sending follow up emails to onida but it looks like there are deaf and blind people at onida who are not responding to my emails. Diwali is coming and i don't think these guys are going to solve my problem. They are very adamant. Dont know how they are doing business.
    If the tv was not in the warranty i would have easily went to local technician to fix it. Its waste of time and by doing continuous follow up i am wasting my time. Its really mental harassment from onida team. My family is also suffering with no tv/entertainment at home.
    Is there anyone who can look into this.
    Please do not buy any onida product.

I have logged the complain twice but unfotunately first complaint got close without my knowledge and again i have booked a complaint the no is as follows 1810a[protected] but no service engineer has visited since 5 months tv is not working.. If i call the customer care they will say engineer will visit soon.. Before once they told the mother board is not available...

      Hello sir,

      I have onida washing machine that is not working right now, it is under 2 year warranty so i raised complain regarding this on 19th sep 2018 with below complain no-
      1809a[protected]Register mob no - [protected]).

      They promised problem will be resolved within 1 week but today it is more than one month over but still they have not resolved the complain. I spoke to the onida customer care so many times from last one month every time they are saying same thing as "part is pending" here no one is telling when the problem will be resolved. So here if they can not provide service then its better they can take back there product and also they should not make false promises.

      Kindly help to resolve this issue.

        Dear sir/ma’am,
        This is in reference to the onida led (43 inch) got purchased last year and the same is in warranty.

        Mira cast and on-off switch is not working since long and i have raised numerous of complaints on your customer service number however no action has been initiated in order to get the issue resolved and help the customer out.

        Every time while raising a complaint to your customer service executives, i have been told that your complaint has been closed on your own and no action has been taken.

        You are requested to look into this long pending issue as the company like onida should not cheat their customer and should not ruin the brand name.

          Have purchased an a c from kohinoor televideo p. Ltd. On 17/08/2015, ord2039579, invoince-vsv401572.

          I am facing lot of issues with the a c at present some kind of error has found your technician complaint no.[protected], nalasopara, dist palghar. The error code is f c high pressure sensor malfunction the technician was not able to resolve the issue and told me that he will be sending some one else next day to resolve the issue.

          I want to request you please resolve the issue as early as possible in this hot day climate it is very horrible to stay without a c. I have paid hard earned money rs.40000/- but your product is giving me mental agony

          If you are not going to resolve the issue immediately i going publish this matter in the leading news paper, online complaint, facebook or a legal action against your product also kindly note that this is festival season my complaint may affect to your business

            I bought 4k ultra HD onida TV 43UIR model 9 months back by paying hot cash in single payment.to my surprise 3 weeks back suddenly the display gone out only the audio s coming.i complained the customer care, the next day one person come and said within10 days we LL come and change the panel, but three weeks gone.till now response from ur side.we r desperate now. Did I committed sin in buying tv from onida.i just want to ask one question. U r the manufacturer of all onida TV's.Dont u have the spare parts like panel display.how long it takes to reach chennai. I have complained thrice in a row, but from customer service side no improvement. They not even properly Know the problem history. I will never expect the worst customer service from nation wide famous firms like onida.

              My 40 inches onida led tv has been given for panel issues at onida service centre, chennai at adonis electronics pvt ltd., vide job no.[protected] on 05.08.18. The tv is yet have the panel replaced. When contacted the incharge it was told that the panel is yet to be received.
              It has passed 70 days. This is causing mental agony and is against consumer interest.
              Necessary action may be taken to immediately get the panel replaced or arrange for new led tv.

                I Ordered a Onida 43” smart TV on[protected] from Flipkart and received on[protected] and they installed it after 2days. We paid the amount in CASH.

                On[protected], my newly purchased TV suddenly stopped working, and I made a complain on [protected] Onida Customer Care. They replied that they will come after 48 Hours to repair the TV. No one has attended our complain, after two days we had called them again about the status. And they replied that our complain got cancelled and we will need to make new complain to repair our TV.

                After making new complain, Technician visited on[protected] and told us that inside some board part need to replace and he himself ordered the same from his smart phone. He given us the commitment that part will reach with in 4 to 5 days. We called him again on Friday[protected] tel:[protected] and received answer as that part still not received will take more time.

                We are calling them 05 to 07 times. It is now almost 12 days passed and our complaint still not resolved by Onida, We are just infront of Blank TV.

                I want to register a official complaint and i am ready for doing a far as they have robbed me... And they are selling faulty products too..

                Please help to repair my existing TV with our any furhter delay or please replace the same with New One.

                  Regarding to my comlaint on toll free nos. 21.9.2018..problem not resolved. your toll free nos. are not responding and disconnecting phone. your service engineer has closed my complaint without taking confidence me. complaint regarding buttons not working properly..mr.kartik came and take PCBwith him and two days later on phone and replied that button part (PCB) required to be replaced and[protected] expenses to be incurred. after three days came with replaced part PCB and checked then display is not coming properly which comes previously before he take PCB with him for repair. Then whole oven he took with him for checking.. now no reply from him and now on phone he replied in repairing anything will happen while repairing.. I have to bear expenses.. Sir why I have to bear expenses of PCB which are intact while taking with him. who is responsible for extra expenses. Pl. let me know which standard of service you are rendering to customers.. In repairing if something going wrong with PCB why customer is held responsible.. let me reply

                    This is to inform to the the display of my tv had problem last month the service centre had replaced the display on 12 sept 2018. Within period of 15 days the display has gone and same problem
                    We had complained at the service centre the technical person had attended the call after 15 days and he has taken the pics of the display and same will be replaced in a weeks time or as when the part is available.. But after calling many the service centre personal mr machinder is tell us the it cannot be replaced as it is physically damage my request to you to check the problem from your side how can the display have the same problem again. As the tv is in warranty and if i am not getting the service from the service centre i have to forward me complain to consumer court.

                        I bought onida tv around one year back and registered the complaints (#[protected]@[protected]. Technician said need to change motherboard. Afterwards the last two month i have called every week. I am getting same reply from your customer care people board not available.

                        Could you please let me know you people are going to change the board or not. How long it will take to resolve the issue. I have paid around rs.600 per month for dth unnecessarily. Please help me out here. What i need to do?

                        I bought 43 inch led smart tv with trust on brand but within one year i am totally upset with the same. Brand what you maintained from long time and because of that impression, i had bought this onida tv.

                        From last 30 years i am using onida brand because of trust and i felt like a family. But this time i am totally unsatisfied and unhappy with the service and product.

                        You can get details with above number in your database. I hope and registered this complaint on 28th aug, 2018 and still i haven't received any update from technician.

                          I had buy onida ac on 30th july. Somehow problems came in the ac on 26 september and call technician for visit. There is a gas leakage problem occur in ac and submitted complain to onida for refill it.
                          After 15 days of complain, no one can listen my problem and not getting proper answer from your customer care. Daily they are ask me for waiting till the evening.

                            I purchase onida split a/c on march 2017. Two month before it is not working. I contact onida customer care. Service person attended and he said that ur board gone and to pay nearly 5000 rps. After argument he said he will repair but nothing has happened yet. One month board is with them. I trust onida product that's y i buyed ur new product inverter split a/c, but after this my opinion has changed, within one and half years ur board gone and i have to pay this much amount. I wrote mail to [protected]@onida.com but they are not responding. Do needful.

                              Our complaint no [protected] for washing machine sensor. Engineer called on us and observed the sensor is faulty to be replaced on 6.10.2018. But till today it is not solved, while contacting the service center, it has to come from mumbai. Why the spare is not available at chennai. Since 4th the complaint is pending. Request to rectify and solve.

                                I have a onida washing machine which is not working accordingly from last 20 days. I compalint several times in onida service centre but they are not bothered. Im suffering from nearly last 20 days.
                                No response from the company the service centre guys are also misbehaving.
                                When im calling the complaint centre they are telling we have nothing to do with the complaint please call the service guys and vice versa.. Costumer is being harassed.

                                  I buy onida washing machine before 5 years back and now its having electronics board problem. i register a complaint for repairing on 31 aug 2018 after that in one day onida service person comes and say board is faulty i order for new board too. compliant number register in onida : 1808J[protected] after 15 days they says this bard is not available u need to buy new machine. i have 2 month baby in my home and facing problems because of onida. if i trough the machine every five years then what is the used. now they are not responding too... so i want to make a complaint againt onida and need 50k as a compensation. onida is made in india products and so that we trust on then but they cheat like this and because of this only i buy but sadly need to say waste . i request to gov of inida to take action imminently... onida lies and cheats the customers so take immediately action. if after this complaint aslo no action on onida means for me this consumer forum also not working for common man. so i request you please take immediate action

                                      As I am purchased Onida 109.22cm (43Inch) from online dated 08.10.2017,
                                      last month had issue related to Remote and called your customer care for the same, complaint number1809J[protected] dtd 25.09.2018.
                                      service engg attend the complaint and said that will replace the remote with new one.
                                      still no any details or status received from service engineer and customer care .also had called 02 times on customer care but they said will provide once received,
                                      I don't understand like ONIDA company don't have Remote in Hole PUNE or Maharashtra region.

                                      your service engineer came to my house dated 11.10.2018 with failed Remote and said that once we get correct remote will be handover,
                                      also had called him but gives office number [protected] unfortunately this number was busy from 28.09.2018 to till date, also no any call from this number.

                                      Today 19 days cross from register the complaint on customer care dated .25.09.2018,
                                      kindly suggest me how do I use my TV without Remote, also confirm about failures which will comes after using the same.
