I have purchased onida washing machine two months before. Its not working properly. I lodged service request with onida because its under warranty period. They are not responding to mails and calls. The cost of the washing machine is nearly 10k, fully automatic.Please help me.

    I am compelled to approach to all higher authorities for cheating with innocent customers. I purchased one onida window ac 1.5 ton w-183 pgl invoice no:- 1453 on 24th may 2017 from m/s computer electronic, shop no 4, m. C. D. Building g. T. Road, shakti nagar, delhi-110007. It was not working properly that was purchased, i lodged complaint to the m/s computer electronics, one electrician came for installation & also charged rs.2000/- for quoting extra. Now again i started it for using, but compressor was not on. I filed complaint again on customer service, complaint no 1804d[protected], after two days on attendant mr. Vikash came & attend my complaint on 1/5/2018. He told that compressor was not working, compressor will be changed by company, now company is adopting delay tac-tics to replace my compressor. Now they are telling that no body touch my company as well as board of directors, we are giving political funds to all political parties.in view of these circumstances, we have no option except to approach your good-self. You are requested to lodge f. I. R. For cheating with innocent customer. They are giving unnecessary harassment to innocent customers. I will also publish that complaint as a news items.

      Yesterday night while watching movie in this tv, suddenly a sounds from inside the tv breaks out and after that i switch it off.
      After this i again went to turn it on but it did not turned on.
      I had bought this tv from flipcart on[protected] and this is under warrenty period...

      I want customer care service to solve this problem as soon as possible.

        I purchased a microwave and i prefer onida because of their quality products, recently the inner bulb used in the microwave is not working, hence i registered a complaint (1804h[protected] for a replacement but the service charge for bulb replacement was 525 inr plus the bulb amount.in what century are we living in? Please look into this?

          My complain number [protected] dated 23.4.2018.

          Kindly get informed that your service person based at patna named shashi mobile number [protected] representing service problem of patna is rude and highly discourteous. He appears to be mentally sick. His attitude and his mis conduct is a big question mark for a company like onida where such a low grade person is employed and attends the customer.
          What transpired yesterday on 23.4.2018 when i called him to confirm that i have registered complaint on the toll free number to which he started speaking many indescent sentences. His attitude and behavior confirms that he is mentally retarded and a set back for the company.
          I wonder how such a person is representing onida company. He deserves to be immediately sacked.
          I also contacted the rm service amal kumar sen at kolkata mobile number [protected] but he appeared to be a very loose tried to maintain distance from the complain.
          I expect that the higher officials will intervene and try to find out the facts and take all necessary steps against this person whose behavior is highly condemnable.
          Looking forward to the compqny stand against this person's complain and the action taken in this regard.

          I had a problem with onida AC. He checked the power and said its electrical problem and asked for 650 RS. Took 650 RS to say it an electric problem. When I call the customer support to complaint, so proper response from them.

            I called customer care multiple times in multiple days and every time got a response that they can't process my complain without giving any reason. The product: a washing machine with 2years of warranty with a purchase date of may 3rd, 2017 is having issue where it makes a lot of sound and the spinner doesn't work properly.
            Purchase date: may 3rd, 2017
            Product details: onida 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine red, white (Wo62tspldd1-alr splendor splash 62)
            Purchase type: online.
            This is the second time this product is having issues. The first time issue happened onida didn't respond for the rectification and i had to raise a ticket here. Now again i am having issues and again they are not willing to help.
            Please look into it at earliest.

              Dear sir,
              Greetings. I bought a onida 32inches tv through sathya agency rajapalayam at 7 months ago. Only 2 months the tv is running good after a small horizontal line came the centre of the display. Now the display came in black colour not to see a picture. I complainted your customer care service twice. One time your service person come and check and say the display is falt i inform my superiors then rectified that falt. But still now this problem not rectified. Kindly give help to rectify this problem...

                I brought a onida tv in flipkart. It was a smart tv with 42inch. Within a month it's mother board was failed. I raise the complaint to onida customercare. They given a complaint number it is 1709f[protected]. They said it will be rectified with in 42hours. But it was not rectified for 1 month. I call daily to customer care and ask about that. They say today technician may come sir tomorrow come sir. But not come for 1 month. After a month again raised the complaint to customer care they give another complaint number 1706f[protected]. Then, they said "sir today they will come and solve sir". But not came for 4weeks. Then i called to customer care they said the above. The days were past. After a week i called the customer care. They give another complaint number 1705f[protected]. Then also give a number of onida service center in madurai and vigneshwaran and maharajan. At first they attended my calls and they say today, tomorrow but no one came after few weeks one person came to my house and bring a mother board it was not fit and he gone back. After a month they come and slove the problem. After a days it's remote was burst. Again the complaint raised its complaint number was 1803f[protected], 1710f[protected]. I daily called to vigneshwaran but he refused my calls. Then the problem solve after 2month and 3days and they send me second hand remote not a new one. I still have warranty period they send me a old remote. I ask to vigneshwaran what u send me second hand remote, he said it was send by company. But it also not working now.

                  I am bought onida led tv 32 inch, its card burnt during in warranty, i am already complaint on coustmer care, a man came in to my house, but its says this model is old so verification is compulsory, but my tv is already in warranty, and also he says 14 to 15 days to be taken, and after that not sure its repair or not. Plz do something as soon as possible.

                    We got onida led leo40fain in vasanthan-co (Chennai tambaram). Within a week we had display problem, then they exchanged tv fully. Again we had the problem picture is not visible, then they took tv saying that want to change the panel and got it from us on august 2017. We paid the service charge. Now again we got display issue march 2018, they are not ready to take our complaint, rejected because guarantee period is over. They are not ready to ask our complaints or explanation. Kindly reach us soon

                          Before going to the detail first let me introduce myself. I am Lokesh Bisht, resident of Haldwani Uttrakhand. Iam a teacher by profession and I only purchase something when I believe in that brand. Since onida is one of the oldest brand so last june on 18/6/2017 I purchased a led tv with, Serial No.:-103460...Model No.:- LEO32HA..price;- 17, 000.

                          On 15 Feb. My Tv stop working so I I called at your helpline no. And next day your engineer visited my place and it was said in 4 to 5 days my tv will be repaired as they will put a new panel in that. On 26th they took my Tv to repair center and they brought it back after a week or so but with a defective panel so I ask them to take it back and put the new one as soon as possible. They took it back and today till 5th of April my Tv is not back .
                          My complain no. is 1802G[protected].
                          I also filed a complain in consumer forum after I failed to get my Tv back on time. I called service center they give me a no. Of a person from ghaziabad [protected]. I called him several time but he answered my call only twice. In several weeks.
                          It's quite pathetic that in this big company you people can not repair one tv.
                          It's about the failure of trust which I was having on ur company. Along with the Tv I also purchased two AC without thinking twice about the company. But now I regret my decision.
                          Thanks for this non professional behaviour shown to me but please don't do that with any one in future.
                          Now consumer court have asked me to write this mail to you and if you people didn't ans in a week then I have to inform them back.

                            A 43 inch tv was purchased - for which i still regret 2 months ago.
                            Recently there has been an issue with the tv and an engineer visited and informed me that its mother board needs to be changed.

                            I have been waiting for 1 month and onida customer service is pathetic.
                            They just keep chanting some scripted words "you will receive a call back in 1/2 hours"
                            Today they crossed all the limits and told me to wait for 10 minutes and i'll receive a call back.

                            Obviously nobody calls back and i am in a state of confusion now, that this tv has become a rubbish box and nobody is ever coming to fix the tv.

                            A big "no no" for onida brand.
                            I'll complain on whatever portals i can and spread this to whole world for this stupid brand.

                              I bought the device in april 2017 for its full hd budget price, as i remain out of the city most of the time the tv must have been used at most for 2 months and its display was gone. I gave the tv into service center adonis electronic pvt ltd on 20th feb 2018 reference number 1802a[protected] and they have not updated me on the situation. I was given the service center number by onida toll free [protected] which they don't seem to care its ringing.

                              One of the worst service by the company i have faced in my life. No updates for more than a month today[protected]. The technician had promised me the device will be ready at most in a week or two.

                              Onida should look into their customer service and device quality if they wish to remain in the business.

                              Anyone thinking to buy onida tv just go with some cheap chinese brand as once the device is dead; warranty is just a sham.

                                  A onida tv model leo32hqc was purchased by my daughter on 10.10.16. Before the completion period of warranty, during sep.17, the tv was dead condition.
                                  After my several complaint to various authority, a new tv was replaced by removing the dead one during jan 18.
                                  The newly replaced tv is again became dead. A complaint under no.1803 i[protected] was registered at ccc. When they demanded rs.900/ just for the visit and checking, the demand was not accepted.
                                  Hence i contacted various persons mr. Hari mr. Munusamy and mr. Ravi sankar and explained them about the unjustified demand, because the tv was just replaced and was brought into use only from jan18. As such the tv is brand new one and the date of installation would be from jan 18 only, for which demanding out of warranty charge is meaningless. But there is no response from anybody till this date, hence this mail.
                                  I do not understand why they are demanding the service charge because the old tv was just replaced by providing a new one. As such the date of purchase or installation would be only jan 18. The new tv is become repair within three months of installation, as such what is the manufacturing quality. Perhaps you may say there is no guarantee/warranty for electronics/electrical goods, if it is so how the earlier tv worked upto 11 months. Therefore there is no meaning of saying no warranty. It is purely manufacturing defect. For which the onida is responsible.
                                  I hope you will understand my arguments and also hope you will take necessary action to rectify the defect without asking any amount.

                                    I have registered a complaint for repair/maintenance of onida washing machine with respect to drain outlet jam and also to provide one flexible inlet pipe with the customer care on 24th march 2018. The ticket number given is 1803e[protected] and the customer care executive assured me that their concerned technician would attend within 24 to 48 hours. She explained me that rs 350/-would be visiting charge and if any parts changed the cost to be borne additionally for which i agreed. I had also requested for one inlet flexible pipe as the existing pipe got damaged. She agreed to provide at extra cost and i okayed the same.
                                    I followed up twice on 26th and 28th for deputing the technician. Every time the customer care executive on duty said the concerned service center would be contacted would be contacted and inform the position but no one ever contacted. I asked them to clarify whether it would be taken up or not so that some alternate arrangement could be thought of.
                                    Ultimately till now the said repair work has not been attended.

                                      My android tv led remote is not working i replaced with nearest dealer but they give me duplicate remote. nd this remote get urgently low battery i m unhappy with your poor customer service your customer care executive. i want to replace my remote with original or its not possible so i don't want your product nd i want my money back.and i alredy suffer with this problem sins one month.

                                        Dear sir/ madam,

                                        I have recently purchased a new onida tv in the month of sept 23rd 2017 and we hardly use it on daily basis.

                                        All of sudden it stopped working and the service engineer declared that mother board to be replaced within 10 days.

                                        I have started doing follow up from march 22nd and the version of call centre executive's changes.

                                        They say that it will take atleast 25 days to be replaced and i have also requested a call back frm there technical and other concern to understand the process.

                                        Un fortunately there is no single call received from there end.

                                        Now, i need my tv to be replaced as there is no proper communication from team onida.

                                        Also i am scared about other issues which might occur after warranty period.

                                        Help to replace with new tv as i am still paying emi 's.
