We have purchased. 1.5ton inverter ac. And also we have booked for installation. At the time of purchase and at the time of booking no body said that charges for installation. And service engineer s are came and fixed ac. They they have charged for 5600rs for copper wire. And 500rs for service charge. It has bee done on 05/06/2018. Today evening they called us and asking charges for installation. We have already purchased voltas ac and lg ac. But nobody asked for installation charges. Why you only charged. Ok if charges is must means why at the time of installation they didn't billed. Today only asked charges. What is the use of purchasing onida. Basic thing is installation. But this also not there means how you service ac for free. If i book the complaint means you will come and. Service day after you will called and ask for charges. This only happen. This is the first time we had purchased the onida product. We are very disappointed about your service and it's very worst service.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased a Onida Window AC 1.5 Ton from Hari Om Electronics, 7679, Block Tower, Ghanta Ghar
    Shakti Nagar store in on 28th May 2013 with a one year warranty of parts and 5 year warranty of compressor . I have Called to onida customer care because my ac was not working properly, technican ( Yogesh Bhardwaj ) came 15th may 2018 for checking and he confirmed me compressor is dead, he said that he will collect the AC by tomorrow morning and i will get the repaired AC in 7 working days, I have paid technician visit charges 550/- Rs ( No Receipt received ) i have asked for the bill and they said to me you will get the bill after the installation .

    16th May 2018 I have paid 5000/- Rs advance without ac repaired and he handover me manual receipt

    when am doing follow up after 7 working days regarding AC is repaired, technician is not answering the call and when i called to customer care they are saying part not available, they have given the service center no. and service center is saying we will never take advance payment, how technician taken money from you

    Technician is onida employee, they are the face of the company .


    I am enclosing a copies of Purchase Bill and Job Sheet as proof

    I request you to look into this matter urgently and do the needful.

      Dear sir

      We have lodged a complaint for onida ac repair as per complaint no.- 1805g[protected] & 1805g[protected] which has been closed without our consent. When we enquired with customer care, we came to know that call has been closed without repair.

      The call attended by deepak sharma
      Mob.-[protected]. When we called to service eng. Mr deepak, he misbehaved and now not attending the call since last 5-6 days. We are in urgent need of ac repair.

      We have lodged new complaint no.- 1806g[protected] & 1806g[protected] and also called to rajasthan incharge sh vikram singh and vipendra ji but issue not resolved.

      Address - flat no.-303, akme paradise, meera nagar, block-b, udaipur.

      We have been suffering for the issue since last 15 days due to onida's worst customer service and who is responsible for this. We are in urgent need of ac repair.

      Please do the needful as soon possible.

        Hi,
        It has been very hectic with the customer care and onida as i have never got a service on time. On the very first part as my product has got down 4 times and whenever i raise a service request they never provide the vendor contact telling they cannot do it before 48 hours. And till date i have not received the service within 48 hours, it has always taken more than a week. Still no one has visited to attend the situation. And the same thing has happened again.
        I called the call centre and they gave me a number for the service centre telling that contact them. And the service centre says that we don't serve anymore. Wow! What a service!!! First make the customer wait for 2 days for his mistake of buying your product and then keep on building surprises for him or her. And to my surprise by the way when i called the centre again they tell me that my complaint has now been cancelled. Cancelled on whose concern???
        I made a good choice by ordering a carrier ac yesterday because i cannot see my parents suffer in hot and humid temperature. Maybe you can see your customers this way.

        Worst experience ever and now i am not even hoping that you guys will get it corrected as i am waiting for a manager's call on this issue for past 1 hour and guess what. Bingo! No response!! So they want me to waste my office hours waiting for your call for my mistake of buying your product.

        At the end of the day the only information i get from the call centre is that someone will surely visit tomorrow. I feel like a joke today. But i am assured that i am never coming back to this bogus name again. A product that malfunctioned after first 20 days of buying and till. Now had always been calling for help had been a burden for past 2 years. It's good that you people worked hard enough to lose a customer.
        Appreciated.
        Also i need the call recordings for all my conversations from 30th may to 2nd june as i need to take legal actions.
        The people i remember i had a word with, umang (Floor supervisor), roshni (Floor supervisor), varsha, aniket and many others but one thing common amongst all was that they don't care. And the worst part is that their escalation team is more careless than them as their escalation guy told me after i have waited for 4 days that if you cannot give us more time, we cannot solve your problem.
        Thank you carrier, i am having cool air in my home again.

          My name is tariq ansari. I complaint to onida call centre for my washing machine. They pass my complaint to service centre in kalyan that comes in my location but that service centre in kalyan guy was directly say that we are not come to your area make another complaint to call centre. They do those several times now what can customer do my machine is under warranty. Please do tha needful.

            Please note,
            As per today talk your customer care educative mr. Muges ([protected]) since 10min. But after 10mind he's told me your server is under maintenance. I don't know why?

            Hope you understand my problem. Warranty card already attached please check.

              On 28.05.18, i bought a 32" tv for 18, 800 from vasant & co, kovilpatti, thithukudi district. Till now they did not come for wall mounted. I have fear that my little children may broke the tv. I called for the show room as well as onida service station, tirunelveli for so many times. They didn't give any proper reply. What shall i do?...

              Shall i file a complaint against the show room for not proper service?

                I had purchased onida led tv 50inch from vijay sales hub mall and the product was delivered on 2 may 2018 from the day the product has delivered at home the remote was not working as the installation person told us to complain vijay sales. After complaining the technician open the remote and did something to the remote and damaged body of the remote. Later the remote worked for that movement, after the technician left the remote stop working. Next day again we complained and complained and till date we are complaining no technician or no response from the vijay sales or from onida both are saying we are trying for replacement.
                Today is 26th may 2018 we have no calls or no replacement on the same.

                  Hi,

                  This is the most pathetic service i ever seen given to any customer i had bought a onida 55 inch tv on 4th dec right after 6 months thetv shown issue of mother board on dated 8th may and its been more than 17 days the complaint is not resolved and more over the onida team member mr rajiv, mr vinod and mr ramkrishna is just giving excuses on the product

                  I would request you all to solve the issue on high priority

                  If you cannot replace the motherboard than please send a new tv

                  And even if this not solved here i am even go on higher level escalation

                    I bought led smart tv through flipkart in sep 2017.. There are frequent problems with remote. I registered complaint and it took them almost 3 months to replace and th replaced remote also had problem after working for just 1 month and agin raised complaint and it is already 2 months over still the remote is not replaced.
                    The technician visited both thw times and said battery issue and goes off saying the part is not available..
                    I called up the customer service but they never listens inturn give aervice center number.
                    I am unable to use smart features and is justusing as tv after spending so much of amount

                      I have bought onida led 43 inch tv through flipkart on 28th january 2018. The cost of the tv was around 30000.in just less than 4 months, i got an display issue and i am certainly not sure on the cause. Registered an compliant and the service engineer has said, some object got hit. We are not sure on the cause and reason. Since, don't want to get into more detail, accepted the engineer and asked for replacement. He said it is chargeable. Since, tv is important i have inquired on the charge and he said it will be around 20000/-. I really got shocked on the cost as the cost of the tv itself 30000/-.

                      Subsequently, i called mirc electronics mumbai office and they understood my problem and offered to help after taking my compliant id. They arranged a call from chennai office. The person called, asked me, how much i can afford. Since, they quoted for rs.20000 and don't want reduce more, i said, i can afford upto 15000/-.

                      Today when i checked on the status, i got to know my request is approved and can bring the tv with amount of rs.15000/- and have it repaird in couple of hours time.

                      But subsequently, i got another call from another person and claimed that my request for repair got approved for rs.22000/- and it can be repaired only for 22000 and not less than that.

                      I really got shocked once again and as middle class person can't afford to pay such huge sum when the cost of tv itself 30000/-. I would kindly request mirc electronics mumbai office take note of my problem and resolve it.

                        The above product is purchased from harsha (Contact no:[protected], station road, hubli vide bill no. 4co00307 dtd:[protected]. But the led display was replaced on[protected] because of non functioning. Again the led dispaly is not functioning from[protected]. So the complaint has been registered with the dealer on[protected] itself. But till now there is no response either from the dealer or from onida manufacturer. Hence i request you to take necessary action immediately to resolve the same.

                          I am trying to contact onida ac service centre for the past 1 month but i am unable to contact the number provided. Onida toll free no say not existing. Customer service no no existing. As a customer, where will i go for a service your useless product. What is the point in selling the goods and disappearing. Don't ever buy onida products. There is no service throughout india.

                            I’m complaining about my onida 43 inch tv that i have bought from flipkart on october 4 2017, but on january-february it stopped working, only audio was coming from tv with a blank screen (Only audio no visual). But it’s still in warranty and i have contacted onida customer care but they are not solving my problems. Everytime i call them they always give me a stupid reason, its been 4 months and i have extended the warranty extra 2 year’s but today i called onida customer care they straight away told me that we can’t do anything and told me to contact flipkart.in this case what will flipkart do they only sells product not service/repair it

                              I purchased an onida kycthunder model smart tv of 43 inc from vijay sales... Within 1 month the display has lines on it n the remote is not working properly.. I gave lots of complaints in the service care.. Despite of which 2 months there were no response, once a boy came and checked the system n told that he will be replacing the display within 7 days... Its been 9 months now.. There is no service provided and the service guys are not responding... Soon i will file a case on onida in consumer forum for this...
                              I want my device to be repaired within 2 weeks or give me a replacement for it... Rather i dont have a choice, i have to take an action on it..

                                Onida Split Air Conditioner is Not working properly since i have already filed a complaint on customer care number but still not getting any good response from the service center or any other employee. Cooling is not in proper condition. Might be some problem in Compressor( which is still in Warranty Period).Sometimes cutoff automatically. I tried to contact one of the Service center Situated in Moga (Punjab) as per customer care but not getting response. Actually my father is a Heart Patient and did his bypass surgery and also a Type-2 Diabetic Patient. So in summers it is very difficult to survive without air conditioning. So i request please do the needful as early as possible...and one more important thing is that our air condition is still in warranty period..

                                  I buy Onida 43inch smart TV from Vijay sales.
                                  On27.04.2018 in Mumbai Nallasopara west. Of worth rs.37599
                                  And this TV have display problem within 15days.This screen bleed very poorly.
                                  And onida customer care and technician all are not answering properly.
                                  I am very harrash with the quality and service of Onida.
                                  They given me diffective product.

                                    I purchased it on 26/02/2018 but only after 2 months, the tv came out of order yesterday. Sad to note. The tv screen is playing yelow-white - green - red color repeatedly but no picture. Probably its panel failed - the major constructional defect.

                                      I am yowan and i live in chennai. I bought a onida 42 inch led tv in flipkart on 27 jun 2017 recently my tv's motherboard was damage so i complained to onida customer care and the onida technician arrived on 29/03/2018 and informed that the company will change the motherboard in 10 days as it was under warranty policy but still they haven't fixed the new motherboard. I've been calling the customer care every day and they're just saying that the parts are unavailable. This is really a bad customer service.

                                        I purchased an onida ac unit 5 years ago and since then every season i face some problems in it.
                                        Last year i got its compressor changed as it was not functioning properly and i got assurance that i will get 3 year extended warranty as the compressor is getting replaced and i has guarentee of 3 years.
                                        In return i had to pay 3000 rs as installation n gas charges.
                                        But in this season, just after operation of 3-4 months it got unoperational. I contacted
                                        Customer service support tens of times and my mother personally visited local care as i work somewhere else, but still it has been a week and i am not getting any assistance from anywhere.
                                        I am pretty sure the compressor replaced last year was an old unit which got issues in this small period.
                                        Certainly it is a matter of high condemnation and i am highly dissapointed by this unit and services by onida.
                                        I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as i am really dissapointed from the way the issue is being treated.
