Dear Sir/Mam,
Before going to the detail first let me introduce myself. I am Lokesh Bisht, resident of Haldwani Uttrakhand. Iam a teacher by profession and I only purchase something when I believe in that brand. Since onida is one of the oldest brand so last june on 18/6/2017 I purchased a led tv with, Serial No.:-103460...Model No.:- LEO32HA..price;- 17, 000.

On 15 Feb. My Tv stop working so I I called at your helpline no. And next day your engineer visited my place and it was said in 4 to 5 days my tv will be repaired as they will put a new panel in that. On 26th they took my Tv to repair center and they brought it back after a week or so but with a defective panel so I ask them to take it back and put the new one as soon as possible. They took it back and today till 5th of April my Tv is not back .
My complain no. is 1802G[protected].
I also filed a complain in consumer forum after I failed to get my Tv back on time. I called service center they give me a no. Of a person from ghaziabad [protected]. I called him several time but he answered my call only twice. In several weeks.
It's quite pathetic that in this big company you people can not repair one tv.
It's about the failure of trust which I was having on ur company. Along with the Tv I also purchased two AC without thinking twice about the company. But now I regret my decision.
Thanks for this non professional behaviour shown to me but please don't do that with any one in future.
Now consumer court have asked me to write this mail to you and if you people didn't ans in a week then I have to inform them back.

    A 43 inch tv was purchased - for which i still regret 2 months ago.
    Recently there has been an issue with the tv and an engineer visited and informed me that its mother board needs to be changed.

    I have been waiting for 1 month and onida customer service is pathetic.
    They just keep chanting some scripted words "you will receive a call back in 1/2 hours"
    Today they crossed all the limits and told me to wait for 10 minutes and i'll receive a call back.

    Obviously nobody calls back and i am in a state of confusion now, that this tv has become a rubbish box and nobody is ever coming to fix the tv.

    A big "no no" for onida brand.
    I'll complain on whatever portals i can and spread this to whole world for this stupid brand.

      I bought the device in april 2017 for its full hd budget price, as i remain out of the city most of the time the tv must have been used at most for 2 months and its display was gone. I gave the tv into service center adonis electronic pvt ltd on 20th feb 2018 reference number 1802a[protected] and they have not updated me on the situation. I was given the service center number by onida toll free [protected] which they don't seem to care its ringing.

      One of the worst service by the company i have faced in my life. No updates for more than a month today[protected]. The technician had promised me the device will be ready at most in a week or two.

      Onida should look into their customer service and device quality if they wish to remain in the business.

      Anyone thinking to buy onida tv just go with some cheap chinese brand as once the device is dead; warranty is just a sham.

        No action even after multiple calls. Pathetic services. This is worst brand. Please check status of my ticket. They are not interested to solve the issue and said do whatever you want to do. I have taken leaves from office but they are not coming. I need compensation for the same. I have spoken to level 1 but still not getting resolved

          A onida tv model leo32hqc was purchased by my daughter on 10.10.16. Before the completion period of warranty, during sep.17, the tv was dead condition.
          After my several complaint to various authority, a new tv was replaced by removing the dead one during jan 18.
          The newly replaced tv is again became dead. A complaint under no.1803 i[protected] was registered at ccc. When they demanded rs.900/ just for the visit and checking, the demand was not accepted.
          Hence i contacted various persons mr. Hari mr. Munusamy and mr. Ravi sankar and explained them about the unjustified demand, because the tv was just replaced and was brought into use only from jan18. As such the tv is brand new one and the date of installation would be from jan 18 only, for which demanding out of warranty charge is meaningless. But there is no response from anybody till this date, hence this mail.
          I do not understand why they are demanding the service charge because the old tv was just replaced by providing a new one. As such the date of purchase or installation would be only jan 18. The new tv is become repair within three months of installation, as such what is the manufacturing quality. Perhaps you may say there is no guarantee/warranty for electronics/electrical goods, if it is so how the earlier tv worked upto 11 months. Therefore there is no meaning of saying no warranty. It is purely manufacturing defect. For which the onida is responsible.
          I hope you will understand my arguments and also hope you will take necessary action to rectify the defect without asking any amount.

            I have registered a complaint for repair/maintenance of onida washing machine with respect to drain outlet jam and also to provide one flexible inlet pipe with the customer care on 24th march 2018. The ticket number given is 1803e[protected] and the customer care executive assured me that their concerned technician would attend within 24 to 48 hours. She explained me that rs 350/-would be visiting charge and if any parts changed the cost to be borne additionally for which i agreed. I had also requested for one inlet flexible pipe as the existing pipe got damaged. She agreed to provide at extra cost and i okayed the same.
            I followed up twice on 26th and 28th for deputing the technician. Every time the customer care executive on duty said the concerned service center would be contacted would be contacted and inform the position but no one ever contacted. I asked them to clarify whether it would be taken up or not so that some alternate arrangement could be thought of.
            Ultimately till now the said repair work has not been attended.

              My android tv led remote is not working i replaced with nearest dealer but they give me duplicate remote. nd this remote get urgently low battery i m unhappy with your poor customer service your customer care executive. i want to replace my remote with original or its not possible so i don't want your product nd i want my money back.and i alredy suffer with this problem sins one month.

                Dear sir/ madam,

                I have recently purchased a new onida tv in the month of sept 23rd 2017 and we hardly use it on daily basis.

                All of sudden it stopped working and the service engineer declared that mother board to be replaced within 10 days.

                I have started doing follow up from march 22nd and the version of call centre executive's changes.

                They say that it will take atleast 25 days to be replaced and i have also requested a call back frm there technical and other concern to understand the process.

                Un fortunately there is no single call received from there end.

                Now, i need my tv to be replaced as there is no proper communication from team onida.

                Also i am scared about other issues which might occur after warranty period.

                Help to replace with new tv as i am still paying emi 's.

                    Hi,

                    I am from pondicherry i bought two 1.5 ton onida trd model ac, they told during purchase from gas to everything will be covered in warranty, but within 6 month o[censored]sage the gas got leaked, and when i filed complaint they are not attending the service (Indeed they told that first three services are free), the reason is the dont have stock. How can is it possible to say they dont have stock for gas. It is very pathetic service from their side. Only when buying they are providing false promises. They convinced me to put additional one year asset protection which cost me additional 3600 rupees for two ac, but the reality is even after three weeks they didnt attended the service. Very careless attitude.

After 3 week my tv is got repair so i called onida service center they r coming and visit and told to me u have to appy for replaement!!!                         I am really disapponited from your customer care service and dealer also. How could your dealer sold us old model?. Many times we complaint to the dealer. He didn't solve this problem. Your service executive visited and he told us that, there is one part is totally gone.

                          Dear onida customer service manager,

                          My name is mathew m kurian (Cell no: [protected]), based out of cochin-kerala. I had bought two onida a/cs together : model onida ac inv 12rgo (1.0 ton inverter rega)#42110, from your authorized dealer bismi agency, near jl international stadium, kaloor, cochin-17, under invoice no:614292, dtd:30th-apr-2016, inv value - 71, 000.00 rs (Seventy one thousand rs). Out of two a/cs, one a/c is not working and i had raised complaint to bismi agency in the first week of jan-2018 and the complaint reference is 1712h[protected], dtd: 1st-jan-2018. After raising complaint, one onida representative mr. Jishnu (Cell no: [protected]) came to my place and checked it and mentioned, there is issue with its electronic circuit. I had requested to check its warranty and replace it under warranty. Since, my warranty card is missing but i have my original purchase bill with me, i asked the representative to check the details with agent itself and do the needful (Original bill & sms messages to onida representative is attached). He mentioned, the stock of circuit is not available hence it will take a week's time. After that there is no response from the onida representative hence, i called several times on the mobile but he did not pick the call. Afterwards, i send couple of sms also then he called and mentioned, he will give another number to contact but neither he had provided the number nor he called back. I felt so embarrassed and question already stroked in my mind that, onida's post sales service is very poor and irresponsible. Looking at such delay, after more than a month, i again went to the agency bismi and re-complained. The bismi's representative mr. Sumesh (Cell: [protected]) called onida service center in front of me mentioning above complaint reference and he mentioned, onida service center representative will call with the solution in a day or two. Post that, till date, there is no response or action has been taken on my complaint and to repair my a/c. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to change my a/c or make it working at free of cost looking at the mental stress myself and my family has taken due to the such bad service from onida team and due to non working a/c. My house is going to be expanded by adding two more rooms but looking at the quality of response and service from onida team and it's agency/distributor, i will surely need to think twice, which brand i should go next in future.

                          NO RESPONSE FROM ONIDA CUSTOMER CARE YET. REALLY NO HAPPY WITH THE WAY. I STILL REMEMBER, OUR FIRST TV WAS ONIDA AND IT WAS VERY NICE SERVICE THEN BUT IN THIS COMPETITIVE ERA, SUCH SLOW RESPONSE AND DELAY IN AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGING THE COMPLAINT, WILL NOT GIVE GOOD IMPRESSION TO ANY CLIENT. I AM WORKING AS SALES-HEAD FOR INDIA IN WORLD'S NO FLAVOUR AND FRAGRANCE COMPANY AND AS POLICY, WE REVERT FIRST MAIL WITHING 24 HRS POST RECEIPT OF COMPLAINT.

                            Onida 5.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Wof5508nw, white)
                            In online at 1st feb'17. Within a month that machine got trouble and i call to ur service and repaired (It takes two month). Now that machine got troubled in oct'17 and again i call to ur service that service man came and he noticed in motor fault at 10th oct'17, till now that service didn't done by ur side, daily i make call to ur service centre they told ur service is pending... Especially they service incharge suresh from chennai didn't pick up my call any time. Now i want to know what is the issues in my complaint, when u go to service my washing machine, my complaint no.                                   I rakesh pandit from titwala (Pin code - 421605) i have purchased ac in jun 2017 from usha agency and get installed from your authorised person also i have paid charges for installation as required. Please find attached bill copy for your ref.

                                  Now in feb month i have ask for ac servicing and during servicing my ac gas found leakage which again repaired by servicing person after approval received from onida team but during this activity. It is found that gas leaking from ac, due to unproper installation during 1st time and now also he has told me, there are chances to leak ac again due to faulty installtion.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and provide me your technical support to resolve this issue on priority.

                                    I bought two onida split ac both one tonner from saravana stores, north usman road, chennai on 26.02.2017 which were subsequently installed on 04.03.2017 by your authorised service company adonis electronics pvt limited, chennai. Right from the installation both the units did not work effectively and complaints were registered several times with you and your service company.

                                    After several complaints one unit was set right after a couple of months.
                                    Still one unit is not functioning. At least four service engineers individually checked the sick unit on different dates and gave different reasons without solving the problem. The problem unit hardly worked for a week for the past one year. So far only one free service was done some four months back

                                    Now your service engineer informed us a couple of months back that the copper wire has been damaged in the sick unit and we have to pay rs.4500 towards cost of copper wire. I am shocked to hear their demand as installation was done only by your service engineers and the unit hardly worked for a week. The service engineer informed me that there is only one month warranty for copper wire. I am disillusioned with your product and service. I request you to suggest some other service company as we are fed up with the indifferent attitude of employees of adonis electronics pvt ltd.

                                    I am working in media for the past 35 years and never took such issues to public.. However this is a worst case scenario and i will have no other option than taking up the matter in social media and consumer redressal forums. Please note that i am willing to enter into amc for both units with a different service company of yours. Your service engineers called for second free service but how can they do it without fixing the problem in the unit.

                                    Please look into my problem and take necessary steps to make the brand new onida ac work.

                                      Purchased onida led smart tv on[protected] from vijay sales, sion branch, mumbai, maharashtra, india. I am facing few issues as below:

                                      A. Wifi connectivity - very slow and poor connectivity even with higher bandwidth

                                      B. Mirror casting not functioning

                                      C. Aux point gives irritating noise when connected

                                      Kindly look into the issues and resolve at the earliest.

                                        I have ONIDA TV purchased[protected] inch TV still one year also not completed now but i am facing Issue TV backlight is not working. I will raise the complaint on[protected] no one will responding after 1 week one person came from Onida and check all the thinks after that he said within 2days i will resolve your issue, after that no one will called and he is also not responding after 20days i get cal from Service center and i only give to service center on[protected] but still i am not receive any updates, when i called by the time they will said wait for some more days
