Hi sir

I purchased onida led leo40fiav1 on 30/7/2016 and i been told the tv has 3 years warranty.

I raised complaint to onida service center on 2/2/2018 that tv picture is dim.

The technician checked the tv and presumed the fault might be with display or with board. The tv was purchased 15 months before and stating it doesn't cover under warranty.

I couldn't digest that an led tv will have life time of 15 months.

I request your good office to consider my request to attend the fault under warranty.

Hi Sir

I purchased Onida LED LEO40FIAV1 on 30/7/2016 and I been told the TV has 3 years warranty.

I raised complaint to Onida service center on 2/2/2018 that TV picture is dim.

The technician checked the TV and presumed the fault might be with display or with board. The TV was purchased 15 months before and stating it doesn't cover under warranty.

I couldn't digest that an LED tv will have life time of 15 months.

I request your good office to consider my request to attend the fault under warranty.

    I purchased onida 50: led model " leo50fain : from sham lal krishnan lal, 1/206/28, sadar bazar, delhi cantt-10 on 30 nov 2015 for rs. 49490/- its under 2 years extended warranty (D3p 151670). My led 2 year extended warranty expires on 30 nov 2018. Onida customer care executive visited my house and returned without any resolution. Did numerous complaints to customer care no [protected]. No positive reply from them. I am a soldier. My hard earned money seems gone to drain. Pl help me out. Muy mob nos - [protected]/[protected], my email id mail.[protected]@gmail.com.

      We purchased ONIDA SPLIT AC 1.5 Tons (MODEL NO S183TRD) On 23rd March 2017 .After using it for less than 5 months AC stopped cooling and water is over flowing from the unit.We have lodged multiple complaints to the customer care and they did not send any technician.

      The customer care is very pathetic and they are shouting at us and disconnecting the call.He said do what ever you want to do we are least bothered.

      Finally one day when we said that we will lodge a complaint in the consumer forum, they have sent a technician and the technician went away saying that he will get the nitrogen gas and fill it.It has been more than 10 days that he did not turn up and not answering our calls.

      Without even getting the problem resolved they closed the complaints and not responding.

      Could you please take this issue seriously and take necessary action.

      This is the worst way to cheat people after making them buy their product and then not turning up when a problem occurs.

        I had made a complient on 22.01.2018 to onida customer care official about my led tv problem. My tv was in warrenty period my complient no 1801i06380068. Two days after tecnician came and checked then he told here servicing not possible so i am taking the board and servicing with in two days. After that he was not given any respose to me when ever i call he didnt pickup my phone. After picking up he told that now only i am seeing your tv board like that. I call to my area onida service delar he is also not giving proper answer. He always told we dont know sir it will take 5 to 7 days like that. I feel very bad about onida product. Last year also i faced the same problem for the same product. That service technician told we are replacing new mother board and new led panel but now this technician told this is not an original new mother board this is an serviced board only like that very worst service for onida. I will wait for few days after that i am going to file a complaint in consumer court. Very worst service. Last year to this year no change.

          I have ordered onida ac from flipkart on 14 may 2017
          Believing local players are approchable when it comes to service

          I called customer care on 21 jan 18 for one out of two free services, onida representative recorded all the details and said techinician will visit within 2 days

          On 28 jan i called them for update, now they are saying in system my product is out of warranty. And representative disconnected call very harshly

          For this i will go to any extend to teach a lesson to onida

            Sir with due respect i state that i purchased a onida 32 inch led from your dealer at jalandhar punjab. But only after one year it create problem. Your service advisor mr. Bhagat visit at home for complaint on dated 26/12/2017. He told us led panel not working. It should be changed. And he fulfilled all the formalities for this. I regular concern with yours customer care number with your executive about this matter but they always give me a lollipop. Sir i regularly use onida product and i am very attached to this onida brand. Today is 20/01/2018 and still no respond by yourself. Sir i request you to change our onida led panel as soon as possible. I feel harassment from your side.

                  My name praveen tomer, i have buy an onida led tv three 6 months before after three months there is some spot problem on display, i have register an complaint on onida but it's already three months of complaint and after continue follow-up there is no response from onida.
                  I have called many time to customer care but no response. I got branch service manager contact no and trying to contact him and told him about my complaint now they also blocked my no and not responding to me.
                  Please help to resolve my problem.

                    Complaint for washing machine splendor 6s fully automatic

                    With due regards i buy a onida splendor6s fully automatic washing machine on 8/4/2014.in first year it gave problem and engineer rectify it. Now again it gave some problem, i call on toll free no. And ask for customer care centre in bathinda and with awful condition they gave me a no. Which is not registered with onida customer care centre but wrong no. And again they don`t have address of onida customer care centre in bathinda no physical address only wrong no.
                    And from last evening your customer care number is not connecting till now, still i am trying and writing mail simultaneously
                    I am so much worried that why i bought your splendor washing machine, when they not provide service in bathinda. And more surprisingly they don`t know about warranty conditions, and dont have address and phone no.

                        I have purchased onida led tv 40inch fs model on jan-2016 and this tv got a mother board problem within 18 months of time. Is this the product quality we have to expect from onida?.

                        21st november - tv was not working & an instant i have raised the service complaint (1711f[protected] and it’s been almost 55+ days there is no service or either the replacement of mother board.

                        The service centre you have at madurai and the engineer /supervisor is very core to lying and they never gave me proper updates. Always saying part is not available, onida should be shame on not having the service parts for their own products. I have called customer team to escalate this for at least 30 times and today only got this email address & still i hope you people will help and fix the problem asap.

                        Your response and the service is creating very bad impression among all the onida customers which is not so good!. I request you to take action at the earliest else our generation has to forget buying onida products.

                          I purchased led 32hie/hub smart tv on 18th nov 2017 from girias investment pvt ltd., mogappair west, chennai - 37.

                          I had an issue with the board and remote problem in the new product. Hence i raised a complaint on nov 27th to girias and they forward it to onida company. We got service center numbers from same girias. Chandrasekar ([protected]) & suresh ([protected]) are from service center. Chandrasekar was handling this issue but he was not saying properly when he will replace with the new product. Suresh did not attend the customer call from the day when i got his number from girias.

                          I want the entire product has to be replaced with the new one and i do not want to wait with the repaired one since its been more than 1 and half months.

                          Could you please take necessary steps for the above issue?

                            Pathetic service and product.

                            Thinking the product runs on android and supports all android apps. Surprisingly, non of the app works "unfortunately app stopped working"

                            Raised complaints but no response, even worried about the charges imposed by service center.

                            Air mouse remote is so sensitive and for replacement onida service center charges rs. 4500/-, where as the actual product costs rs. 1400/- in the market.

                            I suggest people not to opt onida, better spent on valid product.

                              Dated-23rd dec 2017, led panel us since 17th dec 2017,
                              Place-anand nagar maqsudan, jalandhar, punjab
                              No feedback has been given to us it is already 2 weeks
                              Passed. Mechanic came after complaint on 19th dec and 1100 rs taken as service charge and assured that your led panel is in warranty period (1+2 year)
                              But so far nothing is materialized.

                                Dear sir,

                                On behalf of consumer complaints i would like to register my worst experience with onida i genius 1.5 ton split air conditioner performance and their coimbatore - tamil nadu service center adonis customer care center, 50, tank road, sivananda colony, coimbatore - 641012. Phone number :[protected], 2491317 and [protected].
                                Onida as a company it self seems do not care about their customers for after sales and service support let me explain why? You cannot reach onida customer care through mail - provided by them
                                1. [protected]@onida.com.
                                2. [protected]@onida.com
                                If you send mails to the above e mail id all will bounce back immediately.
                                So, this will prevent us to reach through mail and to send any kind of photo & documents evidence to reach onida.
                                The other choices are through call canter number available with their website and once you register a service call you will be provided with a 14 digit complaint number with that you will get a call from the local service franchise and this is the working service attendance model practiced now by onida (Mirc electronics limited).
                                An affected customer is now fully in control of the local service center and they also know very well that no customer can easily reach onida through any channel of communication.
                                The cheating begins with wrong information and wrong, unfit spare parts usage and collecting abnormal amount of cash, no bills will be provided and the person who attended the service call immediately disappear.
                                Once you notice that you have been cheated then the ordeal is unbearable with ondia service high command.
                                No one will take responsibly and you will end up in loosing your money, time and lamenting for many days,
                                I have been cheated by sk electronics and onida, this prompted me to advice my fellow citizens to be aware and analyze all the factors before deciding ondia brand.
                                I have approached closely 25 high ranking managers of onida to get my service issue settled and till this day 31.12.2017 no solution provided to me.

                                Be alert, verify my submission and never buy a product which does not provide any after sales support that is onida in my case.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I registered a compliant on onida customer care on 32 inch led tv. Request no: [protected]. But there where no reponse from the service centre..

                                    After calling many time to the customer care. They sent a service engineer to check and he came and checked and requested for 900 rs service charge saying one part need to be replaced and that need to ordered from the company which will be shipped from mumbai centre with in 3 days.

                                    We payed the amount and he told he will be back within 3 days with the parts need to be replaced.

                                    Almost 20 days it's been over.. We didn't receive any repose from them. After multiple calls from our side.. They came with dead mother board which was not sealed. Again he told i will bring new in next 2 days. Again he got dead one after 2 days. He gave the same response will be back with the new one in days.

                                    But still we didn't receive any repsone from their team after multiple calls.. Raising complaint in customer care.. They are not escalating issue. I am not sure y they are not escalating the issue to the higher level. Also it been almost 1 and half month long.
                                    The service engineer is saying i am not responsible for the issue and directing to some other no. Saying he is my manager ask him. His mgr mobile is switched off.
