Actually i have a problem with my onida tv, so we have requested service for onida service centre through the phone number given in onida website, now the service person is changed new mother board and handed over the tv today morning, now the tv is working fine, but the problem is they have made a big hole in pendrive plugging area, we called to the service person to ask about the issue, but we are not getting proper reaponse from them, i appreaciate your immediate response for this issue.

    I am sorry to say but i m really disappointed with your services as i complain about my microwave oven on 30/11/2017 for not working my oven but till date there is no solution, even i am not getting any information from your side what is the issue for delaying on that.

    15 days has been past and we are facing problems in kitchen in winter time because this is time where we use microwave maximum.
    Kindly do the needful.

      Bought onida smart led tv 43' from kohinoor vashi in mar 2017.

      - tv panel developed blue lines on 01st aug

      - complaint registered with kohinoor on 05th aug (Ref:[protected]

      - technician visit in last of week of august: (Mr. Amit)

      Spoke with service manager: mr. Ram krishna 10 times in last 4 months. Response: spare part not available or information not available

      No response yet from onida team

        On 25 october, i bought onida 80.04 cm (31.5 inch) hd ready led smart tv. I made this purchase from flipkart in my brother name on[protected].

        Unfortunately, your product has not performed well and after one month o[censored]se a problem occur. I register my complaint (Complaint no. 1711hs[protected] on 01 november 2017 through your customer care. Two person from onida came to my home and said that one of the part of tv malfunction and we have to replace it.

        After that they said that you have to wait for one month. I have waited for over a month and still haven’t get any response. I have called to your customer care, the person who came to my home and your manager at delhi mr. Praveen kumar (Now they not pick my call).

        To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your response. Enclosed are copies of my records concerning this purchase.

          Hi all,

          Greetings!

          After considering and trusting the extended warranty of 2 years i purchased onida led leo50fain tv smart tv on 9/11/2015.

          Last month nov 4th 2017, my tv display was not working and i called the authorized onida service center in nagercoil. They came invested on it and told me that i will get the replacement within 15 days. To be frank my smart tv remote didn't work after 2 months of my purchase.

          Now its dec 13, 2017. Its more than 40 days i didn't the replacement for my tv.in that 40 days, i followed the authorized onida service center (Nagercoil) on the regular now they are not picking my call also.

          I am mentally and physically frustrated with this. I have given more chances for that service center and now i need quick action on it

          This is the way how you treated your reputed customer?. When this would be my last purchase on onida product.

            Hai i'm manjunatha.. I have bought the 43 inches onida led tv in flipkart but it is not yet get installed please solve the problem.. The service man is not responding properly i called him many times he is simply giving reasons and not responding properly.. Ur service delivery boys are very bad and speaking rash wen ever i call them please solve the problem as soon as possible..

              We had purchased onida ac six months back and warranty service has not been done.. We are not available on week days. Inspite of telling them to serve us saturdays they never do.. Those people fix their own convenient timings and they never respond properly and give stupid reasons over it. Do you think we dont have any other commitments other than waiting for you on all saturdays? Does your company have only few set of people to attend the all customers in the city? Is this called customer service? It is highly noticeable that you are working only for money and not for customer service and satisfaction. To add, on the customer service number does not work most of the days.. Who is going to pay for all these? If you can serve us on the time we are comfortable with or pay the money so that we can arrange a seperate service on our own. Hope i get a sincere response or il escalate this again..

                Its been 4 months washing machine got spoiled. We have communicated with customer care since then. Every time the assigned person comes and check for it. Once the sensor problem, next time the mother board gone and replaced. Still the machine does not work. It comes under warranty. We are planning go to consumer court and lodge the issue as we are following up every consult. This is not done for such a reputed company like onida. Either you change the service station or replace with new machine.

                    Sir my name is rajesh arya and i purchase onida smart led tv 3 month before and after that my air mouse remote not working and i complaint about this on 25th november and my complaint number is 1711h[protected] after that 27th november onida service engineer came my home and said new remote is not available it will be available in 3 days and they provide me new remote in next 3days but after that no response from onida customer care and i complaint many time in onida customer care they always saying they provide me new remote in next 2 days but today almost 10 days over they not provide new remote this is very bad experience from onida services.

                    They not giving proper response of consumer complaint and talking like fool they give me another service person number and tell about your problem and that no person saying CALL another no sir i have all recording of onida customer care and I think I have to go consumer court my product is under warranty and they not giving me new remote.
                    ONIDA LEC TV display issue (Under Extended Warranty).

                    Following the service center from last one month, still no proper response.If we call they are not properly responding.

                      My self is sanjay gandhi. I had to purchase one onida smart led tv 50 inch on 19 nov 2015.

                      Now the things is after 6 months, it's panel was gone and replaced by you local support person. Now again it is same issue raised and i already mad complaint before 1 month (Approx), here is the complaint number 1711f[protected] but the thing is no quick response to change this led panel and as i am calling your local support person, he is telling me that will come today, tomorrow etc... Also he is saying to that repair that panel so i denied and ask him to replace it with new panel.

                      Now my request is to take back this tv and give me my money back cause i don't want to use this product which is seems like defective cause i invest my 50, 000 and tv was gone with in 6 months and again came same issue so the things is as of now tv is in warranty but what if warranty will be finish then again this thing will happen, so???

                      Tv was almost off for 5-6 months due to these issue occurred two time. So you can see that with in 2 years and 6 days it was off for 6 month and panel was gone for two times. So shall i have to invest my whole time, money and power for these things?? This is worth of your product?

                          I have registered a complaint on oct 20th that my washing machine is not working, a service person came from salem and informed that door is not working properly so they ordered a product but after that i'm not receiving any proper communication from the onida customer care chennai and also from the service center salem.

                          I have sent couple of mails to escalation. [protected]@adonis.co.in, i'm not sure what is the use of this escalation mail. Escalation means it should be responded immediately.

                              Lodged service request for my led tv because audio volume in tv went off after 2 hours of watching tv. Authorised technician visited and visually inspected tv and stated that pcb board needs replacement. Charged me 5500 rupees for new board and after 2 days returned the tv stating that the complaint was rectified. Now tv, when switched on or off gives off a loud sound and while on loud static background sound all the time. Onida has such poor customer grievance addressal system.

                                      We had purchased an onida 1.5 ton split ac from uptodate trade links, taleigao goa around 5th june.
                                      Within a month of the purchase, there was ineffective cooling. We called the dealer around 20th august (As we were out of town) to get it serviced. Onida service personnel turned up, but we were not told on what was wrong, and post that we were out of town again for about 2 months. When we tried operating the ac again on 26th october, we realised that the said problem of ineffective cooling was not resolved.

                                      We called the dealer uptodate trade links, taleigao goa on 26th october (Complaint no.[protected]. However the onida service team turned up only on 10th november. They said they will speak with the dealer and let us know. There was no follow up or service call to check whether the problem was fixed; the first occasion (In august) and on the second occasion or how the problem is to be resolved. When we got the number of onida’s service incharge, mr shrikant (Mobile no [protected]), again we were informed by him that he will talk with dealer (Which is you) and get it fixed. It pained me to see the quality of service from onida. On the first time and on the second time as well, the servicemen were rude and as it turns out my problem is still not fixed - we got ridiculous reasons and analogies on why the machine can’t and will not work.

                                      On 16th november around 11-00 am two company technician arrived at my house and attended the unit and completed the work within 10 minutes time. I have some unanswered the question in the mind:

                                      1. If the problem was fixed in ten minutes then why the service engineers has taken 20 days to start the ac. Why service engineers had come on 10th november and left without solving the problem.in case if the problem resurfaces after 5-6 months, the unit will be out of warranty at that time.
                                      2. The person named mr. Sushil (Arrogant and rough person) and mr. Akash were not carrying any job card.in absence of the job card, how you come to know that the unit is repaired to the satisfaction of the customer.
                                      3. Technician refused to wait for some more time to observe the performance of the unit.
                                      4. You had attended twice my ac unit two times from the date of purchase i. E.in last 6 months. Therefore i make a statement that the unit has to be under observation for next 12 months for any manufacturing defect as the unit has failed twice in first six moths of purchase.
