These problem is not from my side because while fitting ac the valve is not tired properly it is from your side so only problem is created. So please arrange quick solutions regarding complaint. On 12th august i raised a complaint for my newly bought onida leo43fne fud tv because there were black spots on my tv. The tech guy who visited at home said that they have to change some part to rectify the issue. Its been over 2 months i am constantly following up with the customer care for past 2.5 months. I bought a onida smart tv with air mouse remote.

After a month o[censored]sing the tv the air mouse remote problem started with low battery issue

Air mouse had battery which is similar to battery mounted with in mobile, which cannot be replaced and we wont be able to use aa or aaa battery

After 3months o[censored]se the remote didn't work, i am not able to change the channel, volume...

Its such a disappintment that such a big brand as this is so unreliable. The warraty period was for a year. No sooner the warranty period got over, the tv got spoiled.
