My name is n somashekar from mysore purchased onida 43"led tv last year in october 2016.2 days back suddenly display is not comming in the tv only audio was comming so informed the distributor & distributor gave the service center number & i called the technician he came & checked & told me that led panel is not working it has to be replace it will come from head office within 15 days so this is the total story ok.

Now actually i purchased one year back, but display led panel has gone in one year. Onida is a very nice branded one because of this trust & confidence i purchased the onida 43" led tv now they have told me that led panel will be replaced. What my concern is in one year led panel heart of the tv has gone means i don t have trust on led panel so please kindly give me a new onida 43"led tv instead of led panel changing. (Repair is repair only)

We relayed on your product with full of hopes, ultimately result is like this. Kindly give me a new one onida 43" led [protected]@ the earliest.

No One will replace the product Out of Warranty period, the term Warranty Covers Free-Repairs not replacement.. & here if its not in Warranty period you need to pay for it..

Who will go Out of Bounded Protocols Mr. Somashekar.
I have one ONIDA 1.5 ton split AC Model number S 185 DFL bought on[protected].The AC's outdoor unit's grille covering the FAN has been broken(picture attached) and it needs a replacement..The TF Number [protected] gave one number[protected].The gentleman who answered the call has informed that they are not having stock of the spare grille.
I have made a complaint on 25-Sep-17 to the Customer care regarding line in TV and remote is not working (In warranty). Still the problem is not yet resolved.

I was keep on calling to the customer care they are saying that it will be resolved in next two day but I am not finding any solution for the complaint.

When i checked with the customer care they are saying that parts is not available. It was almost two month gone so kindly check and let me know the status of this complaint.
If the parts is not available please replace my TV. In customer care they gave the service center contact no, no one is responding the call in service center.

    Had registered a complaint with onida customer care on 16th oct for repair of my microwave, the executive came and told us the electronic panel was required to be repaired. Till date no one has turned up, repeated calls go unanswered. It is more than 2 weeks now.
    Even onida customer care care number or any other office number is non functional. "[protected]" was the number i spoke to, now none of the numbers are functional.
    Such a bad experience dealing with onida, pathetic customer service, no mails are responded to either. On the website if we try to fill the form and send, it gives an error message. Seems like the company is closed altogether. Whoever would want to go to onida for any other purchase. Highly disappointing!!

      On 12th august i raised a complaint for my newly bought onida leo43fne fud tv because there were black spots on my tv. The tech guy who visited at home said that they have to change some part to rectify the issue. Its been over 2 months i am constantly following up with the customer care for past 2.5 months. Every time i get the same response as the part is not yet available and will be available soon.
      They promise me to give a call back from the technical team but till today i haven't received any answers from the technical team of onida.

      This is a very pathetic service from the onida, and hence raising the complaint here. If this is not getting resolved at the earliest from the forum, i will lodge a case again onida in cosumer court mumbai.
      Please take this escalation seriously as this is the last time i am making any complaint post this my lawyer would need to talk with the company as this is a severe grievance.

        Hello all,

        I bought a onida smart tv with air mouse remote.

        After a month o[censored]sing the tv the air mouse remote problem started with low battery issue

        Air mouse had battery which is similar to battery mounted with in mobile, which cannot be replaced and we wont be able to use aa or aaa battery

        After 3months o[censored]se the remote didn't work, i am not able to change the channel, volume and other basic functionality.

        I have raised a remote not working complaint two months ago.
        I am yet to get the solution for the problem and i am not able to use the tv effectively for past 2months

        As onida gave its service to 3rd party adonis.co.in, which doesn't know what is the meaning of service to customer.

        Please please dont buy onida products because the after service is very very bad

          I had purchased a onida tv from flipkart on 1st january 2016 which got delivered on 20th jan. Its not even 2 years and my tv has got spoiled. Its such a disappintment that such a big brand as this is so unreliable. The warraty period was for a year. No sooner the warranty period got over, the tv got spoiled. I feel cheated by your company and the product that you have delivered.
          Please provide a solution.

            Dear team,

            Since past more than one month, my onida 32" led smart tv is not working. I have registered complaints with your customer care and after 10-12 days your personnel came and checked the tv and told there were some issues in the motherboard. He informed this to his senior in charge and also forwarded my tv bills to him. He told us within a week he will come again and repair the motherboard, but still no one came at my home.

            I think i made a mistake by purchasing two televisions of onida..

                Bought onida led 32 inches in pondicherry on 2/10/2017. After 5 days a complaint in picture. After many tries to customer call center could not able to register compalint. So registered the complaint through purchased place (Dhanam sale center) then i personally took the tv to service center. They could not come and take tv for my home. After a day they told me i can get a new tv after a week. Now the second week is running still am not getting any response from service center manager (Pondicherry).. He says comming friday. Worst ever service. Inspite of my family members oppose i bought that tv. Now suffering. Thus shows why onida could not withstand in market. And i published this on my facebook... All my friends now have a clear idea.

                  I have registered a complaint of my tv"s (Leo50fsain) display problem on 22/08/2017. Complain number: [protected]. But it was not attended by mr senthllkumar ([protected])/service centre, puducherry. He told that the panel board has to be changed. But he never responded. I have registered my complaint before the warranty period. But the service persons making delaying tactic on my issue. Hence kindly intervene on this issue and do the needful.

                    Dear team,
                    Reg: onida ac not working and no response from the service centres.

                    We bought 3 onida acs on 31/07/2017 and one of the unit (Ac) s. No: n#17dg3#013696 has not been working from the day of installation (Issue: no cooling at all). We made a complaint on 06.09.2017 and they told it is because of gas leakage (New ac - why should i get a complain of gas leakage?) and they took more than a month time to visit back for the same issue. The next 2 days again the same problem arisen (No cooling at all) and still have the same issue. No response from onida service centre and they are just disconnecting or avoiding our call.

                    For your information, the ac was bought just 2.5 months back and we still did not use it at all.
                    Kindly take an immediate action to fix the issue once for all.

                    If i am not getting response immediately, i will surely go for consumer court for claiming demurrage

                    Any updates? As of now no action was taken from Onida service centre.
                    The AC was not even used once from the date of purchase and it has been purchased since 2.5 months. Kindly take it as priority and finish the requested task.

                    AC mechanic had come yesterday to visit and they found it seemed to be coil leakage (New AC - when arrived itself it seemed to be manufacture defect). Kindly help us to replace it with new unit instead of coil replacement or repair it.

                      I bought an onida tv from an authorised dealer from kollam, kerala state on sept, 2016 and just after one year it would't working. I booked a complaint through my dealer, after 2 days a techenican came our home and detect its board was comlaint and send it to their office. After two weeks i got any reply from their side, even i enquire about it in the service centre i, did"t get any satisfactory replay. I thought to purchase your product, because of cheap and speedy service facility within kerala. I am very much regretted to say this. Also i request your good self to repair it within the warrenty benefits, because it shows faulty after one year and 20 days itself. Please give these 20 days as grace periods to me.                         Message is regarding the onida tv which we recently purchased on 24th sep order no. Od[protected] we are deeply disappointed with the tv performance and cursing our dession to choose onida, after repeated call to customer care at every alternate day after a week the representative visited home mr. Nagesh, service engineer old alwal he had diagnosed the problem and said it's panel and display got damage might be occured due to transportation. However we informed him to replace the tv s this is brand new one as we don't want to repair the panel tampering the integrity of company fitted assembly requested to pls understand coustmer concern and do the need full.

                        Pls note though every body in my family and friends and colleagues said not to go for onida i only the person has trusted and buyed the led tv inview with the trusted brand. U can under stand the scenario as every body is proving they are right, requested to pls replace the tv and support my decision of buying onida tv. Awated for your response

                          We bought onida 42 fie full hs smart led tv from flipkart in the month of may'17 and one fine day it was not powering on at all. We complained to service center on 20th september and its been more than a month since issue has not been resolved.

                          We have been following up continuously with local team and they are responding that part is still awaited. Different assurances being provided and issue has not been resolved yet. Such kind of pathetic service from onida service center was not expected. Writing in this space so that other consumers are also aware that how pathetic after sales service is being given by onida consumer products.

                            Hi onida team

                            I have a bad experience purchasing onida microwave oven for my mother. I raised a complaint with kannur branch, kerala. Since 2 months they are saying they do not have the part number[protected], a capacitor. They closed the complaint without our consent and raised one 3 weeks back 1710d[protected]. Its surprising that the microwave stopped working exactly just after a year. On top of that part is not available. Did the vendor stop manufacturing?
                            I have been using samsung microwave since 7 years without a single complain. I will never suggest any of my family or friends to get into a trap of onida products. Not only the product is of bad quality but also the customer service is pathetic

                              Its been 50+ days i have raised the service request, i was told my tv would be replaced with the new one.
                              Every time i call them they say it would take 2 more days. This happened for more then 20 times..
                              They made me wait saying my 42fie will be replaced with 43fis and made me wait 30 days. Now they say they can only replace with 42fie.
                              Am extremely sad and i regret for purchasing an onida tv.

                              I visited Onida office MIRC in uppal hyderabad, for 4 constitutive days(11th to 14th October). I submitted my faulty TV with them. they made me wait from morning to evening all the 4 days saying me approval is done issue with billing that will be resolved in 2 hours. am really sic with the responses. now i was said I have to wait till Friday.

                                Please resolved the sound problem of my led model code leo40fky purchased from kalsi electro care jalandhar we have complained this matter to kalsi electro care solution to that problem but they have not entertained the issue

                                The owner of the shop is not taking interest to solve the sound systems of led
                                So i have to complaint to your company to solve the problem of my led it is requested that necessary action be taken against your dealer in jalandhar and prestige of your company will be maintained
                                Please rectified or change the set as it was purchased one month back

                                  Complaint registered on 3rd july 2017 and today is 25th july 2017. Every time i call up on the toll free there reply is that the issue will be resolved in next 48 hrs. I don't know when this 48 hours will end. Really feeling as cheated after buying onida products.

                                  None of the technician or any responsible representative even bothered to call us up and update us on the proceedings. From last couple of weeks we are just following up with customer care and getting updates.

                                  Today one of your cc representative told that if a part is to be replaced then it takes 25 days to get the same resolved. Is this a joke? Your inventory takes these many days just to send 1 small spare part? Your are just fooling customers by these kind of phrases. Do you believe that after this incident we will ever prefer any of onida's product?

                                  The only request from my end is to get my problem resolved also please suggest when ???

                                  Complaint registered on 3rd july 2017 and today is 25th july 2017. Every time i call up on the toll free there reply is that the issue will be resolved in next 48 hrs. I don't know when this 48 hours will end. Really feeling as cheated after buying onida products.

                                  None of the technician or any responsible representative even bothered to call us up and update us on the proceedings. From last couple of weeks we are just following up with customer care and getting updates.

                                  Today one of your cc representative told that if a part is to be replaced then it takes 25 days to get the same resolved. Is this a joke? Your inventory takes these many days just to send 1 small spare part? Your are just fooling customers by these kind of phrases. Do you believe that after this incident we will ever prefer any of onida's product?

                                  The only request from my end is to get my problem resolved also please suggest when ???

                                  Please suggest how to file a case against onida for not serving on time with in warranty of any product and giving fake promises on every call.

                                  Now Today they are saying the Complaint has been closed and still we are waiting for the repair to be done.
                                  Kindly Suggest what should be done now as I want to file this case against the Company with proper procedures so that from next time no one else could face these kind of issues.

                                    We have complaint flipkart 10 times but there is no response. This oven is 15 days old and is sparking. They are not helpi g us out in anyway. This is causing us a lot of trouble and bad experince. Kindly help us. We have already registered complaints 10 times. We do not have any reponse from flipkart. We already have ordered the wrong product as it was mentioned on my smart price as a microwave oven but i was a grill one. And flipkart says that it is not responsilbe for it. Ok leave that part. Atleast help us with the genuine issuse. We had 2 technicians from flipkart that too after 10 days of recieving the product. They came for demo and told us that the oven is sparking and they will come back. But they did not return even after so many complains. We request you to check the number of times we have registered the complaints.

                                      I have a 32"onida led tv. I am writing this to compalin of the horrible customer service and almost fraudulent behavior on the part of ondia's authorised service center in shibpur, howrah called"om sales & service"as well ondia's customer care cell.

                                      My original complaint was booked on 1st september with docket no.: 1709g[protected]. The technician, mr. Raja, visited my house on 4th september and reported that the main board for the tv needs to be replaced. He promised a 4-7 working day waiting time. On this basis we agreed to pay him an advance of rs. 850 which he said will be cut from the total cost of the main board.

                                      We did not receive any further communication from the service center. On 4th october we called the technician who told us to call the service center in question. On calling the service center we were told that there is no time frame for delivering the main board, that other customers ahead o[censored]s are waiting for the same replacement part for over 1 year. We were told that the replacement for us can take any indefinite amount of time. We protested that we were earlier informed that it will only take 4-7 working days by the technician to which he said he does not care what we were told and"do whatever you want".

                                      On the same day, i dialled onida customer care number. I was informed that my pending docket had actually been closed by the service center in question and they reported that the replacement part had been installed! I explained the matter to the customer care executive who assured me that the replacement will be made in 1 week and gave me a docket number 10710g[protected].

                                      Yesterday (13th october) i called the customer care cell again to check on the progress of the matter. I spoke with one sunanda yadav, she told me that it will take 1 month for the replacement part to arrive. She refused to listen regarding previous promises made to me by your serivce center and customer care cell and upon asking for speaking with the manager and to be provided the escalation team's email address she told me"there is no escalation team or any other responsible authority in onida, you have to deal directly with the service center and accept whatever they are saying". I called again to speak with a different customer care executive who gave me a false email address which doesn't exist!

                                      In sum, the company's authorised service centre has taken money from me on patently false promises, backtracked on their word, forwarded a false report and closed my comaint without providing me tbe service and parts i paid for, the customer service executive repeatdedly lied and gave me false information and refused to connect me with reaponsible authority in the company.

                                      Please advice me on how to take this matter further.

                                        Led screen not repaired by onida service provider under warranty period

                                        Still it is pending from 2 months and i am right now frusted from retail shubham electronics in ghatkopar west. Contact no. Of shubham electronics ghatkopar-[protected]

                                        It is pending from 2 month before it is in warranty period.

                                        Still they are telling part is not avaiable, and retailer and company store person are not answering the call.
