I have bought let tv but it stopped working just in 4 month. I have raised a complain '1709e[protected]' on 8 aug, 2017. Its been more then one month but issue not resolved. Customer care said the have to change some part and it is not available and they are waiting for that. They are repeating same thing again and again while fallowing up. This is really pathetic. I such case when part is not available the should change the product.

    I purchased onida ac on 12th march 2016. First time cooling issue occurred due to gas leakage around 6 months after date of purchase. Now again the same problem has occurred on 9th october 2017 and i have been calling customer care for the same. Now my product is 6 months out of warranty and again cooling is not happening at all. This is embarrassing for me and i have lost trust with onida. This is second time happening in the last 1 year and onida must replace the product or refund all my money.

    I have escalated to customer care but onida executive told me that they could not fix the issue without money as my product is 6 months out of warranty. What a cheap response from onida.

    Looking forward for your help and intervention.

      Recently i bought onida android tv from flipkart. After one month remote not working properly then i informed to service people and got another remote after one month. That remote also not working now a days (Menu and channel change button not working). Before one month my tv screen displayed as empty then i registered the complaint to customer care. Almost one month gone but still i did not get new panel for my tv, daily i am calling to madurai onida service people. Everyday i am calling to service center, they are telling story. Upto now i did not get proper response from them, i am very frustrated due to this. It is the new tv, i bought recently. When this issue will be resolved? Otherwise refund my money or change the tv. Please give proper update as soon as possible.

      Note : customer care peoples also redirecting to service center only, but no proper response from them. Please kindly resolve that issue as soon possible.

      Problems :-

      1. Tv panel (Android tv display showing black screen)
      2. Remote (Two buttons not working)

        This is pradosh pednekar (Complain registered [protected]) i purchased washing machine onida wo60tspln1 from flipkart on 15 oct 2015, now suddenly it started giving me prob so i called onida customer care support they sent the technician person on 11 august 2017 he said it is problem with display pbc and have to replace that part and might take 10 days, but its been a more than a month now no technician has visited for replacement and whenever i give a call to customer care support they dont have any answer and provide me some number when i dial those nobody picks up the call.
        I dont know whats wrong.

        I am facing lots of problem because my washing machine which is not working

          Bought onida fully automatic washing machine in jan 2015.in may 2017 its button panel stopped working. Did numerous calls to customer care. Dont pick up or place calls on hold or hang up. Wasted so much energy and time. Finally the technician came. But the panel was not available in my city so another 10 days went waiting for it to come from mumbai. Later when it was available changed it for rs 3500 plus gave 550 rs service charge twice.

          In sept again the button panel stopped working. Again the same process. Had to call so-so many times that i lost count. Later the technician said pay 3500 again for new one. We told him you yourself has changed this button panel 3 months ago. Why will we pay this heavy amt again? We had not kept the receipt thinking it wont be needed.
          We asked the technician to give us a copy of our bill paid in may. He refused blatantly. He said he wond provide us with the copy.

          Thereafter we called customer care again. Explained the problem. They said they will ask the technician to replce our button panel without charge. But then onwards the customer care also dont pick our call neither the technician.

          We sent emails to onida on 1 st oct. Reminder mail again. But no reply. We tried calling corporate office. But again noone attends the call.

          Now sir for a 12000 rs machine we have already paid rd 4500 once in may and dont want to pay this much amount again and ahain every 3 months. The machine is not even 3 years old.

          We are very much harassed by onida. There is a limit to everything. Onida doesnt pay attention to the customers and dont give after sales service at all. Worst decision to buy electronics from onida.

          Now what we should do?

            I have bought one 24" led tv in may 2016 and warranty period of same had completed. Now same is not working, ie exactely completed warranty period. We were believed in quality of onida brand. Now we came to know that compared to other brand onida is not good.

            Onida service person has checked the complaint and now for repairing the same inr 7, 700/- is required. Original price of the tv was inr 12, 500/-.

            Is onida making tvs for the use of one year only?

            Please try to make quality product not for making profit. Also to fullfil customer satisafaction.

              Dear sir/ mam, i have purchased fully automatic washing machine on oct 2015.
              My registered mobile no is -[protected].
              After switching on the machine there is a problem with water inlet. Water is not coming inside the drum for washing. So that i have raised a complaint on 29/09/17. Complaint no - [protected].
              Till now it hasn't been resolved.
              On 4/10/17 a engineer called with mob - [protected] and said he will attend the problem on 05/10, still he didn't came and attended the problem. Based on his confirmation i have taken half day leave with loss of wage who is responsible for this? Whether onida going to pay for this?
              This is totally unfair, it has been past a week yet problem not resolved.
              Pl inform to whom i have to contact further and how many days i need wait?

                Product complaint was registered on call. Then engineer came after 10 days and took photo of tv and said will send another engineer. They did not gave complaint number. After calling call centre number, they told they will revert back to us. But again i called them for complaint number. Then they gave me number. Complaint id: [protected]. Feedup of their service. Its been a month still no responding.

                    I had purchased a onida tv on 28th september and i was promised by customer care that it will be installed by 30th september.
                    Customer care are very rude and they are not responsive at all. Every time they made false promise and when i asked about complain for customer care then they replied, we do not know about this.

                      I want to draw ur kind attention to my prob. I bought an onida window ac model no.-w518uva2/ 2009. It has been out of warranty. Now my ac is not working.in spite of frequent request a mechanic from your end came and told me to change the compressor. It is difficult now to change without through investigation on our product. Pl. Send a n expert to find out the real problem. But the mechanic who had come was not well trained. When i went to the dealer who, is responsible for filing complaints and act through trained onida technicians never gave me satisfatory answers to our problem be solved.

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        This is in reference to the air conditioner i purchased ratna fan house, t-nagar, chennai on (Date). The day the air-conditioner was installed it was in the working condition. On the mid of march we faced the problem with the air conditioner and called to the service center in chennai and raised the complaint call (Job no: [protected]).

                        The service mechanic came and checked for the cause of the problem. The pcb of the outdoor machine was short circuited and mr. Bharat the service center contact person told that they ordered for the pcb and it will take 14 days to resolve this issue. We patiently waited for more than a month and after several follow up with service center ac mechanic came and tired to replace the pcb. The mechanic told that they supplied a wrong pcb model and asked for more time to again order new pcb. Even though it was the summer time we gave time to resolve the issue.

                        After few month the mechanic came and tried to replace the pcb which ordered for 2nd time (More than 6 months of waiting period). The mechanic failed again with the wrong pcb model. The mechanic noted the pcb model when he came for repair twice.in addition we send the photo of pcb model number through whatsapp to mr. Karuna and mr. Bharat.

                        None of them came back. After 6 months of time mr karuna gave mr rupanesh number for escalating this issue. But mr. Rupesh gave the worst response and he told that this is not his mistake and company's mistake is not his problem, (He replied in arrogance voice)

                        Finally the service center representative mr. Bharat told that they stopped this model and spare parts not available for this model, so he told me to give 30% discount on the purchase of next new onida ac and also he can resale the old ondia ac and give us the money.

                        I am writing to complaint that i am not interested in this fake promise because if purchase also their service is worst and i demand a new ac from ondia since i was waiting for more than 6 months also i need 10 times of the onida ac amount as compensation for not giving respect and made us suffer this long time.

                          I have registered my complaint of my washing machine on onida / mirc electronics by toll free telephone number on the dated : 21.07.2017 and my complaint registration no. Is 1708h[protected]Ashley george).

                          1st time one person named mr. Jatashankar ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]) came to my place and check my washing machine and repair it temporarily and told us the loose connections is there i have repaired it and he left from my place, and after that day we have try to start that my washing machine but it was not working so i had recall to that person so many time hi constantly told me i am coming today, i am coming today, today i have face an accident bla bla bla and he avoid me, after few days he came again and check washing machine again and told me that this machines power supply problem is there i have to keep power supply with me at my service center and i will be back after repair this power supply i told him to take power supply and repair it and back soon, he took that power supply and after my so many calls he came back and after fix that power supply in to machine he told me we have to ask to company store to send this power supply panel after your machine will work again,
                          Within this exercise i contacted directly to onida mumbai office to mr. Satish bhoyar ([protected]) i will regularly contact him and he will forward me to ahmedabad his company person mr. Vijay tank ([protected]), whenever i talk with mr. Vijay tank he will pass on me to mr. Satish bhoyar and when i talk with mr. Satish bhoyar he told me to wait i will talk to mr. Vijay tank, this kind of behavior i am facing from 21.07.2017 to as of now and we are not able to use our expensive fully automatic washing machine.

                          I don't know after my this step how they deal with me and how the solve my washing machine problem?

                          Kindly you people look in to this matter and solve it as soon as possible kindly request to company to exchange with same or similer model or refund my amount.

                            This is issue regarding my onida ws65wlpt1lr lilliput semi automatic top loading washing machine. I purchased wm on 27 january 2017 after 7 month my washing machine is not working properly and i raised complain regarding the same on september 4, 2017, over call on your customer service after two weeks one o[censored]r executive visit our home and check the machine and told us wm conjustor is not working, need to change, today 19th september 2017 i again called your head office customer care number then one of your executive tell me, our number is not reachable as per engineer who visit at our home last week, and she (Head office executive) also don't know visit already done and problem also not updated their system. Here i have one question from you guys what kind of service you provide us. Even you are not capable to give correct information. What can we expect from. You guys.

                            It is saddest state of affairs that onida being such a big & reputed company does not resolved the problem of the customers. Company is loosing the reputation in the eyes of public.

                            I am very much dissatisfied with the service from onida. Now i am afraid of my wm. It is very strange to say that products like onida is not responding the complaint for 15 days what can be expected. This is my experience from bottom to top. Again i wish and expect to resolve the issue soon.

                            I have purchase this product from Flip kart on 20th July and it was working properly. I have observed there are one white spot on the screen above ONIDA logo .

                            Request you to please arrange a technician to check and fix this issue, as I don't want any further problems with my TV.

                              My onida washing machine, which is under a warranty period is not working since the last month.

                              I have lodged a complaint at the onida customer centre on august 14, 2017 and was given complaint no. 1708f[protected]
                              On august 18, mr. Edwin came and checked the machine. He took out the pcb since it was not working and carried it with him for necessary replacement of the part.

                              After 3 weeks of no response from your side, i called up your customer centre on september 8. A new complaint no [protected] was registered for the same problem that day by ms. Khushboo.

                              Frustrated by no response from your side i called up again on september 14, exactly 1 month since my original complaint. I could speak to a senior named ms archana who assured me that she would follow up on my behalf and the part would be made available within 48 hours ie by september 16.

                              Today is september 19. Still no response from your side. I have called up at least 10 times. Your team refuses to give me a proper response. Ms. Archana has neither spoken to me nor returned my call today.

                              Requsting you to please help me get my washing machine up and running at the earliest

It has stopped working since 1 month and i made a complaint with onida service (Customer support). Initially they said it will take 10 days to get the service done as they need to replace a part.                                   The television is not working since 6 months. I have approached the service center and also the showroom where i purchased. No response from onida mysore service center. (Is your service that worst, not responding to customer calls). The showroom persons checked it thrice and not resolved yet.
                                  At present the television at onida service center in mysore. It is around 20 days. You onida, or the showroom persons got the money product is sold. Now i m facing the problem. Only we hear the sound, picture is not displaying.
                                  Warranty still exists. Kindly let me is onida that worst giving a duplcate item or scrap item to customer. I feel shame on onida.

                                  Rectify the issue if you are really capable. Else give me my money back, or replace with other product.

                                      I bought an onida 11/2 ton split ac on 26/6/2016 from the shop 'aircool, sector 10, noida.
                                      1. First complaint made on 25th may 2017 to the call center. Comp no 1703e[protected]. The complaint was attended by an engineer on 29th may & he said that the gas had to be recharged. After 6 weeks of no response, calls were made to mr. Surender kumar, the service station incharge, gaziabad. He sent someone called farman to attend the fault. According to farman, the part that controls the panel of the ac needed to be changed. He took the old part and on repeated calls to mr. Surender, we were told that the part had not arrived.
                                      On 25th jun 2017 another complaint was lodged as the earlier one was not resolved. Complaint no 1706e[protected]. Farman came once again with the part to be changed and on checking the ac said that actually it was also the thermostat that had to be changed and he would be back in a day with the part.
                                      It has been over 4 months since the first complaint.
                                      I even got in touch with mr. Mohammad adil, onida ac regional incharge & now even he doesn't take my calls..
                                      In between we made some more complaints. No: 1703h[protected] / 1706h[protected].
                                      Now i am told that the complaints were cancelled. How is that possible when my ac is lying dismantled since may 2017
                                      I am appealing to all the concerned departments to get this resolved.
                                      It has been a horrible experience with onida and incase even this complaint is not resolved, i will go to consumer court.
                                      Incase you cannot get the ac running again, give me a refund or replace the ac.
                                      Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My Washing Machine caught fire last night and it was so horrible that my entire house was about to cought fire due such machine fault. i am sharing some of the photographs of such incident and i also want some quick response from onida against my complaint.giba
                                      TV screen is not working within the second month of buying and no response from company

                                        I have purchased the washing machine onida wo60tspln1/order id od[protected] via online. The machine is under the warranty period. I have called and register the complaint regarding dis functioning of this machine on 11 july 2017 to customare care, from then onwards multiple tecchnician came to my home, took the information about my product and note down something and they never came back. I tried calling your customer care multiple times, they register the complaint and no action. Last month one of your technician came and told that assembly is not working properly so he replaced that, still sound is coming from the machine, then he told that motor is not working properly. I dont know how such a big company like onida hired such a useless technician who dont know about the product. It took 3 months to replace a single item and that too was not defective. Probably you will take around another few months to replace another part, disgusting and unprofessional service from onida due to which i am not able to use it for what purpose it meant to be. Please resolve this asap.
