My name is madhubabu. Ch and i am from lucknow. I had purchased splendor 60 washing machine in the month of nov 2016 from flipkart and it has 2years warranty. I am facing an issue with drying of clothes and raised a complaint in the month of april 17 and your technical team has visited and confirmed that the issue is due to suspension jacks and they told it will be changed with in 15days. Now 4months completed and i am following up regularly with mr. Ajay singh (Lucknow coordinator) [protected] and they are telling next week and next week. By the same word 4 months passed away till no action from your end. I had contacted mr. Satish dhoyar (Wahing machineproduct head) and his contact number is [protected] and he is telling parts are out of stock and he has to remove and replace the part from another machine. My questions are as follows

1. Why they are selling your products when parts are not available.?

2. Why they are providing the warranty to products when you can’t repair in time?

I don’t know the management contact details right now and hence i am posting this everywhere in the media because my patience has been exhausted from last 4months and facing problem in washing of clothes and i don’t want to keep false good reputation of onida in the market. I am filing a consumer case on onida soon and i will get my refund or repair by their judgement. Meanwhile i am requesting to solve the issue if possible or kindly provide me the contact details of respected department where this issue will solve immediately.

I don’t know where to contact because onida website is not providing any genuine details and hence i am forwarding to all. Please forward to concerned department to resolve.

I have Onida colour TV model number 21 IQ and I don't have remote at present so I want to know remote control serial number for buy new remote.

    We had purchased onida led leo 40 fain television.

    Remote for the same is not working. We had done complain. The mr. Kausik (Technician) who visited told you would get replaced remote. Then its been 15 days and no reply. Then he gave number of mr. Zoheb and the personis not caring to even reply phone call. My contact number [protected]

      Hi team,

      I have purchased onida front load washing machine on 19th feb-2016 (Invoice attached for reference).

      I would like to bring to your notice that, i have raised my machine breakdown request on 8th july-2017 via onida customer care number[protected]. They provided me complaint number - 1707h[protected]

      After 2 days, onida service representative visited by house to attend the complain. He had checked the machine and concluded that pcb of machine got faulty due to which it was not working. Service executive took all details of machine and taken a snapshot of machine model number and asked me to provide invoice copy to mr. R. K soni (Dealer lucknow) via whatsapp.

      I have provided my invoice bill copy to mr. R. K. Soni (Dealer of lucknow) - +91-[protected] via whatsapp. As per him, the defected part replacement request was generated by him and new part was expected to deliver in lucknow by 7-10 working days.

      After 10 days, i called back to mr. Soni, he informed me that due to some miscommunication, some wrong model pcb came, hence he again generated replacement with onida and confirmed me that it will be surely doen by next 4-5 days.

      After 5 days, i called him again for knowing the status, he was not able to provide me the status and asked me to call mr. Ajay (Sales head lucknow) - +91-[protected]. When i called him, he commited me that part will be installed nu next 4-5 days. After 5 days, when i again called him, he told me that by mistake again wrong part was shipped and it will take another 7 days.

      After 7 days, when i called him, he told me that business team is not approving the part (Which i totally didn't understood as my machine is under warranty) and provided me number of onida business head - mr. Satish (+91-[protected]).

      I called mr. Satish to know my complaint status. He told me to provide my complaint number via sms. He didn't gave me a callback.

      I again called him after 4 hours. He told me that part will be delivered to lucknow on 23-24 aug-2017. I requested him to deliver the same at the earliest as it has been more than a month time. He told me to wait for provided time and disconnected my call.

      I once again called him on 19th aug-2017 to reconfirm if part has been dispatched. He told me it will be delivered by 27-28th aug-2017 and talked very rudely and told me not to call again and again.

      I would like to being to your notice that, this type of behavior and service was not expected by such a reputed brand. I will not buy any onida product from now and will not recommended anyone to buy onida product.

      Your dealers, executives, sales head and business head are not concerned about customer experience. They just shout at customers for no reason and not able to deliver and provide service on time.

      I even tried to call customer care, they told me that my number has been forwarded to escalation dept and they will give me a callback. But till date, i have not received a single callback even after multiple followups my issue is not resolved.

      Now, i really don't know if my issue will be resolved or not, as already 1.5 months has passed and no resolution received.

        Respected sir,
        Subject:onida washing machine service

        1. I would like to enlist your help in sorting out my complaint regarding poor service in attendance to my complaint. I had lodged a complaint with onida customer care first on 13 june 2017 for fault in functioning of my newly bought washing machine splendor 60.

        2. I am sorry to state that the technician who attended the service complaint said that the fault was with uneven flooring of my house which is ridiculous.

        3. Many follow up regarding the same has not brought any fruitful result except that about a month and half back a technician took away a faulty part and said he would replace it and that it would take 3weeks time since the spare part had to come from mumbai. No further action has been taken regarding this.

        I have been without the service of my washing machine since june 13th. I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and arrange for a replacement of the washing machine splendor 60.
        I have been in contact with mrs. Vanitha at the customer care who provided me with this email id and also your mobile number ([protected]) which turned out to be a wrong number.
        Below are the details of my invoice number and complaint number registered one and a half month back.

          My father-in-law bought an onida 50"led tv (Model leo50frz400) two years ago from nandilath g-mart (Kannur) for a pretty reasonable price. (~ rs 47000).

          The tv went bust"immediately" after the warranty period, i. E., it will not even switch on now. We tried contacting onida for advice but they aren't showing any interest in fixing it or offering support. Instead we got a letter from onida trying to justify that it can never be their product's fault.

          On checking with a few external tv repair centers we have been advised two things:
          1. Firstly, in today's world, onida should be your last choice when it comes to buying tvs. There was a time when they were good but now their tv products are sub-standard
          2. Fixing our onida tv will cost quite close to what it would cost to buy a new led tv

          I live abroad and have been using an lg (Lcd) tv for 10 years now and it is still working brilliantly well - even with very heavy use.

          In this era of consumer power, it is worrying how companies like onida can still take us for a ride. The fact that the product worked for only the duration of the warranty is suspicious.

          My father-in-law is retired and invested a good sum from his savings on this product. Now he gets sleepless nights thinking about this.

          I expect onida to either fix the tv (With a further warranty) or provide a full refund

            Bought an inv18gdr from kohinoor last weekend. Why would you, for a product that costs rs.46, 990, not provide a 3-pin plug along with the insanely short electrical cord? How do you expect your customer to connect the cord to a socket without the plug? Can even mr. Gulu mirchandani or mr. Vijay mansukhani put a cord into a socket without a proper plug attached to it? If they have engineered a way to do this, please share it with your customers too! Just take an extra rs.100 but provide the stupid plug! Other brands provide it.
            Also, when your ac has a water outlet, why won't you provide the outlet pipe along with the accessories? Simply unfathomable to my understanding. And then your installation person will charge me irrational sums for all these "extras" with the audacity to say that if i don't want to pay tax, i should pay by cash & not ask for a bill. Please delete the values & mission page on your website. Cz this shows you have none! The mirc fraud of 2010 seems to have taught you guys nothing at all!

              I havent had a resolution to this yet and customer care is not attending to my calls - they are hanging up the calls and not attending to my complaints and also not escalating the issue.

              Its for a washing machine with malfunctioning spinner motor and leakage to the motor. I am not able to use my new washing machine for close to two months - if you don't have a part available, replace my washing machine with a new one.

                I had purchased 50 inch onida tv in nov 15. The panel of tv are under warranty for two years. I have registered the complaint on 04/08/17. Till date the company could not able to provide the replacement of panel.

                I am not getting the contact number of onida official person. The customer care is saying that they don't have such number. Even service centre are also replying the same.

                  My onida washing machine started giving trouble in feb, 17. I made online compliant then. I got a thank you message without any compliant id. I again complained on 1/5/17. No complaint number again. But some united home services person attended on 4/5/17. They took rs. 4500/- in advance from me. He took the machine to their workshop. They returned it on 4/7/17, without testing. When i tried to use it, it did not work properly. I again complained about it. A mechanic came to attend and told me that some pressure senser has gone bad and would cost me rs. 1600/-. I said i would pay after the machine works. But it did not work with new part. Then they repaired the pcb. Still no use. It is now almost 4 months and i am washing manually, thanks to them. They say some part did not come from the onida company. Can consumer forum help me with this issue please!

                    We had raise a complaint for gas leak in ac on 15th jun and till now no there is no redressal on the issue. We have opted for annual manitenance contract to get a timely resolution for such issues. Your engineer visited on 29th june and said that he wil get it refilled but since then there has been no visit even after continuous calls and reminders

                      मैं रवि जैन मैंने 30 जून को एक कम्प्लें फाइल किया था ओनिडा टीवी के पार्ट्स के लिये – कम्प्लें नंबर – 170H[protected] जिसका आज दिनांक तक कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुआ l मैंने आपने तरफ से बहुत कोशिश की, जुलाई महीने मे मैंने[protected] इस नंबर पे 4 – 5 बार बात की उन्होंने बताया की G.S.T के कारण मदरबोर्ड (टीवी का पार्ट) कंपनी से ही नहीं आ पा रहा और हर बार मुझे 10 दिन इंतजार करने को कहा गया l थक हार के मैंने अगस्त के महीने मे ओनिडा कस्टमर केयर हेल्पलाइन[protected] मे 10 बार से भी ज्यादा फ़ोन लगाया l जिसमे मुझे पहले तो ये कहा गया की पार्ट्स नहीं है और फिर जब मैंने कहा की हायर अथॉरिटी से बात कराइए तो उन्होंने कहा की यहाँ से हम कॉल ट्रान्सफर नहीं कर सकते पर आपको हमारे हायर अथॉरिटी का कॉल आ जायेगा पर आज दिनक तक कोई कॉल नहीं आया l फिर 10 अगस्त 2017 से मुझे कहा गया की पार्ट्स मिल गया है और 15 अगस्त को हमारा आदमी पार्ट्स ले कर आपके पास पहुच जायेगा l मैंने 12 और 13 अगस्त को फिर फ़ोन लगा के कन्फर्म किया तब भी मुझे यही बोला गया की 15 अगस्त को पार्ट्स ले कर हमारा आदमी आ जायेगा l आज 14 अगस्त को मैंने फिर से कस्टमर केयर मे फ़ोन लाया तब मिस प्रियंका ने कॉल रिसीव किया और मुझे बताया की आपका स्टेटस पेंडिंग दिखा रहा है l फिर मैंने ओंडिया हेड ऑफिस कॉल किया[protected] उनको पूरी बात बताई उन्होंने मुझसे 4 दिन और वेट करने को कहा l
                      ये तो हुई पूरी बात जो मैंने अब आपके मेल मे भी डाल दिया है l
                      मैंने आपने दोनों नंबर [protected], [protected] से आपको फ़ोन किया जिसका मेरे पास पूरा कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग है आपके पास भी होगा चेक कर लीजियेगा l
                      ओनिडा जैसे बड़ी कंपनी अगर अपने कस्टमर को एक छोटा सा पार्ट्स नहीं अर्रंज करा सकती, तो क्या फ़ायदा हमे आपका प्रोडक्ट ले कर l अगर ओनिडा जैसी कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर ऑपरेटर ही झूठ बोलेंगे तो कहा जायेगा कस्टमर l 1 ½ महिना से एक छोटा सा पार्ट्स आप लोग अर्रंज नहीं करा सकते और झूट भी बोलते है तो कस्टमर कंसुमेर फोरम क्यूँ न जाये...??
                      आपने मुझसे 4 दिन का समय मंगा है मैं 4 दिन और वेट कर रहा हु पाचवा दिन मे कंसुमेर फॉर्म मे केस करा दूंगा आपलोगों ने मेरे पास कोई और आप्शन छोड़ा भी नहीं है l मेरे पास सभी कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग भी है जैसे 11/08/2017 को मैंने 17:43 बजे [protected] इस नंबर पर 8:37 मिनट्स बात की थी और आज 14/08/2017 मैंने ओनिडा हेड ऑफिस मे [protected] इस नंबर पे 4:14बजे 20:22 मिनट्स बात की l

                        Hi purchased onida tv 2years back online. All was going smooth until june 1st week 2017 un expectedly half of the display was not functioning normal.. Called onida customer care they sent mr murli (Bangalore) he came and told it will cost 8k and toke the tv with him. It's been almost 2 months now tv is not ready and he saying to exchange the tv nor pay 5k for the service and take our tv.. While taking 65% the tv was functioning..!! Murli doesn't atten the call now a days..

                          I have purchased onida ac in 2016 april from girias hrbr layout. First of all the installation was not done properly, the guy who had come was not sure about installation but somehow he did it but the water outlet pipe he just did not fix and just kept it down. After that we started using this ac and used it for hardly 15 days. And then we used it once again in 2017 march but to my surprise it did not work. Then i called onida customer care and they informed me that the wiring was not proper, they did something and then it started working. We use it for another 20 days and after that once again 2 days before. And then i had to call onida person to check this error. He came and informed me that mother board is burnt. This ac is one year old hardly used and on top of that it is inverter a. C. How come the power fluctuations could harm this. Moreover my building is secured for such issues. The onida guy said that wiring was not done properly and a single wire should have been used. Now i am just requesting one thing please take back this a. C. And give me a good product. From where will i get 12000 to replace this mother board? I am feeling cheated.

I have been following up with your onida customer care for for than two month now to fix an issue in my washing machine which is under warranty. I have already unreeled the problem so many times to customer care executive, still don’t mind to summarize here again:

                              Please co-operate me for my problem. I purchase onida led tv @ rs. 36000/- in nov 2015. There was automatically display gone on this tv in last week. I clear my tv loan after 1 year. & your executive tells us there is a problem of pannel. We should pay at least 25000/- for solve this problem. We cant afford this price. I think its my mistake to take onida tv. Other companies tv gives us 5 years warranty. But we choose onida because of trusted name. This is our big mistake onida

                                I ordered onida smart tv which will have inbuild adapter to adjust power fluctuation. But actual product delivered do not have that feature. Also delivery is late by 4 days.
                                Reason for late delivery was gst no was not with shop owner still he took order from me with full payment on the spot which is again another crime.

                                I want onida company/shop to take their order back and refund me the amount or provide me ups device free of cost.

                                  Smart tv not working since 2 months

                                  I had purchased a new tv on 04th of june 2017. It suddenly stopped working on 09th of june 2017. I had logged complaint for replacement in onida service center because your technical team is not able to resolve this issue and they are not responding to my complaint or not giving any positive approach toward this issue.
                                  Every time i call them i receive same response that “sir kal krta hu” (Ill resolve this issue by tomorrow). This is worst ever consumer service i had in my entire life.
                                  Kindly look into this & respond to me in 2 days or otherwise i have to log a complaint against onida in consumer court.

                                    I am writing this on frustration. I have been following up with your onida customer care for for than two month now to fix an issue in my washing machine which is under warranty. I have already unreeled the problem so many times to customer care executive, still don’t mind to summarize here again:

                                    1. Water entry problem in the machine (Model no. Onida wo60tspln1 5.8 kg fully automatic top loading washing machine)
                                    2. Called onida customer care service.[protected]
                                    3. A technician surveys the problem – his mobile no. Is +91-[protected].
                                    4. He leaves giving a fake promise that he will attend the problem in a couple of days.
                                    5. You guessed right – he didn’t return at all.
                                    6. When i called his manager (Mobile no. +91-[protected]), he didn’t answer the call (At least 10 times).
                                    7. I called your customer care service (Yes, back to square one!) to get another fake promise that my problem will be soon resolved.

                                    I am living in chennai where i get more than 10 brands of competitive machines. Still, (Unfortunately) i chose onida because i (Wrongly) believed any problem will be dealt with some basic care.

                                    Realizing my mistake now, i demand a new washing machine as a replacement or equal money, as the machine is still under warranty. You have thrust me to a resolution that i should never ever buy an onida product! Good job service team!

                                      I bought a brand new onida led tv model leo50fiab2, serial no leo50fiab2#17c04#001881, on 22.06.2017 at mysore mahavir distributor through their bill no.6140. From the date it was bought it is not performing as expected and i had to make three complaints through call centres, but no satisfactory solution is provided. 4th time, your person from customer care came for inspection and declared that there is a physical damage. I am astonished and taken aback as i have not lifted or moved from the place it was installed. How the set can stop working when i have not moved it. I have paid a huge amount from my savings and it is a irreparable loss to me unless it is replaced. The set has percolated manufacturing or some other defect at you end and thereafter it is installed with us without correcting the defect. Therefore, i request you to replace the said tv set with the new one with good working condition without loss of time.

                                      Bought a Onida TV through flipkart but its remote is not working and for the same i am not able to find any valid contact or email address. Both the email and contact numbers floating http://www.onida.com/contact-us and flipkart.com are invalid.

                                        I have brought the onida tv on 13th july 2016 and it worked till 23rd april 17 but suddenly it stopped.
                                        1st complaint - 25th april[protected]a[protected]
                                        Technician was came and he found issue in panel. He told that panel need to replace and panel has been replaced by service center but damaged panel replaced with old panel instead of new. After few day i again found issue in desplay as spreading reddish color from both side to center.
                                        2nd complaint - (1706a[protected]th june
                                        -complain was closed without resolving the issue even not informed to me.
                                        3rd complaint - 27-june-17 (1706a[protected]
                                        -still not resolved.
                                        I want to refund my money otherwise replace the whole tv with new one.
