Onida has not sent an executive for the installation and demo of the microwave we have purchased recently.

I have posted a separate comment but an # by name ajay saxena (Not sure if its his original name) has contacted me, tried trapping me by asking my account number, debit card number, expiry date & cvv number. I have not shared the cvv but everything except that.

My question is whether he is really an onida employee? He gave his email address as [protected]@onida.com which is a fake email address.

I have already filed a police complaint against him and an FIR has been taken at Hyderabad Police Station. he will be caught at any time.

I bought ONIDA AC on DEC-2017, when the first day o[censored]sing i noticed water leakage in ac unit and no one responding on this. I raised so many complaints but no action from them. Please solve this issue.

    I bought a onida led leo24hb/2016 from trichy mangal and mangal shop on 09/07/2017. After 3 days on 12/07/2017 the technician called from his mob no. [protected] and came to home. He is very rude in behaviour, very bad nature and very bad service.
    He took photo of led and he refused to fix on wall as per our wish. And he went without fixing on wall.
    I didnt expect these much poor service from onida.
    Improve your customer service and dont allow those type technicians in your company.

      I have made requests for a new adopter for my 22" lcd tv as i could not found it in any of nearby stores. On my complaint the customer care used to call and check if my problem solved. But never they assured to provide new adopter.

      I want phone number or email id of their higher authority to inform them that how their customer care is working and giving bad name to this one of the reputed brand in india in home appliances.

            I own a semi automatic 7 kg washing machine of Onida brand. A month back the spinner motor stopped working so I logged a service request with Onida. The Onida representative came and suggested to get the buffer and motor replaced. We agreed and got it replaced. It's not even a week now and the spinner motor has stopped working again. The same representative visited again and said that I will have to again get the motor replaced and also pay for it. I feel cheated by this behaviour from Onida representative (Sandeep).
            I have written about this incident on Onida's support page. Hoping to get some positive response and action from their end.

              This complaint is regarding onida 1tone window which was covered under amc on 12/04/17 to 11/04/19 (Two years warranty), due to some technical problem in my ac, i called onida customer care with complaint no 1704h[protected] on 25 april2017 but such a poor service and careless attitude no complaint was attended in spite of giving so many reminders, then again i called customer care they provided me with another complaint no 1705h[protected] on 3rd may 2017, such a big frustration from customer point of view to wait again for the complaint to be resolved.
              After waiting for so many days, calling again and again but as usual no response my complaint remains got unattended. Then finally i called mr. Praveen (North in charge) with mobile no-[protected], he told me that onida has stopped doing amc services for window ac, this is something worst for me to hear from him, firstly waiting for so many days no complaint attended and then saying amc was not valid
              I ask onida officials when amc was stopped from onida, then why such amc was done by taking money from me or befouling me wasting my time and money.
              He took me on line with mr. Yogesh (Rl air conditioner), azadpur with no-[protected], [protected] and asked for such amc done, he told mr. Praveen that he will refund the money back within few days, he is such a careless person with no money refunded to me, almost 2 months have gone, then i called mr. Praveen twice and thrice to call mr. Yogesh to refund my money back to me, so that i can get my ac repaired with my own expenses, yesterday and day before yesterday also i called mr. Praveen for my status, some other person mr. Rajesh attended my call and said your matter is still pending, no exact status is there.
              Please take a strict action against such fraudsters who cheat customers with their money

              If some action is not taken in-spite of giving so many reminders, then i have to move this case in consumer court.

                I am complaining second time for my washing machine. My washing machine drier is not working since may 2017. Evevn after complaining service has not been done properly. Service engineer came during may but was not able to correct it. He promised me to do it again. But still i am waiting for him. Onida company is known for its good products and service. But i am not getting the service. Please correct it as soon as possible. Thank you

                  This is reference with a new ac which we purchased on 28 april 2017. We bought the ac from usha stores in margao goa and since then we have had to call technicians 4 times to repair the same.
                  The issue is that the ac does not cool as ice is forming inside due to less gas. The last visit from the technician included filling in required gas however, the problem has started for the 5th time.
                  We tried calling the call center no. However, the agent said he would send the technicican and when told that the ac needs to be replaced he hung up. On calling the agent the second time, he heard my voice and hung up again.

                  Request assistance as the customer, my mother is 70 years old and this problem is causing her stress and mental harassment.

                    Hi team.
                    This is cinthu from chennai. We bought a onida 1.5 tonnes inverter ac a year back that is on 6/1/2016. But we are continuously facing problem till now it was taken to service for 5 times. Onida is not customer pride it's customers sad.in my house we are using three ac of other brand till now didn't encounter any problem with that sets. But onida is a big problem. Need some higher official mail id so that i could mail all my bills. Planning to file a case against onida in consumer court.

                        This is regarding my recent complaint against my onida microwave oven. Complain number is 7170e6716380.
                        My oven's front glass was broken and needs replacement. I gave my consent to the service representative to carry out the replacement, whereas he closed the case by giving feedback of customer not willing to pay. I have repeated time enquired about the status of my complain but he didn't pick up the phone. Over all very dissatisfied with the onida customer care also as they don't have any escalation desk to complain against that dishonest service representative. His name was kamesh ([protected]). Please follow up the matter and repair my microwave oven asap

                          On[protected] i was logged the complaint of my led smart tv which is not powering on, i was purchase this tv on[protected]. On[protected] i was received a complaint number 1705g34638003, on[protected] when i again call on the help line number and ask them for the status then they told me that on[protected] engineer will be visit but no one was visited then on[protected] again i called on the help line number then surprisingly i found that the complaint number which i was received was wrong and they was logged one new complaint with the complaint number:- 1705d[protected]. On[protected] engineer was visited at my place and check the problem as per him some part need to be change and he says in next 1 or 2 days he will update us. Today[protected] i am trying his number ([protected]) but he is not picking my call, then i called on customer care number[protected] and ask them to update the status of my call then helpline person told me that status is "part is not available" and give me one number ([protected]) and told, me to check with him that when the part will be available. I was called on that number and this person told me that he is not the concern person for north delhi and he also give me one more number ([protected]- mhod. Shaqib) and told me that he is the concern person for north delhi check with him, now i am trying to call him but he is not picking my call. So i am not able to get the status of my call and when it will be resolved. Whenever i called at customer care every time they are telling they will send reminder mail to for part not available but till time my problem is not resolved. I just want know when my call will be resolved because i am surviving from[protected]. Please update me as soon as possible.

                              I am a ex-defence person and bought one onida ac from authorised csd dealer, new delhi on 7 jun 2016. A extended warranty of 02 years was also sold to me via bajaj finance. I made a complaint for repair of ac (Complaint no. 1706h[protected]. However, no technician has reached us for repair. My ac is under warranty for next 2 years.

                              Kindly repair my ac at the earliest free of cost as i have extended warranty for 2 years.

                                I had done complaint for onida led android tv display not functioning. I had made complaint on may 20th 2017, but till now when ever i am calling them they are not picking the call and disconnecting ([protected] - chandrasekar onida service).. When i am calling the onida customer care ([protected]), they told me within 2 days service will be done. 1 month completed no body turned up... Worst response from indian product... I had purchased only on december 2015... Please support in resolving...

                                  It was with great displeasure sending this mail!!!

                                  Totally dissatisfied with onida services by your agency “t2 tech services velachery”

                                  Almost 200 calls has been made to them to follow up with the service of onida 1.5 ton ac & until now the problem has not been resolved.

                                  The onida s1833sgc 1.5 ton splt ac was bought on 09.05.2015

                                  First call made on 19.04.2017 : reference no 1704g[protected]

                                  Finally on 09.05.2017 they replaced the compressor with a charge of 3625/- rupees which is under the warranty condition still & extra for the transportation cost of 800/-. The issue is still not solved.

                                  Technician name : veeramani job code 80537

                                  Second follow up call made on 06.06.2017 : reference no 1704g[protected] citing the same problem

                                  After which one technician came on 08.06.2017 stating that there is a problem with the electricity after which am calling them to come & from today they are cutting my calls from which the calls has been made.
                                  Its been almost 2 months (Peak summer time), we never used air conditioner because of the poor service & the time taken to resolve the issue.

                                  Either you need to resolve the issue with complete replacement of the ac or a strong explanation from your end over which am planning to move to the consumer court.in parallel i will ensure that i will spread this news through social media & to all known groups of my friends & relatives & pass on this information of the faulty onida ac & suggest them not to buy any of kind this product!

                                  If no reply is received i will tweet to mr. Gulu mirchandani in couple of days time.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am writing this email with the hope to get the help in taking up the matter with supplier.
                                      Just to brief you, i have purchased one washing machine from onida on 31.05.17 with a warranty on 2 years on the product through flipkart. Machine was working fine to next few months, on 22.02.16 machine has stopped working. I have dropped an email to onide customer care to depute their service engineer for the repair of the machine. On 25.04.16 i again dropped an email reminder for the repair of the washing machine but no action taken, i always get an auto generated email with a message that complain will be taken care. Time passed and no service engineer visited to take care of the complaint. I have also registered a complain through phone and the complaint number allotted is 1605f[protected].in past three months i have made more than 200 calls to onida customer care for follow up. I have again follow up on 30.05.16, 01.06.16, 07.06.16, 15.06.16, 17.06.16, 18.06.16 and 30.06.17. Please note in 5 month nobody has responded.
                                      On 15.06.16 i took up this matter with flipkart and conveyed him of issue i am facing for the service from onida. Flipkart assure us that they will take up this matter with onida and will come back to me with a permanent solution. On 19.06.16 flipkart convey us the message that onida was not responding hence they decided to supply us the new washing machine of same model with a fresh warranty of 2 years on the product, i received the machine on 22.06.16. I was very thankful for the flipkart for this initiative.
                                      On 11.06.16 washing machine again stopped working and again the original process of follow up begins. I have dropped number of emails to onida, called onide for more than 200 times, spoken with their escalation officer mrs priya but till date no body from onida took any action. Even mrs priya now stopped talking to me, service executives stopped receiving my phone.
                                      It has been around 10 months of follow up now but still no action has been taken.

                                        Onida services are pathetic. I don't know why your sales person sell those invertor air conditioner whose spare part are not available with the company itself. I have purchased onida from snehanjali ulhasnagar last year on 19th oct, 2015. Since the time i have purchased ac i m facing alot of issues but now the ac has stopped working.

                                        I have raised a complaint for this complaint no. 1705d[protected]on 12th may, 2017 still there's no solution to it. First you people send technician who don't know how to solve the issue and secondly it is been 15 days now this is the may month should i use ac in rainy reason or what. Its hard to believe the services are so pathetic testing a heck lot of patience 15 days is it the part coming from foreign country.
                                        I have to the follow up with the onida to solve my problem this is so wrong service
