My one year old onida neo 24" led tv is not working. Because of monday 22 nd may 2017 heavy rain thunderstorms it get badly affected. I requested your customers care and not getting proper response. Could you kindly provide if you have any kind of after sales support to poor customer like us still believes owner pride brand

I brought the oven from niksham kannur in april 2011. Shortly after one year flame came out from the barbecue skewer. Informed the service centre and the technician inspected and told to wali for some weeks to get the spares. They changed the dates several times and finally they said spares not available. That also just after one year
So friends please do not buy onida products....

We got tv before 2 months (Apr 2017) and all of the sudden its stopped working. We had raised a complaint a month ago but so far the customer care of onida is just saying tomorrow

We do not know what is the next step. Please help us to fix this issue.

The onida service is too bad. No one responds on time. I would recommend anyone not to go with onida as the process in what onida follows is historical....

I have water leakage problem in my onida AC. The water is leaking like a falls inside the house. We raised a complaint and service guy came after two days. Complaint registered on 23rd March 2017 against window AC. Till 27/05/17 no one responded to complaint. I have followed up nearly 15 times with onida call center since than. I am highly dissatisfied by the services provided by onida. I have lost faith in any of their products. I want the company to take back their product and refund my money with penalty....

I am getting an error code of h3 displayed on the air conditioner display screen. The company sent the attendant (Sonu) but he was not aware of the issue at all. He was not well-equipped with the knowledge to resolve the issue. He checked the error, noted the model number and told to call him...

I have written many times to the ONIDA and also made call to their call centre requesting to provide new power adopter for my 22" LCD TV as this TV is not supporting duplicate product available in the market. But till date day have not given any response except auto response to my complaint on the website of ONIDA. If they behave like this and after sale service remains like this who will buy their product in future, at least I not.

Mene ek onida led TV 40inch 5mahine pahle finance par Liya tha. Magar vo led TV last month kharaab ho gai thi, jiski complaint mene onida dailer ko usi time kar Di thi. But wo TV abhi thek nahi hui he, or is ka remote control bhi replace hokar abhi tak nahi aaya he. Me 1 month se paressn hu or meri kist ka pesa or dix ka pesa har month lag raha he. AC is not functioning good and created lot of problems. Highly not satisfied.

* The AC cooling falls down badly though in 16 ° throughout the night v are not getting the room cooled.

* Water outlet spills inside the room.

* The AC producing an annoying sounds on long run.

* The inverter AC takes so much of electricity. Nearly 15+ units it takes for a night....

I bought a tv from flipkart & the onida guys are not coming to install it.
The tat was the 3rd may '17. On may 2nd, i get a call from the technician, and when he comes to know of my are he starts laughing, says he will come the same day & hangs up.
3rd may morning 10:15 am : i call the call centre at onida & they promise he will call by 4:00 pm the same day
11:14 am : i get a message from flipkart cancelled due to product...

Every time we have to call your customer service and to wait for atleast 5 to 10 minutes for reaching an executive and secondly we have to do the reminder/ follow up to tell issue still not resolved. Can't this been reversed why the customer service / call centre is not contacting customer to know...

I was purchase a onida mobile phone on dated -03/08/2016. After use of few month it’s become hang and lot of problem occur in this phone. We had purchased a onida split ac last year on 27 april 2016 from kohinoor andheri west. The boy who came to fit the ac unit from onida service centre removed the old ac and took the copper coil from the old unit and the same was returned by intervention by kohinoor sales staff.in feb this year the indoor unit developed water leakage and the same was not fixed by the first person from the onida service centre.
