We purchased onida black beauty microwave oven in 2011 and have been using sparingly. All of a sudden it stopped working, though all the display would appear the oven would not start on pressing the button. Called the service center an the technician saw and did some checkup and repair but he could not make it work. He went away and reported on phone that the circuit board is faulty and we need to change the same and the cost is around rs. 3000/- we immediately said ok for the same, then he said it is not available as the microwave is out dated model. So the microwave which i spent rs. 12, 000/- is sitting in my kitchen with out use and occupying space. There is no resale value and will go only as scrap value of rs. 100/- aprox.

Can any one let me know how to sue this company or register a case in consumer forum. We stay in mumbai.

    Dear team,

    I have requested a service for my warrantied washing machine on 14th may 17. As confirmed by the customer care person service will be done within 48 hours. Since i didn’t get the service within 48 hours i have rechecked with the customer care team and they said from re-requested date it will be take another 48 hours and till today (After 24 days) i didn’t get any service for my product for my warrantied product. Request you to kindly help on this issue.

    Also i have raised a query with onida team on 3rd june 17.

      My telivision was not working as i called the onida service team they visited once but the problem was not resolved when asked the manager he said parts will be there in 10 days. Now i have been chasing onida howrah service team but now its been a month and still the story is same. I am from west bengal howrah. The way they are giving support. It will be difficult for me to continue in this brand.

        Second time i'm getting the panel complaint for LED TV purchased (less than a year) and sorry to say the support from service team is very very poor. It took almost 45 days to repair and return, when i registered the 1st complaint.. After 3 months the same complaint again popped up and now ts exactly 10 days (id -1705H[protected] after registering the 2nd complaint .No one contacted me and i don't when it will get repaired

I have been reading it every day to charge and when to whom it is half an hour then it goes down three cell immediately. I only request that you against this soon take some action.             I have spent past two weeks regularly calling Onida customer care centre where i have had to converse with ill mannered and incompetent executives. My washing machine purchase in January, within warranty period of 12 months has malfunctioned. So i tried contacting the customer care who initially were supposed to send the technician on a Saturday. However, the technician purportedly visited my house without calling me and gave a feedback that the house was closed. Thereafter i have repeatedly tried arranging for another visit, notwithstanding, the abrupt and unjustified cancellation of the first visit. However, sometimes i am told my complaint is pending so i should wait for the visit and not call and sometimes i am told we are making a fresh complaint. this circle has been ongoing for more than past one week.

                I brought the oven from niksham kannur in april 2011. Shortly after one year flame came out from the barbecue skewer. Informed the service centre and the technician inspected and told to wali for some weeks to get the spares. They changed the dates several times and finally they said spares not available. That also just after one year
                So friends please do not buy onida products.

                  We got tv before 2 months (Apr 2017) and all of the sudden its stopped working. We had raised a complaint a month ago but so far the customer care of onida is just saying tomorrow

                  We do not know what is the next step. Please help us to fix this issue.

                  The onida service is too bad. No one responds on time. I would recommend anyone not to go with onida as the process in what onida follows is historical.

                    I have water leakage problem in my onida AC. The water is leaking like a falls inside the house. We raised a complaint and service guy came after two days. He told the warranty is expired and i should pay for the service. I agreed and paid Rs.675/- for the same. He then checked the water outflow tube, did some sucking and drained the water out. AC was working fine only till evening of that day. Again it started leaking. I called called the same person as the issue persisted.He came after 2 days and did something and it was stopped for a while and started happening again once he left. Then, I called customer care and they sent another person after 3 days. He told that the first guy did not check it properly and there is a fault in the coil due to which it is leaking even if we drain the tube. He told that he need to take the indoor unit to their place and need to do a chemical wash. For this he told it would take 3 days of time. I am still waiting for the guy to come and sort it out. As it is now more than 10 days and every time i call, they are giving a contact person number who never picks the call, even in the landline number.

                    First of all, the guys are very inexperienced and did not even take some time to understand the issue and only care to get the money from the customer. Service experience with Onida is worst I have ever imagined. No proper service checkup during warranty period. With no choice left, I am now pushed to a 3rd party service center as no response from Onida service center. Regret buying Onida product. Its not Owners pride but Owner's pain in the ###.

I have already complaint to customer care but customer care from last two month one of his execute visit and said mother board faulty and ask to change but after two month there is no solution.                         My self avijit saha was decided to purchase a onida i455 mobile from homeshop18 on 14th aug-16. Product invoice is attached here for your reference product delivery date was 22nd aug-16 in the name of my father - mr. Dipak kumar saha. Since 3rd mar-17 said phone is not
                        Working means after restart only onida is showing nothing else. I called to homeshop18 since then approx 82 times for onida mobile
                        Service center. Homeshop18 provide more than 15 onida service centre those are not in work now a days. From onida customer care no response, they are saying this is not onida mobile customer care centre.

                        Since last 3 months that mobile is not working like a dead phone and i am still searching solution under warranty.

                        Onida is not provided any solution or any genuine service centre details. When i was visit in market mobile repair shop-as per them no mother board or software is available in market to repair onida i455 mobile..

                        Still homeshop18 is selling same product to customer. Why homeshop18 is selling if onida is not able to provide any support on their own product. This is really cheating to customer knowing no service centre or support is available from onida side..

                        As i have purchased this mobile from homeshop18, now homeshop18 is saying onida is liable to provide support as it is still under warranty period. Unfortunately i am not getting service centre details or able to contact onida official please refund money or replace new phone as still homeshop18 is selling same phone in their website.

                        Please do the needful.

                          Complaint registered on 23rd March 2017 against window AC. Till 27/05/17 no one responded to complaint. I have followed up nearly 15 times with onida call center since than. I am highly dissatisfied by the services provided by onida. I have lost faith in any of their products. I want the company to take back their product and refund my money with penalty.

                            I purchased onida washing from flipkart(Order ID : OD[protected] on May 5, 2017 whose model number is (WO62TSPLDD1-ALR Splendor Splash 62). I received faulty washing machine in which shock absorber is not working and as a result we can't run the washing machine. I raised many repair requests but onida has been telling that the spare part is not available(and they don't know when it will be available) and also they are not willing to replace the washing machine which is against there 2 year warranty policy. There warranty policy is fraud.

                              This is inform you to that i am your one of your customer who has by mistakenly buy your product (Onida mobile - i455) and same i realize when i faced problem in mobile and submitted in your one of the service center for repairing around one month back with work order "rvsrn1704pmn00029" however mobile is not handed over to me and when i call in your customer care as well as service center they always said this is in still under process and not share any timeline for hand over me. Even i get your escalation person contact detail "[protected]" but nobody respond on this always disconnect the line.

                              Would request you to pls be take necessary action on this and provide my handset as soon as possible because due to non availability of handset i will facing so many loss.

                                  I had recently raised a complaint regarding an issue being faced in my onida air conditioner (Service center number - [protected]. I am getting an error code of h3 displayed on the air conditioner display screen. The company sent the attendant (Sonu) but he was not aware of the issue at all. He was not well-equipped with the knowledge to resolve the issue. He checked the error, noted the model number and told to call him in case the issue reoccurs. As soon as he went away, the error code came again. I tried to call him several times but he didn't pick my call.

                                  I purchased this air conditioner last year because onida is a renowned brand and i was confident purchasing it. But, the type of service i am getting is very disappointing. I am shocked to see such a poor response or no response from the company regarding my complaint. I don't think i would be able to purchase any type of item from this brand in future and would never even suggest anyone else to do the same.

                                    - My Onida washing machine is dead from almost 2 months.
                                    - Incident date is - April 3rd 2017.
                                    - Raised Service request Number 1704E[protected].
                                    - Customer care people keep saying that the parts are not available
                                    - they don't show any accountability for the request/complaint made
                                    - Made more than 15 calls to them, no use.
                                    - Only reply from them is our superior will call you. Waiting from almost 2 months, got no reply/Call till date.
                                    - Worst service from Ondia.
                                    -- Fed-up with the Ondia Company.

                                    Resolution need:
                                    - Repair in a week
                                    - or Replace the damaged piece with new one
                                    - or Refund the money paid for the purchase
                                    - Extend my service period (since it is a problem with Ondia company)

                                      I have written many times to the ONIDA and also made call to their call centre requesting to provide new power adopter for my 22" LCD TV as this TV is not supporting duplicate product available in the market. But till date day have not given any response except auto response to my complaint on the website of ONIDA. If they behave like this and after sale service remains like this who will buy their product in future, at least I not.

Magar vo led TV last month kharaab ho gai thi, jiski complaint mene onida dailer ko usi time kar Di thi. But wo TV abhi thek nahi hui he, or is ka remote control bhi replace hokar abhi tak nahi aaya he. Me 1 month se paressn hu or meri kist ka pesa or dix ka pesa har month lag raha he. Mene sabhi ko complain kar Di magar kuch nahi hua he. Ab muje consumers forum me Jane ke alva koi rasta nahi he.
