AC is not functioning good and created lot of problems. Highly not satisfied.

* The AC cooling falls down badly though in 16 ° throughout the night v are not getting the room cooled.

* Water outlet spills inside the room.

* The AC producing an annoying sounds on long run.

* The inverter AC takes so much of electricity. Nearly 15+ units it takes for a night.

No one has called or visted my place yet.
The temperature outside is above 40 degree and my ac is not working this is not the way how you deal with customers.

    We purchased onida semi 7kg washing machine from gurmeet traders new delhi, mangalore., within one year of the purchase the onida washing machine had a complained in its motors which has been replaced. Thereafter once again there was a leakage in the water drum and we the service engineer attended at our own cost, again after 3 months the control panel started electrical shocks and drain valve system do not function. We registered complaint on 29th april and still waiting for the service team to visit. I reminded service center[protected]trice daily. Wanted to reach their executive but they refused to share contact details. They have not responded. Very poor service and inconvenience is huge. Therefore kindly replace the substandard machine as soon as possible.

      I bought a tv from flipkart & the onida guys are not coming to install it.
      The tat was the 3rd may '17. On may 2nd, i get a call from the technician, and when he comes to know of my are he starts laughing, says he will come the same day & hangs up.
      3rd may morning 10:15 am : i call the call centre at onida & they promise he will call by 4:00 pm the same day
      11:14 am : i get a message from flipkart cancelled due to product shifted to unserviceable location. Flipkart says i shifted the product, which is not true. They take a complaint & apparently this drama will go on for another week

      I have purchased onida led to 40inch Android before 5 month ago. But my TV is not working before 22/04/2017 and not in working condition . I have complain this problem on dealer shop but till time problem not resolved. We are surveying from 15 days .I am not satisfied this service . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
      My complain was registered on 23rd april whiletill date is is unresolved and nobody is bother to give any update.

        I the undersigned is writing this mail to inform you about the poor customer service. Every time we have to call your customer service and to wait for atleast 5 to 10 minutes for reaching an executive and secondly we have to do the reminder/ follow up to tell issue still not resolved. Can't this been reversed why the customer service / call centre is not contacting customer to know about their feedback and the resolution status.

        Poor installation, a new air-conditioned worth 35000 purchased and worked only for 4 days. After raising a complaint we followed through the seller (dealer )to expedite the process of sending a service executive after three days we were informed there is a gas leakage and hence no cooling is felt. Now another four days have past no one followed. Today again I called your call centre they said another 24 hours.

        This is ridiculous, the very purpose of buying a product is to feel the convenience and happiness of family. After buying your product we are having mental agony. I am hoping that atleast by sending this mail to your attention, there will be a change in your customer service approach.

          Dear sir

          I was purchase a onida mobile phone on dated -03/08/2016. After use of few month it’s become hang and lot of problem occur in this phone. Then we try to repair it and give my mobile for repair to service center in chandigarh on date 14/04/2017 work order number –rvsrn1704aic00067. But still it is pending for repair in onida service center. The owner of service center is not give me any updating about my phone. He said we need more time for repair approx 30 days more. I think what kind of worker in onida company they cannot repair a mobile in few day. All are lazy. If anybody read this mail please update otherwise i write on face book and whats app about this bad service.

            We had purchased a onida split ac last year on 27 april 2016 from kohinoor andheri west. The boy who came to fit the ac unit from onida service centre removed the old ac and took the copper coil from the old unit and the same was returned by intervention by kohinoor sales staff.in feb this year the indoor unit developed water leakage and the same was not fixed by the first person from the onida service centre. The second person fixed it and the front panel broke which would be replaced by the company (As told by the service centre). Around four days back the same leak problem developed and the service centre said the panel has finally arrived from onida to be replaced.. However after removing the front panel the service centre person informed me that this was the wrong panel, did the welding for leaks and left but there is no cooling in ac.. Its been two days now and no one has bothered to call from the service centre today, i called the onida company customer care to complain abt the service centre and they say this is not the place for complain. We had purchased 'onida based on good customer service and i would like to complain abt the most horrible people employed at onida customer care and service centre. Request all not to buy onida products.

            I purchase onida inverter ac on 21 april, 2017. It was delivered on 26 april and installed on 27 april but after the installation the ac didn't worked.
            I have contacted customer care thrice daily since 27 april but no response from their side, they have always gave assurance but no results.

              I had bought a 2 ton split ac on 4.4.2017. After 23 days of purchase, the ac is not working, no cooling. Have complained at all the levels incl dealer, co, customer care etc but there is no response. Paid rs 40k for the ac.
              1-2 visits have happened and commitments made that tom it would be checked n all.
              Recently in one of the visit, it was told that valve at the outdoor unit is faulty and hence gas has leaked.
              There is no response from anyone. This is one of the pathetic experience of how a customer is handled.
              We are fed up to the core and planning to go to consumer court.

                I would like to bring in to your notice that the LED display of my 50 inch LED tv failed within a year of purchase. The model number is and was purchased in January 2016 and installed in April 2017 by onida authorised installation engineer.

                Then i called the service center and was shocked to hear that it will not be covered under warranty as it was purchased in january 2016.

                As a loyal customer of onida products (same registered number) since many years i place my humple request to replace the screen considering it is in warranty.

                I am finding it difficult to bear the cost of the service. I have made an investment by paying so much for a quality product from onida. Now within a year again such an expensive service is painful.

                Please consider this genuine request.

                    Purchased onida washing-machine through flipkart in january 2016. After two months o[censored]sage we faced motor problem which they have replace after much hassle. Again we are facing a drain motor issue with the same washing machine and the complaint for the same has been registered with them. Complaint number regarding it is: 1703h[protected] on 19th march 2016. Since then i have been following up with them to solve this issue and they aren't responding properly. If at all they respond then they will say the replacement part takes 10days to come after we place an order. And this excuse of 10days is being given every time we call them but no sign of resolving/fixing this issue. Please help us in solving it and filing a case against onida for providing worst after sales service for their stupid products. Literally its been more than 1-month without any resolution.

                      We bought onida air conditioner from adonis electronic pvt. Ltd, nungambakkam chennai on 21 st april 2016. Mr jeyam authorised mechanic only delivered. Now for sometimes ac effect is not there and hence i made acomplaint through phone no [protected]. My complaint no is 1704g[protected] on april 4th 2017.                       We bought ac from adonis electronics pvtltd nungambakkam chennai on 21st april 2016.
                      Since cooliing effect was not there, i made a complaint on 04th april 2017. Complaint no 1704g[protected]. Do far nobody has responded tomy compalint. I also tried customer service no [protected].. Nobody picks up the phone. .I do not know what to do next.

                        Within one month of buying the onida split ac, it has become non functional twice. Even after complaining many times there is no proper response from the customer care as if they dont even care. Only ans you get is our seniors will call, which they never will. Even though it is under warranty the technician is asking for money to replace the faulty part. The dealer dont care not even the customer care, WORST ever experience of buying this ac. WORST Customer support ever.

                            I bought one ac new model onida at tvc cuddalore. Tamilnadu on 7.3.2017. It was installed by their own technitians at chidambaram on 12.3.2017. On 14th march, it did not work. I reported, and the technitians came. They found that the hole made in the wall for wiring was not closed. (It should have been done by them at the time of installation). They told me that rats came through the hole and spoiled some sensor. They assured me that the component will be replaced within two days. I registered a complaint with onida. Till date, the problem is not solved. They give irresponsible reply, that we could not do any thing; when we receive the component it will be replaced. This gives me a lot of mental agony. Everyday, i contact tehm through the nuber: [protected]. They repeatedly say that we enquire and inform me within 24 hours.                             Every time I am calling to Onida but no response.they don't lift call simply they cut call...so every time I am loosing 10 rupees.
                            I bought a TV 15 days back I did not get installation till now.worst response from Onida.

                              I purchased onida 48.5™ led smart android tv through online in september 2015. Now it is not working. I made a complaint in march 2017 regarding trouble & with complaint no.1703g[protected]. After 2 days mr vasu technician anf another person and saw tv & replied that mother board of your tv is not working. The guarantee period elapsed. They said that the price of mother board will be intimated through phone. But no message from your end. 2 days again i called customer care no. They replied it would be intimated. But no reply. If i dont get reply ™ i may be forced to goto consumers forum ™. So please do the needful at an early date.

                                I have registered a complaint against my led tv on 22/11/2016. Call no.-1611e[protected] model : leo22fn sr. No : 16c04#001245 pur date : 10 jul 2016 as my led tv has no picture problem. Then a service engineer came to inspect the problem and told me that some part is faulty and the part is pending and my led tv will be ok within few days. After many days of part pending branch office told me to send the set to the branch office bhubaneshwar as spares not available so the set is to be repaired at branch office but since then i have not received my led tv. Please solve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i had to take necessary legal measures.

                                  This is dr Yogendra residing at delhi Rohini Sec 24 lodges complain for service of split Ac and gas leakage on 1 of April the complain no was 1704B89638003 was waiting and calling the Onida call centre for almost 18 days later I again registered my complain again on 19 th of April for gas leakage with complain no 1704B[protected] it's allready too late. It still ma complain is pending and nobody even bother about it I called Rohini customer service centre Himalaya for thn 40 times but theylisten and didn't response till now like it's a huge problem of gas leakage and complain is still pending just shame on this company product I would suggest never by any Onida product they never listen consumer problems and it's not their first priority

                                    This is for your kind information that I am a resident of 323 Lajpat Nagar Jalandhar.
                                    I contacted an Onida service centre of Jalandhar after going through through the net for service of my Onida split air conditioner, last weak. I was told that a technician will be sent at my given address and I will have to pay Rs 500 as the service charges. A technician came to my residence on Monday and he told me that the AC needs repair as well because the display is not working. He took the display with him and said that another person will come for the repair in the afternoon for the repair. A contact number was also given. I have been desperately trying to contact the Service centre people and the technician but I am not getting any response. the service centre people are saying that it is a private service centre and are refusing any sort of help.
                                    My AC is without display. Service charges of Rs 500 paid to the technician
                                    Please look into this matter.

                                      The worst n disgusting company i have ever seen. I hv purchased onida split ac. From d date of purchase i was just trying to contact wid the company customer service provider for the installation of my ac. But as usual nobody responded. After i dis pathetic drama. It is found that the water from the airconditioner is leaking inside the room. I have contacted the customer service no, company head office, my state company office, but nobody is ready to take d responsibility of fixing d problem. Everybody is just playing d blame game on one other, its such a drastic experience i hv never seen such a hell company. Atleast close ur customer service or stop making fool ur customers because they cannot do anything. Dey only give u nonsensical excuses n nobody is going to fix ur problem. So don't waste ur time on dis disgusting procedures of dis company.

                                        I bought new onida split a/c sa123tdn 1 ton 3s in vasanth & co, south usman road branch on 14.04.2017. Delivery and installation was done on 15.04.2017. On 17.04.2017 it is found that the water from the airconditioner is leaking inside the room. I have contacted the person who installed the airconditioner. His mobile no.[protected]. He did not attend it.
