I bought one ac new model onida at tvc cuddalore. Tamilnadu on 7.3.2017. It was installed by their own technitians at chidambaram on 12.3.2017. On 14th march, it did not work. I reported, and the technitians came. They found that the hole made in the wall for wiring was not closed. (It should have been done by them at the time of installation). They told me that rats came through the hole and spoiled some sensor. They assured me that the component will be replaced within two days. I registered a complaint with onida. Till date, the problem is not solved. They give irresponsible reply, that we could not do any thing; when we receive the component it will be replaced. This gives me a lot of mental agony. Everyday, i contact tehm through the nuber: [protected]. They repeatedly say that we enquire and inform me within 24 hours. I have registered a complaint on 13/05/17 and today is 15/05/17.
No one has called or visted my place yet.
The temperature outside is above 40 degree and my ac is not working this is not the way how you deal with customers.
Please get my ac checked today.
