I bought a onida 32 Leo HB TV but till now installation has not done.this worst service from onida.
I bought on 9th April 2017 with number [protected].
I need immediate installation otherwise I should go for consumer court.no response from your side I called somany times.
Worst experience.what can I do without installation. I bought in adhiswar electronics.

    My washing machine model no. SPLENDOR SPLASH 65, registered mobile no- [protected]. March month I have given complain regarding not working my washing machine but still ur company not giving anytype of service. Whenever I m calling customer care they are telling service centre people will contact with us and service centre we are talking means they are telling stock not there.
    Fast they told within one week problem will solve.
    Last one month you people playing with us.last 10 days everyday telling today material will come, tomorrow will come. Material in Calcutta. Maximum 2 days time will take. And sometimes call cutting without any response. which type of services you are giving to customer, really only harassment.This type of worst service you people giving. This is my final mail to you if you are bot giving any response then I ll go to consumer court, your face book and twitter page i ll write review also mail to PMO how harassment public facing.
    I am staying heart of city, capital of Odisha. city only you people not providing service then rural people how you will give service. your local service center people telling it will take 2/3 month time, why you are purchasing Onida company.

    My onida television serial number LCO32XMSHNST. 12JR103372. It is running very bad . All the character are shows double and triple.And the colour is not matching. Please remove this problem.

      I have bought a 1 ton split ac, 3 star rated, from mira road east, kohinoor televideo shop on 13/3/2017 and it was installed on 15/3/2017,

      Though it was working fine for few days, i found it is not at all giving any cooling effect from 10.4.2017, a complaint was given on 11/4/2017, vide no - 1704g[protected],

      It is 3 days passed, no one is bothering to come and clear the issue, customer call center keeps you waiting for too long times. what is the problem with onida, why they are not showing any response towards a customer grievance? will they reimburse the repaid cost, if i call the technician from outside?. how long should i wait?. i am giving them 48 hours, to clear the issue. afterwards, i will go to consumer court.

        I have filled few complaints but all my complaints were cancelled without proper follow up & neither my Complaint was resolved. My last Complaint was to be attended last 3 days back but they are delaying that as well.

        How much the company need to resolve this issue and why company announced that service will be available for 24hrs. Not going to dismantled this AC and sell to in the wastage and never be suggest to anybody to buy any item of this company. It's a fake company and wrost quality products.
        I bought a 1 ton ac - 3 starred, from Kohinoor shop, Mira Road - East, a month back. It does not give cooling effect.complaint launched on 11.4.2017 and waiting for a technician today. VIVEK IYER-[protected].
        We purchase a Air conditioner last year but still not working and no person visit here to repair my air conditioner . many times complaints but no solution still today

          Respected sir, i complained for my 32 inch onida tv on 10th april 2017 at 10 am from Dhule Tal-Dhule, District-Dhule(Maharashtra).your customer care officer told me that service was provided after 24 hours& within 48 hours.but your service man came at 4.00pm on same day(means within 6 hours thats mean your customer care didn't give proper information.)I left all my work&came home to help your service man.your service man didn't do anything.he just moved it slightly.because of your service my tv set up sound became more weak&unaudible for me&he took 350 rs just for moving tv set up slightly Please kindly look at these matter&give me a proper response. THANKING YOU.

            How much time it should ideally take for a washing machine to be repaired? One week or 10 days or 15 days?? It has almost been 2 months chasing different people at the service station, shree balaji aircon service with more than 50 calls.

            When i call the mechanic, mr. Manoj, he will quote that it will cost rs3500 as new pcb and the motor will be installed.
            To confirm for the same and give the approval to repair, when i call the people at this office, jyoti/sanjay, will tell you that we are still to receive the motor sent from ho at badarpur border and today only we have followed on this and we will call back today itself to confirm the rest. And you will never receive a call and same the story continues.

            We i approach the owner, mr deepak, he would say that i am not in the office, call me at 11am. If you fail by even half an hour because of your office work, he will tell you, i am not at the office, i had asked you to call at 11 and will never take the pain of calling back again or to follow up on the complaint.

            It seems that its my biggest mistake to buy a product from onida and i think it will be my first and last onida purchase of any appliance. Also i am surprised, how you have such service stations are operating only misguiding the customers.

            With such type of experience, i am even doubtful that i will get back my washing machine or not and if i get, in what condition??

            No words can explain the pain, harassment and the fear.

                Hi team,
                It has been 2 weeks I am following up with Onida customer care and the Pune service centre. I have logged a complain 1704G[protected] which was informed to Yogesh [protected] who is Manager in the service centre. I was told the technician will come on 1st April 2017 which the technician did not show up. When I called the company customer care no on 1st I was assured the technician will come in 24-48 hrs for service. Nobody showed up until now and on Thursday when I called Yogesh he said the technician will show up today on 8th April. I am still waiting for the technician to come. Really disappointed with the service and I wont recommend Onida to anyone.

                  Recenly i made a complaint regarding my ac which was in warranty after a lot of reminders the seerviceman came and looked into the matter and asked me to wait for 10 more days as a part of the ac was to be replaced i waited for 15 days and again called as no action was taken by your company
                  finally the came today and the part they got was dammaged and asked me to wait for 15 more days
                  is this what u call business ethics
                  the situation here is grave as the temprature is striking 40-42 degrees
                  rather than ignoring the situation and being so casual about it
                  its better you take a serious action and get the ac repaired within this week or else i will have to take a strict action against your company

                    I am very disappointed with total negligence the Onida customer service team is showing towards me. I am located in Bangalore and Since one month I am trying hard to get in touch with the service team through call centre[protected] and through the service supervisor in Bangalore. First time the complaint was registered on 7th March with number 1703G[protected]. Till now it is not resolved with various reasons and perpetual procrastination. My family members are deeply inconvenienced by the non-working air conditioner and I am regretting that I purchased Onida product with my hard earned money. Total lack of empathy towards the customer is simply baffling for a brand like onida. I am not very hopeful that I will recieve any support by posting here but this is my last ditched effort. to regain the trust that I have in ondia products. Television and microwave are of Onida brand too in my home. I will move to consumer court if the problem stays unresolved with my Air conditioner.

                      .As v all know ONIDA is so called renowned company. I brought ONIDA black beauty microwave oven 4 years back. But unfortunetly before 6 months it's display plate stopped working. So i registered complaint to onida customet care and ordered for new display plate. So to my wonder their response to the complaint was horrible. I must say Onida customer care and there service is the worst experience i hv faced till now. Right nw v r using th microwave as scrape after paying 11k for it. I HIGHLY RECOMMAND DON'T GO FOR ANY ONIDA PRODUCT AS THEY DON'T FULLFILL THEIR commitments

                        I have been using Onida home appliances quite Long time Onida TV, Onida A.c, OnidaDVD PLAYER HDR-5522, Onida TV Oxegen thunder etc...
                        Three years before i.e on:15.08.2013, I have purchased onida LCD Tv model no:LCO24PHD and with in 6 months the T.V was not functioning, then the PCB was replaced by your service personnel.(please check your records).

                        In the month of Feb-2017 the same problem raised and Your service center at Thanjavur OM Muruga Electronics was contacted (Service Call no:1702C[protected] dated:10.Feb-2017) R

                        And the service personal has told the Main PCB has to be replaced. Till date they did not replace the PCB .

                        OM Muruga Electronics/ ADONICS SERVICE COORDINATOR Wants to Cheat the customer as well as Onida.

                        They started bargaining with us to complete the job without Bill.

                        Is Onida started cheating the Customer?.

                        Here after we will not buy any Onida products .

                            Our TV stopped working as soon as the warranty period is over.
                            We raised complaint to Onida on Mar 18 and a technician came to our home.He said there is compliant on the board and need to be rectified. He took the board and went . Its been 3 weeks there is no update on our request and the technician is not picking up the call.Then we contacted Customer Care again and they said as per technician they closed the request.

                            I really don't understand how can you close the request without confirmation from the customer. Board is still with the technician, on what basis he asked to cancel the request.

                              First complain lodged on first week of jan-2017 for spanning machine not working. the technician informed that they have to lodged complain for replacement of part. The replacement taken place in middle of the march post so much effort I had put. Post 2 days again the spanning machine stop and I have to lodged the complain, from that day to till day, I am getting one respond that is "still part not available".

                              I have purchased a microwave oven from vishal electroncis plaza, ghola, kol - 700111 on 09.08.16. After 3 months it has became dead. Till feb '17 technician visited 3 times but unable to repair it. Then i asked for replacement the model as company has no pcb for the same. After that no response received from the company as well as from the dealer.i also write mail to the company but no response / reply received from them. the copy of the mail is also attached for reference

                                I took onida leo43fain in month of nov 2016 model and with in warrant period itself, in led display in some white line are reflecting in down at tv. I called to customer service team and he came and said it will take 30 days to replace the part with spare & i have to visit in service center with tv. He said panel failure. Why should i have to visit service center with tv, onida needs to take care this, tv is still in warranty. Onida needs to exchange my tv, total worst customer service and warranty product service itself this is how onida take care?? I suggest do not go for onida.. It is not owners pride brand... Poor and worst brand in service..

                                Please if any one suggest me for resolve this issue.

                                  I took onida leo43fain model and with in warrant period itself, display failed. I informed the dealer to book service call. Service team came and said it will take 15 days to replace the part with spare. They said panel failure. Now its 40days and no one contatced me. I made enough calls, emails and went to dealer to look for help. Worst customer service and warranty product service itself this is how onida take care?? I suggest do not go for onida..                                       Dear Sir,

                                      I had purchased Onida WO60TSPLNEMO Fully-automatic Top-loading Washing Machine (6 Kg, Lava Red) from Amazon in the month of October 2016 and accordingly called Onida Customer Care for Demo but Service Provided by Perfect Solution in Agra who has given responsibility as Authorised Service Provider of Onida in Agra is unprofessional and extremely arrogance.
                                      First of all they did not come to provide Demo and always field Technician and Service Centre conveyed false statement that Demo is provided successfully and record maintained in Onida.
                                      After complaining again and again technician visit and says Sir I donot have much knowledge about this machine so I will send another person tomorrow but Onida Service Centre did not send anyone.
                                      Again I called customer care and registered complain. Technician visits this time and provided demo but when clothes were washed after washing always there are stains of surf and dirt remains in the clothes I again complained customer care.
                                      technician visited after complaining 2-3 times but did not try to sort out the issue and then I called Service Centre where Manish Gupta was on call. He told that
                                      now Service Engineer from Delhi will be coming and he will be sorting out the problem and provided me number of Mr Gaurav Chauhan.
                                      I called him and told him whole case he also assured that I will come to your home and check the problem.

                                      Three months have been passed neither Service Engineer from Delhi reached nor Mr Gaurav Chauhan.
                                      I tried his number not he has stopped picking up my phone.
                                      Onida was very reputed company almost 15-20 year back, I remember that j had a TV of onida make. people of India was having trust in Onida.
                                      Shocked what happened to Onida how it became such a poor service provider????

                                      Perfect Solution personnel behaves like cheaters. They are keeping Onida in dark and providing wrong reports to Onida.
                                      If my problem could be arrested then why I should be complaining again and again to ONIDA customer care.
                                      Think twice about it.
                                      One more thing that this particular product comes under 2 years compressive warranty so it is moral responsibility of Onida to provide service for two years without any conditions.
                                      If they are unable to sort out the issue then replace the product.


                                      I have complained in Onida customer Care for almost more than ten times but no solution.
                                      Kindly take necessary action and sort out the issue.
                                      One suggestion franchisee should be given to good service provider company. these type of cheap companies are downgrading the image of Onida.
                                      They donot even know 'S' of service.
