This is to bring your kind attention that I had purchased brand new ONIDA AC Model no.S183SMH-N#15G4#011026, On March 2016 and since then I have been facing lot of problems with this product.
Problem No#1: WATER LEAK FROM AC UNIT - 14 Feb 2017
I noticed water leaking from the AC unit and I called the technician. The technician (Mr Pradeep) inspected the unit and informed me that the coil has gone and needs to be replaced.
19 Feb 2017: he informed me to raise the complaint and informed me that the unit needs to be shipped to service center for changing coil.
21/2/2017: The coil was replaced and the unit was installed. Before installation, I asked the technician to show the replaced coil. The coil was damaged. The technician said that out of 10 coils, 1 or 2 may get damage. I did not agree with his statement.
4/3/2017: The technician bought new coil, fitted and went
6/3/2017: Since the cooling was very less, I called the technician again.
07/03/2017: The technician visited, checked the unit and informed me that he will be back in an hour. But he did not return back
08/03/2017: I called the service center but there was no response.
09/03/2017: I called the service center but there was no response.
10/03/2017: The technician visited, checked the unit and informed me everything is fine. But the AC is working like an Air cooler.
I have been facing serious issues with this product. Kindly request you to address this at earliest. I

I have informed the custemer care at chennai..
but no bady has tell what is the problem of this unit...
please need furthier help of your end...
