Hi sir/madam,
I am meharun nisha, from chennai..in my life time i have done only one mistake that was is i brought onida split ac (From amsa vision, chennai-99). Now i come to the matter, past 15 days my onida ac is not cooling.. When change the new coil.. Is working like a air cooler. I was called cc no response. I called the service centre atleast five times a day but nothing has moved. I was send complaint mail in escalation. Desk" on march 16, 2017.. Replied my mail.. But no action till date. The fault is not rectified. I want immediate action to fix this issues.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring your kind attention that I had purchased brand new ONIDA AC Model no.S183SMH-N#15G4#011026, On March 2016 and since then I have been facing lot of problems with this product.

Problem No#1: WATER LEAK FROM AC UNIT - 14 Feb 2017

I noticed water leaking from the AC unit and I called the technician. The technician (Mr Pradeep) inspected the unit and informed me that the coil has gone and needs to be replaced.

19 Feb 2017: he informed me to raise the complaint and informed me that the unit needs to be shipped to service center for changing coil.

21/2/2017: The coil was replaced and the unit was installed. Before installation, I asked the technician to show the replaced coil. The coil was damaged. The technician said that out of 10 coils, 1 or 2 may get damage. I did not agree with his statement.

4/3/2017: The technician bought new coil, fitted and went

6/3/2017: Since the cooling was very less, I called the technician again.

07/03/2017: The technician visited, checked the unit and informed me that he will be back in an hour. But he did not return back

08/03/2017: I called the service center but there was no response.

09/03/2017: I called the service center but there was no response.

10/03/2017: The technician visited, checked the unit and informed me everything is fine. But the AC is working like an Air cooler.

I have been facing serious issues with this product. Kindly request you to address this at earliest. I

Ac functionalay noise at in door unit.
I have informed the custemer care at chennai..
but no bady has tell what is the problem of this unit...

please need furthier help of your end...

    A person of Name Nirmal Biswar or Mondal with phone number [protected] with too harsh way of speaking to a customer involving abusive words.I called him twice and got to hear harsh unlawful words from him.He was supposed to send servicemen to our home for installation of an onida microwave owen, failing to tell me the proper timing he kept on using abuse words to all the members of my family.When i asked his name, instead he was showiing rage for asking his name even.I am disrespected by this company employee and if no actions are taken on this person i will ensure that this acse is escalated.

      I purchased a led tv 32 " on 24/12/2015 and this led tv stop working 24/12/2016 for that i complaint in local onida service center on same day but didn't get any response from their. After that i again contact with local onida service center 21/02/2017 they send the technician at my home. After examine the tv by technician he say it is a fault of power supply cheap and he take this power supply part and rs. 900/- service charge for ordering the same with him in service center. But after that i call 2 to 3 time in service center for the tv repairing i didn't any response from their. I facing the worst service from this brand. And i request the consumer forum authorities kindly take the strict action this.

        The product was bought and it was found defective. I made a complaint (1703a[protected] on 11/03/2017 and a second complaint (1703a[protected]. My wife has just given birth to a child and i have bought this machine for her but as it's not working she has to do all the manual work which is very painful. Please for the sake of humanity come and check the machine and if it's not going to be repaired please provide me with a job sheet so that i could return the product. It's been more than a week since this machine is lying idle. Please sent someone for checking and mending. It's a request.           I purchased Onida TV “Onida LEO4000F 101.6 cm (40) LED TV” from Flipkart on[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] before warranty expiry I have done extended warranty for 1 year through AMC EWC No:-[protected] from Onida and paid 3650 Rs. Now I have noticed there is black patches appearing on the screen for the same I have logged a Case on 19 Jan Onida case ID 1701E[protected]. After multiple follow-up now they are saying part is not available will us hence we can’t replace the part. They are offering me to buy a new Bull **** Onida TV and giving me 25% discount on the product. Why should I buy a new TV and again I will pay for new TV as I have done AMC.
          What is the benefit of doing AMC you should resolve my issue or replace the TV, you guys are cheating the customer and charging amount for nothing.

            I bought a led tv from e-zone store (infinity mall, goregaon west) on 15 to January 2017. the led tv set stopped displaying content from 18th January 2016. I registered a complaint immediately asking for technical help. The company technician visited and asked me to contact the dealer from whom I bought the tv and ask for a new tv set.

            The dealer says it is not their job to replace or repair the television.
            after complaining about 5 more times a person from onida visited me and told me that my tv cannot be repaired as the dealer gave an old model which onida will not repair .i handed the company person in writing that i will visit the consumer court if they don't repair my tv.

            The company has not responded for 2 months and not willing to repair or replace my television set.

            They are probably taking the consumer court lightly and not afraid of it.

            I feel cheated and harassed by the company's attitude and ignorance .

              I purchased Onida 1.5 tonne split ac on 30 April from local vendor, next year March it was not cooling at all, I registered complaint on their toll free in Lucknow from my number [protected], nobody came to visit us I called again at least 10 times and complained they said we will try and get in touch with local service people and also gave me their number, I called all those numbers numerous times with no response finally April 30 the warranty got over and summer arrived so I had to call a local tech he filled gas took 2000rs it startrd cooling for another 20 days and went bad again, I called the person again, again he did some repair and chargrd 1000 and repaired July Aug we didn't ran kuch coz of rain and coolee season started in September again the gas leaked, I called both Onida guys and local tech again no responses from Onida the guy checked it and finally said that the coils have gone bad and cannot be repaired, hence I have to change the indoor unit, I had to ultimately change it as no local tech was ready to repair and the spares were also available in company only, I called Onida again before buying new indoor again no response, the old one is still with me ran for one season only

                Hi,

                I bought an Onida Top loading washing machine from Flipkart, unfortunately some technical issues started happening after 22 months. Few weeks before i have called Onida Customer service to book a repair.
                Onida customer service never cared for my issue, i got a call from[protected] they said they will send a technician by name Senthil. They also got to know that i am under warranty.

                After that they did not call me or update me about the service, i kept calling customer service / the above number, i continue to get the promises from them.

                If you cant get this issue resolved in 2 days from now. I will be very disappointed and i will never buy an Onida product in Future.

                I need a call from one of your team member to get my issue resolved.

                  Hi All,

                  I ordered my new Onida Smart TV on 4th October via Flipkart and got installed in a couple of weeks time. It was working good till 12th Dec (exactly 1.5 months). After that it is dead.

                  Logged my first complaint on Dec 17th. After multiple follow up with customer care and service executive from chengalpet he came and told that it's was a motherboard failure and took that board with him. After that I got no updates from him and my first complaint got closed by customer care without any resolution.

                  Till now I logged 4 complaints but no proper response or solution for my TV issue.

                  Is this a response and respect I could get from Onida? How can I trust Onida products?

                      My tv is Onida model no 21esp300 and there was a problem in my tv not on. I booked complaint through phone on Jan 31st 2017 after search authorized onida service centre in onida user manual that service centre address is

He finished service but there is a problem in my tv that is colour problem. He done like a spray with the help of a small device i dont know what is that?. He didnt gave bill for that service of amount Rs.1500. I asked about bill to that person, he said i ll give tomorrow but he never gave and after some day exactly feb 8th the same colour problem happens in my TV. I asked to that the above service centre and mechanic on Feb 9 th 2017. They said llcome tomorrow for service but no one came. Afterwards I called daily they simply said tomorrow. At one time i got angry and ask "why u said tomorrow ? Its not good i ll complaint about ur service centre". But they again said "do what u can" with irresponsible tone.
                      Kindly make some action to that service centre and do some favour to us.

                        My mother ordered Onida microwave from homeshop18.while ordering she asked them, if microwave can be used for baking and cooking purpose.they said it can be used for all purposes and also demo for cooking will be provided by Onida person at your location.so she ordered on 26 Jan and it was received by 30 Jan .And she called Onida customer care many times and request for demo. But no one came so she complained for that and finally on 19 Feb their representatives came, but to her surprise he don't even know about basic o[censored]sing microwave and unable to give cooking demo to my mother and he also said that homeshop18 people have fooled you this microwave can not be used for baking.
                        Now this is really a problem no body is resolving the issue and with our bad luck we ordered one more microwave for our relatives before getting demo.
                        Now I want resolution as soon as possible.it is very bad that company like Onida don't care for their customers and earning bad brand image, I will not recommended Onida to anyone for any time of products.

                            he told me i will be there at 6 pm on 14/02/2017
                            still installation not done

                            1) first thing he wasted my lots time
                            2) service was not proper

                                Model being used is Hydroplus Fully Automatic Front Load. Service Person of Ondia concluded that the issue is due to failure of circuit board. Next day i got a call from Ondia team saying that circuit is not available to replace and offered just 25% on the purchase of new machine.Could you please let me know howcome the circuit is not available for just 3 years old machine and how the current valuation is estimated.

                                  I have purchased Onida 5.8Kg fully automatic Washing machine on 23/09/2016 through Flipkart. From the day one, there is some issue in the circuit board, but your service engineer did not diagnosed it. During the latest compliant (Complaint #[protected] dated 18/01/2016) only, it was identified, but till date it is unresolved.

                                  Please get the issue resolved (or) initiate the request for replacement for the washing machine, since it creates the mental stress for me from the date of purchasing.

                                    I am frustrated and annoyed with the false commitments from the engineers, service center employee (Nave en) and there manager those number is [protected].

                                    I have purchased this LED tv for 40, 000 in 2016 January, but from 2016 July I am been calling to the customer care for my complaint of remote.Remove was replaced but engineer from onida opened the TV and changed some back panel buttons. From then I am facing a massive issue in TV. Sometimes TV display goes off and audio is there and there is no issue with the AV terminal. I requested for replacement and there is no resolution to my solution. Manager Said every think will be resolve till 10th January 2017 but now no one is ready replace this LED TV.

                                    I call manager on [protected] he allways says I am in hospital I cannot help you. Although he is not providing any backup person number who can assist me with. LED is not working properly.

                                      I had raised one complaint 2 weeks before regarding my led tv remote on/off button not working. I had called 4 to 5 times customer care, they told will be given within 2 days. Each and every time when i am calling they telling the same one, will given 2 days. It is still under warranty, so that may be poor response. No proper response and also call getting disconnected often. Very poor customer service. Please support me in resolving the issue

                                        Hi all,

                                        We had purchased Onida 40 inches TV and it is just been 6 months, the TV is gone and not working for no reason and also we hardly watch TV in a day like 5-6 hours but we don't have any ideas why the TV is not working. We had complaint to Onida customer service and there is no reply from 48 days and creating a mess. We contacted near by onida service station and it's still the same. We are not so jobless to be behind with all the onida service stations and initially when we purchase they informed us with good customer service but now it turned out to be a pathetic service. We need the CEO, President or Manager of Onida to address asap and need to replace the entire set of TV.
                                        The people who recently visited was: Ramanjaneya and Manager Molly who was so Mindless that he does not know what the customer service is all about.
                                        Need an explanation asap from all of these guys immediately.
                                        Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
