We have purchased led onida tv

Model no: leo40fain,

Serial no:leo40fain#15k04#004486

On 25/12/2015 from sri pirgal electronics, kukatpally, hyderabad.

The tv was not running well since august month. The complaint was lodged on 22/11/2016 complaint no: 1611e[protected], called call center and regional managers many times. After one week your service engineer visited and said that the mother board was damaged. With great difficulty the mother board was received after 25 days and replaced after long time that is on 06/01/2017 and the very next day the set is now totally in dead condition. Now the piece no of[censored]se

The set was purchased with hard earned money with my 5years savings. How can i accept this defective piece when i paid for it. My family totally under depressed mood and no mental peace.

We have spent our valuable time and money with tense.

We have no patience to continue with your great onida set. We have lost credibility on your product.

Therefore your requested to refund the money without any further delay.

Your also kindly requested to instruct concerned service center and dealer for quick payment

    I purchased a 50 inch Led tv in 2016 and the same was working fine till 1st of 2017. on 1st Jan 2017, while watching the TV, there was a big noise and TV went defunct. I registered complaint for repair. The complaint number is 1701G[protected].

    The service engineer visited after two days and told mother board failure and needed replacement

    The next day service engineer came back with a mother board (not a new one ) but again that board also had problem and was not functional.

    Now they want the Panel to be checked. When there is no proper response for replacement of the board, i am totally annoyed and confused whether to send the panel for testing.

    Still my problem was not solved. When ever l Call service engineer I get same reply that the board will come today or tomorrow.

    I believe that the local Service team is over burdened with lots of work, I would like to bring this to the notice of
    the complaint wing so that my case would be attended fast. It is almost 12 days now and I have no clue when my Tv will be repaired.
    Kindly help me out with a speedy solution.

      Bought Onida led TV on 5 and onida customer service is just pathetic.From Last two days they made me sit home leaving behind my work and still they are asking me to still cooperate as the installation guy is doing work.As in I don't have any work.U guys are pathetic.U have wasted my 2 workable days.still asking to wait at home since morning giving fake promises.Even after explaining problem as I have daughter of 3 years.If by chance while playing the TV breaks are u guys going to refund the amount.

        I was purchased an android 32 inch Led tv on 9-1-2016. some problem happened on my TV at[protected] I registered complaint on same day my complaint no 1611E[protected]. service engineer visited and told mother board failure, need to replace. on 8/12/2016 service engineer came back with new mother board but that new board also had problem so he take it back. till now my problem was not solved. When ever l Cal service engineer he told same answer the board will come today or tomorrow like this. Now a days service engineer and chengalpattu service manager also not respons my Cal they not attend my Cal also. I am not able to see the TV. Before I trust Onida products but now I feel bad for purchasing the TV. my TV is under warranty period. please do need full as soon as possible. nearly two month passed please take steps as early otherwise replace with new TV.

            I have bought a microwave oven from sales india ahmedabad wherwin where in since i purchased it its magnet has gone damaged and since last 4 months i am in follow up with the dealer and company customer care but no resolution is provided. Pleas help immediately. I have registered my complain more then 20 times but the company, dealer is not ready to listen. The local engineer says that the company will send the new magnet heater to them and then they will replace but since llast 4 months i am getting the same reply.

              i contact onida services center 20 September 2016 my complaint no.
              Till then led TV is not Repaired.
              And your technician Led collect my home and no response till m frustrated.
              Very poor service in onida
              Bad experience in onida, I also suggest please do not purchase onida product, fake company Nd thief. Nd your service executive very bad (tahir Ali) Delhi ncr

                Till then led TV is not Repaired.
                I have Warranty 1 year Company policy

                  We give our LED TV on[protected] on your pondicherry service center. Still we don't received any responsible answer from your service center.

                  After we speak to your ASM Mr.Jagan (Ph:[protected]) we contact this no he is told (I am in meeting. I will catch your tomorrow) this received on December 1st. But still we don't received any call or text for his.

                  Next we move this issues to your BSI Mr.Thiru Murugan (Ph:[protected]) we contact this person we is not ready to give any solution, but that person is really hurts me on words. They don't Know how handle the Me. He treat me like a "Beggar". we speak normally why so delay he told ( you don't have work. He had a lost Work. after hour he said he call and suddenly cut my phone conversation.) I felt we bad to speak with him. But still we don't received phone call.

                  Next we move this issues to Mr.jeevendraprasad (Ph:[protected]) we call the person but he his not pick up my phone call. But he he sent teaxt (I call you later).
                  then we informed our problem on whatsapp. He see my all text but he don't give any proper replay. Finally he also not react my problem and my pain.
                  Still the issue is going.

                  *So many produce are ruining on Market. I select Onida I my Mistake?

                  *Or i give my product on your service center its my Mistake?

                  I attach your service center Work order. Whether its our service centre Work Order?

                  * we are waiting for more than 88 days. but still we don't received any proper solution. Please give training to your service term. How important to customer handle. Please give solution's my problem.

                    I am a consumer of onida from tripura state, india having one onida lcd tv for last 4/5 years. recently i am facing some problem in it. so i took it in your recognised servicing centre for agartala, tripura namely 'maa agency', 36, mantrbari road, agartala, tripura (w). after keeping it for one night and repairing they gave one bill of rs.2300/- which is too much for a simple problem like it takes few times to on after power on the swith. also they gave on cash memo regarding this having sl. no.338, dt.9.11.2016 in which they even dont mentioned the names of the parts which were repaired or changed, only written 'repairing & servicing charges with spare-rs.2300/-'
                    Hence i am forced to write letter to you so that you can take some action against that agency who is just looting the public in the name of ondia servicing centre and spoiling your reputation.

                      The image on the screen is not clear, when it is turned on, the image on the screen turns white(whole screen will be white) after 10-15 minutes. There has been several complaints made through customer and retailer but no action is taken to complie the same, since one and half year no one cared to attend the complaint. A legal notice was also issued in your company name, so kindly treat it as a last reminder to attend the complaint and repair the said LCD TV. if you fail to do so, then I will be left no option other than a consumer court.

                        I have 5 onida ac in my home I don't have any issue so I suggest my father in law to buy onida ac it was working fine for 2 years but now he had cooling problem with that ac so we spoke with customer care they send a guy from authorised dealer he came and take my ac to his work place to troubleshoot our issue with ac but he didn't came back to my home to fix that ac . And I getting poor response from custom care as well as service centre really I feel bad that I am using your product if possible rectify this issue or definitely I will be posting about your product in facebook twitter and what's up to all my friends not to buy onida product they are cheaters

                            When i launch my complaint about my washing machine very next day two of the staffes came and watch my machine and they told me that your machine had a problem with board and it costs of 4500 and we have to give order from Mumbai.Then they collected rs650 for service without touching machine and they told me that you will get back with in a week.Now two weeks are over.But still there's no message from the company.The cost is so high with pain and I never say for onida is not a good choice even customer services also poor.
                            Warranty registraion card didn't fill up when I purchased.I attached the copy of the customer copy.

                              I buyed a leo32hr2 on 3jan 2016 now on 26/10/2016 it has a problem. And the service center mysore responds on 2/11/2016 saying that we didn't pick the call which is a lie and then a techie comes saying that he will solve the problem the next day i'e on 3/11/2016 but till the date their is no answer!!! My complaint no. Is1610d[protected] what should i do now?

                                I have purchase Onida LED TV Model No.LEO32HE from a Authorized Dealer Vasanth & Co, Tambaram, Chennai, in Sep 2015. We had a complaint in Aug 2016 there was no Picture and we reported to the Service Center till now one one is visited We require a immediate solution for this. We have the new One to be replaced. We have escalated the issue many times but we didn't receive any response from the service people. We have suffered more than 2.5 months in trying to get our TV serviced. Since we have reported the issue before warranty period we will not be able to pay for the replacement of the parts if any.

                                  Recently iam purchased a new led onida tv 32 inches throw paytm. But unfortunately my tv has not working. So request call to onida customer care center hyderabad ([protected]) 75 times in duration of 2 months but no response. Only persons said process on the way. Till we are waiting to.

                                  Yesterday we had received call from onida & another call received from Paytm .The person of Paytm told me that your amount will be refund to you, also he added that to send of my bank account number to the below mentioned Ph number Bank [protected] .He said that your ATM card insert ur nearest ATM center & call to my ph no..He explained some steps ..
                                  1.Insert into ATM card to ATM mechine & entered the PIN no.
                                  2.Select the Banking Service & Select the Fund Transfer .
                                  3.Select the Non Axis bank account & enter the Account no.
                                  4.The person said that company A/C no:[protected] &select transfer fund enter the Rs.10, 000/-
                                  But funds are not transferred because my A/c balance Rs..212 & I got Atm slip Transaction declined…
                                  The person Said that you have maintain minim Rs.10000/- balance after you got ur Refund other wise you lost ur refound

                                  Kindly sort out my issue and help me.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Recently iam purchased a new led onida tv 32 inches throw paytm. But unfortunately my tv has not working. So request call to onida customer care center hyderabad ([protected]) 75 times in duration of 2 months but no response. Only persons said process on the way. Till we are waiting to.

                                        Dear onida,

                                        I am your customer for last 6 years still being treated so badly. my onida washing machine (dual tub, semi automatic) is under annual maintenace contract (amc). i have lodged a complaint with my registered mobile number [protected], on 29 th april, 2016 but the complaint is still not resolved. i have called customer care numerous times but everything resulted in cipher. the machine is completely at halt and not working for last 6 months.

                                        This is a clear cut case of not only providing the worst customer service but also a breach of contract.

                                        You are required to take urgent actions in this regard.
