I had raised a complaint regarding water leakage from onida washing machine in june. No technician visited the house but they closed the complaint internally and didn't bother to get feed back from me. I again raised one more complaint in september regarding the same issue, but this time a technician visited and concluded that a pipe is damaged and needs replacement. He told he would order the part and install in a week. He never showed up and to my surprise they closed the complaint again with out contacting me. The washing machine is in warranty period. This is frustrating from my end. The problem has been there for almost a year.

    I have purchase Onida LED TV Model No.LEO32HE from a Authorized Dealer Vasanth & Co, Tambaram, Chennai, in Sep 2015. We had a complaint in Aug 2016 there was no Picture and we reported to the Service Center till now one one is visited We require a immediate solution for this. We have the new One to be replaced. We have escalated the issue many times but we didn't receive any response from the service people. We have suffered more than 2.5 months in trying to get our TV serviced. Since we have reported the issue before warranty period we will not be able to pay for the replacement of the parts if any.

      While tv was running yesterday suddenly the display has changed with multiple colour layers and display has gone. we tried switching off the tv & switching it on but it didnt worked. we are able to hear but visibility is absolute zero.

        Hi,

        I am using onida semi automatic washing machine and I have been calling customer care and local service center but there has been no response form any one from LAST 20 days. I am calling them every day they keep saying they would come but no one turn up to resolve the issue.

        I have ever seen such poor and dis satisfactory customer service.

        I have been given numbers to contact people for help, but I am calling them from last 10 days they are also just giving fake promise, this is really ridiculous.

        [protected] -- always says will check and never revert back
        [protected] -- received call from person but never followed up again, when call back number just rings.

        I dont understand what to do.

          Failure to washing machine service in spite of of repeated reminders

          One of the worst Customer Care Support. They are not available or keep their number busy on purpose.

          I have been cheated by the onida service centre in vijayawada, vignesh customer care centre (Tel.: 2482994/2482934).

          About 50 days ago, i noticed a minor problem with my onida window ac. I complained from their website and requested an examination of the ac by a technician.in response, a technician came after several days and took the motherboard to the service centre for repairs. After repairs, the technician (Krishna prasad, mobile: [protected]) carelessly handled the ac while refixing the repaired motherboard, with the result that the swing of the ac fell and broke. He admitted, however, that it was his mistake and promised to replace the swing. He charged rs 1300 for the repairs. When i said i would pay him after the replacement of the swing, he said my remote control had stopped working and should be replaced. He took rs 1350 from me for a new remote control and promised to come back in an hour or so. But he never came back. Suspecting cheating, i checked the remote control and found it working well.

          This took place on 29 september 2016. Since then, i have made innumerable phone calls to the technician and the service centre. They promised to come, but never kept the promise. I complained to onida from their website, but even they have not responded. I called the company[protected] a few times. Each time the customer care executive promised to get back to me but never did.

          The technician not only broke a very good swing and has never replaced it, but collected rs. 50 more (Rs 1350) from me by lying that the remote control had stopped working. I trusted him because he was from onida, a reputable company. And i trusted the service centre because it was an onida service centre. While the cheating on the part of the service centre mars reputation of onida, the company's silence over my complaints doesn't speak well of it.

          Dear Partha, only one thing what we can do is, spread this world that Onida service is very poor and tell Friends and family not to buy Ondia products. if we stop at least one customer buying Ondia and spread this nonsense experience what we had with Ondia we can bring change. Onida should admit the mistake and should change the situation. Otherwise it going to be a big nightmare for them.

          How come the company doesn't have a grievance redress mechanism at all? I don't find any such thing on their website. Neither have they given the email addresses of the officials, just in case someone wants to contact them. As a matter of fact, they have not at all made any provision for complaints; apparently, they don't want complaints. They only have a 'Contact Us' on the menu, and I have used it a number of times to send messages to them with no response. During the past month and a half, I have spent about Rs. 200 calling the service centre (0866-2482994), the technician (9700842705), and the company (040-39889000) with no results. The service centre damaged the AC, but lied and cheated and collected money from me. I had never expected this kind of experience with a company like Onida.

            I have raise a complaint for service of my Onida 21 inch color TV on Monday 10th Oct 2016, compailnt no is 1610D[protected].
            even after calling daily to customer care, nobody has attended the service request yet. I have got sevice center incharge Mr. Harinath contact no. [protected] through customer care person. when I called him first day his person said that he will send the technician. next day when i called again he said lie that request has been cancelled but still he will send the technician. Now he stopped taking my call also.
            I never expected such horrible response and sevice from Onida. Buying Onida TV was my biggest Mistake.

              Dear sir,
              I am totally disappointed with the service on the ondia product extended. (Kindly note i got onida tv in 90’s that is when i got fascinated with onida! It never gave trouble to me, i recommended ondia tv to my friends as well)

              I purchased my dream ondia a/c 1.5 t 183 smh model on 27th of sept 2015.

              It took almost 10days to get this assembled and installed, as one who came fixed the stabilizer which is not feasible to reach to the ac unit!!! Finally all settled after 10 days. It was working fine till 26th sept 2016. From 26th sept i had a problem of a/c switching on and off automatically on its own when power is on. It happens 5 times in a minute.
              I logged a complaint on 27th sep 2017, after 4 days one gentle man called from kancheepuram and asked for address and i informed him, that from the place from where he calls is about 40 km.
              Later there is no response, once again i called to the service center, finally on 7th oct one engineer - [protected] came and checked and found that it is a board problem, and this will not cover under warranty!!!
              He also asked me to check with his supervisor mr rajesh [protected], he was so polite to deny that the complaint he got was on 5th oct and he declined the warranty, when i told i gave to complained last month, i understand sir, it got transferred to me from kancheepuram late, i am not aware and you need to contact service center.
              I called service center[protected] on the same day, i asked for details, she told that she will get back to be before 6 pm on the same day (Hope 7th oct). But there is neither call nor a sms received from your side.
              Today 11th oct i called and as usual explained all history and geography to a service center (Jenifer), she told that again old stories that complained was logged on 6th october. After re check the first complained was closed as no response!!! Trust me i have not got any call form your service team.
              Surprisingly she informed that getting the board will take 25days!!!
              Again i called service center[protected] on 12th oct your call center people are dare to cut the call in between while customer is explaining the grievance. It had happened twice. If i correctly remember i made a call around 2 pm and 4;30 pm. Both of them do not had any curtesy to say sorry, and they simply cut the call after discussion of around 3 min without proper answer.
              I made another call to service center[protected] – on 14th oct - john who spoke to me with curtesy, he informed me that the complaint which was logged on 6th oct (Oh god, the original was logged on 27th sept) is still under pending as pcb is not available. I was directed to call akash enterprises @[protected].
              I called akash enterprises and understood my ac is out of warranty! Pcb is awaited from bombay for further detail call rajesh. (Again mr. Rajesh is the one to whom i spoke on 7th oct, refer first few paragraph of my letter).
              I need following clarifications from your side.
              1) is my a/c will be covered under warranty or not? Considering the complaint which was placed on 27th sept. I understood the complaint was closed as no reply, please provide details when it was called is there sms sent etc.
              2) is pcb failure happening first time in india if it is first time also, why 25 days? Why can you air ship few parts and satisfy the customers.
              3) the mail id given [protected]@onida.com is not in use, mail are not being delivered, could you correct the same.
              4) if it is going to be a normal process to get board 25 days, could you please upfront inform customer that the service will take 25day while buying the a/c.

              I am expecting the response from you by cob today please. If you are in my place how would you rate the product and service of onida.

              on 19th I called service center Akash enterprises - Tambaram[protected] and spoke to Rajesh, he replied back to check with Onida team and come back immediately. But till date i have not got a call from the service center.
              neither service center not the help line team has no clue what to do on this case. I am unable to reach any other higher officials with respect to this complaint.
              on 19th Oct i again contacted the Akash ent. on the status - Ph#[protected] and i spoke to Mr Rajesh [protected] and i was told they will check and revert back.
              All, this is my humble request do not buy Onida product there service is pathetic and no one is responding correctly. I decided to throw out the damp ac and going to get a new one. can Ondia team suggest who is best service provider???

                I have a onida washing machine i called the service centre no provided online only some times they pick the call that's the first complain and later they give me no of a guy who comes home and charges 1500 rupees for service and did not give a bill next day i see the washing machine is also not working i call him back he is not coming home now i try calling the service station the operator keeps asking me to wait for their service executive to attend

                  I bought a onida ac rs 34500. After two month they didn't work. So many times i complain to puducherry onida ac service center now itself not attend my problem. Very worst air conditioner and worst ac service center. Please before buying onida ac, please consider my review. Very worst service, oy two month working, my money waste, my energy waste. Not attend the cll, no tollfree number, no head office, no respect service engineer, very worst, i'll say before buy please saw the product review.

                    I request help with an onida split a. C which i bought on[protected] for rs. 29, 000 from a registered vendor called "sheetal refrigeration" tin no.- [protected] after having made payment in full.
                    Just in a month it's motor stopped functioning. After informing the vendor, he sent a technician to look and assured resolution within 10days by replacing the faulty motor. But after repeated calls, the vendor was not able to resolve the matter. So we directly called onida customer complaint, where ondia informed us to our suprise that we won't be getting the warranty because this is not a registered dealer.
                    After getting info of our having reported the matter to onida complaint centre, neither the vendor has responded neither onida is ready to take the responsibility - although onida being the ultimate beneficiary.
                    Request your kind assistance with the matter.

                        I bought a onida TV and I am requested for service people for installation 10 days over no one come to my home very bad service worst call center they are not listening customer words and not understanding customer valuation here after I won't buy Onida product's.
                        I am register a complaint also in Onida website still now I am not get any reply when ever I am calling callcenter they're behaving horrible always I am getting same reply senior not available and manager not available call after 1 hour they're wasting my mobile balance worst callcenter worst service people after 5 or 10 years onida will be shut down from India sure.

                          Dear Onida Team,

                          We have been using Onida Microwave and AC for couple of years now. Last week, we had some issues with the Microwave and lodged a complaint with your customer service department. Post registering the complaint, a representative was sent for inspection and he charged us Rs1700 to fix the issue.
                          The issue was fixed on Friday, 23 September 2016. However, the problem re-occurred the very next day and I again called up the person who came to fix the problem.

                          I assume, my follow-up with the representative was not appreciated and he started showing a lot of arrogance and temper over the phone. I asked to refer a different POC and that person kept buying time.

                          Meanwhile, we called up the customer service desk again but then said they cannot help and shall register a complaint again. Honestly speaking, we are amazed by the behavior of all the staffs. I think as a reputed organization, you should be extremely careful before outsourcing your services to a fraud organization like ADONIS. The staffs are rude and below standards. They don't even know how to speak properly over the phone.

                          Please ensure you to take corrective action and have empathy towards your customers. These adulterated ways of fooling customers will only spoil the company's reputation in days to come.

                          Extremely disappointed and hereby, we are boycotting to avail any of your services or products in days to come.

                            I am based in agra and i bought onida 3 star 1.5 ton split ac last year 30 april 2015, after running it for 4-5 months we didn't use after september in march 2016 i try to run it but it was not doing any cooling, i called customer care many many times and registered complain in starting of april, for almost 2 weeks, they gave me local number for service center but that guy never picked the phone and no one ever visited us till the end of april, eventually i had to contact pvt technician and he filled the gas in it as gas was leaked, it worked well for 2 months and again gas leaked again he filled gas worked for almost 15-20 days it leaked again he checked the whole unit throughly and we saw that the pipes in the coil are in such bad condition that they are not even repairable, now because of such poor service and quality of product i am buying a whole new indoor unit which is costing me 11000 after filling gas and installation, this is very very bad attitude, in 16 months i had to spend 15000 on this piece of crap, i need a replacement of the indoor unit or some refund all the cust care complaints i lodged must be there for proof, please take this seriously

                              Actually i was booked complaint regrading my tv display is showing some line through customer care.
                              After few week later one executive came form service he checked we need to change board i will check with store and come back to you.

                              After that the executive is gone i also waited but nothing is happen i called many time to customer care and the service centre no resonance.

                                Hi - i bought onida fully automatic machine in feb'2016 and product is under warranty. 6 weeks back i register complain to repair washing machine dryer but case was closed without taking any action. Since then i registered 4 complains but it ia being closed without taking any action. No one visited my home, no one called me for machine repair. Yesterday i dropped an email to onida support team and few other senior persons but i didn't get even acknowledgement. It's mental harassment and cheating and they are making customer fool by selling one year warranty.

                                I request to take strict action against onida.

                                  I had bought one Onida 40" LED tv during Diwali 2015. It developed some technical problems and has not been working from the last one & a half months. I informed the dealer from whom I bought the TV, but they never bothered to help me, the dealer is M/S Alied Electronics, H pocket, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95. I then called up the Delhi office of Onida with my problem and they gave me a complaint no. which yielded no results. After waiting for 7 days I complained to the centralised complaint office for help and they gave me a fresh complaint no. (1608E[protected]. Even after waiting for almost 10 days no help came through. On the 10th day a service engineer came from Ghaziabad and told me that the motherboard is faulty and it has to be replaced but unfortunately even after 30 days, no action has been taken to replace the motherboard. I tried to call up Mirc Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad (since I put up there) on[protected] no one picks up.

                                  As far as your service no. 39889000 is concerned, the customer service executives could not be of any use to me. Then I tried contacting others for help at the following phone nos. But no-one picks up the phone.

                                  I was also given another number of some higher official which yielded no results as no one really believes in receiving phone calls, a screenshot of which has been attached herewith, along with the date and time of message received. We have been trying to contact them since then because it had already been more than 15 days of hoping to see some action from your end.

                                  As u can clearly see it has been more than a month o[censored]s trying to get some help regarding our newly purchased tv which has gone faulty. We have been fooled by your company and customer service is deplorable. The customer service executives promise to help us but nothing really happens. While speaking to one such executive I promised to go to the consumer court & I will fulfill my promise. I'll lodge a complaint on Monday as soon as the court opens.
                                  If you cannot get my thing sorted as soon as possible then see you in court. Your company is a big black spot in calling itself "Owner's pride" as I feel quite the opposite about your company. My hard earned money has gone to ruins after investing on your product.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I brought a led 40 inch TV(LEO40FAIN) on 12/09/2016 and it was not working from 14/09/2016 and a complaint is registered on 14/09/2016. On 16/09/2016, somebody from thrissur(kerala) service centre called me and told that, if possible they will try to come on 19/09/2016 and they have taken the complaint number through phone (complaint no: 1609A[protected]. Nobody even came till now to show the demo or for wall mount or to service.
                                    Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
