Dear Onida Team,

I have been using Onida Air Conditioner's since 8-10 years... All my offices and residence and farm house has Onida Air condition but with this bad experience of service it seems to be the last time i have ever bought the machines. My name is Anil Kanjani and I have a 1.5 ton Air conditioner at home which is having a problem and i have registered complaint twice for this but have got no response in last 14 days.

The 1st complaint was registered on 31st August with complaint number 1608G[protected]. Received a call from your engineer that he is coming in half an hour and understood the residence address from me but he never turned up. Then i waited till 7th and called back and came to know that the complaint has been cancelled and he generated a false report that customer didnt pick up the call whereby i have a recorded call in his voice where i explained him the address and he was supposed to come in half an hour.

Thereby I registered a 2nd complaint on 7th of September with complaint number 1609G[protected]. Received a call again and this time the guy name Rajesh visited at my residence and said that it has gas problem and he will get the instruments on 9th and come back for repairing. He took Rs. 650 from us and then never turned back. His boss / other guy at Onida who cordinates this has been called twice since then but still the guy has not turned back and the problem still persists and feel like been cheated as the guy has not even given the receipt for the money collected.

I called your customer care today and the lady named Pooja talked to me and she asked me the name of the guy who visited my residence which i could not recall and she said in that case, i need to re-register the complaint. Do i need to note the name and number of the Onida employees / engineers? Doesnt your system / hierarchy let you know the name of the person visiting your clients place for complaint?? By God's grace i recalled the name and did not have to re-register the complaint. But i still doubt the complaint has to be solved on urgent basis.

Let me know is this the way you deal with your regular or any customer. Does a normal AC problem takes half a month and still no sign of solution persists.

Kindly let me know when this problem is getting solved at earliest or any next step or action which i can take so that you guys come in action on urgent.

Pathetically, all mails sent on [protected]@onida.com are bouncing back.

    My name is pradeepan o, my complaint no:1607f[protected]. i did lodge a complaint of my power supply faulty of onida 21" ultra slim colour tv. the engineer (mob no - [protected], from surat costumer care centre) visited my home for product check and confirmed that power supply of the tv is in faulty and need to replace or repair. he removed the board of the tv for circuit repairing. for many days there was no response from service centre surat. after constant calling for 2-3 weeks they had finally sent an another technician to re-install the board without repairing. he told that board couldn't be repaired as the tv was out dated and the parts were not available. after consulting with new technician by me, he pointed that the following parts were missing. 1) power supply ic (str), 2) out put tran sister ic, 3) diod, 4) thre leg ptc. very fraudulent activity from onida service centre surat. please do needful and take immediate action.

      Sir,

      I brought the following model TV “Onida LEO40FSAIN 101.6 cm (40") Smart LED TV (Full HD)” on last month through Dhanam Sales, Pondicherry. But till date the formal installation and demo not yet complete. Whenever I called your Pondicherry branch they told the technician are always busy with other area. Please confirm when the above said activates going to complete.

        I placed an order for Onida G18A with Order ID: [protected] from Snapdeal on 31/7/2016 and received the same on 8/8/2016. It was working fine for a few days but post the return period the mic was not working properly so when I speak to someone they were unable to here me. Hence I spoke to Snapdeal and they denied return as it was out of return period so they gave some information about the service centers in Bangalore but they were unreachable. Hence I did some research online and contacted Onida customer care and found there are 2 service centers in Bangalore. I first tried calling the office in Vijaynagar and they clearly said they only service TVs. Hence I called the Basavanagudi office but the phone didnt go through. So here I am stucck with a half broken phone. Please check and get this fixed as the phone is still in manufacturer warranty and no damages found on it. However, if no actions are taken then I will ensure that this is all over the Social Media.

          Upon making complaint of our ONIDA AC a repesentative came 2 days back un announced and took Rs3000 and gave us a bill, saying that technician will come in one day. No one has showed up till now. Upon calling service centre Adonis Electronics we are told that it is not a big issue. We wish to get a refund of the amount paid.

            Hi

            I did lodge a complaint of my faulty remote on 27th July 2017, complaint no: 1607C[protected]. The engineer visited my home for product check and confirmed that remote is faulty and as the product is in warranty, I will get the replacement.

            After 2-3 weeks I received call from technician that the company has sent the remote, but when I contacted the technician next day, I was informed that the new remote is also faulty as checked by the technician.

            It's been around a month already and I haven't received the replacement remote yet and the current remote is not working due to which I am facing issues to watch TV.

            Kindly look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.

              Bought 40 " led onida tv in dec 2015 online through amazon.com. Inspite of several complaint s on their customers care center problem not yet received. First of all connecting customers care number is too difficult and if gets connect ed u would not get a proper answer. They give u a number of service engineer which is always switched off. After a hectic effort i once connected to th service engineer who was very rough in talking. Any way after few days he came to attend complaint and found a defective component and assured to return next day with defective component, the day never came during the past 7 months. Luckily whenever i connect to the service engineer he says component is not available with us or company has not dispatched as yet. This is the greatest service i have ever seen with a company in india. Now i have no option but to sue the company in the court of law and blacklist such company.

                We had bought a onida led 40 inch television last year (The tv is one year three months old). Half of the tv screen has turned blue. The onida engineer after checking the tv said that the panel needs to be changed and it would cost 6 thousand rupees. It has been three weeks now and still the customer care executive has not informed us anything. When u called to follow up today, they are saying that it will take more time and may cost about about 20 to 30 thousand.

                We bought the tv for 28 thousand and we are expected to pay 20 to 30 thousand for repair!!

                    My washing machine is not working. A complaint has been registered on[protected] with complaint no.1607d[protected]. A person attended the complaint and informed that some parts are to be replaced. The parts are not yet replaced and when i call the adonis electricals pvt ltd, kochi, kerala service center, they are saying that parts are not available. Is onida a company producing spare parts only when the complaint is registered. I have called the head of service mrs. Nimmy ([protected]) and she says that it will take another one week time. So for one month we have to wash our cloths by apppointing a dobby. Is this the service given by onida company

                        I had booked complaint No. 1608C86380387 with ONIDA Customer care[protected]; but I had to call 4-5 times to get the complaint number itself correctly.

                        Initially they did not book the complaint properly with correct service detail (I had booked the complaint for internal movement, but they booked it as general service. The second time I called customer care, the service representative disconnected in middle.

                        Third time, another service representative made me wait in the call for nearly 15 minutes, but gave me the wrong Complaint booking number.

                        Only the 4th or 5th time, the service representative (Vasanth) gave me correct complaint booking number. I then cancelled the booking saying that I was totally dissatisfied with their service. I already have a 4 year ( 2 year + 2 year) AMC with this company, but overall I feel it si total waste even the way they attend customer care calls.

                        I purchased Onida leo50fain in December 2015 which is not switching getting on with remote.i can see d red light on. In the Remote green light keeps blinking But doesn't get switched on. I dont understand what the excact problem is. Please send

                            I regret the poor administration of the company particularly service after sale of product.One tonne window ac was purchased by me on 23rd may 2016 from dolly electrnoics paschim vihar delhi.It has manufacturing fault of swing as unfunctional.After thirty and fourty phone calls/ complaints/request but till yet the problem has not been resolved.It has also been reminded to your authorised dealer m/s dolly electronics pashim vihar delhi.kindly replace the unit and take some action againt dealer as well, failing which i shall be left with nothing but to put the case in consumer court.

                              I am having old model onida a/v full function remote control tv. Model number is. Victor 8952, first problem is visibulity very low quality, and setopbox is not connected for this tv i think av problem is there. And i want remote for tv. These are the problems for above said model tv. So please respond as early as possible. And i want tv machanic contact for proper communication.

                                I called onida customer care10july make a complain for water leakage
                                They said it will take 24-48 hours technician came after 5 days they charge us 550 rupees for repairing problem not solve i called technician next day and informed we are facing same problem he said we need to call customer care i called customer care after 1 days or make complain for water leakage the said it will take another 24-48 hours no one came i waited for 6 days after that i called customer care to make complain they said please wait for another 2 days complain is open i waited another 2 days and call them they said complain closed by service centre address not found //1607b[protected]/there was another surprise

                                  I am using an onida microwave owen for the past 4 years. Last week there was a problem in my owen. When i called the service centre personnel, he
                                  Took the owen to his service centre. He told that the panel is having a problem and need to be replaced to which i agreed. He returned back the owen after 25 days after repeated and hectic follow-ups. He charged rs 2100/- for the job. But barely after 1 week the microwave owen is again not working. I have already logged complaint to customer care several times since 20th july 2016 but not getting any response. I am also not getting any response from the owner of the service centre and also the technician. I am feeling cheated and it is really very disappointing. Request to please help me out urgently.

                                    I anis uddin from agra i bought a window a/c of onida in 31/4/2016 and its not work more than 4 month. the seller said its contain a new type of gase give u extra durability. but after 4 months its make start problem, so i contact to customer care and registered my complaint against issue and they provide me complain no. 1607f[protected], after 2 days technician visit our site to see the problem. but they just take the photo copy of my bill and go away when i call him sir please look the problem into my a/c they reply me please wait i will come back in few minutes but they didn't back. they even don't look the problem. and the shocking message i received that your problem has been solved thanks for contact us. (ahh whats the hell is this). i call back to the customer care and explain all the happening. so they told me please wait another 2 days our technician visit you again. and they don't want to take any action against that technician who did this with me. and now its 4 days already past but non of the technician come to check the problem.
                                    Please let me know about the reputation of onida? is this reliable? is this the way treat with your customer? everyone everyone is a cheated person doing job in onida from seller to service provider.

                                      I am having 1 ton ac (model s125smh-wt) dt 23/10/2015. but since day of purchase it's having problem of cooling. your service engineer checked the unit and solved the problem temporarily. the unit having no cooling problem once again. send your service engineer and solve this issue permanently.
                                      I am very much disappointed with your product and services. kindly solve this issue permanently or change the faulty unit. if this problem continues, i will take some legal action regarding this.

                                        Hi There,

                                        My Onida ac is constantly under repair for last few(6) months. Repeated visit by your service agents has not solved the issue. In this 6 months, your two different service agents has refilled gas twice but still the the AC is not cooling.

                                        Upon checking with a couple(2) of your service agents, it's been identified that the both indoor and outdoor units are having issues. It took 25 days to rectify the problem by your new service agents(Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Porur). After 25 days they came to my home at 11pm to fix the units. They worked almost 3 hours to fix the units. During fixing, they had a problem with the power supply(from stabilizer to Indoor unit) which they rectified instantly. When i checked after an hour i again faced the same power problem. Also the workmanship of your mechanics are very poor. Tubes and wires from indoor to outdoor units are hanging in air.

                                        At the time of purchase I was told the compressor was under 5 year warranty and i would like to leverage this and get the compressor replaced with a new one. i would like to get this done as a last resort asap.

                                        I don't understand how come an A/C which is 2 years old and very sparsely used could cause so much problem. Mind you I have been in onsite with my family for this 2 years during this period. My other Onida A/C is working for last 8 years without stopping, the only service we do for that machine is to get it regularly cleaned.

                                        Also I would like to know, Are your service agents really unfit to provide permanent solutions (to such small problems) or Onida is not capable of producing quality products.

                                        If I am not going to get a response from your side and get the issue permanently fixed. I am going in for a new product from your competitors and i am surely posting this worst experience of mine in as much social networking sites and blogs as possible.
