I had booked complaint No. 1608C86380387 with ONIDA Customer care[protected]; but I had to call 4-5 times to get the complaint number itself correctly.

I called onida customer care chennai for washing machine service. I have taken amc as well. Unlike other company's consumer products, the customer service is very bad.
