I bought a new Onida 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine(http://www.flipkart.com/onida-6-kg-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-ma... 7 Months back and it stopped working 4 months back. My brother raised a complaint with Onida Customer care.

The complaint no. is [protected].

I spoke to Vizag and AP service management people (Pullaih & Jitendra) multiple times and there is no proper response. Every time they are saying that the spare part is not available and they are in process of getting it. Its like mental harassment hearing their same response or part not available every two days i call them from the past 4 months.

    Worst customer service ever, will never recommend anyone to buy any onida product again. I have a 40 inches led television which was taken for repairs on the 22nd june 2016, still i haven't received my tv, had gotten it back on 6th july but the issue wasn't resolved so they took it back on the 8th again for repairs, today is the 18th and i still haven't received my tv.
    Its been 25 days now and your technician mr sachin from onida's airoli service centre keeps telling me the tv is been tested, and he is so busy testing it that he doesn't even answer the calls and some girl named jyoti answers and gives some random excuses evertime for the delay. I can hear the technician in the background asking the receptionist to cook up some excuses. Very unprofessional behaviour from onida here. I am fed up of calling them hence have chosen to raise my complaint here, hoping to get some help on this platform now after 26 days.

    I regret the poor administration of the company particularly service after sale of product. I have Ondia Android LED TV and the Youtube app is not working on the Tv, I called ondia service centre on 22 Jul 2016 and hey said a technician will visit (Compalin no: [protected]), next day technician called and informed that you house homes into a different zone and that does not comes under his support boundaries. He asked me to file a new complaint. I did the same and filed a new complain (complain no: [protected]), I revived a call from Technician on 28 July 2016 named Dheeraj, he visited my home and checked the TV, He informed me that there is a problem with the youtube app which i already knew and he cannot fix it since he need to bring a thumbdrive containing the software to update. He asked me to wait till 1 Aug 2016. I have not received any call from anyboday since then and I have called onida service centre many time but they asked my to contact supervisor Mr. Mohd. Sharik (Phone no: [protected]) who never answers the call and
    Support center number [protected] Bharat Electronics.
    After 2 days i called ondia customer centre again and informed them that the people you asked to to call is not answering the call. They provided my a different number Innovation India System phone no: [protected], . I called Innovation India System on phone no: [protected] and one guy answered the call and provided my Mr. Prabhakaran;s phone no: [protected] (North India Head). I called Mr Prabhakaran and he answered the call. I informed him about my issue and he asked me to send all information on a text message and he'll assign a senior tech on this case and I'll receive a call from the Sr. tech but I have not received any call from any body.
    Today also i tried to call Mr Mohd Sakir and Mr. Prabhakaran but they did not answered my call.
    I send them a text message stating my problem and complain information.

    Kindly resolved this issue.

      I called onida customer care chennai for washing machine service. I have taken amc as well. Unlike other company's consumer products, the customer service is very bad. As comitted by the call center agent, service engineers dont call back within 24-48 hours. And the service engineer is disconnects the call and it is becoming nightmare to reach onida service engineer.

        Its been 2 months i have been complaining about my washing machine and they have no action taken till now it's been very difficult as the washing machine is very important to me and it not working is very much not fine to me. Not only me but my family also has to suffer because of not having any action taken from your company. This shows that onida does not care about it's customers because there are thousands of customers of onida who arent satisfied.
        I never had any problems with other equipment of onida so i bought the washing machine trusting your brand but never knew your customer feedback was so bad.
        I would like to get my washing machine fixed before the expiry of my warranty.

        My remote is a faulty one i have taken it to the onida service station at nagamalli thota in kakinada town they said they will replace it but till now 25days gone by but nothing happend

          I purchased a smart onida led tv. It is under warrenty. But the smart remote has stopped working. Its been 10 days since the complain no one showed up till now.

          I have called them 7 to 8 times. Every time they say engineer will come next day but no one shows up. Plz look in to this matter asap. This is very bad after service. No tv since 15 days.. my complain number is 1607A[protected].

          They also gave me number of the service centre to call but no one is receiving the call. It only rings..

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am writing this in the hope that i will be answered as a loyal customer of onida...

            I reported a faulty machine to onida on which a engineer was sent and parts were not available. the complaint number - [protected].

            The company offered a new machine at a discounted price.. we were asked to meet mr. k. sankara narayanan and choose our machine..

            We chose a 62 on 16th of june.. but were told only 60 available and asked to pay rs. 12000 for the same on 21st of june and i paid the same at your nungambakkam office to mr. sankara narayanan. he didn't give me a receipt but wrote the same back of his business card. (attached)

            But was delivered a 5.8 with a bill rs. 10, 000 on 25th of june...

            I was told that my old machine will be picked up, and the excess amount will be returned with exchange value for the old machine by him... but nothing is happening after daily follow up..

            Calls are unanswered.. no response... i feel cheated!!!

              I bought the 50 inch onida smart tv 6 months back. It was working well. 6 weeks back the video is not playing from the internet wifi. I contacted the onida service support and they attended the call and told they will change the pcb. After that i launched complaint again. They told they will fix. So far no response from them. This is the worst experience we had so far.

              The product is good but the service support for installation and service is very very very bad.

                I have purchased onida led leo40fain dated on 16 january 2016 at vasanth & co, west tambaram, chennai 600 045. and invoice number [protected]. after four month o[censored]sage now i am facing the problem of line mark in the display screen. (attached image)

                So i booked the warranty call in call center dated on 13 june 2016 and reference number for call booking is [protected]

                After booking service person mr. sivakumar contact number [protected] visited on 18 june 2016 and by seeing ants in the wall and back board that ants have caused this problem and cannot be covered under warranty. he has not proper analysis of the problem and has declared ants as the root cause.

                The same problem which is observed in my tv is also seen in mr. jayakumar from mugapaer, the tvs are from same manufacturing batches.

                And on 22nd jun-2016, i took the tv back to vasanth & co and this time they promised they will solve the problem within 2 days in warranty. but after 2 days on 24th jun-2016, they replied back that the tv cannot be covered under warranty by taking the comments from mr. sivakumar without verifying by the dealer service persons themselves.

                Now on repeated followups also no feedback or any service person is turning to verify the observations of the service person mr. sivakumar

                  I have brought LED 50'inch TV last year june 20. Its worked fine. Last before five days suddenly display has low and only black screen only showing. Immediately i have complaint through online. But still there is no response from onida service care. we really disappointment from onida service. Price for the TV is 44, 000. What shall we do for this. Its huge amount TV. But service care will not responding to us. Please do me a favor to take immediate action ASAP. Model Number LEO50FS#15D04#000804 . Also service person causally saying its panel damage. He said panel cost is 30, 000. TV rate is 44, 000 panel is 30, 000. What a answer from service care. ONIDA is best int the world but product care is not good.

                    I HV purchased ac in Oct 14 soon after 6 months problem start with condensor then compressor then consecutive 3 others issues .local authorised technician was not much experienced n knowledgeable .wrost service I ever experienced as no of times ac used to get some problem . 6 months back they filled the gas that got leaked now . now local service centre dropped the onida service . when I put complain then other service centre person quoted me 4000 for repair .
                    For last 3 months due to gas leakge my electric bill shoot up sharply from 1500 to 4000 this cost heavy to me . I purchased with this believe onida is good company .now I realize the product standard n service quality . I appeal to management to change the ac or either get repair with good technician at free of cost. Since I already harassed with time n money lot so far. Hope to listen soon .

                      Dear Team,

                      I am Sivakumar ( mobile [protected] ), residing in Perambur, chennai. I bought ONIDA LED LEO50FSAIN Tv from Satya agencies, ram nagar, kolathur on 02 october 2015 ( Invoice number CH12-15 /[protected].

                      The TV was showing "Launcher error" from 28th May 2016, due to which, we are unable to use the TV. every second it is reappearing.
                      since i was not in home and due to the latest android technology, i told my family members not to do anything till i return from my delhi trip. I have verified personally and tried connecting internet / opening the TV in full screen, but unable to do so. Hence i have raised a service request thru customer care team, SR number is : [protected] on 03 June 2016.

                      After 3 days, one engineer from Ayanavaram Service centre came and verified the fault and informed us that the mother board is faulty and it has to be replaced. But from that day onwards, i am awaiting for any update from Onida side.

                      Still i didnt receive any single call from the local service centre or from customer care . No follow up calls, no escalations happened automatically.

                      I have made almost 7 escalation calls to Onida customer care, but no use till now, always getting the same response "still it is open, product not received by the service centre".

                      I have made around 6 calls to the local service engineer, who earlier visited my house and he is having the similar response, "still the replacement product not received, awaiting, it will be rectified in 3 days". And similar issues found with other customers as well. Multiple 3 days passed, still no use.

                      Still the TV not working. pls suggest the way forward. I hope you can understand the role TV is playing our home. The entire family is frustrated on this and blaming me choosing "ONIDA". Because i am the one adamantly selected onida tv.

                      Please either repair the TV asap, or replace the TV, or else return the money and take back your TV, if no spare parts available and it will take more time to repair.

                      Please keep in mind, i am not escalating the issues on the first day. I have tried my level best with customer care many times, and local service centre many times, then finally after a month, i am escalating this, please do the needful.

                      WAITING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH TO REPAIR A TV, IN THE MODERN WORLD IS NOT APPROPRIATE.

                      Expecting a favourable reply and resolution by today. I hope you will not push me towards some legal action on this.

                        We have purchased one 50 inches led from onida in october 2015.but after few months its pannel was not working properly.On our request their executive came to check and he told us that this led will get exchanged by the company but did not come again. We have made many complaints after that but we did not get satisfactory service.We are highly dissapointed with their service.We have paid 48000 for this product.It is totally harrasment.kindly look into our matter.

                          I have registered a complaint on 6th june, 2016. But i am still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
                          I had connected multiple times over call with service center as well, but every time he was told that it would be resolved soon.
                          One thing is they are not picking a call sometimes made us angry.
                          I wonder, just to repair an washing machine takes a 20 days.
                          Can i expect some sort of solution for this.
                          I also spoke with the customer care more than 5 to 6 times. Customer support also no response after the call over.

                          I have experienced very very poor after sales service from ondia. I have seen that, onida almost gives no service support to the customers whose product are out of warranty. This is very much awful. I would advise all not to go for any product of onida. Because they will have to take the risk of repairing the product from outside vendors, as they will not get any support from onida.

                          Currently i bought the onida ac also... Fear about onida service...

                          They are daily telling some reason as school childrens. And now they are not picking up our call. i spend more than 100 Rs for talking with the onida customer service and the service engineer. And also they are wasting the peoples time and money.                             Had purchased Onida microwave from flipkart, there was one year warranty on the same.The microwave is not getting on, trying to get in touch with Onida customer care service but they not answering my calls.

                            Today is a last day of the warranty period, tomorrow the warranty will expire.Neither the team flipkart nor the Onida people helping me to resolve this issue.

                              Bought 3 window AC Onida 1.5 ton, on 31 Mar 2015, 1 unit out of 3 is developing gas leak issues since beginning. Since 30 Mar 2016 the gas got leaked 4 times after every few hours o[censored]se. Both front and back coils have already been replaced by Onida service centre at Noida- Uttar Pradesh due to large amount of punctures developed on coils. I am really facing lot of challenge using this device as it's totally proving to be an unreliable product. There is near zero support if I ever call at Onida customer care, executive there behaves like dummies and only read out policies and procedures with no abilities to hear a customer and provide reasonable solution!

                              Request you to look into this issue and replace the entire unit as this product is useless. Would really appreciate your positive steps in this case and an immediate resolution as it's peak summers going on.

                              Registered a complaint here today at 4:30 AM for faulty window AC. Got a call at 5:00 AM today from a person claiming that he works at Onida, New Delhi. Within a minute I received an SMS from ipaytm having OTP to change my Paytm Password, I did after much hesitation The Onida guy gave some lame excuse that my complaint ticket for faulty AC will be generated via Paytm!!

                              I always knew that Paytm is used for making payments, so I didn't share the second OTP and he kept on insisting me. Call got disconnected.

                              Onida- Could you please clear if you are running this 5:00 AM service through ipaytm phone application, where customer is asked to share his confidential information. Don't know what people are up to these days.

                                I hv but buyed an onida washing machine online from flipkart on 28th april.
                                Thr is a problem of belt since month later
                                I lodge a complain in service centre on 28th may. Technician visited after 4 5 days he checked the problem and told me that he will submit the problem in office and after getting the parts from thr he will change my washing machine belt.
                                Bt till nw thr is no responce from service centre.
                                So please take an imidiate follow up

                                    Till now the technician has not come to my place to repair my TV.

                                    I have talked to the service center Manager Mr. Pramod. He said that
                                    he would send some one on that day itself.

                                      I have purchased onida inverter ac two years back but now it's not working
                                      I have complaint on 1-6-2016 is not working and no reply from services.
                                      I made many call to onida service cent again & again after 10 days techinican came and services problem in Pc board he remove the pc board both from out door unit and in door Pc board no call from deva services man after 3days.again I made call to onida service cant. Complain regt totally ignored my complaint
                                      And till now no call from techinican &from onida services cent

                                        Please find the episode of what i have come across as one of the most in-efficient service ever. I could suggest a chinese brand over onida after this

                                        My phone no [protected]. Just in case you guys bother to check my service call numbers
                                        Date - 3rd June. Logged in complaint.
                                        4th June recieved call from kamothe service centre.
                                        5th June. Technician arrives. Complaint was switch not working. So panel was removed and taken for repair
                                        Story good so far

                                        Received panel after a week on 10th June after series of follow ups and phone calls. I was charged Rs 1000/- for service but No bill provided. After the service was done, the microwave is not heating at all. A new problem which was never there before.
                                        I called up the techincian who promised to come on Sunday. I.e 12th. He never showed up. I logged in a complaint again on Monday 13th June. Though i explained everything, the call centre lady without knowing what she was taking opens her mouth to say that there will be a service charge of Rs 450/-( height of ignorance).
                                        After registering complaint on 13th. Still waiting for any action from your side.
                                        I have given up hope.

                                        Thank god i only have one Onida product. Wont be surprised if Onida shuts shop. No organisation can survive with such shoddy services
