To Whomsoever it may Concern

This is to bring to your notice that we, Housefull Movies, have purchased an Air Conditioner on 11/3/2015, from Hypercity, Malad.

The device has been malfunctioning and breaking down ever since it has been bought. It has stopped cooling and sees water leakage constantly over the period of time. Everytime the device breaks down, the authorised service centre, Unique Enterprises has been called and they take away the device for repairing for over two weeks. Almost every internal component of the device has been repaired / replaced to keep it working, but to no effect.

This is the fourth time the air conditioner has broken down and the service centre technicians are in the office taking it away.

We have constantly tried to get in touch with senior personnel at Onida for a permanent solution to this problem, but in vain. There has been no response from them whatsoever.

We, as customers feel cheated by the company by their non responsiveness and lack of information by the call centre or helpline to take our grievances forward.

Request you to please take up this issue in order to find a closure.

    Kindly help me either a replacement of new tv or my tv with replaced board. As i have lost my patience and also my family could not enjoy most of the festival programs in this 6 months and even sports. With all that i was calm that onida will do some thing to the customer. Now that i lost my patience and my family is also very upset on onida company's image. We had the trust and bought a product even though it was bit costly compared to other brands.     Now they have cheated me by promising that they replaced with a new board and charged the price of rs.4000/- for change of board when i asked them to open and show the new board they asked me to pay the money and once i paid the money they opened and showed the board and i found that the board was a old rusted one and took photo. When brought the tv home and tried it was giving the same problem of noise once connected to the set top box. Since they did not have cable sttop box i could not test the tv at the service location.

    Still no response. and not bothers about consumer Forum
    Eeven after Trichy, Tamilnadu consumer forum send an order to compensate and resolve the issue by supplying a new board as money collected for new board and supplied damaged board

    July 25th till date no response why?
    Even after consumer verdict says replace the new board they are now asking for purchase bill. I am not asking Onida for free spare they collected 4000/- by way of cheating consumer billed me 4000 for new board replacement . when checked it was a rusted old BOARD and also the reported problem no change it exist . why they ask for purchase bill I do not under stand? I send the copies of the service bill to consuer forum and the verdict was based on the fraudulant act of ONIDA
    They asked them to replace the Board, and Indian Rupee 10, 000 compensation . no response sofar.

    This is the stake of consumers in India, there is no one to care the citizen of INDIA. And corporates simply neglect even supreme court verdict
    even after forum gave directives till date no response so making compliant to any level is waste of time for the consumers as ONIDA has simply ignored the judgement issue to them by the forum
    There is no value for these forum and your verdicts. so why you people also exist on line and give some verdict based on the proofs and ultimately these corporate "ONIDA" MIRC Electronics do not respect to you also. ONIDA MIRC Electronics still continuing with advertisement stating theirs is the best sound system in earth to envy and every day they cheat millions of INDIAN citizen.
    Out of those very few only come to you because only smart people will have records and proofs.
    even with these pictures and documents we are not able to get justice.
    Justice delayed is justice denied . that is what this forum is also doing gave a justice which you are not able to execute. Like supreme court gave a verdict to release water from Karnataka . but MR.SM KRISHNA ( whose son is indulged in a scam recently i read in the news paper) did not obey supreme court verdict and there was no action on a Chief Minister not obeying the ultimate authority's verdict of this country and all these forums and supreme power of this country only arm twist the poor and middle class who still obeying these authorities. .
    Attached is the current status of a product our hard earned money of Rs 30, 000/- + 4000/- spent for replacement of ( old board) charging for a new board

      I have registered complaint on 1st June, 2016.
      But I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
      I had connected multiple times over call with Onida customer care and Service center as well but every time i was told that it would be resolved soon.
      Even after dropping mail no proper action was taken.
      I wonder, just to repair 1 AC it takes 15 odd days.
      Can I expect some sort of solution for this and which will make my belief still alive on Onida products?

          We got our ac reinstalled by ur service centre in chennai.earlier it was fine with cooling later there is no cooling again called back the centre to check out the ac but they said it's due to voltage we have stabiliser also put up but we couldn't get effective cooling.the centre is not able to give solutionto the problem. if we could get the problem solved it would be fine. Hoping to get solution for the problem as soon as possible.

          In this hot summer month, nobody has called for correction from Onida. We had called him last 10 days back when we had similar problem after reinstallat ion. He checked that it was stabiliser issue.

          We installed but still it is not working.

          How many days will require to correct it? We will NOT Call for this but expect a servicing from Onida basis this message

          We have used Samsung appliances but never we faced such issues.

            I K. Suvarna Kumari filed a complaint for service of my onida washing machine in 1st week of may'16. The complaint no: is 1605D[protected]. The service man came and took the old spare part and told that new one is not in stock and will replace new one in 2 days & took 100 rupees. He hasn't shown up for 2weeks & when we called again the service center they took another complaint, no. is 1605D[protected] & gave some their higher authorities contact no's. whose names are srinivas and pandu ranga rao. Till now the service is not done and they are not responding to our calls & also said what ever you want to do, do & speaking very abusive language. Please do the needful ASAP.

              I wish to inform the company officials regarding the poor performance of your led tv purchased from on the the leading dealer in ernakulam, m/s. Pittappillil agencies vide their invoice no. 07-si-6375 dated 26/08/2014 led onida 32 inches tv having model no. Leo32hs and serial no. Leo32hs14h04000269.

              The appliance stopped working on 29/5/16 and the same was informed to the dealer on 30th may, 2016. But the dealer registered the complaint with onida service dept. Vide complaint no. 1606d[protected] dated 2/6/16. On 3rd june, 2016, one of the serive technician came home and after inspection of the appliance reported that the smps (Main board) has become faulty and should be replaced. The replacement cost was approximately rs. 6500.00 (Rupees six thousand five hundred only) including service charges.

              Here comes into doubt the poor quality of your product and its internal parts. At the time of purchase the salesman had committed 2 years warranty for the product (Special onaagosham offer), but now it is said that the warranty is only for the panel in the second year. So this just shows that even you are not confident with the quality your product and its parts to give extended warranty.

                I have purchased a new Onida Smart TV during the 3rd week of April, 2016. Right from beginning the Remote was not functioning properly and it was hanging frequently.
                We registered the complaint in your Chennai office and complaint no. is 1605F[protected] dated[protected]. One of your staff from Madurai came on 26th May and told us that he will come within a week with a new Board which is to be changed. But till date the repair was not rectified. We have been replied that still the spare is not yet arrived.

                  This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing certain issues with our ONIDA AC, Serial No.[protected], purchased on 18.04.2011 from United Traders, Sadar BazarAgra. We raised a complaint on 9th April, 2016 regarding the dysfunction of the AC .The complaint no. is 1604F[protected].
                  It is very unfortunate that till date we have not received any kind of technical assistance from your end and it’s really very annoying that we do not get proper response for the innumerable calls made to the customer care Centre. Not only this we got the contact no. of Mr. Vinod Lamba, the ONIDA REP from Agra, we spoke to him as well regarding the same but now he also stopped picking up our calls. We considered Onida as a good brand but unfortunately we are more than disappointed with you and we would never recommend your products to our references. As of now, we seriously want a proper response and solution to the problem within 48 hours, else we would be forced to take another course of action.

                    We bought the onida led le032hg/hl on 19th march 2016 from vasanth & co, velachery, chennai. Day one onwards the tv is not displaying anything - some green colour display is coming. We raised the complaints many times. But still now there is no response. Last complaint was raised on 27th may and complaint number is [protected]. Whenever we make a call to onida service people, they are saying we will come today/tomorrow. Just the tv is simply sleeping at home. Either onida service centre has to repair it or refund our tv amount. Please take some action about onida. After gone through all the reviews i feel more people had loss. We bought the tv for rs.19000. Still i am telling my mom "please forget about tv. Otherwise you will get all the health issues and we may need to spend rs.50000 for your health". She is suffered that much and chasing the onida service centre people that much.

                      I gave onida brand led tv to their authorised service centre adonis electronics pvt. Ltd on[protected] for a minor audio disturbance in the tv.
                      Complaint job no 80297 dated[protected] model no: led32 sl no 10j4003168
                      They promised to deliver in 10 days, but there was no response even after 15 days when is visited their center they gave another promise of[protected] again no response. While i visited their office they moved from that office without any intimation to us nor any display of new location. Hence we were in dark for one month and suddenly from onida office i received a call saying there is some delay in getting the main board new. Hence they suggested me to go for upgradtion and they will offer 25 % discount on the price. I said i can not afford for that much please tell me the cost for the servicing my tv. Also i reported that their service centre has not informed where about of their new office. They told me they will contact me and give the new address. Then i received an sms (On[protected] of the
                      New location (No2, 3rd street, v. O. C nagar, annanagar east, chennai 600 102) from their authorised service centre.

                      They again promissed in one week from[protected], they will deliver the tv with new board. After that also no response till date[protected].
                      When i checked with their on line compliant record[protected]
                      They confirmed that the compliant no [protected] dtd:[protected] is still pending for want of new board.

                      Kindly help me either a replacement of new tv or my tv with replaced board.                           I had purchased onida microwave oven 20l through flipkart on 22/06/2015 with one year warrenty. On march 17/03/2016 i have lodged a complaint against this microwave (Heating proble) to onida customer care center and on 19/03/2016 one onida representative visit my house and checked it. That person told some spares have to change and he will come after 2 to 3 days. After that i have called lots of time to onida customer care center and they told me my complain is showing pending. Now 2½ month is over & none of the service person came to repair the microwave oven as on date.

                          Now i think i have to go to consumer court since they are not taking any action. I had never seen and expect such bad service or experience like onida.

                            Very fraudulent. First technician came and inspected stating tv panel needs replacement without any charges. After a month long million follow-ups and customer support the second technician came to replace panel and stated that we have damaged the tv panel ourself and wanted to charge us 43k for replacing the panel. Very bad experience with onida. I am in the process of escalating this.

                              Sir, we have purchased onida ac in the year 2014, and we have given amc for 2 years from 2015-17 in adonis electronics pvt. Ltd., chennai. Reference number is 0116846. I wanted to service my ac and i gave a complaint at onida customer care and the complaint number is [protected] on 3rd may 2016, the executive informed me like the service person will be coming on 5th may but they didn't come and after that again i called up onida and the call was escalated to senior executive and he gave contact number of karthick, we called him but daily he is saying the same dialogue asking for the complaint number and says will send the service person by day end but today is 26th may but still now no person came for doing service, we called kartic today and he is irresponsible and saying he can’t do anything and asking us to complaint who ever we want. What you people think of customers daily we should call and we should give complaint daily but after doing so also its waste, onida is providing poor service to the customers.                                 Sir, i would like to state that i registered a complaint about my television on 8th may 2016 which is still under warranty . The officer came within 48 hours but he said that the tv would require a new motherboard and it will take about one week. but 18 days have gone and motherboard yet have not been replaced . The name of staff which was given the task of replacing the motherboard is Prem Soni . sir it is a humble request to repair our tv as soon as possible

                                  We have registered complain for compressor change on 18th may, 2016 but nobody is taking care of it. I called up today (On 25th may) on service number and came to know that my complain is cancelled by center. Do you think is it fair? Wil i recommend your brand to my friends in future?

                                  I also called up to branch manager of ahmedabad on mobile no-[protected] and he replied me in pathetic tone.

                                  Does anybody is available in team onida who can close my request or i should take print screen and publish on facebook?

                                    I have bought a 1.5 ton Split AC and water started leaking from the front panel.
                                    Spoiling my nights with this problem i booked for repair. Unfortunately i was travelling when the AC mechanic called me. So i informed him to come after 2 days. He did not turned up. After that i booked complaints multiple times and finally they gave direct number for contacting the so called service manager.
                                    He sent out a two young boys to service the AC. They came checked and told GAS needs to filled to fix the issue. They filled it and charged 3600 and it worked for one week. Now water leakage is happening little more after service and its spoiling my health by affecting the sleep. I want them to keep qualified experienced technician for repair and also help people like us by not charging second time for same GAS filling. As its their technician fault of not identifying the cause and just filled GAS .

                                      I had purchased air conditioner from onida of 2 ton capacity and 1.5 ton capacity split.

                                      I stay in ambernath location and the authorised service centre for my area is kalyan but they are not giving proper solution to us.

                                      Since the purchase i have not received any service from the company. I have also registered my service request on 21st may 2016 and still date no one has come to our location for service for the same.

                                      I have contacted the customer care several times. The names of executive have spoken to at your customer care are as under:

                                      Everyoone is giving an excuse that your complaint is pending and will be attended shortly.

                                      I am feedup of calling your customer care.
                                      While purchasing the air conditioner we were under the impression that onida is a big brand and will not get any issues in services.

                                      But the service quality is so poor that we now regret purchasing the unit from onida.

                                      Request you to please look into the matter seriously and give us a solution.

                                        I had bought 2 Onida Split Air conditioners around 3-4 years back, because there was a good offer on the Ac's during that time, little did i know that the ac's would give me rains, at the same time cooling my room, yes you read it right, both my ac's 1 is a 1 ton split ac and the other one is a 2 ton split ac have leakage problems, both the ac's leak from the front end, making my house a puddle of water in a matter of 10 mins, water literally drips from the ac's making it impossible for us to keep the ac on even for 10 mins during the day, i have serviced one of the ac's which had the same problem last year, but the problem still persist, and the service guy charged me a bomb for the repair work as the Ac was out of warranty, I have another window Ac of a different brand installed at my house for the past 12 years which works absolutely fine even after a decade o[censored]se and using it every summer for at least 8-10 hrs a day, really disappointed by the quality of Onida products, i shouldn't have fallen for the cheap offers they were offering, please take my advice and do not buy onida ac's unless u want to make your house a swimming pool with the ac water, will upload a video very soon.
