I bring to your kind notice that m/s onida services is very bad.
My ac is not working properly (Ac mode has been changed automatically)
They send the technician & he was repaired it temporarily and charge of rs 2000/- after two days ac will create the same problem. Now i am trying his technician phone/service agency/contractor phone, all are given the unsatisfactory reply. Such as his technician is not available or out of station.
Contractor name m/s universal service darya ganj, delhi - mr. Abdul-[protected], mr. Arshad-[protected], mr. Kalam/rahul-[protected].
All are fake number and no body is response properly.

Kindly look into the matter urgently & take a necessary action

    It has been almost 6 weeks since i purchased a onida ac in the shah's outlet in omr chennai and the ac is still not functioning. It took them four weeks to install the ac in the first place after repeated calls. After the ac was fixed, the ac has not been working and i have made all my efforts to reach out to them and also the vendor while all this effort has been in vain and all my pleas have fallen in to deaf ears. I have not been able to get other mechanics to fix the ac as it is brand new and it could jeopardize the warranty of the product. Is there anyone responsibel to take this case up?         It has been over 35 days since my air conditioner malfunctioned and it has not been repaired and delivered to me till date[protected].
        Initially the company had to supply a new cooling coil which they did, after a period of 10 days and the best part it was a faulty one.
        Another cooling coil was sent by the company which took another 10 DAYS and finally it was delivered and fitted by the service center 4-5 days back.

        It gets worse when the AC has been repaired but the service center is in no mood of delivering it to the customer irrespective of the fact that temperatures are soaring.

        The service center people receive 1 out of 10 calls which gets very annoying given the brand is a well established one.

          I purchased onida TV 32 inch rave model in November 2013. Only 2.5 years gone. But yesterday half display come. I complained in the service center. The. Technician come today 19.05.2016. He told the screen fault. It gets replaced for Rs. 14000. No. Other way for this and but this problem comes automatically. Your fault is none. I purchased the. TV for. Rs. 23500. Sir. What the product you sold. Very very worst product. Afterwards I am not purchased any onida. Products and I am not recommended to none. Thank you for your service.

            Dear all, please be informed that onida delhi service & complaints handling team along with their managers mr sanjay sisodia and mr prabhakar aren't able to do handle customer requests and complaints since past 6 months. My previous 25 complaints since sept 2015 are still in pending state and are not resolved. Latest complaint's done on may 1, may 3, may 14, may 17th, 2016 are still not been attended to repeated 10 - 15 calls to customer care number are a waste of time, as they put reminders on complaints and complaints team in delhi and their leaders are not handling complaints in a professional manner.

            Advising all consumers to please make an informed decision about buying onida products in future as you will not get timely service on these products...

              In oct 2015 (Presizely 17 october 2015) i bought a wifi controlled 1 ton onida ac from snapdeal (Onida 1.0 ton 3 star s123smh). With a this model of ac i can control the ac using my phone instead of searching for the remote-control and control the ac from anywhere. I can even see the power consumption and cost of consumption of the ac. I bought the wifi controlled ac because i was very fascinated with the technology.

              When the ac guys came to install the ac, it did not start because they found that the pcb of the ac had a fault. The ac was going off on the start-up of the compressor. So they had had to order for a new pcb from mumbai. After a week a technician came to fix the problem. The ac did not start even after installing the new pcb.
              In our area the voltage is little lower at night and proper during the day. Even in proper voltage condition (220 volts) the ac did not work. I even installed a everest 4 kva wide range stabilizer which can handle voltage from 140v to 270v. But this also did not help me to start the ac.
              After several attempts and visits by the onida technicians, it was found that the wifi enabled pcb had an issue even in proper voltage. The technicians installed the pcb without the wifi and it worked fine. Well, this was a temporary solution so that i can start using it.

              It was also noticed that, when the wifi pcb was installed, the display used to flicker. It used to flicker as if there is a loose contact. It was something abnormal with the ac.
              But when i told the technician about the problem, he said that display flickering is not an issue. It works that way only. I don't think it should work that way. If yes then why should it?

              The technicians and the manager was very cooperative and friendly. They tried their best to fix the problem. It was later said that the ac works perfectly in the cities because of the current voltage. Last month (April) a technician had a visit to try again and see if they can start the ac.

              Since november 2015 till present (May 2016) i'm still using the ac without the wifi. The problem is not yet solved. I requested the local manager to forward this issue to the onida ac r&d team so that they can rectify the issue with the wifi ac. If pcb without wifi can work then why can't the pcb with wifi?

                Sir,

                I have many times called to the Customer Care No . 39889000. And registered my complaint on 25.04.2016, then i used to remind them daily.
                My Complaint No : [protected],
                No one came, on 02.05.2016 again i called they told your complaint is cancelled due to wrong address. No One called from AC service centre to verify my address. In the same address only iam their. And also in that same address only they came already and serviced my AC, some 5 months back . And they received 2000/- for AMC. Till then they have not came.

                On 02.05.2016 i have registered another complaint also, Complaint No : 1605C[protected], today is 14.05.2016. Daily i used to call them but no proper response from the customer care and from the service centre.

                What should i do.

                      i purchased an onida Air conditioner 1 ton 3 star ac on 31.03.2016. After installation from 15.04.2016, it shows F4 and also not working. An executive came as per our complaint and repaired. But from the next day the same complaint repeated. I again complaint to service center at Kottayam, Kerala, but there is no action till date. It is very horrible situation that I can't use this Ac only 2 weeks. Is there any action to help us. Please replace this Air conditioner.

                        Our Onida AC is in AMC and the AC was not functioning, for which we had raised a complaint in their customer care. Its been 20 days since the complaint was registered, and Onida service team did not resolve this issue till date.

                        Onida customer care team had provided the following point of contacts, Sudhakar and Karunakarn (I dont want to disclose their numbers). Either these people does not answer the call, or if they pick the call they give excuses.

                        We are totally not aware of where else we could escalate this issue to get it resolved. I guess this should be the last Onida product we will purchase, if after sale service is this good.

                          The inverter ac is showing e1 error and the technicians from onida karaikudi has visited 3 times but doesn't know how to fix the issue, nor it bothers to fix the issue since 12/04/2016. The onida karaikudi tech seems to have insufficient spare parts to check my ac so does insufficient knowledge and experience. Onida provides absolutely awful service and i would recommend any one to avoid buying onida products if you expect a quality service for your money.

                            I purhcased through snapdeal and got delivered on 2nd may and no one turned up for installation even after multiple complaints and contacts to customer care from last 10 days.

                            Still no information about which branch technicians will come for installation. Everytime onida customer care is providing some contact number of thambaram and perumbakkam service center but they are not attending the calls. Even if they attend, they refuse.


                            Customer support repeating same story of 24 to 48 hours again and again. But nothing happend. Onida chennai is pathetic. Send technicians and provide solution to me.

                              Hi sir / madam,

                              I had bought an onida splendor washing machine in june 2014 (From tambaram, chennai). From then on, i am experiencing problems with this product. With ample brands & choices available, i bought an indian product for the first time, and now have burnt my fingers. Please find below, the list of complains so far with this product, and i seriously doubt if this product had passed a genuine quality testing.

                              With my warranty ending this june 2016, i would seriously warrant a replacement for this product asap. Amidst my busy schedule, i am spending huge time & effort for such nvas like follow-ups. The last complaint was made on 01-apr and it is more than a month and the complain is still open and not resolved.

                              I would request for an immeidate replacement of this worst product as i am really frustrated to the core.

                                My onida ac stopped cooling and on may 3rd, 2016 i registered a complaint with the service desk[protected]Complaint no: 1605f[protected]. On may 5th the technician came and said the gas has leaked and has to be refilled. I had an amc (Paid rs 1850) still valid until july 2016 and shared the details. The technician mentioned he will inform his service center (Adonis) which will then take an approval from some head office and then they would come and refill (I was extremely unhappy about this process which does not care about what customer feels. But accepted the fact). But since then i have been running around calling their customer service, the service center supervisor [protected], who kept on insisting that he is waiting for approval from head office. I asked the head office number and he gave me +[protected] (Raja). I was calling this number so many times, but this person raja seems just not bothered to take my call. I feel really helpless that i though paid for the service by means of an amc, no one bothers to service my product. This is like taking customer for granted. How long do i need to wait for a response. No one bothers to even keep me posted. I am really fed up.

                                    My Onida microwave went out of order for which the service incharge repaired the PCB for Rs 1900/- .After 4 days the microwave wenr out of order. for the 15 days i am every day calling the service centre. The service engineer do not turn up every after taking a appointment. I am fed up with the service of onida. Had I have not spent the money in repairing I would have thrown the machine and bought a new one. please do the needful.

                                      Sir, I have registered my first complaint on 8th of April, 2016 for service of my Ac and didn't get any response and told that on 10th of April the complaint has been cleared. Sir i have many times call on onida customer care[protected] and got the only further date but didn't any action. On 27th april I registered a complaint again the complaint no. is 1604A[protected] and on 1st May I called again after not getting any response after my request he said that by Monday 2nd may the service will be done on priority basis but nobody come yet. After no response I called again on 5th May and told by the customer care executive that the service has been done on 28th of April, which was not true. The customer care executive advised me to contact Mr. Ahmed ( Service Center Manager ). I registered my complaint to him and assured me to solve the problem but no action has been taken and also Mr. Ahmed pick my phone.
                                      Then plz tell me what can i do. Can i go to consumer court.

                                        I had purchased a 50 inch led tv from onida archade mangalore 18 month back all of a sudden it stopped working then i had taken my tv to onida servic centre in mangalore now they are informing us that my tv panel has problem
                                        it needs to be replased and it coasts arround 35000 or they are recommending me to purchase mae a new tv for 45000 of same kind!!
                                        why shud i purchase your dabba tv i have already lost nearly 3500
                                        in witch i can purchase a new led tv of either micromax or mithashi thet offered me a gurantee piriod of three years for your dabba tv it is only one year
                                        that means that your company has no confidience about the product you launched

                                        dabba products with no gurantee for more than one year and the product lasts for one +1or 2 monthes so that they can recemmond you to purchase a new one

I have call to[protected] for installations and demolition on 24 Apr 2016. they told me with in 24 hrs we will attend you but till date non of attender come to door. my complaint no.1604S[protected] and 1604H[protected] dated 29 Apr 2016.
