We submit complain on 1st may, our complaint no. Is 1605e[protected]. Engineer came to our home on 3rd may, but he tells us not availability of parts of washing machine. And the parts will come after 25 or 30 days. What we do in this case. How your company will take longer time. We want the washing machine in urgent for use. We need it so we bought it, if your company take as longer time, we will buy another extra washing machine.

    I am having an onida automatic washing machine whose product no is wo62tss2wh5000116 is not working since oct -2015.
    I had lodged complaint, several times at your customer care and sent emails to your office but till date no solution provided.

    Detailed complaint are as under:

    Day 1: my onida automatic washing machine is not working properly and creating sound while spinning the clothes. I booked a complaint at your call center where they told me that your complaint is booked and your can track it by simply providing your phone number (I. E. [protected]).
    After 2-3 days of follow-up, one of your engineer visited at my home. Unfortunately due to power-cut, problem in washing machine was not diagnosed. Engineer, insisted for visit charges, which was paid to engineer in cash.

    * after several calls to engineer, he visit again and on 05/10/2015, i gave him rs 2, 250.00 in cash for doing two year amc. He told me that amc will be done within 7 days and thereafter he will make washing machine ok.

    * after 14 days when there was no reply from the engineer, i called again to your call center and requested for early solution of my complaint.

    * after few days, i again made a call to your callcenter and took contact no of local incharge of my area. Number provided
    ([protected] &[protected] were wrong and not working.

    * i call engineer and he provided me number of mr bharat [protected] (His incharge)

    * mr bharat, assure me that your complaint will be resolved at the earliest.
    * on 14/11/2015 when i saw nothing is happening, i again called your call center where a fresh complaint was lodged
    ([protected]).
    * engineer visited with some part and informed us that some other part is faulty and need repair.

    Again, a fresh complaint is lodged at call center because old complaint was falsely closed.

    All this is happening with us from last six months. Onida's image has been changed in my mind and i cannot trust your people any more.


    I am feeling cheated as till date amc document is not provided.

    Details of amc paid to: m/s bharat electronics, bill no 680, dated : 05/10/2015, for 2 years.

    I request you to please take appropriate action and do the needful for resolving my complaint at the earliest.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I have purchased a onida 1.5 ton ac - 183 trd model from meenakshi fan house - dindigul.

      Purchased under the name : d. Arun parthiban
      Date of purchase : 05.05.16
      Time : around 2.00 pm.

      They promised that the installation will be happen within 48 hours.

      On 06.05.16 i called meenakshi fan house for the followup. They told by 07.05.16 the onida service person will come and install.

      Today 07.05.16 i followup with onida customer care number [protected]. They simply said by monday only we will try attend the call.

      I am a very loyal customer to onida. My father having onida 50 inch tv, onida washing machine, and i am having onida 50 inch tv, microwaveoven and washing machine. Now purchased ac in your brand.

      I respect your complaint procedure.
      I request you to fix the ac by today.

      And if it not happens today, this is my last purchase of onida brand.
      Please response the complaint.

        I have purchased onida led 32 " last year in month jan 2015 which is now out of order i dont know whats the problem i have complaint in service center to whom no one contact me so far i m very sad and disappointed to choose this brand to keep in mind that this is india's good company coz my worranty period is over and only 3 month left and it got out of order i had collect monthly money from my personal expenses to buy this one but i was wrong i never suggest to anybody to buy onida product besides it its service centers r also not responding to get it repaired very shame...           I have buy an onida ac from april2016 which is not working properly from the date of purchase as because of it we are facing lot of problems in such warm season .I have made a complaint in such regard at onida customer care but they are failed to perform their liability and irritating me and my family .they are very bad in behaviour and did not show their concerned to resolved my query. It is not aaceeptable at all.

            I have an amc for 5 onida spilt ac and have registered for a general service. I have called several times on their call centre number and have not recieved any response and have spoken (25.04.2016) to the chairman secy and she said proper action will be taken and assured me of proper service. Even after that i did not get any response from them. Then again i contacted her and she gave me the chennai zonal manager mr. Amir basha. The response i get from him is this is peak season and i have to wait for them to respond. As i am also employed i had to take work from home option and wait indefinitely for them to come. But when they try to sell their product we hear all sweet talks but the service in chennai is very poor. Today we are on 3rd may until today the call is still not closed.

              1 Ton Onida Split A/c. its remote not functioning & Manual operation is also not working.Actually we shifted our working A/c from Down stairs to Up Stairs by calling Local A/c Mechanic. Before shifting, it is working good and without any complaint.
              But After shifting, that person tole me that there is some problem in mother board & Remote and manual operations not work. Display is showing in reverse. Red lights are blowing instead of Green & orange.

              Pl, do the needful as early as possible.

                One of the worst brand i ever purchased..
                They didnt respond..i will go.for consumer court. I purchased a onida 39"inch led tv from haldwani electronic shop located at Pilikoti chawrah. After 1 year tv stop working video is not visible And after few days audio also gone.its fully stoped worked. I register complain on oNida service center haldwani after soo long they responded and ignores again and again today its around 3 mnths completed but still they didn't repair t.v.we are ready to pay all the charges after all they didn't provide service to us. Please help me out.

                  I bought onida television 40" led40fss from adishwara india ltd (Vendor)at amruthahally, bangalore, on 15th august 2015 with two year warranty,
                  I have placed my complaint on 8th april 2016 for tv is not at all switching on & complaint no [protected], after several follow-up’s one of the technician by name mr lokesh was visited our home on 13th april 2016 & is confirmed main board is gone we will intimate the same to my seniors, so is went off & no one turn up / no one called us, again my regular follow up’s with onida service center with mr onkar murthy/ lokesh & hemanth-sale in charge(Onida spoc’s ) & adishwara mr ravi kumar (Branch in charge) & venu gopal (Sales) at least i have called for all 30 to 40 times on my complaint to resolve, finally bangalore onida service center received main board from mumbai office & one more technician by name mr raghu visited to our home on 25th april 2016 for replace the main board, unfortunately or my bad luck new main board also not in working condition, so again bangalore service center/technician has ordered one more main board to mumbai, even though bangalore is one of the metropolitan city though each & every stock they are following with mumbai office its really nasty. I hope there is no tat on service issue/there is any proper management / not well organized team in bangalore.
                  Would request you to replace the product or return my money back, my prompt suggestion is please stop your onida products in market to fool the customers, or improve your service like other brands, bangalore onida service center service is very worst & product is unfit for anything.

                    I tried to call on mirc electronics ltd, 1st floor - 47/1c, hazra road, kolkata – 700 019. Tel no.[protected]/0052 never responded, then i called onida customer care[protected] & registerd complaint for my led t.V on 22.04.2016 mr. Prashant told me that service person will be visting within next 24 to 48 hours & provided complaint no - 1604e[protected]. Nobody attended complain till today (I.E 27.04.2016).

                    I therefore request you to take necessary action immediately.

                        I, Mrs Jayshree Bhanushali, a customer of MIRC Electronics, Andheri, have sent you this mail to bring to your notice that I am very dissapointed by the behaviour of your department towards me as a customer.
                        I have already sent you a number of emails and a written post. I have also recieved a call from your service department convincing me to pay for the repair charges of the television. At the time of purchasing the television from your showroom it was told to me that the television holds a warranty of five years and no guarantee or warranty card was issued to me for the same. Trusting the words of your employee I bought the television for Rupees 45000 on instalment basis with the help of Bajaj Finserv and now it has been only two and a half years from the date of purchase of the television and it's quality has deteriorated. I had come to buy the television with my neighbour Ms.Shobha Shettyan. She is a witness to the statement of warranty given by your employee. I have been asked by The Consumer Guidance Society of India to approach to an advocate suggested by them.The respected advocate has asked me to write this mail to you.
                        I hereby request you to look into the matter seriously. If no reply recieved within a reasonable time, consequences may occur. I will have to file a suit in the Consumer Court that you have done a fraud with me by misguiding me to purchase the said television by stating a fraud statement of warranty.

                          I called my dealer suresh enterprises letting him know that my ac is not cooling.I spoke to a supervisor by the name of chatterjee who said that he would be sending a technician for 3 days he kept me waiting and than he booked a complaint with onida on 12th april. Complaint no [protected].A techician by the name of zafar came on 14th april checked the ac and said gas leakage and no follow up after we called him he said there was no gas in the company.Than on 16th a technician by the name of kiran fixes the problem of leakage and says that he will come on monday.Called him on monday he says another technician would be coming to fill in the gas nobody turns up.Called on tuesday zafar says no gas in company.Its kind of a joke that onida is making of itself.The tag line should go as owners envy.Company 's pride.It's absolutely unacceptable. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by it's technician makes it's top management not fit onida ac in their offices as well.

                            I haven't got any response yet from onida. Their customer care service is pathetic . No one picks up the call. Worst decision have taken by buying onida.

                            This company should shutdown. Really disgusted with such poor service.

                              Experiencing the worst customer service for onida ac. It has been 2 weeks since my ac got repaired in madipakkam chennai. They are still unable to get the spare parts replacement for it. Called their customer care and they direct to local tambaram service center. Those service center say it will be resolved in another two days. But it has 2 weeks.After 2 weeks even after the service center checked the ac, they say they don't know the proper reason for repair. The entire customer care and service center is irresponsible right from lower level employees to higher management. They literally don't know the meaning of customer service. I want to get these guyz sued in consumer court for the wonderful after sales warranty service they provide. Please suggest and help

                                I) that i ordered onida inverter ac via snapdeal.
                                Ii) that the product was delivered on 20/03/2016.
                                Iii) that it was installed by you on 27/03/2016.
                                Iv) that from 02/04/16, it was disturbing, could not cool my room at all, which was known to you via sms on 2-mobile nos. Of . The same was known to you via your website
                                V) that till to date of 12/04/16 upto 11am, my problem is not solved.
                                Vi) that i am forced to contact with other technician/engineer to solve this problem and it’s cost of rs.2500/.
                                Vii) that i am unable to depend upon your service for upto 5-years. And so, i like to refund your product and claim 38101/(Original cost of product) + 2400/ (Installation + others charges) + 10x500/-=5000/ (Harassment charges) +2500/= 48001/.
                                Viii) that you are requested to take your product within 10-days of receiving this letter and pay me 48001/ within 15-days of receiving this letter with a suitable interest of 12%, else i will file a complaint with the consumer forum as you are protected under the consumer protection act of 1986.
                                Ix) that it is informed to you that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and i will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

                                  I have experienced very very poor after sales service from ondia. I have seen that, onida almost gives no service support to the customers whose product are out of warranty. This is very much awful. I would advise all not to go for any product of onida. Because they will have to take the risk of repairing the product from outside vendors, as they will not get any support from onida.

                                    Bought this brand new Onida Air conditioner in July 2015. Water has been dripping from the indoor unit. After multiple visits from service center, and attempted repairs, the issue has still not been resolved. This unit is apparently defective.                                       Sir, i purchased my leo 32hs led tv on 21 oct 2014. That was diwali time & i got1 year extra warranty.After purchase within 10 days it got unserviceable.That time my tv was replaced but within 1& haff year it got unserviceable 3 to 4 times. Every time it's main board got unserviceable. My complaint no.'s [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Sir, i m in very much confused & fed up that why i purchased onida.                                         I had purchased Onida 1.0 TR 3 star A/C on 09/05/2015, still now no service person came for service. Recently the unit is automatically shutting down and E8 indication is showing in the display. This problem is occurring frequently in a day and also noise is coming in the indoor unit from the date of commissioning. I had registered a compliant in Onida customer care on 08/04/2016, they had registered my complaint (Complaint no is : 1604E[protected] without warranty (still i have my free service) which i came to know from the service person while he made a call for getting the details from me, as i informed the service person that i have my warranty period, still now no service person came. After making a continuous call to customer care they promised me each time they will call back within 15mins but i didn't receive any call. Atlast after making a continuous call to customer care they respond that they will send a person for service. I asked them if the service person not coming means what is the next step. They mentioned that i should make a call again to customer care.

                                        Making a call to customer care is not a problem for me. But every time i should explain all the details to each single person. They mentioned that after the service person attends the fault. They won't make a call to the customer and conform whether the service is completed and problem is solved, simply they will close the complaint after attending the fault. If the problem is not yet solved. I have to make a call again to the customer care and make a new complaint again. Again and again making a call to the customer care creating the issue without any solution. If there is any process of making an enquiry call to the customer about the issue the problem will be solved soon with a proper feedback. As I am an Electrical Engineer residing in Chennai, due this hot summer with senior persons having at home, the proper response from the customer care will be appreciated and i can recommend this brand AC for my colleagues and in my company projects. Still now regarding this issued not getting solved how can i refer this to my colleagues and my client.


                                        Note: During my conversation with customer care for complaint they told me that i have 2 free services in warranty period. But which is not mentioned in the catalogue, even my dealer not explained this.
                                        Onida / MIRC Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
