Sir purchased onida spilt ac s125smh from qrs trivandrum on 06042016.But so for no action has been taken for installation of the ac by the company citing the reason that clamps are required.Pls arrange for early installation as it is very much required for the aged patient who is required to be under medical supervision in a/c room in home
Pls advise the supplier qrs to act immediately

    I bought an o ida washing machine as strongly marketed by the sales rep in a leading retail shop, on 2014. Also was happy that this brand hd 2 years warranty compared to any other brand.
    But after buying, i soon realised, i made a terrible choice. So far, i experienced atleast 6 repairs and almost replaced all parts by the service personal. Parts also include mother board (Twice), motor.
    Now that the warranty is getting over, the least is could do is spread this msg to my fellow customers to make a wise choice.

    Planning to also initiate a legal action.

    -5 star rating is what i wish to give.

    Hi Sir / Madam,

    I had bought an ONIDA SPLENDOR WASHING MACHINE in JUNE 2014 (from Tambaram, Chennai). From then on, I am experiencing problems with this product. With ample brands & choices available, I bought an Indian product for the first time, and now have burnt my fingers. Please find below, the list of complains so far with this product, and I seriously doubt if this product had passed a genuine quality testing.

    With my warranty ending this June 2016, I would seriously warrant a replacement for this product ASAP. Amidst my busy schedule, I am spending huge time & effort for such NVAs like follow-ups. The last complaint was made on 01-Apr and it is more than a month and the complain is STILL OPEN AND NOT RESOLVED.

    I WOULD REQUEST FOR AN IMMEIDATE REPLACEMENT OF THIS WORST PRODUCT AS I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED TO THE CORE.

      I bought a Onida inverter AC on September 2015.
      On the second day after installation the gas got leaked out.
      After 2 days they refilled people do not know how to fit or they could not identify the manufacturing defect
      From that first week the AC forms ice we used it for 5 months
      Now a new motor bike sound started coming with ice falling from indoor unit
      After several complaints inefficient technicians simply visited and still could not rectify fault
      The dealer simply sent a person to fill gas and now the AC unit vibrate with hell lot of noise

        I had purchased above referred ac from m/s. Sheetal refrigeration, bharuch on 1st may, 2014 vide their invoice no. 218. Accordingly, i had paid rs. 1, 050 towards service charges for 2 years to m/s. Adonis electronics pvt. Ltd (Job no. 5/1724) which is valid upto 01.05.2016.

        Now, since last one month toll free nos. Given are not at all working and no body is lifting the phones. I had sent e-mail also to "[protected]@onida.com" but nobody has responded so far.

        Awaiting for immediate service to my ac

          Service center in Vadodara has been outsourced to an agency called. Y.B.S. Enterprise. This complaint is just to make other consumers aware of the practices being followed by them and be cautious. I had registered a complaint for my Microwave not working. After several follow-ups the technician visited and diagnosed the problem as "Magnetron Damaged". He said the estimated cost was[protected]Rs. I said i needed to think about it. He asked for the service charge for the visit Rs.450/- instead of Rs.350/- which the customer care center had told me. I still paid it.

          I then called a local technician to get a second opinion. He checked and found that the Magnetron was working absolutely fine and the actual problem was with a diode not working. He repaired the appliance in 400rs. including his service charge for the visit. Incapability or dishonesty, whichever be the case, but consumers must be cautious in dealing with such people, as the loss is entirely theirs.

            I had a good respect with onida product . So that i bought onida 1.5 ton power saving ac... But when i using this ac ...Power is not saving ...When compare to other ac ...Over power consumption...It is another problem...Main problem is ac is not functioning in the winter time ...We not worried...But when summer started we ask your service center people ..From south asiya a/c engg.com, 87/2 sathyamoorthy street, tirunelveli town 627001, tamilnadu. 0462_2335766, [protected], [protected], he came and check some thing went wrong it will make more money ...We said summer time we need ac ...Three day after he came and doing work two days in a single outdoor unit ...Cooling came that night only ...He got 6000 rs from me ...Next day afternoon itself ac not working ...We make call...Pet day 10 time to 10 days ...Because summer time we spend money also...Nobody pick my call...We ask another onida service center people he come and check ...Your outdoor unit totally spoiled ...So it will make more money...Actually...What type of business is this...Remain i tell...I loose more money ...I need a rectification ...If not we face legally...We have a babies ...Summer time how these babies can sleep ...Without ac...Kindly close this kind of worst service center and give the training to the service people ...It will avoid onida brand name...I need your immediate response as soon as possible.

              Dear Team,

              Since 2 feb 2016 everyday,
              i am following with you
              Against the complaint log for my washing machine.but till today issue is not resolved by saying part is not available from mr.bhalchandra. subsequently 60 days are enough time duration for availability of any part.

              By understanding of failure support i am
              Here with putting my advice to refund the money back against purchase machine.
              Or i have to find the alternative with consumer court by force.

              I have been discussing this issue from 26jan2016, with onida customer care but even after so much followup i have not received any solution, there for i have directly contacted CM office and talked to CM Secretary about this issue she assured the that she will talk to senior person mr.bhalchandra and sortout this matter asap.however this was also verbos commitments nothing else now after every 2-3 days time interval i am contacting to mr.bharchandra and CM secretory for resolving this issue but they just give me response that part is unavailable and may deliver in next 2 days ...now this is became my regulars task to beg for resolving this single issue with these unprofessional people. Fealt very very bad because i am not finding any way out except call to bhalchandra and followup to resolve single issue which is hanging from 2nd feb2016 official. Please assist me to get justice.

                I am facing issue with the onida fully automatic machine. I has stopped working since the last weeks. I have raised n number of complaint in the onida customer care under the complaint id '[protected]' but no one is ready to look into this issue on priority. Daily i make few calls to know the status of my complaint and i daily get a confirmation of someone coming to look into this issue but no one comes. I am tired of calling them and want to highlight this issue. Please look into this

                  Buyed onida led tv model no.LEO40FAIN from snapdeal as on 12 march 2016, but till date no technician came to give demo. Had called service centre number of west bengal zone several times but no satisfaction support Only once responded, and gave a number of a person named Sonali telling me to contact her.and when contacted her the number does not belong to her.made several emails at [protected]@onida.com, still no reply. Very bad and poor service beyond imagination. Need urgent attention.

                      Hi,

                      Have bought 2Ton spit AC 4 months back, being winter havent used it till 3 months. Started using it in March after couple of days it stopped cooling. Currently only fan is functioning but no cooling.
                      Have contacted the dealer (from whom i bought) couple of times, but always got same response that "Have booked your complaint" service center will contact you. Till date nobody has contacted.
                      Than I tried contacting Service center on my own, but believe me it was a Herculean task!!!
                      Finally after 3 days of constant effort i could speak with them...though they have assured to get it resolved within 48hrs, but nobody has contacted me till today.

                      My sincere request to the concern is please bail me out of this or else i will be forced to approach some local AC repair guys, which might void my warranty.

                      Hope this message reaches some responsible ears and provide me resolution.

                        This is for your information that, my onida hydromatic 60 fs washing machine has been checked by your service engineer 2nd time on 14.03.2016. He declared that the gear motor of outlet valve is to be replaced and it will be done very soon. But unfortunately till today nobody has come to replace the motor. I am very much disappointed. I have never faced this kind of negligence from company like onida ever before. Expecting your immediate positive action.

                          I purchased onida Ac in sep2015, while it was new there was a weird smell coming out of it we thought it was new maybe that's the reason .Eventually the stink increased so much so it got difficult for us to stay in room so we called up dealer ...he sent service guy 1 ...he sprayed deo...service guy 2...cleant it thoroughly...it didn't stink for 15 days and after that winter began so we stopped using AC...now since Feb end i started using my Ac...and again there is stinking problem...I again spike to dealer...this time he was from onida...service guy 3 says its it room problem ...Ac doesn't make it own air it pulls the air from the room and again throws back...FYI...my room never ever stinked with my old Ac...anyways he takes a picture of model number and goes away...after 2 days service guy 4 comes...he could not smell anything ...:)...he cleans the filter ...talks to his senior...and then asked me for a lemon and he actually squeezed a whole lemon inside it...I told him citrus fruits will definitely give me good smell but how long...after he left I am again left with the stink...I went to the dealer again ...he said he will send a person from his side...service guy 5 ...I told him to do nothing coz I was expecting onida technical persons to rectify the issue...service guy 6 comes from onida he was a senior technician Kiran wadekar suggested that if we do jetspray the stink will go...but even that failed...Mr.Santosh Rodricks his boss I and my husband must have called him a dozen times he doesn't pickup the call...Today I again went to the dealer he said he is keeping a follow up of my case ...he also called up santosh rodricks but mr.santosh didn't pickup.Its my humble request to Onida to either rectify the issue or replace the AC...this is not my first AC but surely will never buy Onida henceforth...

                            Newly bought Onida television is faulty with no picture within 3 months of purchase. Model Leo50fsain. Purchased at vasanth&co. Dealer. Complaint in onida customer care. Technician visited. Panel is faulty. Accepted go replace. More than one month now. Still no replacement. Careless attitude from sales manager Karthick, Chennai region. Bala subramaniam, velachery service station, Chennai. I need the action not just promises. i lost complete hope.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I have booked a complaint on 9th of Mar with complaint no - [protected] regarding repair of washing machine.
                              They have communicated that within 24 to 48 hrs problems will be resolved, now we are in sixth day after complaint but still the problem was not solved.
                              Water is not drained properly it is the complaint, within one month of purchasing the machine itself the problem occurred and for replacing the drain motor they took 4 days and again the same problem is repeated and this time they are delaying even after six days.
                              We have purchased the machine during 1st of Oct in 2015, within six months we have faced 2 problems.
                              Very worst service is provided by Onida and Team.

                                We have annual AMC / EWC (EWC No. [protected]) for onida semi manual washing machine from 30.03.2015 to 30.03.2017 with Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, Tambaram.
                                We made a complaint in July 2015 vide complaint No. [protected] for drain selector not working and the water is leaking even the drain is not open. I had also made so many calls to the Service Centre (Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd[protected] and the Service Manager Kalir [protected] from my mobile ([protected]) and through my office landline. Every time of my calling, he was telling that person would come and the material is not available. But nobody turned up for attending the problem. After so many calls, We fed up of calling him and also due to personal reasons I am not able to follow up him further.
                                Subsequently the drier is not functioning and 0n 30th January 2016, I again called the service manager Kalir but no response. I again fed up of no response from him. I called customer care on 12th February (complaint No. EX[protected]IN). I was put on hold for long time and my mobile charges were going up. After long wait, I got answer that it will be attended within 24 hours. People came on 15th February but there was no power in our area. They opened the machine and asked about the complaints then they said they would come with spares in two days. But nobody turned up so far.
                                In the Month of March, I again called the customer care asked about the complaint. There is no proper response for the old complain and the customer care executive taking it as a new complaint I was told that again the people will come within 24 hours but nobody turned up so far. I don’t know how many times they will make a new complaint while the old complaint is still pending.
                                If spare is not available and they would not attend the problem, why they insisted us to renew the AMC.
                                AMC period is for 2 years, no problem is attended so far since the AMC renewal.
                                I request you to take it and arrange for resolutions on foot war basis otherwise I would look for going to consumer court with all relevant records.

                                  I had lodged a complain for Hydrmatic 60 FS washing machine. The water outlet valve was not working.Service engineer ( Anirban Boral ) visited and checked the machine, Rs 200/- taken as inspection charge on last Monday(07.03.16) but till then no body has come to replace defective water outlet valve. Please take urgent measure to repair the machine.

                                    to service centre Patna in guarantee period. But they couldn't repair my mobile because they haven't other mobile kit with 2GB ROM. Newspaper add shows that mobile set is with 2GB ROM but in really ROM is 277MB.

                                    Buy a onida handset is wastage of money. I bought a model onida 4gi on date 1-3-2017. After seven days network problem in this handset .I submit my mobile in onida care in ludhiana . today is[protected].and care call me they take more time to repair it.my one month warranty are end in care.I spend 6000 on this handset and hardly use one week .so friends please don't buy this company mobile .

                                      As discussed with so many times in Onida customer care service center and also dealer side talk with Mr.Bankim sir in (Prahladnagar Salas india Employee)

                                      I can purchase the Onida TV 40" FULL HD LED TV Live Genius 1st January 2016. Sales India Show room Prahladnagar Branch, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad

                                      My problem is the when i connect PC with the TV then TV resolution is automatic change in 5 to 10 minutes and also restart the TV in 10 to 15 minutes randomly restart and error shown like (service.com.starttv.service has stopeed & launcher has stopped) and remote hang issue so long time

                                      1st time engineer visit and try to repair some setting
                                      2nd time engineer visit and try some manually setting and reset the tv
                                      3rd time engineer visit and try to factory reset and manually OS upgrade
                                      4th time engineer visit and try to some setting and then he change the motherboard but problem is occur continues

                                      Today when i talk with your customer care center he provide one vendor Mr.Rajesh and he said replied me don't have a time to give me a proper solution in my time period. His behaviour is not good or he talk very rudely. so i don't tollerate this happen again with me.

                                      But problem is continue and not find what is the issue

                                      It will be not repaired i need only new TV or else give me my money back with reason else I am going to complaint consumer court .So i can request dealer to replacement my TV

                                        I am zainab having onida fully automatic machine bought 4 years back.My request no 1601C[protected].I registered complaint around 30 days back.A technician came in between these days.He said that partwill be changed between 1 or 2 days but it has been over 20 days now no response.Every day i call to onida custmor care they said that your complaint is pending due to nonavailability of that part.this is a pathetic service.I have seen.
