I am glad to have such a pathetic product (Onida AC) along with a super pathetic service of Team.
Since i bought my new AC May'15, i m facing problem since then. (GOD is teaching me a lesson why i bought Onida Product). I made then 40 - 45 calls regularly 4-5 days just to have free installation.(free installation with free Harassment).
After he installed i found swing motor not working(Onida's another surprise). I approached dealer, he replied its new One, after some time, it will work properly or on 1st free service you make get it checked by technician.
Now i registered my request with Onida Customer Care then they replied within 72 hrs technician will visit at my place.
Technical Came, asked bill, takes a snap from his mobile & without saying anything with total spend of his precious time at my home( just 5 minutes), he went back.
When i asked" bhiaya kahan ja rahe ho, he replies. i will not do this. some other guy will come for this.
after that more than 1.5 months i am dialling here & there. but no service. Customer care apologizes, shared 1 number, that guy shared another landline no. ... so many numbers but no solution.
