I am having ONIDA AC bought 4 years back, after completion of 1 year, this AC started giving issues of not cooling, every year GAS is being filled. I registered the complaint around 15 days back after so much follow up engineer visited and told gas has leaked and filled, but still problem of ICE formation and low cooling is not solved even I am having the AMC..
they even don't know the reason of ICE formation, after searching Google and youTube I found that it is due to dirty condenser coil, but still they do not accept.

    I bought a onida front load washing machine from Flipkart "IMEI/Serial No: [protected]", "Order ID: OD[protected]" as on "Order Date:[protected]" couple of week before washing machine stopped working i made a complain in onida customer care, complain id : [protected] they sent a service person on the same day he said door is not locking properly because of which machine is not starting, he siad he will come with the door part which is not working and fix it, it has been over 2 weeks now no response. Everyday i call to onida customer care they lodge it as new complain and say that today we will send you service person to fix it another complain no is : [protected], Kindly look in to the issue ASAP and fix it or Escalate it to higher officials so that it will be fixed.       Last month i had call Onida customer care to tell about TV not working. To which they didn't gave proper response n follow up..after doing complaint on this site, technician visited n checked TV and suggested that some part of TV is not functioning and need to replace.. Till now I didn't got any call from technician about the same. I tried calling but most of the time phone is switched off or person not available and some time says part is not available...
      I want to know if Onida don't have part of led TV then why Onida make such products.. Hardly 3 yrs had completed for my TV..


      I want the my TV to get repair at earliest or else replace the product.
      Its really very sad that Onida is not up to the expectations.. We are very old Customer using Onida product from almost 20 yrs..

      Now I feel I should stop using Onida product..

      If you really care about customer then repair my TV at earliest or replace the product.

      Hope u will take it seriously.

        I have raise Complaint to Onida on 15 Feb for Black Patches on screen, Req No:- 1602E[protected].Engineer visited to my place on 17 and detected panel issue and left saying you will get call from company within 2 days.

        Waited till 25 feb haven't received any call from them. when ever i call to customer care they are giving number which either not working and person says he left the Onida. again I called on 26 they have given another number to call .

        That no also not working any more.

        This is pathetic service I have seen.. would suggest not to waste your money . dnt buy any Onida product

          I have unfortunately bought 2 Onida split AC. Have entered AMC also.

          I have tried to register a complaint for service for last one month. Finally managed to register it on 11 Feb.No. 1602C[protected].

          No response. So i repeated on 20 feb. And called the call centre everyday several times since then. So far no responses. Some time they give some numbers to get us off the hook. None of the numbers given were useful, as it either doesn't exist or they don't do Onida any more.

          This is my last effort before approaching consumer court. I am registered member of consumer forum.

            My Name is Mathew Anjiliveliyil
            I brought an ONIDA LCD TV last year . after one year its power supply got failure. we informed to the local onida service center and two technicians came to check and they found power supply problem also they charged Rs 750 just for finding the problem. after that we wait for 2 months for the replacement of power supply. when its come again no result .they took the TV to their service center . after that no response. now its almost 4 months completed. they didn't even call us but when we call the disconnect or not attending our call.

            I never heard such irresponsible service for other product..
            Please do the needful

              We have Given Microwave Oven to Service center 45 day before to Onida Authorized Service center in Chennai. Our Micro wave oven was working but only heating was not happening and was in 6 months warranty period from the previous service We were promised that our Microwave oven will be serviced and delivered in 3 days time but it's been more than 45 days and still our product is not serviced and not even been attended till now. When ever manager or customer care member sees our phone number they don't attend our calls and when we call from a different number the manager picks up the call and promises to deliver the microwave oven the next day but he has failed to deliver it many times as promised. I also have the evidence of voice conversation of the manager promising me a commitment to deliver our microwave oven in many conversation. I have never experienced this kind of terrible experience from Onida service centers. Service center details are mentioned below

                I had registered a complaint on 12th February 2016 regarding the high noise generated by my Onida Split AC. The complaint had been registered under number 1602E[protected] and they said that a technician will call me within 48 hours to redress the complaint. Till today ie; 17th of february 2016 no one called. Today when I called up again after waiting in queue for about 15 minutes they cgave me the numbers of some technicians in Kerala, whom I am supposed to call up. Actually none of the numbers given by your peiople had been correct and the one guy who took up the mobile informed me that they had left Onida servicing 3 months back. I am left in the lurch and do not know whom to call now.

                  I am glad to have such a pathetic product (Onida AC) along with a super pathetic service of Team.
                  Since i bought my new AC May'15, i m facing problem since then. (GOD is teaching me a lesson why i bought Onida Product). I made then 40 - 45 calls regularly 4-5 days just to have free installation.(free installation with free Harassment).
                  After he installed i found swing motor not working(Onida's another surprise). I approached dealer, he replied its new One, after some time, it will work properly or on 1st free service you make get it checked by technician.
                  Now i registered my request with Onida Customer Care then they replied within 72 hrs technician will visit at my place.
                  Technical Came, asked bill, takes a snap from his mobile & without saying anything with total spend of his precious time at my home( just 5 minutes), he went back.
                  When i asked" bhiaya kahan ja rahe ho, he replies. i will not do this. some other guy will come for this.
                  after that more than 1.5 months i am dialling here & there. but no service. Customer care apologizes, shared 1 number, that guy shared another landline no. ... so many numbers but no solution.

                    Customer service is very slow in giving response to Customer complaints. They never do follow up on the complaints. Every time we call to ask about complaint status they just keep on giving fake promises.

                    Fed up of onida customer services. Going to do complaint with consumer court as early.

                      Complaint no 1601A[protected] onida washingmachine model no w60tspln1.complaint dated 12/1/2016.technician came on 14/01/16.open the mechine and chek he told ofter two days your washing machine faulty parts will be replace but till today mechine will not repair by onida technician.i complaint regularly but they given other other persons contact no only and not answering that person.i request you please do needful as soon posible thanks.

                        Dear sir,

                        I am the umpteenth customer of ONIDA who purchased a LED 32 DHR in METRO HYDERABAD. I think it is an old damaged stock it look good out side but inside got some problem. in 8 september 2013 i bought that tv since the second week the picture is not coming I registered complaint on 21-9-13 and complaint no is [protected], next complaint dated 28-9-13 complaint no [protected], next complaint dated 6-3-14 comp no [protected], next complaint dated 15-3-14 comp no [protected] next complaint dated 21-3-14 comp no [protected] next complaint dated 28-3-14 comp no [protected], , every time the service guy comes and open tv he romoves some pins and cleaned and does some refixing . it works for some days and now two years later in November 2015, the screen faded to black. The sound still works and the images can be seen on the screen.
                        ONIDA LEO 32 DHR led tv is a Fail model
                        Onida TV is unable to give service in warranty period they will wait for the expiry date of the tv and then proceed after the warrenty date has finished.
                        As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I've called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it's unfair and I don't understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad.
                        Please take back ur TV and return back my money.

                          i Amresh Koli, bought LED 24" TV in Aug.2011. The TV stopped working on 13th of Sept. 2015. since then i have been complaining to onida customer care, but in vain. Customer care registered my Complaint and sent technician named Mr. Ravi to my home on 19th sept. 2015. He told us that drive board of the tv is not functioning so it has to be replaced and he asked for his fees of Rs. 650 to be paid now and the price of drive board to be paid after it is fitted. we agreed to him and paid rs.650 and he gave receipt of the same. After 1 month he visited with new drive board but the drive board couldn't .So he told us that he would come next day to repair the TV. But he turned after one month ( Nov.2015) only to tell us that the drive board is not available in the market so we opt for pvt. technician. We refused to him and call customer care centre for complaining about this. But customer care too gave us negative reply saying they cant do anything in this matter. I told them to transfer my call to their seniors but they said seniors are not available. Every time i called customer care i experienced that they are not interested in hearing customer complaint which is their basic duty instead they only say we have registered ur complaint and the technician will attend u soon. but they are not interested in a customer who have been complaining since 04 months. serioudsly i have been without Tv and paying cable charges for the same period without watching. Technician is not ready to pick my call and dodges me evrey time i call him. No body is ready to repair my tv so i request you to kindly arrange to get my tv repaired at the earliest as 04 months without tv in this age is a matter of wonder. My Mobile No. is[protected]

                          As notified me through mail on 17th Jan 16 that company will send representative at my home in several days to attend my complaint, I would like to update my complaint by following words that till date no company representative has called me and nor any representative deputed to attended my Complaint. I think it is a serious lapse on the part of Onida Customer service.No attention has been paid to my complaint as was done previously by customer care on phone for 04 months. I solicit attention of higher authorities to please look into the matter and resolve my complaint on priority. I have been paying cable charges without watching TV since september 2015 and if required I will submit the receipts of the same to prove my point. However, the charges paid are secondary . Primarily, My family and I have been deprived of watching TV for entertainment, news, movies, etc . I think this should not have happened in these days. It may damage reputation of Onida customer care . Morever, my friends visiting my home make a joke of me & my family for being without TV for so many days.

                            Complain No 1511C[protected]. The Microwave was under warranty and the complain is pending for more then 60 days. Each and every time when i call the service center they reply that the part is not available.

                              I ordered this washing machine through flipkart on 12jan. The washing machine is really good but the service Onida provides are really very bad. For installation and demo they sent a salesman to my home, that guy was trying to sale each and every product related to washing and he doesn't speak English well and very less idea about this product.
                              First he tried to sell a washing machine stand, then he tried to sell some filter cost around 2000/-, I said not interested, they he given some junk powder which will clean the washing machine, finally I was on trap, I said Ok, Then he given 3 packets and said cost is around 500, I said I don't want this and then he shouted on me.Literally that was shouting on me to take that junk powders, as I am staying on a good society so I thought better to take instead of fight with that guy.
                              Please be aware of this Onida service, you may be get into trap like me.

                                It first stated with audio problem in our TV. The direct audio through speakers was completely out but we were able to hear through AUX connection. the techie told it was a board problem and a new board will be fixed by paying a certain amount which we did. But it took them more than 3 weeks to fix and after they fixed the display went out with 1 hr. We called them immediately. They took the TV and said it was again a board problem. Its been more than 2 (TWO) months they have our TV and still didn't repair it. Time being they have given us a spare which is also not in a proper working condition. The volume gets reduced automatically and at certain intervals the audio is out.

                                  Onida air conditioner purchased from onida outlet buns hostel mangalore.the issue is regarding error message on screen A /C is not working from past 2 months and it's not even year old from purchase date.very poor service we have came across and totally unsatisfied about service of the company.                                     Within 10days of purchase something went wrong with d pannel, again after a month it happend again. I have called the appropriate person bt now its 18 days no1 has come they say pannel is not available. My tv is in warantee please visit us n solve this problem or exchange the tv.

                                      I have purchased LED TV on January 2015. It's screen shown lines on screen Las three months now screen become black. Now no any engineers handle my complaint yet after 15 January 2016 warranty period will be finish. Please replace it or repair it before 15th January 2016.                                         I have registered for a service in Onida to repair a newly bought LED TV which is covered under warranty.Its been registered on oct 31, 2015 but till now no action has been taken. They have given service number to contact and they are ignoring the call.This is the worst experience and Onida Televisons are not a good product and we wont get any spare parts if we encounter any problems.
