My complaint number is 1510d[protected] is still not resolved and its been close to around 3 months, no one has attended so far. We have just used it once the day we brought after that its not working, one technician had come and he said he needs to replace its parts, but finding the part may take years together, and he himself asked to lodge a complaint with consumer forum, even myltiple calls to Customer care, i receive only one answer "it would be attended shortly"

    We had bought an 29 inch TV with extended warranty from onida. Since last few years it must have stopped working few times. Last time it stopped working, the technician took the board for fixing and since two months have not heard from onida. My complaints to customer contact center are closed without resolution. Please think twice before buying a ondia product. I had written here earlier on 4 Nov. A month post that, complaint it not resolved. The last compliant number was 1511D[protected].

      I had purchased this onida washing machine from Pai Electronics & onida splendor ultra 65.in[protected]. Few months it worked well. last few months its working so worst. im giving complaints.they just come and go nothing service they doing. i want to take strict action on them.2months back i given compliant person came and saw the problem and he said he will come by next day with dust collector.but he dint turn up. this month 21st i given same compliant still no service been done.

          I was purchased onida TV from Vasanth & co on 15th Feb 2014. TV had a problem within 3 months and we register a complaint in your call center on 19 may 14. Complaint No .1505D[protected] Date. 19/05/2014 as a primary action your executives came to our house and ensure the problem. They took TV and left. As a dealer Vasanth & co have as temp TV. That to not as onida brand. When we try to communicate with your customer support won’t get any response. Till now we are fighting and following. Nothing happen. You please try to understand its complaint was registered more than 18 months. Prompt solution is not yet given for this complaint. That a way you will handle your customer complaint. I paid money i did not get my TVs. I will wait for another one week to short out the issue. Hope you will understand my pain and your worst systems. Please take necessary action to get my TV. I don’t want Old TV which was serviced. Because of its long delay i need new onida TV as replacement. If any action it’s not taken by your side i will register this complaint in customer complaint forum. Here while i attached a bill scan copy along with complaint details.

            Let me give you the mail written to onida customer care Complaint number - 1511b[protected] ================================= Hi Team, First of all let me tel you, am cursing myself for selecting the product and writing this mail in utter most frustration The subjected complaint was booked before 4 days and I have not received any support till time. Can I know the ETA for your support?? Is it after the completion of warranty period?? I have raised the complaint for the same issue earlier also. No luck Please replace my product or give the money back as the product is showing the worst behavior.

              This complaint regarding not only my tv but also all LEO live Genius led tv's of Onida brand. I purchased Onida LEO50FAIN model and within a week i noticed there is orange colour have brown patched and shades on it. The best example is you need to watch our national flag on this led tv. As per my complaint service engineer visited my home and agreed about the problem and company replaced my tv with new one. But that too have same problem. So, that i am writing this letter instead of all costumers. plz onida accept your problem and take necessary action. Or if you think you have no problem with your let tv then call me i will show you what exact problem. Anyhow kindly replay i have received no replay from my earlier massages.                 Respected sir, This is on behalf of my LED 32 DHR, serial no: #13GO#002527, I am the umpteenth customer of ONIDA who purchased a LED 32 DHR in METRO HYDERABAD. I purchased my TV on 8-9-2013, since the second week the picture is not coming.i think it is an old damaged stock it look good out side but inside got some problem. The sound still works and the images can be seen on the screen. ONIDA LEO 32 DHR led tv is a Fail model Onida TV service peopleis unable to give service in warranty period they will wait for the expiry date of the tv and then proceed after the warrenty date has finished. As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I've called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it's unfair and I don't understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad and was not made correct solution. ONIDA KNOWS THIS IS A DEFECT in their product and STILL I have no picture!!!. Please take back ur TV and return back my money. ONIDA KNOWS THIS IS A DEFECT in their product and STILL I have no picture!!! replace. How do we find a lawyer who will represent a class action suit all these consumers who have wasted their money on a defective ONIDA product?

                    I have purchased a LED 32 DHR ONIDA television in 8, September of 2013 brand new from metro. As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I've called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it's unfair and I don't understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad and was not made correct solution. Ridiculous and I'm following up with someone about this now. I can't believe this and it's definitely bad business.

                      Hello, it's been a year & half buying lots of expensive products from Flipkart but this time the Onida washing machine order no.OD[protected] & now the Onida big boss taken part from my home & no serious action done till now in fact they talk 'Do Whatever you can Do" holly Mr. B c verma so badly responded so many times we done the phone cals they are just making easy by taking the filter with them of washing machine so we don't even have the evidence of that filter with us now which came out from both the sides, we are waiting for getting burned machine soon as the water going inside of moving machine, no clean clothes from the day we bought this only 2 days it was fine after that we are just doing complaints but no positive results as now I am really very upset by Onida people, I hope you will get justice for us Flipkart by replacement or refund, thanking you yours faithful Lalit Tahiliani

                      Mr. BC Verma from Onida Head mob no.[protected] Very smart took that part by talking to me when Vippin came(Onida service)to my house as we were asking that filter comes out from both the sides & all the dirt comes back which dirt goes in that filter itself comes out on the clean clothes & the water also going inside of outer body anytime it will get burn or any major problem can happen with my wife or so change this machine 2 & half months now on 20 August the machine install by Vippin only but very clever took that part from last 21 days or more please do the helping by return it or exchange by other expensive model your I bought this for 14900 rs from Flipkart, Flipkart you will surely do something in our way, thanking you yours truly Lalit Tahiliani mobile no [protected]

                        Sir, I purchased 6.5 kg full auto washing machine from Flipkart order no.OD[protected] & on the 3rd day the filter came out from both sides now they are not helping me Onida boss Mr.BC Verma says Do whatever you want to I have bought this on 20 August 2015 it's very Bad to worse the other side filter too coming out & the clothes are getting dirty so we are waiting from your side to happen something in our way get it exchange or return it, please do the helping, thanks

                        Sir, I have invoice copy with me Onida washing machine 14500 rs purchased from Flipkart on 20th Aug 2015, & from that Day till today We Did Not had good clean laundry to wear as we clean by hands after cleaning & the water going inside as you can see in the picture from the day filter is not there the machine will get burn one day soon, sir kindly do the helping soon, thanks yours faithful Lalit

                        Respected sir, They have taken the Filter Along with them Mr. Vippin who came & took the filter to find out the other one same, it's been a 20 days now, No Positive attitude came out as they say we are looking for the filter will come out again & again then what we will do, till now no response from Onida they are taking very lightly & not even a single good sign from Onida people, in fact they talk very rough very un justified way, agar milegaa to laa denge tabtak aap aise hi kaam chalayo, I said the machine will stop due to water also going inside electronic thing can also get damaged, they just don't care otherwise they can solve my problem by just taking out the filter from some other washing machine, Sir please get me Justice I want replacement of new machine or money back I will be very thankful, your faithful Lalit

                          Dear sir madam my slim for TV is not working since Wednesday so I called onida coustamer care on Thursday I was told the technition will come till evening and it will coast me 250/- service charge I agreed but no one came then again I puted complaint online then I got complaint no 64111 and the technition no by SMS and again I was told he will be coming on Friday evening before 6:00 clk but no one came so again I called [protected] some lady piked and told its onida call centre we can not do anything call to technition only to whom I tried calling more than 5 time but he didn't received call.even the call centre people speaking very rudlu and unprofessionaly.so please help me out for this people.

                          Looks like you have called theives the above number belongs to a sv service centre these ppl attend and take charges and never come back if you have a complaint either your problem is not solved or you will be left out.

                            Hi all, I have bought new Onida 32 inch led tv[protected] The tv having some problem the picture not shown and some wavy lines shomn i booked complained in customer service[protected]. at last tuesday[protected] They give complaint number also i have mentioned below. [protected] But still the service excutive not attend the probem. again i called more time to customer service. The give chennai (Tambaram) service excutive and one higher officer number. I have called more to the above two person. they told excecutive attend today that the only answer but they not attend. i have called everday to him but no responce. Then plz tell me what can i do. Can i go to consumer court. please help anyone.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I own a Onida wash machine which was brought in 2011 and I was happy with the performance. But in last month there was a problem that water is not getting filled in the tub, as water start flowing in to the tub, water is getting emptied via discharge pipe. So I had called the customer care number [protected] on October 24th 2015( complaint num 1900) and they had sent a technician who had visited my place and told that the drain motor have problem. Later in the day washing machine was taken to service center and deliver to my home 26th October 2015. I paid the bill of Rs.3000/- for motor and other services.
                              After that we had used washing machine once and its worked properly and again on 8th November same problem repeated.
                              And I had called the customer care on Sunday and it was informed to me that technicians will be sent in an hour but nothing happens. I called again on Monday 9th nov 2015, no response.
                              Again I had called on Tuesday and ask for complaint num and they told 57944, and after that no response on Tuesday.
                              Again Wednesday 11tth nov I talked and given the reference of compliant num, then I came to know no complaints was register against that number and I have to repeat all my grievance again today but I m sure nothing going to happen.

                              I’ m very sure the problem in washing machine is not because of drain motor simply the drain motor is replaced( as they claim) and I was charged. Now technician doesn’t see any potential money from me so they are least bother to attend to the complaint from last 4 days.

                                I had registered complaint with Onida Service help desk and accordingly the lady mentioned they will try to resolve issue ASAP. i registered complaint on 24 OCT 2015 and it's 14 Nov 2015 they have not even responded the issue. Very worse after sales service. i'm writing this so that at least others will not be conned by this fraudulent company.

                                  I bought a onida 32He led TV from 19-05-15 from the starting is problem. I complained it on 12.09.15 but no response to till date of 4-11-15. What happen to my complaint. This is the way of you customer treating.I very desapointed. Place immediate response to us.

                                    I paid an amount of Rs 2, 250.00 to Onida Executive in cash for doing AMC of Automatic Washing Machine on 05/10/2015.
                                    I had sent alot of email to Company about non receipt of AMC document but till date Onida had not responded.

                                    Now, washing machine is not working and they are not attending complaint.

                                    I request company to resolve my complaint or refund AMC amount ASAP.

                                      Ms. assunta dsouza - residence of virar west & senior citizen - contact number [protected]. called onida service centre[protected] to register a complaint that the onida tv has completly stopped working. complaint no. 1510d[protected]. technician sent but not on th date he was supposed to arrive, he took a part of the tv to repair and returned it after 5 days instead of 2-3 days after repeated reminders. when he came back with the supposidely repaired part he took 1500/- without giving the receipt and left saying receipt will be sent later / will receive a msg, no receipt or msg received for next 3 weeks even after repeated reminders. on 25/10 tv went off completly again. no responce from onida customer service. they give a service centre no who are hardly bothered. service centre contact no was [protected].
                                      worst company service ever received. y should anyone ever purchase any product of ONIDA!!!
