This is on behalf of my LED 32 DHR, serial no: #13GO#002527,
I am the umpteenth customer of ONIDA who purchased a LED 32 DHR in METRO HYDERABAD.
I purchased my TV on 8-9-2013,
since the second week the picture is not coming.i think it is an old damaged stock it look good out side but inside got some problem. Iregistered complaint on 21-9-13 and complaint no is [protected],

next complaint dated 15-3-14 comp no [protected]

every time the service guy comes and open tv he romoves some pins and cleaned and does some refixing . it works for some days and now two years later in November 2015, the screen faded to black. The sound still works and the images can be seen on the screen.
ONIDA LEO 32 DHR led tv is a Fail model
Onida TV service peopleis unable to give service in warranty period they will wait for the expiry date of the tv and then proceed after the warrenty date has finished.
As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I've called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it's unfair and I don't understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad and was not made correct solution.
ONIDA KNOWS THIS IS A DEFECT in their product and STILL I have no picture!!!. Please take back ur TV and return back my money. THIS IS A . Please take back ur TV and return back my money.
