Dear sir, we are visiting on your authorised service center contact your area service manager MR. PATHK hi is not getting anser call and not pickup my call be privious i have onida i110 this mobile touch screen is damage but we contact last one year not provide touch screen after visiting on your sastringar branch your spare incharge getting answer and he was help full this case send to your service center on my mobile after one 10day that resolution we are upgrade your mobile i012 with but you are paid 1100 rs as per conversation i am paid 1100 and replace i 012 this mobile not working any function and not any answer very bad service i think very bad product i am purches fist purchase i011 using only tow month and touch scree damage not available your service station 1year second provided i012 only use only outgoing and incoming not working sd card in

    I had registered a complaint about A.C on 6 oct. 2015. but no one till today's date had come for servicing . i had been reminding the authority about complaint but they always said 'the engineer will come tommorrow' . but engineer never came from 10 days. the complaint no. is 1510A[protected]. i want the company to listen to complaint, i registered.

      I have bought Onida Split AC wifi model in April 1st 2015 and with in 4 months, the cooling is not working and we lodged a complaint first no one turned up, since we are busy we never followed and in Septemeber we again reached the show room where we purchase the AC( Sathya Agencies), they sent a person who says unwanted reason thats is why the cooling is not there, actually he has not looked into the AC where the cool Air is coming or not instead given unwanted reason and went, after with follow ups saying it is still not working, they say the engineer will come but no one turned up. I never suggest anyone to buy Onida products because of this worst customer care, we are fed up with calling the customer care[protected], it never get success to reach this number. I want the product to be returned and refunded instead of this multiple follow ups for getting a service which goes vain. Please help.         To the admin sir i have many times call on onida customer care ) and registerd complaint of my onida 1.5 ton split ac sir my ac is not working well. I m writing some of my complaint numbers below then plz tell me what can i do . Can i go to consumer court my ac not working last 1 weak but no body can take any action im also complain dealrs but not takein mycomplain pls take action other wise im do complan your head office

Yet not any call or service from your side 3 days completed. I m so much frustrated. Worst service.             Hello Sir, This Is Satya One of the Customer of Onida. I have brought Onida LEO4000F 101.6 cm (40) LED TV on[protected]. Really I am Unsatisfied with the service you are providing Because I got the TV only 3 months back now it's got a problem it's not turning on. I have raised this complaint on September 9th and till now I didn't get any response. My Complaint Number is[protected] Daily I am calling customer service and I am begging to resolve my Issue and I written a mail to [protected]@onida.com but they didn't respond . after 15 days gap Customer service called me and saying part is not available in stores it will take more than 15 days time to receive the part. My Question is how many days i need to wait for this. My TV is just 3 months old I cant wait for more Could you please Exchange my TV this is my humble request.               I bought an Onida Air conditioner from Bismi Home Appliances Kalamassey on 09 October 2014. During installation the boy who came to install it cut and took the copper cable and only half a meter is left for me. I informed bismi and onida but no action was taken.
              3 months ago my AC became complaint. I informed Bismi Home Appliances and also Onida. But they only came to check only after one month. After that they again took another month to give me a revert and then now they are saying i should pay Rs 3000 for repairing because there is no guaranty for some parts.

                I Milind Naigaonkar registered complaint about Onida LCD Xaria model TV on 11 Aug 15 Comlaint no 380179. A mechanic came at our home 13 Aug and took a part of tv to service center for repairing purpose. And since then they havnt repaired and not giving proper repose on phone. We have contacted the center Head Mr. Luis ([protected])also, he is also not responding properly. We are fed up with calling them again and again, nobody is entertaining us.

                        Dear Sir My AC developed motor balancing problem in the very second year after purchase. Most often the fan will freeze and not move . At times when it it will move and run there will be noise. On registering complaint, some mechanic ( he can not be an Engineer for sure) from Lucknow service centre will come, do some tinkering, extract the service charge and leave. After 40-45 days the same problem will recur. The last time around two months back some mechanic/ engineer attended the fault, did some tinkering / peeling with the rubber of the motor. The fan started running. He told his Boss on phone that there is no motor problem, collected the service charge and left. Alas, the same problem surfaced again after 40-45 days. This has happened thrice even after specific request for either changing the motor or fix the defect permanently otherwise. I wonder, how many times I will keep paying service charges for this kind of dis-service. I don't believe how a multi national and reputed company like Hitachi can fleece its customer in this manner. I have another AC from Samsung which is around 4 years old. The after sales service is is so prompt. cordial and fair that I am regretting today why did I purchase Hitachi instead of Samsung? If anyone is listening from Hitachi head office, please be considerate to instruct the Lucknow service centre to attend to the fault properly and remove it permanently either by changing the motor or otherwise.                           Sir, My Onida 21`ctv EWC no.[protected] has registered a complaint for not functioning of TV and complaint no. 1508C[protected] dated 22/8/15 till now the technician is responded . Please inform when I will get service. I already repaired my CTV on20/7/15 by your technician and paid 1500rs. Bill no. 03570 Sr.no. 1400 again the same complaint repeated and again your technician done the service.Sir my registeted mobile no.is [protected] and . Complaint no. 1508C[protected].

                            I have taken full AMC for my Onida split A-C 1.5 ton .on 22nd july i registered a complaint (no. [protected]). Next day technician came and told few parts like condensors are damaged and replaced in 3-4 days but there's no response from service center after so many calls technician came on 5th August and said there's problem in compressor and after so many calls after 10 days one techician left compressor at my home and told he will come tomorrow but no one came for next 7 days after so many requests on 23rd August techician came and installed the compressor but there is huge noise from outdoor unit he told this is due to mismatching of the old and new compressor. I immediately informed service centre executive mr. Sandeep . Vibrations of outdoor unit is very large and due to it walls of my room having vibrations after 2-3 hours it stops cooling. On Monday I called raipur service centre head mr. Rakesh bharve he assured me in 2-3 days my problem will be resolved but nothing has been done . Now if my ac will not be repaired properly in next 3 days I will take legal action. replacement . Pravin pandey [protected]

                                    I was purchased ONIDA SPLENDER washing machine on 28.12.2013 from Sharptronics Salem. The machine was not working from 20.07.2015 I was lodged a complaint in customer service on 23.07.2015 in the complaint ID 1507D[protected] after 2-3 days one service engineer came to house and he is told that the machine board is gone out. I will replace the same within 4-5 days. After a long period, ie. today 17.08.2015 till the complaint is not rectified. YOU THINK YOU CAN WASH CLOTH EVERY DAY BY HAND?????? it is possible in your house. How a old women can wash her family's cloths by her hand for more than 30 days? So I request you to please provide me a New One or please correct the problem within 2-3 days Or otherwise I can go to consumer Cort for further process Thanking you Yours PN Jayapal

                                        I have purchase new AC and next day not start properly, I have Complet to onida cust care but not found proper solutation now some techinal part not worked so that I could not use this Ac above 3 month and till not install correct part in the Ac and it is not working I have been follow up Complet but not working now I do not need this Ac and there is become big head act to my family now I want my money of Ac and 20000 for hadac get from onida I have original bill and recording of all calls with Complet no of cust care of onoda
