I HAVE PURCHASED THE ABOVE WASHING MACHINE AT ADISHWAR INDIA ON[protected]. I HAVE ALSO HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 2YEARS. While usuing the wash somehow the top cover of the washing area was struck & in process was broken. I have made compliant to Onida Call Centre on[protected], vide comp. No.1506A[protected]tel ph no.[protected]. After of couple of weeks I enquired about the status of the same. I was told that the complaint has been transferred to your Vijayanagar office, vide complaint No[protected] (tel ph.No.[protected]).the person incharge of your Vijayanagar Office said we have made the indent from Mumbai office & yet to receive the same. Almost 2 months getting closer to my first complaint date, now the telephone of vijayanagar office is either busy or switched off. Please inform me about the status of my washing machine. Also please not that washing machine is purchased in my son's name Mr RADHESHYAM. MY CONTACT nO IS [protected].

    Sir I have booked my complained for repair of my washing machine and the franchise i, e ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT LTD.give me a service memo copy of which is enclosed . The franchise told me that another part will have to me procured for my machine functional.However they have not repaired the machine so far.Will you please look into the matter and arrange for repairing of my washing machine immediately.     I lodged a complaint No.1509D[protected] on 25.9.2015 for non-functioning of AC purchased in the year 2011 but still under AMC valid upto 4.6.2016. Despite of series of reminders through e-mails, call centres, SMS etc. nobody bothers. Ultimately I have been advised on 20.10.2015 that a fresh complaint may be lodged and the same will be attended within 24 hours. Having no alternative I lodged another complaint on 20, 10.2015 No.1510D[protected] but nobody turned up so far what to say repairing job. It is a very very pathetic condition of such a big company which is having big reputation throuhout country. It is brought to our notice that compressor needs to be replaced. Will company may pay some attention in the interest of customers.

      I have complained for repair of washing machine in customer care no-[protected] on 06.06.15 with complain no-1506D[protected] but till date no action. After that I have again called to customer care on 09.06.15, then they have provided me contact no of Sh. Permanand ([protected]) at Jabalpur. I have talked many time but he is so careless no action take for this complain. today (13.08.15) I have called that I have send you motor to sidhi service center then I have called to service center but they have not received any motor. He is so liar that his shop should be closed.

        Have major complaint of your service, I Purchased Onida LED in Feb 2015 Model No Onida LED LEO 32 HRZ Serial No is LEO32HRZ 14H, there are several issues please find below I have Raised complaint for Demo in Feb 2015, 1st Issue, 2nd issue My Led started some Remote Issue from June 2015 and again I raised complaint in June 2015 complaint no 465 ( still not resolved ), Your Person Visited after two days ( Mr Kakade ) and I checked and said Main Board is faulty need to replaced we said ok and he requested to wait for three days, Three days gone I called to him and asked for status he said still part not received at my end there is some transport issue, again requested for wait for three days .After one Week he came with the part and checked and told us that the wrong part received, again we waited for one Week ; I have asked for Company Persons Contact No and he gave me his service Centers Owner’s No ( Mr Rahul Deshmukh most useless person and Mr Rameshwar from your Company ), third time again Mr Kakade Checked and told me the problem in remote and censers then I spoke with Rahul Deshmukh and he said me to send photo on remote he will provide very next day as he visiting to Godown then he started ignoring my Calls and till date he not answer my calls, IN next visit Mr Kakade again come with Main Board only and not bring the remote or any additional part, also not checked with other remote . then I have contacted to Mr Rameshwar for resolve the issue, and I found that my Complaint No 465 which is till date not resolved your company closed as resolved, Mr Rameshwar assured me to replace the LED in one Weeks time ( I met on 5th Aug 2015 ) and provided all details he require, but still no action from your company

          Registered the complaint on 31/July/2015 on Customerservice number provided on their website (+[protected]. The Complaint number is [protected] and was told that the service would be attended in 48 hours. Till date of posting this 06/Aug/2015, i have not received any calls either from the so called onida customer care nor the service agency (+[protected] with whom the call is pending. I have been making calls daily from 3 Aug and follow but of no use. Need a solutions to this at the very earliest

            I have bought ONIDA LCD TV 5 years back.3 months back problem got started. Not getting Switch ON. After making calls to ONIDA Customer Care got to know one service center called "Electro Zone" in KPHB Colony, Hyderabad. I have taken my LCD TV to this Service " Center which was more like a Dump Yard . No place to stand also .They have inspected and told that Power Supply has to be replaced cost Rs 4500/-+600(service charge) . After taking the TV to my home lot of new issues started ( Screen stop/blurr/hang ).Again I have taken my TV to this service center "Electro Zone" and now they are saying there is some issue in the mother board .After continuous follow up for 30 days i came to know mother board has to be replaced which cost Rs.3000/-.

            Within couple of days they are asking me to spend 8500/- on 5years old LCD TV.

            Really not happy with the service center & ONIDA Customer CARE.

            This service center don't have qualified technicians neither this service center has any Name Board.

            When i called Onida Call Center guys to give complaint about this service center "Electro Zone" they are asking me to speak to them only .Worst call center & service center i have ever come across in my life .

            BIG NO to ONIDA Products .

            ONIDA Company :- If you can't make quality products then stop manufacturing TV other products.

              Sir/Madam, We have purchased 2 No.s of Onida I407 Mobiles Dual Sim Kit Kat 4.4.2 G Sensor 4GB of same model through online Approximately in the month of July 2015 from Snapdeal.com. The features of mobiles are Model: i407, Color: White+Silver, GSM 900/1800+WCDMA2100M, Mobile Phone GSM/GPRS. Actually we have not expected this much very less or poor performance of this mobile and lost money by buying two mobiles at a time. Since then the date of purchasing these mobiles, the working condition of both the mobiles are not at all satisfactory. Whenever we are trying to dial/call, its going to someother contact or showing someother contacts name. Not only this complaint the other features like messaging also not good. This causing very Inconvenience to us. Hence, we want to return the product because we are really feeling uncomfortable and not at all satisfied with the working condition of this product. The actual price of the model is R.4495/- which we got with Rs.3849/- (02 No.s) discount price offered by Snapdeal.com. We have tried to give the complaint through the landline/mobile numbers provided online by Onida but the numbers are not connected at all. It is kindly requested to take an early action on the loss occured by buying this product which has not given even average performance and also not upto the mark. We have lost faith on this company's products because of this.

                I bought an onida LED 21 inch tv n 14/01/2015. The TV initially has a loose pin point (for AV Pin). I complained this for many times. As a result, the pin is broken within tv itself as we removed and inserted the pin mnearly 30 times a hour. Now When we complained about this. No proper response is coming from the company itself. They are simply telling soory we can change this. Buy a new Tv Instead

                  With great irony I would like to inform you I my self Mahendra Soni([protected]) had registered complaint DATED 15/05/2015 [protected]. KOLKATA

                  Your engineer has visited our premises & confirmed ther is gas leak. He suggested even though it would be bit costly but if we allow to take AC to service station it would be done in proper manner so I agreed. They kept machine for a week in summer. Gentleman Mr. Ajay([protected]) confirmed although he took time but has done service in best way & confimed we will not face any problem.

                  We faced similar cooling problem once again after 13 days I have called Mr. Ajay who has been interacting with us he told we need to register complaint once again. After registering complaint when we called Mr. Ajay he confirmed he is contarctor & only get Rs 800/- out of 2400/- paid by us. So this is complete loss for him. As he & Mr. Biswas were taking too long to arrange pickup I contacted your corporate office. I discussed matter with Onida National service head Ms Shaila([protected]) she helped me took RSM Mr. Samresh in con call & arranged for pickup. This time it took 12 odd days to repair. When I called Mr. Ajay he confirmed there was no problem in Gas but there was problem in PCB which he has recitified. He guranteed no chance of any problem 200% & there would be no gas leak as he checked by his own.

                  We faced same problem within 15 days. Once again we need to complete process your service engineer came & confirmed gas leak. Mr. Ajay said it is impossible. When you service guy came second time he confirmed gas leak again after thoroally checking. Service engineer didn’t confirmany major issue. But as he went outside he discussed with Ajay since he already made loss by his mistake in my AC he told serivice engineer to that ask customer that they would be charged 4400 for cooling pipe. I am sure if got damaged it was by your engineer only as he has opened unit several times during this period.

                  We discussed in concall Mr Ajay / Mr. Biswas & Mr. Samaresh were discussing with me & my wife. No solution was given. I once again called Ms Shiala(NSM) but after assuring support she also stopped taking my calls.

                  Sir,

                  All statements made by you represenatives are contradictory. Is there been leak machine was lying with you around 19 days where as Mr. Ajay told there was problem in PCB not in gas. As your people have opened AC many times this period it is possible they may have damaged cooling pipe. Nothing is clear.

                  My Dad is a Retd. Brigradier we always insisit on Indian products. Is this a way we were treated & there is huge lobby going on here in Kolkata.

                  Request you to please help & provide service asap.

                    Sir,

                    We have bought a one ton window ac of onida make from m / s. Super electronics, uttam nagar, delhi. But as far as my experience after the purchase, i felt that it was the biggest blunder of buying onida.
                    In the last week of may, 2015 the ac stopped working and servicing people checked it and informed that the compressor is not in working condition. Meanwhile an engineer on checking the problem stated me, the problem occurred due to improper service. Now my faith is totally shattered. As per my experience the service is pathetic and the engineer’s are not up to the mark. They have informed us that the compressor will be replaced with in fifteen days as it is under warranty period.

                    After so many calls to your service personal and including yourselves and the complaints registered at super electronics, uttam nagar compressor was replaced in the first week of july, 2015. It has been noticed that technicians / service personal deputed by your company are not properly trained and inefficient. They have wasted the gas and even burnt his hand while welding.


                    It is pathetic on the part of onida and it gives unnecessary pain, anguish and agony in buying onida products.

                      i have purchased an AC on 17/06/2015, after 2-3 days it start malfunctioning, and cooling capacity of that AC is also lesen down after few days, after that i have complaint about this problem to the service center of onida they asure me to send ther representative to my house to check this problem, but no body came to my house till the date today, ther response towards my complain is very bad so i request you to take action as soon as possible.and send your representative as soon as possible..

                        I brought new led Onida TV in month of January.but this TV is bad condition from back one month. Mechniq from Onida company came my home and see the status of TV.he say that mother board of your TV is not working properly.I change the mother board within 4-5days.but still he is not coming.then i call Onida Custer care by lodging complaint no.1507A[protected].but still no response is coming from Onida customer care.they simply misguide us by telling server down hai, complaint close kar diya. mother board nahi hai. Thiskind of misguides done from Onida customer care to custmers.

                            I am compliant for my onida tv 15 inches 27 / 06 / 2015. The serial number[protected]. The tv actual problem sensor complaint but the tv engineer service tuner change but original booking compliant tuner problem in madurai onida service centre.
                            The srevice is not completed.

                                    I have purchased onida split ac (S183flt - lt) on 20. 09. 2014
                                    From your dealer ambika electronics, vadodara.
                                    I have a problem of low cooling since purchased, have registered a complain @ adonis electronics pvt. Ltd. , vadodara
                                    On 23. 06. 2015 and they attended on 28. 06. 2015. (Only outer cheking & said everything is ok.)
                                    Now i am still facing same low cooling & require help to sort out this issue immediately.

                                        I am a loyal user of onida products, as initially I have purchased television then microwave then air conditioner. Your products are much better than other companies but don't know why your service response show me a disappointment.

                                        In Onida 1.5 ton Split AC which I am using from last 6 years, now it creates a problem of showing error with the Name " E9 " after 3mins and then AC get closed. For this I have registered a complaint on 1st June'15 for which technician visited next day at my Home, during that visit technician checked the whole parts after this he told me that there is one part who needs to change which will replace on 3rd June'15 but no one visited till now to resolve the situation. Even opened unit looks very ugly in my bedroom.

                                        I have called many times in customer care but no response coming till now. Even i have called area supervisors and team leaders for which no. provided by customer-care cell. Please provide me the solution for this at earliest other wise my next step is to lodge a complaint at consumer court.
